It was a perfect stay for the weekend

Great experience all around.

I've stayed other times in this hotel. Very consistent in their courtesy, professionalism, attentiveness to detail (cleanliness)

Staff was very friendly and offered us drinks while we waited to check in. Room was clean and spacious.

Clean, nice breakfast Stayed in room 310. Dismal water pressure from shower, Rattling a/c unit and despite the 3rd floor being "quiet area" there was kids running up and down the hallway screaming at 2 AM.

I complained to front desk but nothing was done and it continued every night. I could also smell the strong scent of marijuana on the premises. I was very disappointed in my stay here.

Everything was great. I would make one suggestion and that is to enforce the late night quiet zones. Our hallway was extremely noisy and doors slamming. Also we had silly string all over our new car so maybe nighttime security would be good.

Property seems to be in a nice area. Tv did not work properly. Most channels pixelated except for the a few. Stuck watching rerun episodes of Beat Bobby Flay.

Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Pool looks great but didn't have time to swim this visit. The room was a little humid when entering when checking in because the AC was off. Once the AC was turned on, it was great. I have Asthma and am air quality sensitive.

I didn’t like the hotel quality. While sleep I kept jumping up out my sleep because of noise sounding like someone was opening my door. 12-3am The hotel is outdated so no apps on tv had to watch on my iPad. The roof look like it was going to cave in.

Very good breakfast, the hotel was excellent. The only thing that wasn't was the elevator! The elevator was slow and noisy, stopped hard and frequently opened the door while it was not quite in the correct position. It was like riding an elevator in a turn of the last century NYC building, just minus the elevator operator!

It was great! Lea and the other gentleman that was at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Greeted my wife and I with a smile and explained everything in detail, ie amenities and all. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. They even had Halloween bags for the guest. The location has restaurants, convenient stores and department stores within walking distance. Keep up the great work.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was respectful and accommodating. The only complaint is that the mechanical sounds of the elevators could be heard all night and early morning from our room and there were multiple rooms between us and the elevator.

This was one of the worst stays I have had at a hotel in many years. Air Conditioning was very loud, had to switch rooms once, TV service didn't work consistently in either room. Power was out at the hotel this morning. No backup generator so no elevators. No air conditioning, no lights. Luggage had to be carried downstairs due to no elevators. No breakfast available.

I have stayed at this hotel before, as well as its other locations, and it has always been a good experience. Unfortunately, this past visit, construction was happening for multiple hours of the morning into the early afternoon which was incredibly disruptive to both sleep and work through. We had not been given notice about the construction occurring, which was disappointing and unpleasant.

Room was very dirty and there was a wet, dirty washcloth from the previous guest in the shower along with hair on the counter and in the sink in the bathroom. Floors weren’t mopped and there were food and liquid spill stains all over.

I searched for hotels close to Moffitt hospital and this came up on my search. It was a half hour away. Very disappointed with location

My family and I stayed here for one night and we were very very happy with our choice. The pool is heated, the breakfast selections was nice, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will defiantly stay here again.

Good hotel, clean room, good breakfast, excellent staff at reception and the general manager was present every morning at breakfast talking to guests. Only little complaint I had was there was a smell when entering the room, it would go away once the A/C fan was on. Would come back if we are in the area

The Suite has two separate bedrooms.

The bathroom had hair all over it. My husband called front desk and asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom again. We decided to leave the hotel and to a little sightseeing. 2 hours later the white hair that was on the toilet was now the sink. I want to the front desk (myself) told them about the bathroom again and the white hair. We left again so we can get something to dinner and stop at Walmart for some cleaning supplies. When we arrived back to the room the bathroom STILL had hair and a cute bath towel on the tub. 😒 (I cleaned the bathroom myself) I was not about to call or go back to the front desk again for a we are sorry and we will get someone to you room. They had three different times to get it right. Before we checked in, when my husband called and when I want to the front desks.

I'm used to go to the IHG hotels and in particular the Holiday Inn Express. The only thing I missed was some good orange juice in the morning at the breakfast. For the rest, it was as good as any Holyday Inn Express I've been to. Super clean, nice looking exterior, nice looking room, very comfortable pillows, very comfortable bed, Iron worked super fine, alarm clock worked fine, electrical outlets were working, both the bath and the sink in the bathroom were draining fine. Plenty of towels in the room at my arrival, I had full control on A/C and it was powerful enough to keep my room cool. A/C was working super well at the fitness center too. Nice 5-50 pounds dumbel set, nice threadmill. No bad smell detected. Breafast was ready first hour. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Keys worked no problem during my stay. I checked in late and was dying for a glass of milk before going to bed and the staff opened the breakfast fridge for me free of any charge. I did not want to leave. You could think of a cable pulley rack for the fitness center. That would help. Thank you.

Very nice staff but - I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inn Express locations over the years and never seen one with rooms this dirty. We got in late and didn’t see the food (and other things) on the floor until morning and as we were leaving then anyway, there was nothing to do about it. Dirty toilet, dirty ice bucket, washer/dryer out of order, come on guys do better. Holiday Inn express is a great chain, but this location definitely isn’t one of them.

Fairly decent hotel but horrible amenities. No access to streaming TV, very few channels, no movie channels, and the room was musty wet feeling.

The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The lady who checked me out took her time and broke down how the rewards point system worked, which was very helpful. The location is perfect for those that want to stay in Tampa and not be around all of the hustle and bustle of a big city. It’s kind of hidden off of the main road, but is close to alot of restaurants and shopping places. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. However, I must note that my toilet kept running all day until I adjusted the leveler, and there were some yello stains on one of the bedsheets. Luckily I had two beds, so I slept in the other one haha. Other than that, it’s a great stay for a peaceful environment.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family. Rooms and living area were spacious and clean, and had all the amenities needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was your typical free breakfast but very good, my kids loved the pancake making machine.
