    Me dijo que no, comprendí por la hora. Pero me dice tienes que entrar al QR para pagar el estacionamiento. 1- si estás ospedado en el hotel y la persona llega sola y es de tercera edad que difícil es salir con todas las maletas para poder tpagat el estacionamiento del carro. Trate de hablar con la persona estaba en el counter y el están atendiéndome y en el teléfono me parece de mal gusto eso que uno no pueda hacer una pregunta.

    The hotel is generally ok, what you would expect from a Hilton. But there are several problems that should be considering that will be detailed below. First of all, it does not make any sense for the property to charge to park your car within the property itself, especially in Florida where all real estate has huge parking lots. For foreigners like me, it is extremely difficult to access and register to the parking system and complete the payment, which is somehow confusing. Besides that, a hotel of this level should have at least a couple water bottles in the room, but there was only water available at the lobby on small plastic cups. The hotel crew is also not helpful or supportive with problems faced during the stay. We forgot a plastic bag in the room and even though I made several calls, i could not really get any support from the hotel besides instructing me to file a complain on a third party website and that was it. I never even got an answer about my lost stuff. I would not stay there again.

    The location and the staff 1. We could not log onto the WiFi because our names had been entered wrongly 2. We could not contact reception to report the WiFi problem because the phone in the room didn’t work so I had to call off my cell 3. There was a hole in the bathroom door which had, had some sort of attempted repair which had then been painted over by it looks like a four year old. 4. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. 5. The flush on the toilet was hanging off 6. The bath tap was loose and coming away from the wall

    The room with the balcony and the main areas were great. The location was perfect. The restaurant needs a MAJOR overhaul. ALL the seats were worn out and the laminate table tops were worn. The fabric under the plastic on the seats were showing and the buffet area needed cleaning and painting. The restaurant was warm. The buffet was DEFINITELY not worth the $25 each for powdered eggs. No taste even with salt, pepper and hot sauce.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The shuttle service was convenient, reliable, and a great added benefit. Most importantly, the staff provided exceptional service—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.     I arrived very late cause were several accident on the road, I walked in and the front desk guy, he was acting weird and care less , example : asked me for ID and debit card, I told him , I have a services pet , he never said nothing , when he finished wherever was doing in his computer, he never told me my room number , or welcome , he just pointed to the elevators I guess and I asked him , and how is supposed to open the room , he make the key and give us one ,( my son and I) and again saying nothing, hopefully a Manager read it and check in to his employees, HORRIBLE. Room was dirty, no one made the beds the entire stay or changed out the towels, pool was nasty, covered area was falling apart, almost face planted on the steps because they were broken. No towels for pool, no water in lobby, always empty. The lobby was the only thing that was nice (minus the water) as an honors member and former employee, I am shocked at the last couple of days I’ve had at Hilton’s at how bad they have been. Kind of embarrassed.

The room was clean, large and quiet, even though the hotel was so close to the airport and full of a travelling teenage football team! Upon checkout I was able to use the pool area (small but efficient) and they held my luggage for me. The hotel exterior could do with an upgrade but for a convenient night near TPA this is an excellent choice

    Check in was delayed for hours, claiming no WiFi due to weather but it was neither raining or windy. There was no effort made to make up for issues except being provided with liquor but I don’t drink. Also the room was full of dust, disgustingly so much that it irritated my allergies. Another indication of the filth in the room was items left by previous guests including a used toothbrush.

    When we got there, we were told there were no non-pet friendly realms with a king size bag you would have to downgrade to two double beds, but they assured us that after everyone checks out with pets, they do extra cleaning and sanitizing.. This was not the case as my husband had allergic reaction reactions to the lingering pet dander and odors. Not a good experience.

    Lampshade turned backwards because other side coffee or something threw on it.tiolet paper holder broken each time you reach fell on floor. No luggage holder available went to each floor looking for one told by staff they have 7 but none looked twice.     This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert venue and picked us up after the concert as well. Lyss and Mike (shuttle drivers) were so nice and helpful. The place was clean and smells good. Provided a lot of pillows and the firmness and softness were right (which is very important to me). Not too soft that you feel you are drowning and sinking into the pillows. The shower was the best as well. And most especially the staff from the receptionist to the cleaning crew. Special mention to Diane, Steve, Pablo, Radeka, Kevin and Rosa. Keep up the good work.

    The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided extra towels when requested. Nice cold AC in the room, especially needed when it was almost 90°F in April. The pool needed major cleaning, but the hotel itself was very clean and neat. Every single staff member was cheerful, efficient and friendly. They were so welcoming. Especially appreciated the free shuttle to the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium. Would definitely come back!

    Location We tried 3 different rooms before finding one that we could deal with for the night after checking in at 11:30 PM. The first room smelled like sewage, the second room had no air conditioning working and the room was 76*. In the 3rd room, as we were getting in bed, I noticed a print on the sheets that had letters. After investigating, I found that the sheets were so thin that it was the mattress print!! No mattress pad!!!! The only difference between the “healthy rooms” and standard rooms is a walk in shower and an air cleaner!! The rooms are also located on the top floors. Our compensation for the chaos was a “healthy room “ and $40! Do better Hilton!!!

    Location We tried 3 different rooms before finding one that we could deal with for the night after checking in at 11:30 PM. The first room smelled like sewage, the second room had no air conditioning working and the room was 76*. In the 3rd room, as we were getting in bed, I noticed a print on the sheets that had letters. After investigating, I found that the sheets were so thin that it was the mattress print!! No mattress pad!!!! The only difference between the “healthy rooms” and standard rooms is a walk in shower and an air cleaner!! The rooms are also located on the top floors. Our compensation for the chaos was a “healthy room “ and $40! Do better Hilton!!!

    Be aware! There is an additional $25+ for parking and a lack of a complimentary breakfast in a very expensive hotel. We travel often and Hilton Honors rewards has certain amenities that are afforded to its reward members. The hotel nickel and dimes you. The front desk stated that the hotel "sold" its parking lot to another company and now you have to pay an additional fee on top of the room rates through a separate app. They used to provide bottled water to the Hilton members, now it is $3. a bottle in the room and no longer given at the desk. The room was clean, and the bed was decent, but I could have gotten that at a less expensive hotel. I think I will look for other accommodations next time.

    Room was a mess, ac unit was vibration entire room and can not shut off , maintenance came and reset but no good, hotel declined to switch room stated they were sold out. I will dispute the charges. At the end for shuttle to the airport was not available at the last moment stated it was broke. This hotel is most pathetic globally as I am Hiltonhonor member and never had any Hilton property such a out of order.

    To start with the positives, the location for our purposes was ideal. It’s close to the mall and near Raymond James Stadium, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately the room had several issues. The AC barely worked and the room stayed hot most of the stay, especially before sundown. The bigger problem though was the sewer smell. Both the hallway and the room had a very strong sewer odor that made it hard to stay inside. We actually went to the mall and bought concentrated room spray from Bath & Body Works just to make the room bearable. Parking is also a nightmare. The spaces are extremely tight and if you leave in the evening, forget trying to find a spot after about 8 pm. There was also no coffee maker in the room, which was surprising for a Hilton property. The bed and bedding were comfortable, but even service was disappointing. We asked housekeeping for an extra towel for an early morning shower and were told they could not assist.

    For the price. It was not worth it. The ceiling had damage. The bathroom had orange colored condensation on the top near the ceiling dripping off after shower. The trash can had trash when we got there and there were still soap suds in the bath tub. Made me wonder if the bedding was changed. It was in the ghetto. I didn't feel safe. For the price that I paid it was not worth it. Highly disappointed.

    Great location and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and airport. The hotel itself was an older airport hotel in need of a facelift. Experienced loud noises during certain periods of the day/night that sounded similar to a large motor starting and increasing to speed. Overall experience was ok.

    The check in was ok but they tried to tell me I had to pay two days of parking for a 24 hour stay. I also walked into the lobby around 9:00 pm to ask a question to either one of the attendants at the desk and while I was waiting for one of them to say something, I was pretty much given the death stare by both, like that I was inconveniencing them by even being there. This was a vacation trip for me and I felt very unwelcome.

    Breakfast was fair , the staff at the restaurant was super nice . The cleaning in the rooms was not good at all , they will make the bed and change the towels, but no dusting or wiping the dust off the furniture.     Put on hold for an extended period of time when trying to call for a shuttle. Had to end up getting a taxi because it was past the closing time for the shuttle because of holding for so long. Took a taxi and got to the hotel only to find no one t the front desk and waiting for over 20 min for a desk attendant to show up after they were called by another staff person multiple times.. Finally got checked into the room around 1230am. Morning breakfast there was a lot of the food out and so it was limited on what you could get. The hotel it’s self was clean and nice and that’s why I gave it three starts

    DON'T STAY HERE! Wish I could give zero stars. I knew it wouldn't be a good stay upon arrival. The front desk staff was not welcoming and seemed frustrated. There was dust and mildew in the shower. When turning on the air conditioner, it smelled like sewage and gas, which gave me a headache. There was also a giant spider crawling on the ceiling. When I called the front desk regarding the spider and the air, the response was that I could arrange for someone to take care of it the next day. I was only staying for one night thank goodness because that was no help to me. I was not able to sleep at all.

    We showed up to the hotel and there was a notice that all water would be shut off. We needed to get a new hotel and the manager was very rude when we tried to deal with him regarding proof of us not staying there so that we could get a refund. VERY poor customer service skills.

    The location is great — there are restaurants nearby, a nail salon, and even a mall right across the street, which makes it perfect for a weekend trip. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was available for an additional charge. I also enjoyed having dinner at the hotel after a long day out. The atmosphere was nice, and my room was on a higher floor, which made it pretty quiet for most of my stay. The only exception was Halloween night, which was a bit louder than I’d have liked, and a guest across the hall was smoking, which made that night less enjoyable. I booked a room with a balcony — it was nice to have, but I wish it had chairs so I could actually sit outside and enjoy it. Without that, the balcony didn’t really add much value. Overall, it’s a clean, convenient, and comfortable hotel in a great location with excellent shuttle service. I’d definitely recommend it for a weekend stay.

    There could have been a little more attention to the cleanliness of the room e.g., we noticed where the coffee maker was stored had an accumulation of dust as well as the shelf that stored the drinking glasses and ice bucket. Our AC unit was extremely noisy which interrupted our sleep the first night. The facilities engineer was able to rectify that issue for us. As far as the staff, overall they were pleasant however we were getting conflicting information as to how to go about requesting the shuttle service requiring us to have to use ride share in order to get to a location that otherwise the shuttle could have taken us.

    Hilton used to be a nice place to stay, but the king deluxe room with a balcony that I was so excited to stay in had visibility dirty carpets, walls, glass in bathroom, peeling wall paper throughout the bathroom and room, warped floor boards in the bathroom, and was just overall in poor shape. The price was still around $200/night, but it was comparable to a Days Inn or Motel 6. Not good. The sliding glass to the balcony needs maintenanced and greased; I had to pull and jerk to get it opened just enough to step outside, and couldn't get it opened more than about 12 inches. The bed felt thin and old... It was a bad experience for the brand. I think this hotel is in desperate need for a renovation. I do not recommend it. The next night I went to a Marriott property, which made me sad, because I used to prefer Hilton properties.

    What made things worse was the next morning, the WiFi was still out, but when I went down to the front desk to ask if they were going to fix the WiFi, they said they had no reports of the WiFi being out, and another woman at the front desk (some rude Latin woman with glasses) told me that I should be happy that the WiFi was free, which it is not, because the Hilton website notes that it is a $9.95 charge for a faster version of the internet. The only reason I am not giving it 1 or 2 stars is that they guy who checked me in was able to get me into the room early (my flight arrived very early) and they seemed to have removed the internet charge on my bill. Honestly, those two women I talked to were the rudest people I have ever encountered at a hotel in recent memory.

    AC was great and kept the room cool. Pillows were on point. So hard to find a hotel with good pillows. Had a clean bathroom with bath tub. Was a little disappointed with the charcuterie board at the bar as the meats were subpar and cheese selection was meh with blue cheese crumbles. I would have been happier with boring cheddar cheese. They did have my current favorite Savi B on the menu though. Overall more pros than cons. I travel to Tampa a lot for work and it’s very close to the locations I have to visit. Will likely make this my go to hotel from now on.

    I am highly upset. You still have my money on hold for $117.20 since sept 20th and it’s currently oct 11th 2024. when I called 8004972175 the rep told me I have to provide proof in which I submitted and that I wasn’t allowed to talk to her manager. She also told me I need to call my bank to have them release the hold and I told her that my bank clearly stated I needed to call you guys because you are the ones that applied the hold and there is nothing they can do about it. I want this situation resolved and my 100 credited back to my account. This is insane that it’s alomst a month and you still have the hold on my account

    Stephen and Paul resolved our stay. We did not get the room we booked the first night we had a double bed with no balcony. The next day we did end up with a balcony but still had a double bed. The sheets were dirty in the bed. But the staff was nice. Get there early for breakfast.

    There was nothing notable about this hotel. While the blackout curtain was fine, the other curtains had rips in them. There appeared to be a smoke detector that beeped all night. I guess in the midst of our searching, we missed the fact that we had to pay for parking and there was no breakfast included. We will not stay here again.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's a great location, comfortable room & bed, nice pool area, but it wasn't quite what I've come to expect from a Hilton. Our bathroom, the bottom of the door was rotten and breaking off, the bottom couple inces of the metal door jam had just rusted away, the shower flange around the shower head and the knob wasn't attached to the wall. I thought maybe it was just our room, but I noticed the room across the hall from us, the bottom of the door was rotten to where you could see into the room! The pool area is nice and big, but there are only 10 old lounge chairs that need new cushions. I usually love staying at Hiltons, but next time I may try one of the newer hotels nearby.

    The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. The amazing shower was a 9 out of 10. My issues were the a/c was extremely loud in the room and my curtain would not close all the way. My real complaint is I paid extra for a top floor balcony room I want my balcony door to open please. When I informed them they just said "yea some work some don't" and left it at that. A little irritating but go and make your own opinion.

    This process was beyond frustrating. This was the only reason I selected this property, for the shuttle. The next morning, I had an early flight which was outside of the shuttle hours. I booked a uber to the airport. When I checked in I asked what time the shuttle comes in the morning and confirmed it was outside of the hours I needed to be at the airport. While waiting for my uber, the shuttle driver escorted a family to the airport. Don’t book them!

    We chose this hotel due to the high number of 10/10 ratings. All we could think was that these ratings were rigged because there is not one aspect of this hotel to deserve a 10. The only exception was a kind staff. The hotel is old and dirty with stained well worn carpet. The exterior is not welcoming. The hallway was filled with pizza boxes/litter. Our room did not get vacuumed and smelled musty. The lobby area was dirty. The elevator was extremely slow. As our uber approached the hotel, I was immediately disappointed as all the surrounding hotels looked newer and better kept. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my wife for our anniversary. Over all is nice other than the balcony door was broken. I notified the check in clerk and was told maintenance would be up to look at it and they never showed. Also upon arrival looked up at the air filter for the a/c and saw it was filthy. It is a nice hotel, but I expected better from a Hilton.

    Far from the claims of a 4 star hotel, 3 at best.  $25 for the breakfast buffet of powdered eggs that is probably free at the Fairfield next door. Do yourself a favor and find the closest First Watch for breakfast. $25/day to park and now have to dispute a parking ticket.  I have all of the receipts for parking, but the fact that I have to spend time disputing parking a week after my stay is a frustrating inconvenience.

    Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. A couple of things to let you know about: 1. buying things in the store takes way longer than it should. Suggest maybe a self-check out. 2. Room 803 - toilet flush needs adjustment. 3. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work so mirrors foggy. 4. Room booked for 4 adults, only 2 towels in the bathroom. However, the shower was stopped up. It was so late upon arrival I was exhausted and did not have time to then call the staff up again to have my room changed again. The shower backed all the way up to my ankles. It was disgusting the furniture and the establishment itself is outdated and needs to be updated. The only positive was the actual staff was very kind and friendly

    Staff was very helpful. They held our luggage while we went exploring because our room wasn’t ready. I was on a walker and they gave me a room that accommodated my needs. We left our wallet in room at check out and the hotel driver was nice about returning to pick it up before heading to airport. The cold water in lobby was amazing. Staff very friendly.
