Our room was handicap and the bed was too low to the floor. They double booked it and people came into our room when I was dressing. Food and beverage prices were very expensive.

The shower was broken and I had to leave in the morning to catch a flight. No time to get a maintenance person. Also , I didn’t realize that using one coffee pod would cost me 6 dollars. The water was marked but the coffee was not.

I was stranded after flight cancellations and booked in last minute, Joseph on the front desk was fantastic in helping me get everything sorted out during a stressful time. Room was clean, comfortable and the food was excellent, good value for money.

We were using the hotel the last night of our vacation in Florida because it was so close to the airport. The front desk guy recommended we drop off our rental car the night before and use the hotel shuttle service to save time since we had a 6am flight. We did that and it worked out great. Excellent service by all the people we interacted with.

Just meh…Convenient location and overall a decent hotel, but daily room cleanings are no longer provided, and the property functions more like an extended stay property than an actual hotel.

We stayed here during the packing phase of an international move. While our home was being dismantled and stress was high. The entire team is spectacular! There is an energy that permeates across the team of collaboration, customer service, warmth, and good humor. We loved the team from the front desk with Gina and Gabrielle to the restaurant and bar staff Brendalee, Conway, and Christina, and the chef team -the food was excellent ... and our housekeeper Susana ...all superstars that made our stay wonderful!!! We loved ??❤️ everything!! Not one bad word to say! There was even a strange incident with some strange person putting hand written notes under the doors (soliciting some youtube channel) other guests made complaints... the reality is: Gina called in police officers and handled it with poise and grace under pressure. I am a 4"10 woman and I was at the hotel with my 23yo daughter- never at any point did we feel "unsafe" because of that odd incident. I was actually impressed with the housekeeping staff and the fact that if we needed anything at all- someone was ALWAYS available to provide services- whether it was the need for random toiletries or to clean a mess up.

The room was very nice. I had no issues checking in. I was immediately greeted. The restaurant and bar are separate. Both restaurant and bar had the best staff to set e, make lunch and dinner, give night life options, and the drinks were just right and not watered down.

The property was fine. It was clean enough and everybody was helpful except for the restaurant guy in the morning when my husband tried to get a couple of items for breakfast and we were running out to the shuttle. He tried to charge my husband a fee for breakfast. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and my husband told him that but he gave my husband a hard hard time and so we had to give a lower rating because of this one person. Everybody else was great.

Did what it needed to, we got a good rate by booking in advance. They are always a little soulless but it was clean and comfortable.

The bathtub faucet dripped. The blinds couldnt be closed to block out light from the window. The AC unit was very old, noisy, and the temperature didnt stay consistent. The pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable! We will not be back! Much nicer hotel near by!

The Hilton Garden Inn is a nice place to stay in an upgraded, calm atmosphere with nice staff, clean property and great eats. I would definitely stay there again.

I've been going to this Hotel for years when I come into Tampa.. My favorite!! Love the shuttle bus to and Airport. I will be back.

I paid $280/night for a humid room with a bathroom sink that won't drain. What a joke.

We didn’t have time to check out pool but all in all our experience was relaxing after a long day of traveling.

Our room was clean and pretty quiet for being close to the airport. We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel - it was called Coast. That was good but pricey. Worth noting it was a Saturday. The outdoor pool area was nice however we noticed that the birds use the pool as a gigantic bird bath so we steered clear of the water. Lastly, they have a very convenient airport shuttle. Take advantage of that if you can!

we got in late from a day at Busch Gardens with pizza and salads. Tim greeted us and guided us to a table and supplied plates, napkins and silverware. He was awesome! The bartender was also super even tho she and the other staff were still in mourning after a sudden death of an employee. Check in was a breeze and also super friendly. This was my 3rd stay there and will always stay there!! Airport shuttle was on time.

This hotel was great close to the airport,and a mall is about a mile and a half but not walking distance. Isn’t much around to do you will need to uber but stores are about 2 miles awa. Bed was amazing and the shower was great. They have a restaurant downstairs which is also nice.

They gave me a room with bomber air conditioning, safety box was not working, coffee machine was not working… After multiple complaints and not friendly or patient communications, the grumpy receptionist at night, she changed room for me at 2 o’clock in the morning. The restaurant was very good.

Room was amazing and had to book an extra 2 day stay at the last minute because of flights were cancelled without any problems, they accommodated us with the same room so we didn’t have to move our belongings!!! Breakfast was the best I have ever had on a vacation and the staff that were there on March 21st-24th are an asset to the company !! Dinah provided Us professional,friendly, informative and great service and we really appreciate her and all she did!!

On check in, they tried to give me a different and type of room that what I ordered. The desk clerk kept saying that was all that was available, and was rude. We looked at it, and it was noisy and looked right out at the pool filter which was also noisy. A manager finally switched us.

Surprisingly we did not hear airplanes in our room with the close proximity to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel! We arrived early from a cruise ship and were able to get a room a little earlier. The front desk was accommodating and held onto our luggage so we could go out and explore while we waited. Wonderful staff and hotel!

Left behind a bag of clothes and realized it when I got home and was putting everything away out of my luggage. Called the hotel and they said they didn’t find anything. Called back the next day and was told the same thing. Obviously they kept it. Whoever cleaned my room after I departed took it and nothing was done about it. Not honest people!

The elevator door closed on my mother & caused her to go to the ER twice and being admitted once. The staff were cold abt it & never resolved the situation.

We didn't get to the hotel until 8:45 PM and left on the 4 AM shuttle, so we didn't get to enjoy any breakfast or room entertainment, but the bed was very comfortable and room amenities were just fine.

Nothing The door key did not work..she had to let us in with the master key..also the breakin safety latch did not work, had two screws missing.. She said maintenance would fix it at 9 am.. there were no other rooms available …it was not her fault , she was very friendly and helpful..give her a raise..

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. I didn’t have to deal with staff much but what little I did, they were very friendly, and even though it is right next door to the airport it really wasn’t too terribly loud (we were on the 3rd floor). Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

I rang reception to be told that the water would be off till 4am! I could not get into bed without a shower so, whilst totally exhausted, I checked out and made alternate arrangements...not easy in the early hours of the morning. Whilst I understand that the water shut-off was out of the hotels control, they would have had plenty of notice from the water company. Had they have advised me in advance, I could have cancelled whilst still within my cancelation window, avoided a lot of stress and wasted time at the end of a very long journey and not wasted my money on a hotel room that I was only in for 10 mins. Despite these circumstances, after several requests to the hotel management by both me AND hotels.com, Hilton have refused to give me a refund which I think is extremely poor customer service from a large hotel chain. Avoid Hilton hotels at all costs.

Talked to a few other people that were staying and they all said the same thing regarding hidden parking fee. The quality of the room did not reflect what I was charged. Very poor insulation could hear everything in the adjoining rooms and above pretty bad when you’re sitting there and you can hear someone using the bathroom from another room. I felt like I was overcharged for what I got.

Everything was good overall, except for the shower, which had fluctuating water pressure, and the hot tub, which wasn’t working the second time we tried to use it. The receptionist said it would be fixed, but another guest mentioned that the hot tub frequently has heating issues and that they are not consistently addressed.

The hallways had a weird, musty smell, and my toilet kept running all night. This was after changing rooms because the first one they gave me, the TV was broken. They also overbooked, and I did not get the room I originally chose.

Housekeeping was very lacking.

Ahmed was on duty and the hotel is very full due to a nationwide winter storm. He was very professional and friendly. He was understanding and helped me check-in quickly. The hotel lobby had fresh coffee. The restaurant was closed till evening dinner but looked clean. The pool and pool area was very clean with new loungers and tables with umbrellas. There were clean and soft towels poolside. My room was so clean and spacious! The LG TV is so clear and a large size. The room and bathroom were immaculate! The Crabtree & Evelyn products have always been favorites of mine so I appreciate the elevated products. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. The reason for the 4 stars? The AC and thermostat were not in sync. Granted the temp outside was cold and there was a cold draft around the AC unit, but the thermostat made the room cold, then hot overnight.

This hotel is very nice. However you do have to pay $12 for parking on the hotel property and you also have to pay $18 for a buffet breakfast. If you reserve a hotel room off of a different site it doesn’t tell you that breakfast is an additional charge but overall the place is very clean. Service is amazing 10 out of 10.

Woke up one morning and entire hotel had no water and could not get an answer about when it would be fixed. When I asked the front seat about getting a refund so I could go check into another hotel, I was given a card of a manager and told this is all I can do. Area was safe and good proximity to Raymond James Stadium and the airport. Although I won’t be back to this hotel, without a partial credit for the hours of no water.

We had to be moved to another because they clean the carpet and wasnt dry yet..Husband went down and asked why the carpet would be wet and they said they just cleaned it and apologized and moved us to another room. Other than that it was good night stay before next day flight home

Clean room, easy access to restaurants and International Plaza. Hotel has a restaurant and bar; did not eat there but it was always busy with people. Front desk clerk wasn’t the typical friendly Hilton greeter, just gave me the key but was planning contactless checking but she said the room the app selected was not available. So maybe she thought since I was planning to do that, no need for any conversation.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Airport Westshore. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The room was modern, very clean, and beautifully designed. We even had a sports bar just a short walk away, which was a great bonus. Most importantly, all the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. They took care of all my needs and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The air unit was too loud to sleep. Open and partially used sugar packets and sugar ants around the coffee bar. Hair on the coffee bar and the bathroom floor. Shuttle driver left my daughter at 2 different hotels at 3 in the morning. He then told her he couldn't take her to the hotel, she would have to walk. Front desk took 20 minutes while on the phone with my daughter to let her in the front lobby after hours. All arrangements were made ahead of time

Veronica who checked us in was so kind and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Used the gym and printer. The breakfast had enough options to choose from. Definitely got my money’s worth and will definitely stay again when needed.

The room was very clean and comfy. We stayed a few days and it got cleaned in between, very nicely.

There were no linens for the sl1eeper sofa. We had to request them, even though reservations stated an extra person. Also, the free continental breakfast was not there. It was $18 per person to eat.

This is my second stay here. It’s always very clean with friendly staff. And the beds are very comfortable.

Overall good stay. The parking lot is in the back of the building which was a little confusing at first. Parking is $12 per day. Staff was friendly and very helpful. It was really busy since there a football game but overall and comfortable stay.

Desk clerk was not very friendly. Didn’t tell us about the $12.00 charge for parking. Was not very forthcoming about anything. Really bad.

The hotel is nice and clean. Expect to pay for parking which is around $12 per night. The parking lot is a decent size. There is no complimentary breakfast so keep that in mind as you will be paying $18 per person.

The irritating things were both pre departure and arrival rooms had only one coffee cup for a reservation for two people. There were no water glasses in the room for us to use with the bottle of wine that we brought and so that you can buy the $3.99 (as I remember) bottle of water. Shuttle service to the airport at 6:00 a.m. was great. But upon returning they kept us waiting in an area at the airport that was noisy and stinking of diesel for an hour for "FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE" for a 5 minute ride to the hotel. I registered my disappointment with the desk clerks that night and the next morning and received a canned "I'm sorry, we will talk to them" from both, which appears to be nothing but lip service. The vending machines on each floor were gone and any food or snacks had to be purchased on the ground floor from the hotel which was not convenient. I was surprised that they didn't have a complimentary breakfast (cereals, juice, bagels, bananas, apples, waffles, coffee). They charge $18.00 for breakfast buffet and have an omelet station, but after returning from the breakfast buffet at Sandals we did not want to be disappointed further. I can only feel that my expectations of Hilton Hotels has been lowered and will consider all for my future travels.

Airport shuttle was easy; however, this hotel does not offer you a shuttle to transport you around for eating or shopping and there is nothing within walking distance. They also will not wave their $35 early check-in even when your room is available. They also do not have a secure room to hold your luggage. Probably will not stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Hilton. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the airport and super convenient to the football stadium, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

Easy check in

This hotel is like a resort. High end amenities, such as a full bar, a cooked order breakfast that was as good as any restaurant. Staff was very accommodating and polite improfessional at all times. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was very nice. Aria felt very safe during the day and night.

The room was spacious and comfortable bed. I like that they had good service at their little restaurant at the hotel. There was a lot of people at the hotel so the wait for the elevator was a long time. The pool area was OK. Nothing spectacular about the pool just a very average hotel pool. The Jacuzzi was not working. I like that it was close to the airport and we used the free hotel shuttle, which was great.

My experience was definitely not the experience that I expect from a Hilton hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, no extra linen in the room for the let sofa for my daughter, and w me had to walk

Location and transport access.

We came in town for a concert. It was a perfect location, close to the mall, close to our venue and close to our road out lol. Room was comfortable. Pretty quiet area. The only thing that changed rating was the elevator went out our second night there. It was working the day of our check-out so not a long time waiting.

Over priced for what you get. Hot tub was way too hot and unable to use comfortably. Hard to find parking and had to pay.

Upon arrival, we noticed only one elevator was working, resulting in long wait times. However, this was just the beginning. A delivered package went missing, despite proof of delivery signed by a G. Garada. The receptionist was unaware of who G. Garada was, and it wasn't until later that we discovered the hotel had a manager named A. Garada, who denied signing for the package. The package mysteriously reappeared the next morning, but it had been opened, sealed with duct tape, and an item was missing. This lack of accountability and care for guests' belongings was concerning. To make matters worse, on check-out morning, both elevators were out of service, forcing us (2 females) to carry 4, 50lbs bags down 5 flights of stairs. When we requested assistance, the reception said no one was there to help, leaving us to manage the heavy luggage on our own. Given these issues, we would caution potential guests. Unless the hotel improves its package handling and maintenance, we wouldn't recommend it.

My now fiance and I had a fantastic stay. We were close to everything we needed, rooms were quiet. Beds very comfy, good water pressure. The only thing I would say is that during the duration of our stay there was only one elevator working which led to longer then expected waiting times going up and down from our rooms. We only had one elevator working for 3 out of the 4 days we stayed here and the second elevator began working the morning we left. I understand that this may not be a direct responsibility of Hilton garden inn them selves, it was something noticeable that we were dissatisfied with. Other than that, we had a great stay.

We arrived during shift change, so it was a little slow and hectic as to who was going to check us in besides that, Everything else was amazing ,wait. Not the shower for this to be such a nice hotel, they need to upgrade their shower heads

The food options were very limited and the wait staff had room service duties as well as table duties. Other wait staff did not help a table while my server was delivering a room service so I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to pay my bill.
