    We left late at night during our first night due to noisy neighbors. A room full of Kids, yelling, jumping, running, and playing video games at full volume. The young girl at the desk tried to get them to be quiet, but was unsuccessful. She stated that they did not have a security officer to assist.

    The rooms were outstanding had everything you need. The staff were always super friendly and helpful with everything. One of the better breakfasts offered by a hotel in quite awhile. Parking was convenient.

    Love the location and the staff is super friendly. The fan on the A/C wasn't working in our first room. When they moved us,the 2nd room smelled so bad from disinfectant, that we thought maybe something had died in there.

    Our room had a musty smell and the shower dripped from the tap. The bed was uncomfortable. It was tired looking/everything is just very dated. No USB ports or anything to charge your phone. The coffee in the morning was totally watered down but the staff was good about replenishing everything in a timely manner. It was fine for one night, but I definitely feel that we overpaid.

    I will say the staff was great and worked to remedy all 3 problems. The rooms were not very well insulated, and the noise level was loud. You could hear people talking outside the motel and in the hallways all night long.

    Location was fantastic. Very easy to get to the cruise port. Lots of food choices nearby, too. We will always stay here when we're cruising out of Tampa. Staff was great as well. Construction next door is a little bothersome, but not too bad.

    I stayed for one night. The front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. At the time, there was a bit of ongoing roadwork and road closures which made it difficult to find the entrance, but this appeared to be only temporary. I would definitely re-visit.

    I had to move to the hotel across the street. The heat was not working in my room. They had to transfer me across the street. I'm 71 yrs old and no one (staff) would assist me in carrying my suitcase. I was told I could use the cart which was going to be very hard to push across the street. I had to ask another person who was staying there to assist me.

I was unaware of a parking fee until she asked for my credit card for incidentals. Just that alone had me wishing I had chosen somewhere else to stay. I don’t like this nickel and dime fees that are basic B.S. The crew that manned the breakfast was attentive and made sure to keep everything stocked (especially the bacon.). The juice machine was broken and there seemed no backup was thought of so we headed out to purchase some. The pros for this property is the staff, who did a great job despite broken equipment (luggage carts, juice machine, etc) and having to charge the B.S. fees for things that don’t make sense, but seemed to be a money grab. I wouldn’t stay here again just because of the parking fee. I’m disappointed that a great deal turned into not so great.

    The breakfast was your normal free breakfast hotel food which was fine. The pool was closed for maintenance one day and when we wanted to use it, it was too cold. It's not heated and because of the location of the pool, there is a lot of shade. The biggest concern was our room smelled damp and musty and there was mold on the curtains. Also, the filter on the AC had dirt and debris on it. We were there to visit our grandchildren (ages 2 and 7 months) and they came to the hotel to visit us, so I was a little concerned about the air quality in our room.

    This hotel smelled fabulous! I’ve stayed in hotels for over 40yrs now and this was top tier with the cleanliness overall. The cleaning staff 10/10. The warm cookies at the desk, orange laced water, and availability of coffee cups were great for us.

    All the staff were very welcoming and throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, I had called in with a question and Rachel answered the phone. She was very pleasant and I told my husband “ Wow, someone with a personality and very friendly.” When we arrived to check in I asked for an upgrade because we were celebrating our 50th anniversary. She said certainly and also gave us welcome snacks. Just the little things can mean so much to people.

    Elevator certificate expired in 2024. Brown substance at the bottom of the pool. When we arrived, the front desk was at the hotel across the parking lot because fairfield ran out of ice. The staff apparently work at both hotels?! There seemed to be enough staff, just not cross trained to do more than one thing. Example, we had 3 staff check in with us at the front desk letting us know the frknt desk attendant was across the parking lot. Yet no one else could check us in. We arrived at check in time, yet our room was not ready. Rather than with two kids, I offered to take any available room. We got a slightly upgraded room, but I also felt like we earned it at that point. There needs to be someone managing everyone working there, delegating tasks, and cleaning throughout the day. There is one elevator that services the entire hotel, it was dirty and didnt feel safe. Seems like the last time someone out money into the place was 2010-2015, judging on the decor and condition of furnishings. But, you get what you pay for, this place was inexpensive and good enough for our one night stay in Tampa. However, get your elevator inspected, certificate to be valid for the correct year, and get your pool cleaned, besides breakfast, it is your best amenity.

    The hotel is basic, cleaning staff are not honest. I left a bag there and call for it the minute I remember. The front desk told me they didn’t see it in loss and found. Overall the experience was okay!!

    The hotel is basic, cleaning staff are not honest. I left a bag there and call for it the minute I remember. The front desk told me they didn’t see it in loss and found. Overall the experience was okay!!

    My room on the third floor had Tiny white bugs crawling in the wood fixtures! (I have video) I grabbed my bags and went to the front desk immediately. The lady was very nice and apologetic, she stated that she couldn't issue a refund due to me booking through a third party (expedia) and offered to switch my room to the first floor. I asked her to come with me and grab cleaning supplies and gloves because she was gonna have to check for bugs, spray and wipe down. I DONT DO BUGS!!!! the room was fine no bugs from that point BUT it was a very unsettling feeling. I was ready to go! They put on hold on your card for incidentals, then the hold is released after you "check out" it's been almost a week since check out and the transaction is still pending. Overall not a good experience for me.

    Says it had laundry facility at check-in in the fitness center. Fitness center had 2 treadmills and no space for anything else. Front desk said washer was broken, however there wasn't one. She suggested we ask the Courtyard Marriott across the parking lot if we could use theirs. We traveled to a laundromat. We have never been in a Marriott hotel is such need of updating.

    Everything was average with our visit. Downfall was the no parking. Had to park in the back of the hotel with no lights and 18 wheelers or unfortunately take a handicap parking spot. Which our hearts didnt feel comfortable doing so. My husband and i also believe it was a hidden camera in the room. Was the size of a power outlet with slits in the middle. Inside was a camera. Truly freaked my husband and I out. Felt very uncomfortable unsafe!!! Suggest pay the extra money at a different hotel! Not worth being spied on.

    Carpet in elevator needs to be cleaned or replaced it is filthy. Maid service made the beds, gave clean towels (no wash clothes) and did not empty trash cans during 5 day stay. Diana who prepared breakfast was awesome. The dining area was full of guests but Diana put out more food when the food ran out. She kept the tables clean. I applaud her for her hard work and positive attitude even though some of the guest were rude.

    Outdated tvs with no guide an a remote that has limited options. For context, remote didn’t even have a mute button. Pillows were fluffy but easily flattened. Building was noisy with thumping steps heard thru out the night a random sounds. Breakfast was good only for the country sausage slices, biscuits an coffee. Would NOT stay here again.

    We were informed that the elevator was not working reliably! The hallway always had something lying on the floor for long time. It is sad that guests do not pickup what they drop but I do think the staff should pick it up in reasonable time. We saw the thing lying on floor in the morning was still there in the evening. All 3 days something was left there for almost the all day!
