    The area was close to airport. Last mon bookings got room great rate Arrived got our key. Didn't work for the room... had go back to desk and lady put is on completely different room. Found cockroach crawling on the floor Lots dust or seemed to be dead skin on floor underneath bed and on the bed frame

    Lost power 2 times, front desk lady rude, from check in till she left at 430. Needs to learn patience. No power for 2 hrs, asking for backup plan, she again rude, I was there with my 7 yr old grandson. Then asking for coffee pot for my room, whewww, for 180$ night, it sucked. Front desk lady

    Well, I likes it when I booked it thinking it had a vacancy. Oh and the lady at the desk. They, the hotel, took my money unfairly. I get there, deak receptionist asks for ID and I habd her my license, she hands it back and tells me that there are no vacancies. WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR A ROOM I DID NOT OCCUPY?????? Only to have contacted customer service to be told the hotel does not WANT to return the funds....

    The staff is lazy, rude, disrespectful and unhelpful! The room is disgusting, dirty, nasty, smells, holes in the walls- floors-showers-sheets(what sheets were actually given to us cause we had to ask for them)! Homeless people in and out living in the hallways! The ONE chair in the room stained, nasty DISGUSTING!!!! A burn hole on the counter covered with a face cloth! Microwave BROKE! Shower YELLOW water brown, rug was moist and moldy! Had to wake someone up in order to get pillows because the room didn’t have any. The list can go on and the pictures to prove it all! The room was beyond over priced because of the BTS concert same wknd so I ended up paying over $600 for ONE NIGHT IN THIS DUMP OF A PLACE! Price gauging to the fullest advantage! Embarrassing beyond words for this company to even think it was ok to charge this fee! When we “checked out” couldn’t even speak with anyone like I requested I was approached by someone “checking out put the key on the desk” I stood there few mins to request to speak to someone but was informed there was no one there that wants to speak with me anyway! In the rudest tone ever that included an eye roll! Never would I recommend this to a dying animal or my worst enemy!

    Pros: the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the best thing is that there were NO BUGS!! Cons: the phone didn't work when we tried to call the front desk since the lady was never there, they said they would send up bedding for the sofa bed but never did (had to chase down housekeeping just for sheets), one eye on the stove didn't work, the Chromecast didn't work on the TV. The worst part, though, was that the AC unit started beeping and switching can speeds at 2 am and kept beeping every few seconds throughout the day. They never fixed it, though we mentioned it twice. My husband ended up unplugging it. Had there not been a second unit in the room, it would have been hot in there. Rosa, there front manager, never wants to help anyone. She's never at the desk, even if she's in the office chatting. My husband leaned over the desk and rang the bell (height is his strength). She came out, shot him a look, then put the bell where no one could reach it. She then made promises of sending help with the AC and bedding for the sofa bed but never did anything. Oh. And I had to go back down after checking in to get the parking pass that she said I had to have then promptly forgot to provide. Yeah. Don't stay there.

    Nothing Smells like melting cheese and cleaning supplies. The pillows are hard as rocks. The room is either frozen or hot temperature doesn’t adjust. No wifi. Tv was turned away from the beds and we were not able to watch it. I booked the room with folded couch it was impossible to use , easier to sleep on the floor. We upgraded the room and were quoted extra 227$ on top of 550$ already paid. I would recommend this to all of my enemies ?‍♀️

Westshore Blvd., Tampa, FL) for [insert number of nights, e.g., several nights/a week], and it far exceeded every expectation I had for a comfortable, convenient extended stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and truly at home. This property is a hidden gem right in the heart of the Westshore area, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Location is Perfect Just minutes from Tampa International Airport (TIA), making arrivals and departures a breeze—no stressful long drives or early morning rushes. It’s also super convenient to major highways (easy access to I-275), shopping at International Plaza and Bay Street, Raymond James Stadium, downtown Tampa, and plenty of restaurants and attractions. Whether you’re here for business, a layover, or a longer visit, the location couldn’t be better. Free parking was a huge plus too! Newly Renovated Suites – Spacious and Modern The suites have been beautifully updated with new flooring, fresh modern paint colors, crisp and cozy bedding, and large 50” flat-screen TVs. My suite felt bright, airy, and incredibly spacious—plenty of room to spread out, work, relax, or even entertain. The fully equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dishes/utensils) was a game-changer. I cooked several meals and saved so much on dining out.

    The room was clean and the woman who checked us in was very helpful. That’s where the positives end. The hotel smells like stale smoke and the room smell was worse with something they tried to cover up the smell with. You can hear every noise from neighbors and outside. We opened the windows (no screens) and had to prop them up to keep them open and let air in. The room was a decent size for 2 people and had a full size fridge, microwave, and stovetop that we didn’t use. Breakfast was tea (one kind), coffee, and pre-packaged muffins and instant oatmeal—no juice or fruit, not that they advertised that, but it is nice to have. The pool had one old chair and if there were pool towels, we didn’t get any. Every time we went to the front desk (the phone in the room didn’t work to call them), nobody was out at the desk or the one employee was slowly helping other guests. Would not recommend and will never stay there again.

    Changed the sheets, okay. Go to turn on the tv and it wouldn’t connect to anything. Woke up this morning with a giant rash on my arm, from heavens knows what. After a travel day from heck, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Their customer service didn’t offer any assistance or compensation. I understand that things happen, but to not make anything right.: come on now..

    The hotel is in a shady 'adult entertainment' area. The pull out couch looked like a crime scene. The actual beds seemed to be in good condition. The hotel is okay for maybe one quick night airport or cruise transfer. Anything beyond that, plan on getting a different hotel.

    Service was slow to check in lobby had people hanging around asking for sheets to dress their rooms I assume they were homeless and staying in available rooms . Counter personnel seemed overwhelmed and disorganized . They didn’t have any more key cards available he had to leave the desk for long periods to open rooms for guest waiting . Finally got to the room and it was not cleaned and still a mess hotel halls and elevator smelled strongly of marijuana . Ended up staying elsewhere.

    Front desk was not helpful when ask about the laundry process everything was wait on manager. Key card door for laundry room was giving trouble. Breakfast was horrible coffee and cupcakes only and if you reach late its all gone. Outside the building was in good condition well kept same for pool area. pool had one chair to sit but water was clean. We stayed in other extended stay in different states already this was by far the worst.

    I booked a room with 2 queen beds ans was given a bed with 1 queen and a pull out couch that was disgusting enough that the kids opted to sleep on the floor. HOTEL NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I will never stay at an extended stay again. Booked one a few years ago, terrible experience. Wanted to give them another run. Equally terrible room. Put your money towards a room that will actually accommodate your family.

    Bed covers were stained. There were dead roaches in the bathrooms. No utensils/cooking supplies in the kitchen. AC units were on their last legs. NO BREAKFAST any of the 3 nights we stayed there. There were random guys walking around the halls drunk out of their mind & one tried to enter my room. Property has very little grass but staff was friendly & helpful.

    I would not stay here ever! I was delayed on a flight, messaged the property that I would be delayed. Got to the hotel around 130 am and my room was given away. The front desk clerk Jenneh offered no help and wouldn’t even attempt to help me. Turned her back on me and went into the office. I was traveling solo as a women so had to find another hotel in the city at 2 am driving alone in public transport. Hotels. Com would not help me either and offered ZERO HELP OR EVEN A REFUND! So I was left with 2 hotels and 2 Uber rides after traveling all evening and into the night. If I could give them both a -10 I would!!!!

    The bed sheets were dirty with someone else's hair and dirt. The air unit didn't cool at all there were two in the suite and only one of them worked. There were two desk chairs and they were disgusting and I had to put a towel down so my kids could sit on it. The pull out mattress had what looked like blood stains. Over all very dirty and the staff was like oh well. I also witnessed several other visitors complaining as well. 2/10 would NOT recommend. 👎

    Second- The room was very clean just the fact the sofa bed was "disgusting" mattress was ripped the spring was in very very bad conditions stained all over this mattress this make me feel that this mattress is for more than 10 yrs. No custion or support in this mattress at all , my back the next day was source! Amenities like; bath soap and shampoo was very poor and tiny not for 4 people's. People's was running and taking louder on the hallway and areas. Last , the hallway and areas smelled like weed (marijuana). Very uncomfortable situation specially for minors around. Value of one night was not justified due the price of $257.00 for just one night!

    I booked the property 3 days in advance, got there before the 12:00pm and my room was sold to another person. I had 3 kids with me and I did not had a place to stay. The receptionist was as rude as a rude person can be. She said it was not her problem to call and request a refund. Said the hotel was sold out. One of my kids asked to use the bathroom, and she said it was close. The worst experience ever… don’t book this place.

    Super humid inside that it is smelly. Mattresses slide so easily off the frame. Couch was overly ripped, when trying to open the sofa bed I could see how dirty it was so decided to not use it. At 9 AM got woken up by housekeeping to ask if we were ready to leave.. checkout is at 11 AM. Never booking here again.

    Staff was friendly. But that’s about the only thing that went well. First of all the room I had was very outdated and not very clean. The exhaust fan in the shower room was falling out of the ceiling. The tub had a low spot in the middle of it where water collected and had created a stain. Then there were the bugs….thankfully I am ok with killing them but I had a total of 7 medium sized cockroaches in the room. Not to mention even more baby ones. I guess you do get what you pay for.

    Bedbugs. That’s all I have to say about the room. Obvious evidence of bedbugs existing in the room. When brought up to corporate, they forwarded me to the front desk assistant manager who gave me nasty attitude regarding my choice to go to corporate as if I was intentionally trying to undermine her or get her in trouble. She wouldn’t even switch my room or give me a refund and told me “if you’re unhappy with your service you can check out early”. Their “breakfast” is a few granola bars and muffins that you can get from Amazon Bulk AND they were basically gone within an hour and not refilled. Staff was kind and quick to tend to my needs and even the site manager eventually called to make things right with the room, switching my family to a different room. This room was much cleaner than the other and had no evidence of bed bugs, however, half the appliances didn’t work and even the phone had no cord to even plug into the wall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! This place makes Extended Stay America look bad. I’ve gone to many in my time and none of them were ever this bad. Which is weird considering they are minutes away from the airport. Do better.

    The tv did not work and the previous guest left something yellow in the tub that i guess the housekeepers didnt check. Payed double for the room when i could have signed up and got for half the price so instead of 90 plus tax i paid 180 plus tax for 1 night and a dirty room.

    Bad odor in the whole building and room. Roaches in the room. Mold in the cabinets. Mold in the walls and paint sticking out. The bathroom faucet peeling off, same as the bathtub. Towel hanger corroded and falling from top two screws. Room sofa with dirt marks. Grab and go breakfast not available because someone left the key one of the days.

    Starting with the receptionist, she wasn’t very customer friendly. I was traveling with family, including a baby, and we kindly asked to leave our luggage prior to check in and only 2 luggage were allowed. We reserved for 2 adults and 1 child and were given a room with a full size bed for 3 person. The elevator always smelled either cigarette or ganja smell. Honestly, to be my first time I didn’t quite get a great experience. Also, on the shower we found a cockroach.

    The toiletries provided were very basic, and the “continental breakfast” advertised was misleading. What was offered amounted to coffee, hot cocoa, tea bags, pre-packaged muffins, and packets of oatmeal—no fruit, no cereal, no breads, and no pastries beyond the small packaged muffins. This does not meet the standard of a true continental breakfast. Noise was a constant issue. The guests above us were loud and disruptive at all hours, and despite reporting it to the front desk multiple times, the disturbances continued throughout our stay. The most unacceptable part of the visit was discovering urine and feces stains—and a strong odor—on the sleeper sofa mattress when we attempted to use it. This is completely unsanitary and inexcusable. We did not use the sleeper at all after seeing its condition. Because of these issues—the misleading breakfast, unresolved noise problems, and the extremely unsanitary sleeper mattress—I will not be staying at this location again. Extended Stay will not receive my business in the future. I hope management takes these concerns serious.

    First room I checked into still had dirty towels laying in the bathroom and realized it was not cleaned yet. I was given another room that was dirty. Floor was filthy, couch had something sticky dried all over it, bathroom sink faucet was dirty. No hair drier. The hotel was quiet. That was the one thing I liked about the hotel.

    My room had no hot water during my stay and i took two very cold showers. Less important but the outlet near the bathroom sink was scorched and non-functional so I could not stand in front of the mirror to use my hair appliance. Most hotels provide hair conditioner and hair dryers so I didn't bring my own and that was a problem. The coffee terrible.

    Terrible service, at check in Quincy was complaining about being there past his time, very rude and short tempered. When we had questions he pointed to sign and told us to read. Room was very dirty and entire place smelled horrible. Bath tub had a rubber mat and dirty I could not shower as it was disgusting. Horrible accommodation if you have pets; at this point just say no pets allowed. Key stopped working several times and every time I went to front desk someone was cursing them out. Do better, and train employees to have respect and customer service. Stay away not worth a fee stay. This needs to be refunded at this point.

    AT CHECKING THE GENTLEMAN WAS GREAT WHO DID THE CHECKING, BUT THE LATINO LADY WHO I SUSPECT IS THE MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR FOR THE FRONT DESK, SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE, SHE DOESN'T DESERVES TO BE REPRESENTING A HOTEL IN A FRONT DESK, WITH THE TYPE OF ATTITUDE SHE GOT ESPECIALLY TO PEOPLE WHO SPENDING THEIR MONEY, I MANAGED A HOTEL FRONT DESK, AND ALL I CAN SAY SHE WOULD NOT EVEN GET 1 STAR FROM ME...ALL OTHER STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL, ESPECIALLY THE GENTLEMAN AT FRONT DESK WITH THE NOSE PIERCING THE AFRICAN AMERICAN GUY.

    The breakfast was sub par, at best with only coffee, muffins and nutrigrain bars only. No milk for the coffee just a crusty pump bottle of coffee-mate looked like it was there for 6 months. Everything is an up charge, the dishes in the suite, WIFi and phone calls. Area is a little sketchy with the strip club in the joining parking lot. You always get what you paid for. Met the need for a place to stay, but I’ve been at better places for a similar price point.

    The most crappiest hotel and your rooms suck. You took $100 for a crappy dirty broken room and bathroom was full of roaches and rust. Horrible is nicer word than this room we got. Luckily we stayed for four hours and not more. We could not even enter the bloody tub to shower. Maybe you guys should go and stay there only then you will know.

    Says renovated in January… the carpets in the hall way were torn up. I know it’s an extended stay but it sure seemed like most of the people there lived there long term. No amenities in the room. No plates, silverware, etc. Our room smelled terrible- like curry had been cooked in there every day for months. The smell was permanent in the room.

    The Property overall was pretty good, it was my family’s and my first time booking at a hotel/motel. It was relaxing no problems occurred in our stay but I will say this, the only thing that was really popped out was the unpleasant smell from within the hotel/motel . As I said in the very beginning, overall it was really good.

    The hotel room i was originally given was disgusting. When they tried to give me bother room the two other rooms were also uncleaned. Had to book another hotel altogether because I was not staying there. First room gave “some shady stuff went in on here” only saving grace was the front desk guy who was very understanding

    It’s outdated, dirty, smelly. Breakfast is NOT breakfast. It’s some Walmart snack specials. Coffey was cold. Too much to even write. Nothing was positive.

    We booked this hotel due to it having two full beds and a sleeper sofa. We had 5 adults and 1 child to accommodate. The check in receptionist was extremely rude and seemed bothered that we were checking in. She stated several times that she had been playing “musical chairs” with rooms because they had several rooms that couldn’t be booked because they hadn’t been cleaned. When we got to our room it was missing the sleeper sofa. I went back to the desk to request another room explaining that we needed another bed. Again, the front desk clerk was rude and said they were completely booked and she could give me blankets to sleep in the hardwood floor or she could give me a refund and we could go somewhere else. At this point it was past 1:30 in the morning and we had drove 12 hrs to get there and we only needed the one night. I asked if we could get a sofa or a mattress from one of the sofas in a room that hadn’t been cleaned and she refused. We got a partial refund from Expedia for the inconvenience, but the hotel refused to accommodate us in any way. We ended up pushing the two beds together and sleeping that way for 4 hrs. We then got up to get the “breakfast” that was included, and all that was available was instant oatmeal packets, hot water, and cold coffee. It was still early when my husband went down and so he asked if there was more getting put out. The morning shift front desk clerk told him no, that this is what a continental breakfast consists of.

    It was clean enough and fit my needs for the stay, however, the staff were pretty rude with the exception of one gentleman working the desk. Staff attempted to charge us for another night claiming they “only receive payment 7 days at a time” despite us paying in full. Made us call expedia support before finally letting it go. The lobby also had a stanky fish smell for about 3 days. “Breakfast” is just coffee and cheap muffins, but overall this place isn’t awful. Just not great either.

    Place is getting old & is in need of remodeling badly. Toilet worked but didn't flush well, bathroom sink stopper disconnected so it could not hold water, dishwasher did not work, coffee machine was extremely small & we were constantly going to front desk for coffee, furniture, counter tops all beat up. If you are looking to save money though & not staying at the property except to sleep, this is your place for sure. Very close to 2 malls & many stores & restaurants.

    This property was dirty! The did not have any towel or clean linen. I was told to get clean towels I had to give them the dirty ones and wait until the staff arrived to to laundry. There was no eating utensils available I was told they do not have anyone to do the dishes. The pool was fitly and carpet throughout the hallways smelled like a dog kennel. The beds had no lines and was soiled with stains I was appauled.

    We got two rooms, and they put us on separate floors. These rooms were disgusting. My daughter’s feet were black from the floor. It smelled like mold, ripped furniture, holes in the walls. I mean it was definitely not worth $105! Absolutely do not stay here! And breakfast was a joke!

    The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. She suggested dining options in the area. Our room needed a deep clean, there was mold on the edges of the refrigerator. Only stayed one night and didn't use the refrigerator. The hotel was very convenient to the airport for a very early flight.

    The guy working the front desk was great! Room was big and fit my family great. Tub was dirty, no bedding for the pullout bed and a live roach was on the pullout bed (I have a video of it) took about 30-45mins for us to get another room and they actually sent someone up to check that we wasn’t lying.

    Expedia advertised your hotel as having breakfast in the morning. Small little muffins and a container of coffee is NOT breakfast. Please stop advertising as such!! I was deeply disappointed that there wasn't anything else available. False advertising for sure..And whoever proof-reads these....I did NOT break any of the 3 rules that were mentioned. There isn't any profanity and there isn't any personal information. Please post this or I will get on social media and blast Expedia and stop using it and switch to another app.

    Not good, we got to the hotel and it was disgusting, the desk chair had a bunch of stains on it, the pull-out mattress had a bunch of stains. Overall, very bad. I gave the staff 5 stars because they were nice and gave me a refund for the stay, so that was nice.

    Escogimos este hotel solo para pasar solo la noche y en la mañana hacer check out a las 8am, nos parecio conveniente ya que supuestamente incluiría desayuno ( grab and go) lo cual nunca hubo desayuno en la mañana ni siquiera un cafe. Y ni hablar de la limpieza, estaba muy sucio. Encotramos hormigas en la bañera, y la cama no tenia sabanas puestas estuvimos que bajar a podirlas

    As soon as you open the door, there was a terrible smell like sewage....as per the receptionist, it happened whenever she turns on the washer. Carpet in the hallways were so dirty. Inside the room, the light on the night stand has no power outlets. Terrible!

    Our deposit was charged twice and we have to wait 7-10 business days to get this fixed. No extra towels when requested and no hair dryer in the room. The continental breakfast was muffins, oatmeal and coffee.

    The property’s location to the airport is perfect if you have a super early flight. The room was very clean but the property itself is extremely dated. Looks like they started renovations but didn’t do the kitchens and bathrooms yet. Needs updating instead of being stuck with 1987 fixtures and appliances and 2020 decor. It was a little pricey for what I experienced but convenient and good only for a few hours.

    I was surprised with the stay felt like I am at such a messy place I took a wrong decision. From start to end my stay was a nightmare with two kids who were an infant and toddler. Forget about the bathroom everything including room kitchen and sofa were so old felt like I am living in 90s. I wish to get my refund back as my start was nothing more that a pathetic.

    While the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was def showing its age. We stayed in a room that was an extended stay room, even though we were only there for a few hours. There was no coffee maker in the room and when it came to the "free breakfast" the choices were either a chocolate muffin or plain instant oatmeal. Knowing we were going to be getting up and heading out, we picked here because of the breakfast, only to be disappointed when the 2 options weren't anything my kids would eat, Also when my husband went down the first time there was no coffee and only one muffin, he went down while we were getting dressed and they had refilled the coffee and put out a couple more muffins, but ,ind you this was with a couple hours left of the free breakfast

    Broken dish washer, chairs extremely dirty, roaches by the nightstands, broken soap holder, broken ac remote cover. Lady at front asked to bring trash to front desk. Towel rack broken, microwave dirty, vent extremely dirty and moldy. Not phone in the room, keys kept getting deactivated over and over Pictures were share with front desk.

    They advertise a continental breakfast, which is a total joke. Coffee (if you get there early enough), instant oatmeal packets and maybe a tiny muffin or Nutri grain bar if you're lucky. The property is next to a strip club and the area isn't the best, but not the worst. Some of the front desk staff were friendly, but most were not. I had to get a new key almost every time I left the room because they didn't work. The air conditioner broke, and the hallway smelled like a locker room and along with a strong odor of marijuana. The washing machine I used didn't drain and my clothes were stained as a result. The only thing that was semi-nice was that the sheets on my bed were clean, and the bed wasn't awful. There are several hotels close to the area that were similar in price and much nicer. I would avoid this hotel if possible.

    Great location, perfect for an overnight but…. The room smelled heavily of dog. I have been in pet friendly hotels and they usually have so many rooms used for pets. My niece and nephew were with me and are allergic to animals and sneezed all night! The room was clean just lingering smell made it not so good. Just an idea if someone isn’t traveling with pets keep so many pet free rooms!
