It is close to i75 easy to get.around but prperty has a plumbing issue iflushed toilet and it flooded the floor so much i left my stay early

First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. We booked this particular place because it had a pool also. Well, the code to open the gate to get to the pool wouldn't work. Reached out multiple times and was told that was the right code. Well apparently not because it won't unlock the gate and I guess that's why no one else is in the pool either. Then was told someone would get back to me to make it right and never heard from them again regarding this issue.

The smelled of strong urine and floors were sticky!! The lady at the front desk was kind and made sure I was given my whole refund.

The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with this company again. Very disappointed.

The property was decent with close proximity to tourist paces and theme park. Rooms could have been a little more updated and spruced up. Lobby desk closed by 10pm or earlier and was not open for check out at 8:00am. A little strange not to have anyone there when you walk in or leave to be able to ask for anything needed or simply be there.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with traveling in a very long time. I arrived to find out that they oversold the hotel, and they took my money for the room, but had no availability. I was told I would get a refund in 7-14 days. The front desk staff was rude, had no care about the situation and I had to ask them if they could answer the phone from Expedia to confirm that they did not have anything available. If there's a bar for lowest effort possible, they were even lower than the lowest. While I was handling this situation for myself. A gentleman walked out the elevator with a bike and TV covered in a blanket that they were stealing from the hotel. The front desk person shrugged their shoulders at this as well. Expedia did end up resolving the situation after more than 2 hours of working through it, but I would never recommend staying at this location after that experience.

Amenities are very lacking. The vending machine had a $3.10 candy bar. That was weird. But I needed it at the moment.

Hands down the Best Staff Ever!!! I can’t say enough about what all they have done for me during a tough time in my life. They have been Absolutely Amazing, from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Management!!! All shifts have been nothing but accommodating to me and my needs. Honestly, they have really gone above and beyond when they didn’t even have to.

Staff was extremely rude to us with our service animal, to the point we left early from our reservation. They banged onnthe door asking if we were leaving when we had paid for a total of 3 nights upfront. Never have I been treated so horribly by staff.

Our room looked worn off. The TV clicker was missing, the chair sit was cut; no shampoo, the floor was sticky. The microwave must be replaced. It is too old and dangerously rusty inside, etc. The door electronic cards barely working.

Likes: The Location was excellent for me. The Bed was comfy enough, Internet was reliable, Liked having a Fridge & Microwave because i came with pre-prepped meals. The Space-Room size was good. Lighting was good. I liked having a Desk and chair to work on my computer that was very handy. The elevator worked. Ample, free parking. Dislikes: Staff - I was told there was no room before even being asked my name to check if I had a reservation, Staff was not friendly or even professional. Lack of responsiveness - calls to the front desk went unanswered and no return calls ever. The cleanliness of the room needed improvement and most of all, the many cockroaches!

An ant climbed on me in the bed, and a roach woke me up at 4 AM and I checked out within a half hour and there was nobody there to check me out.

People had to walk around it for hours. It was finally cleaned up in the middle of the night. Fortunately the room was within easy walking distance of a Bob Evans restaurant. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

I was in Tampa for a very quick trip. If you need a cheap place to stay and lay your head for a few hours this works but I wouldn’t recommend beyond that. And even that recommendation is a stretch. There were bugs in the bathroom, foul smell from the freezer, and the fridge was extremely rusted on the outside.

We found a lot of body hair on the bed sheets. We had no way of knowing what had actually been cleaned. This is the sketchiest hotel I have seen in a long time. Dirty, no one at front desk, just a phone in the lobby and a security shutter concealing the desk. I did not stay there, because the lobby experience was so disturbing. They were good enough to refund my payment, so there is that.

There was no gym or pool, in this place, only next door and no they are not connected only through name. I appreciate the man at the front desk during check in, but i would never return. Desk closes at 10 and no staff onsite overnight.

They advertise breakfast but there is no breakfast. Supposed to be non smoking but I could smell cigarettes in hallway. They don't answer the extension they give if I needed anything. Noisy and tje bathroom sink doesn't drain properly.

Took us 15 minutes to get through the door to open the room. The key wasn't working and the lock was stuck. The room was so dusty and dirty and smelled like weed and cigarette smoke, it was so stinky and unbearable. We checked in late and didn't have another option to stay at another hotel because everything was booked. The staff was friendly but the rooms are outdated and noisy you can hear banging and screaming from other rooms and no one was at the hotel to call staff leaves. I will never stay there again!

The room is nothing short of disgusting. The toilet was the filthiest I’ve ever seen and didn’t work. I cannot believe they even give out a room with this type dirty toilet. Asked to switch and was told there were no other rooms. There was half eaten food and water in the fridge. A bunch of unsavory people hanging around outside the whole time (looked like drug deals happening). The lady at the front desk was nice, that’s the only positive thing I can find to say about this place. I travel a lot but don’t often bother with reviews. Had to this time. DO NOT stay here!

The luggage cart had a flat tire. However the staff was polite. I cannot believe how much this cost me to stay here!

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. My flight was delayed so i arrived at hotel later in the evening. It was to short of notice to go to another hotel. Saw 3 roaches in room when I woke up. No one at front desk. They lock it down at night and workers do not return until the morning. Apparently the front desk re-opens at 9am but manager was late so another worker helped check me out and process my refund. Do not stay here!

I didn't like the in person check-in or check-out process due to the service desk closed and had to use a phone on the wall to have someone come downstairs to assist me. The bathroom toilet was stained on the inside with brown corrosion and the corner of the bathroom ceiling had mildew stains.

What I like about this place. Close the rims, they were very clean. The shower was awesome, and it was pretty quiet. Through the ninth. And what I didn't like about this place, what's the surrounding buildings outside with people cooking out and yeah, kids running everywhere. But rather than that, I'll give this place 4 stars

If you're in town just for an overnight it might be okay for you but if you're staying more than one night I will probably look elsewhere. For us this was not a great stay. Overall if I had to go back to the Tampa area I would not be staying at this hotel.

Floors smell like wet cold mold n musky Shower head not flush to drywall Rusting light switches… how do plastic light switches rust…. Place needs a deep clean Lady behind desk though, super nice she gets 10/10

Fridge had rusty patches on the outside. Though the sign out front said “Extended Stay”, the desk clerk said it was now part of the “Select” chain of hotels. So the sign is misleading. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and seemed to be clean.

I was supposed to stay multiple days but couldn’t even last a night before cancelling. Floor had footprints there was a clump of hair in the bathroom. Place reeked of cigarettes. Pretty sure there was a car breakin. It looked nothing like the photos. I know it is cheap and that is what you pay for but it is a husk of what other extended stays normally are.

Did not feel safe here with the permanent residents. Safety latch on door also broken. No breakfast as expected. Only one bar of soap and two towels, no other toiletries.

No one was available to check me in at 3:00am when I arrived. Slept in my truck. I would love a refund.

I was given a single bed room when I reserved a room with 2 beds. There was no one at the front desk by 10 so I couldn't switch rooms.

The room was not clean and saw some shady people around that may me feel unsafe.

As soon as you walk into this property there is a strong smell of smoke and it’s so musty and dirty. Our room had blood on the carpet and the tv was not working. Highly suggest you stay away from this place.

Dirty inside the room and outside the hotel. Found a dirty underware and towel in the bathroom. The hotel smelled moldy, dirty , the hallway carpet smelled horrible and look dirty stained . Nothing in the hotel looked inviting or clean. I had a 3 night reservation and only stayed one night because of the dirtiness and smell. I has to waste money staying in another hotel. BAD EXPERIENCE !!! Will NOT recomend to anyone !!

Noise was made all night from all the rooms around mine. Called the office twice. Still they continued to make noise all night. I have never had such a bad night. My room smelled of Dog and when i asked for another room i qas told that i could not be helped because of being fully booked.

No attendant came to check me in, according to the operator, it’s after hours…hopefully I could get my money back, I will call first thing in the morning

There was the smell of marijuana in the hallways and came through the vent and I didn’t get any type of housekeeping services for 6 days. I was told that they only offer it every two weeks because people “live” there and it isn’t a normal hotel.

Not a long drawn out checkin process. Very much to the point and to my room I went.

I didn't get to check in i disrupt in the parking lot of this hotel my reservation didn't pop up on there end didn't 4 hours on the phone trying to fix it by the time it was ready the check in office had closed . I was lied too they did they moved my reservation for the next day and it wasn't moved didn't all day afternoon calling for them to tell me that i had to wait 49 to 72 hours for a refund and its almost 3 am and i still haven't received this e gift card ruined my birthday i will never use hotels.com or referral hotels.com i am one angry used to be loyal customer

Room was dirty, as well as the reat of the hotel. Bad smells, shower curtain falling off the wall. Will not stay here again, please go somewhere else with free breakfast...
