Extremely poor quality and unsafe conditions I am highly dissatisfied with my recent 3-day family stay at this property. Upon arrival, a strong odor of marijuana was noticeable in the lobby, which persisted throughout the hallways and rooms due to long-term residents smoking indoors. The amenities were in unacceptable condition. The swimming pool remained dirty and unmaintained for the duration of our stay, making it unusable. Additionally, the air conditioning failed repeatedly in extreme heat, and management failed to offer a room change. Safety was also a major concern. The bathtub had a crude, temporary patch that was easily felt while standing, creating a constant risk of cutting our feet. Finally, the advertised "included breakfast" consisted only of a muffin and coffee to go. This is not a family-friendly hotel. I strongly advise against booking here.

The hotel's air conditioning kept turning on and off, which kept me from sleeping. There were fights in the hallways two nights in a row after midnight. Additionally, someone started smoking marijuana in the hallway after midnight, and the smell wafted into my room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideal location, close to the airport, the football stadium and downtown without being downtown. Parking was convenient but the lot should be cleaned up at least once a week. One thing I learned, don’t put your room’s magnetic key card in the same pocket as your mobile phone if it has a magnetic backing. It scrambles the key card mag strip.

However, the next 2 days we still didn’t have hot water to shower plus the toilet didn’t have water to flush. Front desk said there were any maintenance available to come fix that so he moved us to another room and that was at midnight. We had to move all our stuffs that was settled in the last 2 days to the new room.

I paid to upgrade my room and was very disappointed. The tv didn’t work. The light fixtures were questionable as they were wobbly and felt like it could fall off the wall. The hair dryer was rusted and sounded like a loud engine. I asked every day for a replacement and was told one would be brought to my room. This never happened. There was no breakfast as advertised. When asked some muffins were brought out that clearly sat out for the next two days. Bathroom and room was not very clean. I would never stay here again.

Unfortunately there was NO HOT WATER during my stay. I understand things like that are out of the control of the hotel itself, but it was very disappointing not to have a warm shower after a long dusty day of working outdoors, and having to get on a plane for a long day of travel without the benefit of clean hair and body. The air conditioning unit was also VERY noisy. The electrical outlet by the sink, the one the hair dryer was plugged into, DID NOT WORK. It was actually a good thing I didn't end up needing to blow dry my (clean) hair.

Oof i have stayed in some bad rooms but this one takes the cake. Arrived at 2am. Room 209. If there was another hotel less than 300 we would have left. Ok here it goes…general lobby and hallways haven’t been swept for days. Bathroom door bottom 5 inches were missing, looked like a creature chewed it off. Toilet was grouted to floor as if a 3 year old was fingerpainting with tan grout against white fixtures. The shower walls were water damaged and the curtain rod barely clung to the wall. Black mold spotted throughout. Walls in general coated in thick paint as if easier to repaint than clean. No drain plugs, no fan covers. 1st bed was concave, almost recliner like. Second bed sheets were dirty. Went back to front desk asked for different room…none available. Requested new sheets and towels. Replaced sheets on somewhat flat bed. Spotted several bug carcasses on the floor while changing sheets, did not mention it to the wife or complete meltdown would have ensued. She refused to go anywhere in room without sandals on including the tub which had stains so set in, probably couldnt be any cleaner. The A/C had one speed and was as loud as a jackhammmer but thankfully it was cold. If i was Wydham I would be ashamed to have this property associated with my brand and obviously quality control efforts are not working. Met other guests for the concert who shared similar concerns with their rooms. Do not recommed at any price.

Room was decent. There were stains on the pillowcases, the bathroom was breaking, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the sink faucet was very loose, you could hear everything in the hall and through the walls, it wasn’t the cleanest the places, they never cleaned the rooms, and in the parking lot something happened to my car because their policies they don’t have anything to do at the parking lot. There was nothing they could do so they claimed. Even though there were some things that are under their jurisdiction they chose not to do anything about it. So it is true about what they say, you get what you pay for. If you just need a place for the night to sleep then it’s fine but if you were looking for more than a diet, it’s definitely not the place for you. And it seems like they don’t really care about their place and there are tons of homeless people sleeping in the parking lot in the little trees outside as well.

The pictures were not accurate of the property. As soon as you enter the entrance, there’s a musty, moldy smell with fragrance. Our room also had a lot of smelly air freshener… Like it was trying to hide an odor. On the first night we were out all day and came back to our room and housekeeping didn’t come in to make the beds or give us clean towels. At 9 o’clock at night I wasn’t gonna make ann issue about it so I sent my son downstairs to get some towels for us. Apparently the room also had bedbugs. My son woke up, covered in big butt bites, and I had some, but they were all in his bed. I would not ever stay at that property again. For a Wyndham property I was shocked to see how bad it was. I wouldn’t even stay there if it was offered to me for free. The bathroom was gross. It was dirty. It needs to be updated. Bedbugs beware.

They offered to give us a room to shower in and said maintenance would be there the next morning. We were out until 10pm came back and still had no working shower. When we inquired we were told that there was no ticket and after sending more messages through text we were told that he did not show up and were moved to a different room which had no working toilet, we had to fill the ice bucket with water to flush. No one came. There were bugs in the bed (not bed bugs) and I woke up with bites on my arm and forehead. Horrible experience.

First off, they gave me an actual key, told me not to lose it, only one they have. My room door was right next to the ice machine, there was no door handle, it was replaced with a pull knob. The heat didn't work (it was 40deg that night) I was told to get a blanket from the front desk. The hotel had to be evacuated because someone threw a lot cigarette out. They waited until the hotel was full of smoke and the alarm finally went off, this was after I spoke w the front desk who assured me they had taken care of it, nothing to worry about. There was no door knob inside my room, just the dead bolt to grab to open the door. The room did not smell that great either. The water barely warmed up, so I didn't use the shower. My room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy.

This is my third time staying at this property, and my previous experiences were acceptable. However, this stay was completely different and unacceptable. Throughout the night, there was continuous water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. By the morning, part of the ceiling was visibly deteriorating and beginning to fall, creating a clear safety hazard. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely dirty and not properly maintained, which raises serious concerns regarding hygiene standards. I paid $181 for this stay, and the conditions I encountered do not meet basic hospitality or safety expectations. The property also advertises breakfast included, but the quality provided was far below what is reasonably expected. I have documented all of these issues with photos. Given the safety concerns and the unacceptable condition of the facilities, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter through the appropriate channels, including the booking platform and corporate customer service. Sincerely,

The hotel seemed inviting when you arrive, but once you get inside the smell inside the building is awful. It smells overwhelmingly like mildew throughout the building. The elevator was rickety, the air conditioning was not working properly and no hot water. There’s a lot of little things that should be fixed not just cosmetic repairs. For the cost I paid when I made the reservation this hotel should’ve been top tier condition.

I believed that I would be traveling alone but that changed and my wife came along. I phoned the hotel well in advance and the young lady told me that a complimentary upgrade was available and I would be provided a room with TWO queen beds instead of the one. However, on arrival I was told there were none available any different than the single bed suite I had paid for in advance. The room was quite dated with sticky floors throughout, an old and noisy rattling A/C unit, cracks in the sink, along with long dark hairs and other debris in the tub and surrounding areas, spattered paint on table lamp, TV remote didn't work, and you could easily tell that it'd been a long time since the room had a thorough cleaning or any real care or maintenance. Overall, Pretty sad. Sign in lobby said Breakfast 7 - 10. At 9:50 only coffee dispenser and 2-3 tiny, apparently left over muffins. NO BREAKFAST!

Well, for the price of the room, I was disappointed. The property was clean. The a/c in the room did not work very well. The tv was set for Spanish speaking folks. Nothing against these people, but hard to work thru channels when you don’t know what they are saying. When I stopped at a few of the channels I might be interested in, there was no audio. My main point is that for the price paid, I expected a little more.

Location to stadium Room was not cleaned by check-in, no ice available and only 2 bath towels provided for 4 guests. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have mold. I bought a two bed room. At check in they asked if we would like a one bedroom for the Same price. I said okay and when I walked into that room, it was disgusting. It smelled like mold. You sit on the bed and it shifts back and forth on the frame so you feel like you’re gonna fall through with one wrong move. The sheets had dirty stains on them, the bathtub has seen better days. Oh! And not to mention, the WINDOW DID NOT LOCK! There was NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW. Anyone can easily come and go as they please WITHOUT even having to buy a room on the FIRST FLOOR!!! SAFETY is NOT a priority, at least on the first floor. When going back to ask about room change, they were sold out. So where is my room that i ORIGINALLY BOUGHT? I did NOT complete my stay at this hotel due to the fact I’m an out of state WOMAN BY MYSELF. Checked out and left.

Absolutely awful. I wish I could share the pictures. The first room they put us in was dripping from the ceiling onto my head and smelled like sour mold. The floor was soaking wet, with the plug for the AC sitting in water. The second room smelled like a hot tuna can, and both beds were broken, as well as the bathroom door broken. Door was so bowed from moisture that it dug into the ground and would barely shut. Not to mention I reserved a suite that was supposed to have 2 beds and a pullout couch, and both the first 2 rooms had only 2 beds for 5 of us. I asked if it was a suite and the man said no. I showed him that’s what I booked, and he said “sorry, we’re full”. In sorry but my booking was for a room you’re not putting us in. We were ready to walk at 2 am to find a different place to stay. They ended up putting us in a king suite with 1 king bed and a pullout couch. No sheets in the room. No hot water in the shower. Scalding hot at the skin in the kitchen. Dirty toilet scrubber by the toilets blood/brown stains on the mattress. So, so, so gross. We had a light flight and got in around 1:30 am, and leaving at 10 am. Any longer, we absolutely would not have stayed. Have never been in a place so disgusting.

The room met my needs for a quick stay before an early AM flight. Drive time to the airport was speedy and smooth, even in rush hour. Breakfast offerings were coffee and muffins. But no napkins, plates or cutlery. My room was a very spacious but quirky apartment-style suite with a metal door key and sliding latch on the inside. Aging fluorescent bathroom lighting initially didn't work, but warmed up after about an hour. The bed was comfortable and the suite was clean. Staff were professional and polite. Parking was free and plentiful. The elevator was a bit creaky - I mostly opted for the stairs. Outdoor pool was not maintained well - it had lots of leaves submerged and floating, so a swim was not an option.

I'm not much of a complainer but the room had its fair share of issues. It might work for an inexpensive stay, but fair warning, the beds were extremely hard and the room smelled. The shower curtain rail was about to fall off and therefore we could not close it and there was hair on one of the "clean" towels. The breakfast consisted of the a handful of muffins (the exact same ones that were there when we checked in) and coffee. I would not recommend unless you're in a pinch.

The key to the room did not work initially and had to be re-magnatized but staff on-site were courteous. Was told breakfast was included, which was to be muffins, juice, and coffee...that's it. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance that offered a better variety. Upon returning to the room, the keycard did not work again but yet again, staff on-site remagnatized and we were able to access the room again. Overall the room was decent however it was dated. The air conditioner made a "racket" all night long and while sometimes soothing, it also sometimes wasn't. The shower was clean smelling BUT the shower head was at eye level for thr other occupant (5'2") and I am (5'7") but luckily it was not a hair washing night or my neck and lower back would have stringly protested. There was also a hole to the right of the showerhead that showed attempts to be repaired but it had been damaged (or the repair job was shoddy). We did sleep relatively well, all things considered, and the price point was very favorable, especially compared to other hotels with a mile radius. I would stay again BUT my significant other would not. I'm relatively easy to please (thank you military) and my significant other is kinda "bougie" so in all fairness, you get what you pay for. The area around the hotel was safe, even after 10PM on a Saturday and I consider that a plus.

Property is frequented by extremely unsavory individuals. At night, in the parking lot we were greeted by two people doing drugs, and few others loitering out front. Upon check out a there was one shirtless man with cowboy boots in the lobby and one man who appeared to be coming off drugs by the front door. The room was marginally clean, with cracks in the bathtub, hair on the floor, and a moly mat. We felt unsafe and placed the desk in front of the door. Would never stay here again nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Upon checking into my room, I discovered that it was filthy and unsanitary. There were cockroaches present, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor not only inside the room but throughout the entire hallway. These conditions made the room uninhabitable. When I reported these issues, the customer service response was poor and lacked urgency or professionalism. Due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, I had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately and rebook another hotel at my own expense. This experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed seriously and that I be compensated accordingly for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and poor service I received.

This was seriously the worst place i have ever stayed in my life. The property and rooms look like a hurricane JUST happened and they haven't fixed anything yet. Forest room had mold, holes, stained sheets, blood stains etc. 2nd room was bearable but not great.

I was late because of confusing airport signs, I wound up missing my flight, which means that I couldn't make the entire stay at all, and Days in Tampa refused to either refund me or give me credit. This is horrible customer service, bad business, creates a bad reputation, and unprofessional. Even though I contacted them through Travelocity, they claimed I was a no-show. I also give Travelocity a one star from this experience as well.

During our stay, they changed our towels the first night and never again. They never made the beds, cleaned anything or take the garbage out. Anytime I walked in the lobby, never a “hello”, or any kind of greetings. I lost my debit card, I asked them if they can check if anyone had dropped it off by chance, without check, the staff member just said “No we haven’t gotten anything”. The following day I asked the staff in the morning and again without checking, he said to me “If anyone had found anything, they would have told him”.

Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet expectations. There was a noticeable hole in the bathroom door, and one of the bedspreads had a dark stain. While the furniture appeared new and thoughtfully chosen—showing that the hotel is making efforts to update its spaces—other details were overlooked. The bathtub did not seem fully cleaned, and the lamp was covered in dust, which detracted from the overall impression of the room. Our experience was further impacted by being placed next to a group of very loud guests. Despite someone attempting to address the noise, it continued late into the night, making it difficult to rest. This property has strong potential given its building, location, and affiliation with the Wyndham brand. With more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort, it could become a much more enjoyable place to stay.

The room I booked had a strong smell of urine; the whole room stank. I complained to the reception, and he moved me to another room. He was very kind, but everything in the hotel is very old and needs urgent renovation. One of the worst stays of my life!

No hot water for shower and a fowl septic smell in bathroom. No one at front desk to greet us upon arrival. Had to wait about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Not a pleasant experience by any stretch.

Understanding that it is an older property, it was filled with mold. In the showers, the vents, the lobby has water stains that have now doubled as mold spores in the ceiling. There were also ants in our room that came from a hole in the window.

The bathroom in the tub it had like a in the middle that you would stand, and it looked like you were gonna fall to the next floor downstairs and once you got out of the shower, the tile too it was very unsafe. I felt very scary thinking that something was gonna happen with while I was taking a shower. The property is in very bad condition.
