Each morning, we were treated to a wonderful breakfast, and the safe parking added to our peace of mind. Our room was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. Plus, the hotel’s prime location near a variety of restaurants made it effortless to find delicious dining options for dinner!

We stayed 8 nights! Staff was good to accommodate everything. Very friendly at desk and best sausage on the breakfast buffet. We were visiting family in Brandon so location was also great.

Well, the positive was they were allowed us to check in a little early without the $40 fee. The bad news was at breakfast. The girl arrived an hour late so trying to get a hot meal that was promised took an additional 45 minutes of waiting. The pool was not allowed or not open due to maintenance issues. Get the pump I watch was still running but the H front desk especially helpful but overall we’re done Radisson, comfort, Inn, and suites

Staff did all to help cancel stay without charges Front desk said they never go in disabled rooms??no pillowcases for pillow, was sent an email saying rooms cleaned every three days. My disabled aunt had an accident..i changed the bedding as there was no one available. Room smelled awefully funky like mold, handicap shower did not drain floors were drenched i had to use towels to mop it up wring them out. The shower design is terrible the water shoots out on to the floor is uneven so water does not flow down the drain. Beds were springy feeling, No wheelchair available at location. It smelled like mildew.

The staff were helpful and polite . Breakfast is missing more fresh fruits and breakfast items like real granola , seeds, nuts , etc. Parking is included so that s great.

The country inn & suites are ok place to stay it’s like a truck stop place it’s no were to come with your husband for vacation or if you guys trying to be romantic the rooms have a smell to them in when you walk in the building it dose have that smell as . Well I just stay there June2 it was so dirty behind my bad you would have through your kids did it the bad look so not clean it’s like my sheets never got changed I call to the front disk in the guy came up in took a look for him self he was like yes this not acceptable so he was very nice about it in he put me in a nice clean room so it all work out I only stayed for one day but they do need to up grade to me but for most of all they ok . Oh I forgot to tell you guys the bed hurt your back because they a lil hard in the pillow so little in flat they hurt your neck it’s no support they need to upgrade . It’s have a funny smell when you come in and in the room in the beds hurt my back they to hard in the pillow to low hurts my neck .

Usually you have to check in at 3pm or so but the staff actually held on to the reservation until I arrived at 12:30 am. Due to my flight delay. This was awesome to me. The fridge didn't work or wasn't on. It only had something to do with the light switch that was attached to it possibly. That was all

Rooms were musty smelling. We had to change rooms, but this did not help. The room felt moist and the carpet definitely needed replacement. The staff was extremely nice and apologetic. I know I will never stay there again. It could be a nice hotel if properly maintained.

Danielle at the front desk was awesome. So helpful at helping us in finding a place to eat. Plenty of parking. Our shower was nice and hot but Room smelled really bad, Needed maintaining for sure. Online photos showed hardwoods, we had smelly carpet. With my allergies, was not good. Flat sheet on bed was so stained up, we removed immediately. Room keys kept deactivating, that was annoying. Pool had a green tint to it compared to the neighbor pool looking pristine blue. We weren’t getting in a green tinted pool. Beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t nothing to write about. And we chose this place bc of the reviews. Disappointed.

Our brand new car broke down while driving for vacation and we needed a quick place to stay near dealership , great little spot. Clean, friendly , would def stay again. Thanks !

I wish I had made a research before booking it, and didn't. In any event this place is disgusting, with no hand wash, with no shower gel to bathe; had to bathe with shampoo, not enough pillows or blankets, mattress is also horrible, TV it's also from XX century, with roaches and bugs. Also with a very angry woman in the front desk. She doesn't know the meaning of the word Greeting, as she barks orders from behind the counter. In short after this review you should think about it before staying in this hotel, don't be a fool like me thinking that because it's associated with Radisson the place should follow strict guidance. I will not be staying in any other hotels manage or associated with the Radisson brand after this horrible experience.

The hotel staff behind the counter were very nice, and since I accidently booked the wrong night, they worked with me to fixed it.

The overall stay was nice, however the room could have been better. The carpet should be pulled up, better lighting needed, and the smell of the room was not pleasant, maybe due to the AC unit.

No crackheads, or people smoking pot or slamming doors in the middle of the night arguing outside the rooms. Which is a hard find in Tampa unless you stay in a $700 a night hotel.. I will definitely be staying here again with my kids. Very clean, staff was approachable and nice, hot breakfast, and the area feels safe this is the best bang for your buck. I went during some event that was going on in Tampa and I guess thats why the prices were elevated.

I wasn’t able to stay due to staff member named Josh cancelling my booking to accommodate other guests. I always book at this hotel but I will no longer support or stay here and I will pass the message along. Josh doesn’t honor the pay at property promise that booking offers to guests traveling like myself and my party. I also have a job and was met with a nasty voice message from Josh because I wasn’t answering the phone because I couldn’t. I work at a prison and can’t have my phone on me but 0/10 do not recommend staying here ever again even though in the past I loved this place. Maybe get better staff in like you used to have and we’ll visit again. Also if you want booking to not say pay at property then maybe get the GM to discuss that with them because you still have to honor what you offered. My party and I was offered pay at property and that’s what we intended on doing but because we were all blindsided the day of the booking and was treated so poorly by Josh we had our reservations cancelled.

Breakfast was extensive with lots of choices. Front desk service was very helpful. Room was clean. Parking felt safe.

This was a nice place to stay, clean and sufficient for our needs. Staff could have been a bit more pleasant. Parking was fine. Breakfast ran out of coffee and didn't replace it, even before closing time.

The hotel was in a nice area of town but when we checked in the older lady at the front desk mentioned a few times how 3rd shift is never this busy and acted very flustered and made me feel a little bit uncomfortable like my husband and I were an inconvenience she wasn’t rude just made us feel uncomfortable like we were doing something wrong by checking into our hotel room. Then we go to our room the hallways smell like weed and for someone that doesn’t even smoke cigarettes that’s aggravating and the room wasn’t very clean. We didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. We will not be staying here again I will pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly. MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM: The sheets on one of the queen beds were dirty, as were the sheets on the sofa bed. She asked for clean sheets and was told that they didn't have any. My daughter and her two young sons slept in her SUV BOTH NIGHTS. Her older sons stayed in the room. (boys) MY ROOM: Upon arrival, I reported a urine smell in my room. The desk clerk advised me that there we no more rooms available. He spayed air freshner. The next day I asked for 4 wash clothes. The cleaning lady gave me 3 and said she had no more. We were visiting Tampa for my granddaughter's wedding. My daughter didn't want to upset me by telling me about the rooms. That''s why I didn't file a complaint while I was there. I didn't find out until we got back home. I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a refund.

N/A Booking.com never transferred the reservation to the hotel. I sat there for an hour and half waiting for reservations. Then when finally got a number to call Booking.com the person on the your end was very inconsiderate and uncooperative. It was a bad night to say the least. If charged me it must be refunded immediately. I ended up paying at the front desk. Thanks

The lobby scent was so strong I got a migraine just waiting to check in. We had to wait outside for our Uber the next morning because the scent was far too strong.

The room was very nice and spacious, we really enjoyed and appreciate how big the 2 room suite. The breakfast was very disappointing, it wasn't enough food, and not enough variety of choices.

We came in late and only stayed for the night, checked out early after breakfast. The room was perfect for our family and so much nicer and cleaner than our last visit not far from this location. We didn’t stay long enough to notice any negatives if there were any.

We knew on this trip that we would be spending very little time in the hotel room as our itinerary was packed. We realized on the second day that there was no hot water in our shower. We reported it and were hoping that it would be fixed by the next morning. We used hot water from the sink and a washrag to rinse off. Morning arrived and there still was no hot water available to shower. The front desk gave us a new room for the last night of our stay (an upgrade to the executive suite). Someone had supposedly checked the hot water in the shower of this room, but as we realized on our last night, the hot water did not work in that shower either. We were able to take a semi-warm shower on our last night. Since we stayed in both an even and odd numbered room, I suggest asking for an even numbered room if you do not want to hear the road noise. We often choose to stay at CI&S typically have no complaints, but this stay was not what we expected.

This hotel is poorly maintained and disappointing. The room and bathroom need serious repairs—the shower curtain was torn and falling apart at the rod. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the Wi-Fi constantly disconnected. When I reported the Wi-Fi issue, the front desk brushed it off. Breakfast was mediocre, and the attendant did not speak English. The only treadmill in the fitness room was broken. There were sketchy people in and around the hotel, making it feel unsafe. This is not a family-friendly place. I will not stay here again, no matter how cheap the rate is.

I was moved 3x’s and all 3 rooms were not fit for anyone to stay in. The first room had red bugs all over. The second room had a stopped up tub that leaked. I stayed the first night there since I arrived 3am but got no sleep from the dripping tub. The last room toilet ran all night long non stop. It was no use trying to move again because I felt there was nothing else. I will never stay here again.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and breakfast was amazing! However, there were lots of roaches everywhere in the room. As the lights turn on, they scatter. They came from the dresser, on the tv, in the tub, and on the toilet. The whole time, I took all garbage to the big garbage bin down the hallway. We never kept any garbage in the room to prevent them from hanging out in the room, but that may have only minimized it. Other people's hair were on and in the pillow cases and in the bathroom towels. Some of the pieces were very long.

I don’t know if it was just my room or what, but the walls are very thin. I could not sleep both nights. Doors slamming day and night. It sounded like nascar was right outside the window and I was on the 5th floor. I’ve never made a review like this, im not picky. But the sheets could have been cleaner the tub was rusty, I just felt dirty being there. No complaints about staff and had a better breakfast than I thought. Oh and again I’m not sure if it was just my room or not but the air was so loud!! I’ve never slept this bad at a hotel before I never entered REM sleep because of the air, the cars, and the really loud door slamming. I hate leaving bad reviews because I know it effects the staff but I’m the type of person that only sleeps at the hotel since I’m out all day doing stuff, and if I’m not comfortable sleeping at a hotel, it’s the worst when you’re tired from being out all day.

But the sheets could have been cleaner the tub was rusty, I just felt dirty being there. No complaints about staff and had a better breakfast than I thought. Oh and again I’m not sure if it was just my room or not but the air was so loud!! I’ve never slept this bad at a hotel before I never entered REM sleep because of the air, the cars, and the really loud door slamming. I hate leaving bad reviews because I know it effects the staff but I’m the type of person that only sleeps at the hotel since I’m out all day doing stuff, and if I’m not comfortable sleeping at a hotel, it’s the worst when you’re tired from being out all day.

The ac in the room was not cold even though it was set to 69 and had to be set to continuously as it never turned on. The shower was dirty with mold and rust and dripped even when off. Overall the room needs an upgrade. The pool was cloudy and looked like the walls needed a good cleaning. There was also a cockroach running across the floor by the ice machine.

The first one that was given to me, the key did not work, would not open the door. So the staff gave me a different room, everything was fine after that.

The hotel was average, small lobby area, the room had a musty smell. The breakfast on the weekend did not start till 7 when during the week it starts at 6. It should also start at 6 on the weekends, especially when the Sport Complex is having a tournament. Front desk service was excellent.

The shower was meant for handicapped or wheelchair people and we could not figure out how all of the hoses worked Therefore, no morning shower. I did not like the stay here at all. Bed linen was dirty. Refrigerator was not working. The bed frame was protruding out was a trip hazard. The bathtub was filthy and was sub par. Entire property in need of much needed upgrades

The bathroom door was obviously water damaged and peeling at the bottom, the bottom of the tub was scratched and rusted. There was a roach by the ice machine in the lobby. We had to go back for replacement keys to our room twice because they would not work. The pool walls were a green tent enough that I did not feel comfortable with my kids swimming. For a suite, it is a decent sized room with a lot of space but only offers a mini microwave and full size fridge. I received text messages asking how my stay was and to reply if I needed anything. When I got no response to my texts I went downstairs and was chuckled at by the two associates saying, “you can’t just text us.”

The keys also constantly deactivated causing us to make multiple trips to the front desk for replacements. We asked for a refund from the hotel and CEO of Choice Hotels and got no response. We would never have stayed at the hotel if we were advised in advance that it was infested. I hope everyone sees this and no one wastes their money. We called the credit card company and disputed the service. Don’t stay here!

The rooms was nice and big, shower pressure was good, water was hot, price was good. They have breakfast, it was quiet and safe.

It has a great location, close to major roads, highways, and interstates. Had plenty of eating options.

My initial room had a damaged television, non working phone and smelled like wet mildewed carpet. I was changed to another room that was said to be an upgrade, but had an extremely small bathroom, and the a weird smell to the room that made my stomach turn. Had to spray a ton of air freshener just to get some decent sleep. Doubt I’ll book at this particular establishment ever again.

The point of getting a room was to sleep, the vacant room next to mine had a chirping smoke detector needing a battery change. No one could be bothered to do so . Needless to say, I didn't get any sleep. There were dirty towels folded into the clean ones in the bathroom. I definitely will never stay here again

Everything was fine except I was mislead regarding the deposit. We left in the middle of the night and paid cash for the deposit, at check out I had to swipe my card and was not informed about the $4 fee for that. We were told our room would be inspected and the deposit given back. Just be transparent and tell people up front what to expect.

1) NO QUEEN BED in that hotel as advertised. They are Full size bed. Again! NO QUEEN BED! False advertising. Barely two adults fit in the so called “queen bed” that they advertised. I talked to front desk and the lady told me that Hotel Size Queen Bed are smaller than Regular Queen size bed. I didn’t say anything back after that because her response got me by surprise. I don’t know how hotels operate. But after some online search, I found out that it is a scam that hotel uses. Therefore, don’t expect a queen bed in this hotel. 2) DIRTY!!! Yes, the rooms are dirty with mold smell. My entire family was disgusted of the place. Dont go by the pictures. 3) Beds sink! They feel like you are sleeping in old mattresses or mattresses made of straw/hay. Who knows, but horrible feeling. You can feel the spring from the sofa bed My toddler didn’t like the bed. 4) Breakfast: the eggs are not good. Im trying to not use bad words for food. But you can use your imagination when I say really bad! My kid didn’t want to eat it and I couldn’t eat it either. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for 2 nights stay. Room 409 has mold, humid, disgusting odor and clogged sink. I ask front desk to provide another room, and we got room 507. Same humid odor but less than the first one. We just stay because it was late after a long night drive.

We had some issues with our keys not working a few times, however it was corrected each time. The shower was a but tricky to figure out, but by day 2 we had it under control. Lol .. I'm not sure if all bathrooms are the same, but get your water temperature where you want it first, then change it from the tub to the shower. Otherwise, you can either have no water pressure or your skin can melt off. You decide lol When you're running on 3 or 4 hours of sleep, any bed feels amazing, so I may be biased saying they were great! Our room had a microwave and mini fridge which was great for leftovers and snacks. Breakfast options change each day, but they always have cereal, muffins, toast, bagels and fruit. The kind of eggs, sausage, biscuit/french toast will change daily. I would stay here again if I need a room in this area again.

It was horrible!! For starters the reservation was for 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed. The beds for full size beds the sofa bed was bigger then the other 2 beds. The beds were hard as a rock and when you lau down with another person you sink into a hole. The wall plugs by the bed didn’t hold plugs they just fell right out. The shower had some kind of gunk on the walls. The cleaning crew went into the room while we were gone and made one bed out of the 3 and didnt even change the pizza stained sheets where one of the girls dropped a slice on it the night before. Sat they had no clean towels at all and sunday when we were packing up i droped something by the headboad and floor and pulled the pillow from between the matter and wall and found all kinds of trash under the bed. Worse hotel stay ever

It was a nice property, room was decent looking but it had a smell. I said it smelled like pee, my husband said it smelt like cleaning products. The floor was damp, and even the sheets felt damp, there was just a damp feeling in the room overall. It would have been fine if both my husband and I didn’t come home with a cold from it.

We were welcomed immediately in a nice lobby. Easy to check in. Went up elevators to our room. Two queen beds and a sitting area with a couch and desk. It was very spacious. Coffee maker and mini fridge under th TV was great. We had a full breakfast included. Eggs with sausage, bagels, waffles, everything. It was great and great neighborhood withs restaurants and shopping.

It was okay to stay for one night with the family. Overall, it looked good, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. My problem was, and I hate to say this, but I must, my son slept on the sofa bed, and in the morning, he had bites all over his body. I told the front desk lady when I was checking out, and she said she was going to send pest control, not that that would help at that point. Also, the mini fridge was not cooling, and they said maintenance didn't come on the weekend. So just be careful.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room smelled like mold, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall. When we first entered, the housekeeper left her master key to all the rooms in our bathroom which I consider to be reckless behavior! We had our do not disturb sign up and housekeeping still went into our room.

Although the staff was friendly. The room was very dull very poor lit and we had the deluxe suite with kitchen. There were German cockroaches which is extremely horrible. The bed was hard as a rock. The TV in the living room did not work properly. The handheld shower head was stuck. Rust protruding from the doorways. The bed had the small pillows not comfortable at all. Would never ever stay here again. If I did not have class there the next morning we would have left. And also the bathroom was broken the men's room in the lobby so all the guys had to use the women's bathroom. The cleaning staff the next morning were fighting in the hallway.

Then I went to the bathroom and found a dirty toilet and a roach on the seat! I was so tired that I just went downstairs to let the front desk know. They switched me to another room on the same floor, but honestly, I just wanted to check out and find somewhere else. They said I could decide in the morning. The next day, I had training all day and when I got back to my room, they had cleaned it. I was hopeful, but as I was unpacking, I saw something move on the wall—another roach! That was it for me. I grabbed my things and went downstairs to tell them I was leaving. They didn’t seem to care at all, like they were used to complaints. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to warn others about this place. Just be careful if you’re considering staying here!

Was up all night listening to the room next to us door open and close with the constant changing of partners and the noise was disgusting. Called the front desk from my cell phone because our room phone didn't work (our shower didn't work either) was told someone would take care of the problem but no one did. Packed up all our clothes and went and sat in the lobby (we had other people traveling with us who were on another floor so we couldn't leave right away). Room was filthy! Didn't look as though it had been cleaned except for the sheets. Horrible experience!

The cleanliness of the place wasn't adequate or up to par with other similar hotels. The hallways and common areas like the elevators and pool were dirty.The room smelled damp, the bathroom walls were stained, the shower floor was in poor condition, the toilet had stains, the carpet had stains in several places And the sheets on the sofa bed hadn't been changed; they were worn. A very bad experience and made my family uncomfortable.

The hotel seemed run down, old and outdated. When we got to our room, we went to lay down and as soon as I laid down on the bed I immediately started to get itchy. I thought maybe it was because we had been outdoors so the best day I dusted the bed before we left that day. When we got back that night we got ready for bed and OMG the itching was worse. My stomach and back were all red from all the itchiness. I went down the next morning and spoke to front desk letting them know that there was something in the room on the bed because as soon as I would lay they I was get itchy. Later that day I was speaking to the cleaning lady and she said the exterminator had gone because of some bugs she said. I don’t know what kind of bugs but I will never stay there again. The cherry on top was the bathtub got plugged and the microwave did not work. Never again, been to a lot of hotels and never had anything happen like this before.

German cockroaches infestation inside my room , you could smell the musty roach smell in the hallway. There was a person outside that looked like she was doped up, I should them pictures of 75 plus roaches by the fridge and the manager was trying to tell me “ it’s common to have roaches in rooms” she didn’t realize she was talking to someone that has been in the pest control industry for 20+ years and it is not normal to have roaches in a hotel room or any room. You could tell by the disarray that this is not being taken care of properly, IF I WAS YOU I WOULD NOT STAY !!!!

What I hated was the water pressure at room 510 was horrible both day and night .!! The stain of mold front and back of the bathroom door was really disgusting. Walls were also dirty in bathroom and sleeping area .!! Need to be repainted completely. I have videos and pictures for more reference

The room itself was outdated, with looked like water damage to the walls of the room. Service was very poor, I asked for linens was not able to receive any, was only provided with towels. There were mysterious stains all over the wall. Staff was not updated with shift change, when it was time for me to leave the person at the desk had no clue on what was going on.

Im not hear to trash the hotel. Im giving my honest critique. The room was dirty, the bedding was old and not tidy. Elevator, men’s lobby restroom and ice machine on the 5th floor out of orderr. Hotel looks dated. We were traveling as a group, and many of us transfered to the “Marriot” next door.

Roaches, the pull out bed needs to be updated, there were no towels. We asked for towels at 9 am before we left the hotel and still hadn’t received any at 8:30pm and according to the receptionist they were still in the dryer at 8:30. Then turned around and said we didnt get room service because of the sign on the door, but as I explained we dont have to get room service to receive towels. The black lady with the puff that originally checked us in, has a very nasty attitude and not a person that needs to be working front desk. Just overall needs to be updated. We had multiple family members checked in the same night and the experience wasn’t great! Don’t offer the oull out beds knowing they have a whole in the middle. We had to put the cushions on the floor and sleep on them. Please upgrade your furniture and call pest control.

Just ok. Room had a damp smell. I was on the 5th floor and the water pressure was terrible. The electrical and usb outlets didn’t work. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We had to wait for the coffee and eggs because there was only one young lady doing it all. She was super friendly and very accommodating so we waited but the poor girl had to do it all and there were a lot of people that were waiting.

Upon entering the room, it smell of urine. I had to call the front desk for help with the television. One bed was hard and the other bed was sinking in the middle.

Hotel is fully booked

Hotel is dated and with 100 deposit and keeping 4 dollar on top of what you already prepaid. They wont return your deposit for up to 7 days. Will hold on to your money for no reason at all. This should be criminalized. It’s not fair to your customer to keep their money. Definitely will not stay in this hotel again

Much older building with cockroaches in the room. Check-in service was good. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am telling us we needed to check out today. Breakfast was ok, very small room, so it was a tight squeeze to get around.

I checked out after one night due to the condition of the hotel. The phone in the room didn’t even work! I am in the process of trying to get a refund for the second nights room charge. If you do not refund, I will dispute with my credit card company to get it done. It was a very disappointing hotel. I have stayed at many Country Inns and Suites hotels in the past and this one was a dump.
