Didn't like the eggs and the noise on the upper floor very early in the morning. Everything else was really good and as expected. The staff was courteous and the beds were really comfortable and clean, also love the big tub.

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

For being a good priced hotel for a family of 6 I would say it was a good experience. There is no luxury to be found but your basics such as beds, bathrooms, and cleanliness are there. Staff was courteous depending on who you spoke woth. Some were helpful others were more serious and to the point. Breakfast was based on sustenance.

Very loud, ac sounded like an airplane engine kicking on and off. You could literally hear everything sound, there must be a train near by bc I heard that. The bathtub wasn’t the cleanest. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn’t stay again for more than one night for a quick visit.

This location was very friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Rooms very clean and well stocked. Breakfast bar was always attended to when things ran low during breakfast hours. Parking lot, pool and ground ls areas very clean. I would definitely be back here on my next visit. Close to attractions. Thank you everyone!

I choose pay at property option. I get there to find out they had already charged my card. Fridges were cool not cold. Pool was cold and dirty with no pool towels stocked. Lots of signs printed with rules highlighted everywhere. Very small breakfast area with signs no food allowed to be taken up to room from breakfast, but you have a microwave and fridge in room. Beds were rock hard. Only used my card here on our trip and now I am dealing with fraud on my account.

A solid "OK" for this property. While clean, it is starting to look like it needs a refresh. We reserved for 3 nights, then housekeepers told us we where there for only 2 nights. When I went to the front desk, the clerk insisted it was 2 nights because it said so on her paperwork. So we left

Location says 15 minutes from airport but takes twice the amount of time from airport. Felt like it was a rougher side of town. Had problems with loud next door guests and took 3 calls and trip to front desk to get problem resolved. Breakfast was very basic and not good for someone with celiac.

Location Clean Pool was open Was able to use the dining area for pizza dinner rather than trying to eat in our room. Staff asked if we needed anything while we enjoyed our dinner. Outside patio area worked great to socialize with those in our travel group as well as other guest who sat and chatted with us. Room worked out perfectly for the 5 of us. Did have a smell but didn’t become bothersome as it was mostly in hallways

The outdoor pool was open but too cold to swim in. There was a homeless woman hanging out and asking for things in the patio area. The breakfast was good but a very small area

I booked this hotel ONLY because you advertised it with a heated outdoor pool. There was no heated pool. There never has been. ONLY reason I chose that particular hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the hot options. The kids loved making their own mini waffles—it was a fun highlight! The pool area looked great, though it was closed for the season. We do wish there had been a hot tub, but the in-room Jacuzzi bathtub was a really nice bonus. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Strong "human" odor in the room and bathroom with waste/sewage water odor coming from the washbasin. Overall bad experience. The 7.x qualification is way higher than the actual experience. To be used as last resort at all.

Did not require a lot, just a roomy room and a bed when I returned to the hotel. Staff was courteous. Did not use laundry, kitchen or eat complimentary breakfast this trip. My needs were met.

The hotel overall was dirty, unmaintained, and falling apart. Our room was disgusting, there was dried blood on the pullout, couch mattress, the floors had hair and dust in the corners and along the walls, the bathroom sink look the same way, the tub was not clean enough for me to allow my child to take a bath, and there was water leaking from the ceiling in our room, causing a wet spot on the tile floor that was very slippery. We were in a group of three and all of our rooms were in the same condition, to the point that we needed to buy air fresheners to place in the rooms because they smelt so bad I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. accommodation & cleanliness: shower water was barely warm, hot water was turned to left to its maximum and barely warm water simply changed to simply cold; the top of the only table in the room was very sticky; staff at the front desk was not prudent by not telling that the coffee in all containers was just cold waterly coffee, not a complimentary coffee; my neighbors from an adjacent room was very loud at 4:00 AM, slamming doors and going back and forth to the hallway and to the room; yet- no sound proof whatsoever

Staff were super friendly. Room was larger than expected. Breakfast and other amenities (pool & exercise room) were all above what I expected. At first I was put off by the construction on the first floor, but there was no noise during my stay and the laborers were friendly and polite.

This is an older hotel but was very well maintained and very clean. Since it’s older of course the bathrooms are dated but overall, it was a clean safe place to stay! We will stay here again for our next cruise for sure!

The room was terrible, the minute we stepped off the elevator we noticed the carpet in the halls were filthy, the room was just as bad, the sofa bed was falling apart the bathroom had tiles missing from the walls and floor, my grad daughter legs were filthy from her crawling on the floor, the breakfast and staff were good

Really nice and affordable hotel! Relatively close to downtown Tampa, the interstate, and less than an hour from Clearwater beach. Desk staff was very polite as well.

There is an awful smell as soon as get inside of the building. The AC would cut on and off. The sofa bed was horrible. You could feel the springs poking your back. As we checked out we told the employee behind the desk about the sofa bed. He said we should had told him so they could had brought another comforter. I assumed they already knew of the issue.

Very nice exterior and interior ! Our room was absolutely perfect and clean and fresh. The people at the front desk were ridiculously friendly and helpful. The ladies who took care of the dining area/breakfast did a great job. The food was really good and they had biscuits and gravy one morning and it was delicious!! In the end, it turned out to be a really great stay.

should be more options with the foods, the unit needs renovation. In our room, by the bathroom lavatory under it we saw termites dropping like the property is old needs renovation and update new fixtures and features.

I requested a handicap room but received one with whirlpool tub that did not work. I had to have assistance to get in and out of that tub ànd it was dangerous.

The staff were nice and helpful. But the building was not in great shape: older, stained carpets; outdated rooms; it gives the impression "I wonder if this place is clean?" It's in an inconvenient location that requires a U-turn to enter from one direction on a major road. And there are annoyingly bright lights in the parking lot that face the building's windows and not down into the lot, where they would be more helpful.

This was one of the nicest economy hotels that we've stayed in. We loved the kitchenette and the fact that there was a separate living area. The room was very clean and contained all of the basic amenities plus the little extras like makeup removers and extra towels. The bed had 5 pillows!! Breakfast was very nice, the pool was clean and the staff was very friendly. We'll be back!

It wasn’t super clean. The “hot water” for tea was cold at all times. We requested a wake-up call with the front desk and never got the call. Will not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Mini fridge was leaking. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Curtain didn’t provide privacy. Mentioned the issues to the desk associate but nothing was corrected.

Everything was fine except for no instructions in the room of how to make the jetted tub work. Very disappointing not to be able to use the jets but it is a nice deep tub for a bath. Sheets are very soft. Breakfast is the usual fare. Glad the hard boiled eggs were already peeled.

Overall it was dirty. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. You could hear every sound from outside and in the hallways and surrounding rooms. The property is very outdated.

The property seemed pretty run down. We had a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken and could only be used by sleeping at the foot of the bed. The whole building had a musty smell and the lighting in the room was minimal.

The hotel was a mixed bag. The staff and service were excellent. However the room was dingy and had an overall used feeling. There were a few roaches, but it's Florida so.... The pull out bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but the person keeping it stocked was overwhelmed. She was doing her best but a second set of hands during the extremely busy time would be helpful.

My fiance tried to grab a couple salts for food we had brought to hotel, and the person working stafted to yell at her. Then 3 out of 4 days, the room key didnt work and the girl at the front counter on one of the days said , she had told the owner they had to replace them but they wouldnt. We never in 4 days got anyone cleaning our room. But bugged us every morning to see if we were leaving yet. Absolutely the worst place in Tampa .. DONT STAY HERE

The toilet was stopped up and had to plunge it myself because he couldn't leave the desk no night maintenance the sofa was dirty the floor was dirty and the front desk people was not very friendly. I've stayed at Comfort Inn a lot but this was the worst.

Nice.large room, clean and comfortable. Convenient to shopping, interstate and expressway. Location made all of my travel around town very easy.

Cleaning ladies were talking loudly in the morning at corridor at 8 am.until I can no longer handle at 9:30, I had to go outside and show my presence in the room.

Water came from the ceiling above flooding my room. Not sure I need to say more.

My room wasn’t clean and my daughter and I were itching when we got in bed. I reported it, they brought new sheets, but in the morning the receptionist told me that if I wasn’t satisfied I could check out and that they have 70 rooms and never got any issues and I was the one looking for issues. When I went to the room with the head housekeeper she told me nobody entered my room and she was saying in Spanish that I was accusing them ( one bed was made badly and one wasn’t made at all and all the sheets I put on the floor were still there.) I had to prove that someone was in the room cz i had new towels, new soap and they took out the trash. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a hotel, I’m never gonna book there again. I’m disgusted and disappointed, I paid more than $400 for a crappy and nasty hotel.

It’s an old hotel, but it works for sleeping. Basic breakfast.

The stay overall was not good there was roaches in the room they overbooked so the parking lot was overcrowded in which I could not find a parking space four was dirty with garbage under the bed was advised by Ali the manager he would give me enough points for a free night the point still are not showing up and choice.com customer service is terrible

Was clean for that class of hotel.staff was nice. Seem a bit outdated.didnt care for additional deposit $150 even though prebooked with a credit card. Kind of a noisy environment between people and workers. Couldve been worse. Decent if you need a cheap 1 night stay

The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was excellent with two queen beds and a couch. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the room although it was just for a one night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When we got there to check in there was no one at the desk. 30 minutes this drunk lady shows up to check us in. She could barely walk or talk. There were tears in the carpet and the Jett tub was dirty.

Staff yesterday was rude and unable to discuss safety concerns with breakfast foid set up . Muffins containing peanuts were mixed with muffins that did not contain peanuts. NEVER should food with peanuts EVER be on same trays. Tremendous safety issue with child with anaphylaxis allergy, deadly. He refused to fix or obtain others. Very defensive rather than fix . Needkess to say only ate once there despite breakfast included in ptice due to safety concerns . Absolutely unacceptable

The 4th floor hallway smells like molding and the rugs needs to be updated.

As soon as we entered the room, we noticed food particles on the wall. The marble ledge had sticky marks all over. There was garbage on the floor and the tub was also dirty with hairs. We took pictures and went back down stairs to report and were given a different room. Upon entering the other room, there was also food on the wall. There was a cartridge of a vape on the floor but all also aside from being outdated was ok for just one night. We paid $312.92 for that night. I’m sorry but a total waste of our hard working money. A couple entered the elevator as on our way out they asked us “is your room dirty at all?” I said yes, even the second one that we were switched to. Reason why they were going to the Front Desk and ask for a different room. Definitely need new management and Perhaps some OSHA inspection. Not Recommending. Take your family elsewhere.

Friendly staff

We had 3 people in the room. One had to sleep on the couch bed. Would rather have had two queen beds. Staff not very friendly in the breakfast area.

I liked the room and personnel were very polite. What I didn't like was the breakfast. The food was cold, the eggs were in chunks and the bacon was for the most part, uncooked.

I was suprised to see how outdated and unclean the hotel was. The floor was brown with dirt, the closet door was broken, the shower was beige likelt die to age. It was disappointing how expensive it was. Its likely it was due to the proxmity to the port. But it was so bad and front desk was rude.

The toilet was so tiny and short it was hard to use without help. The draperies were very dusty and I sneezed most of the night.
