I had a great experience.

I absolutely love this beautiful hotel and we’ve stayed here twice. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, great location, with a grown folk vibe of low-key entertainment (art, local artists, music, drinks, etc.). However, I’d be remiss not to include that the bed (at least in room 533) was the hardest hotel mattress we’d ever slept on; though, acceptable for 3 nights. But if a very firm mattress is your vibe, you’ll love it here! We did, in-spite of.

Me and my wife had a great stay at AC. The hotel is clean and smells amazing when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was great as well. All and an amazing stay.

We did not partake in breakfast as we did not pay close enough attention that not every room rate included breakfast, but since we were up early for a race it didn't affect us that much (although we were a little taken back by the realization). The room was very nice and the bathroom had some nice amenities that were a nice touch); the AC worked really well (and it didn't feel muggy at all after it ran for a long time), the location was perfect and near our event, ao that was convenient! We really enjoyed the entire stay and 10/10 would stay at again.

This is the only place to stay if you are going to an event at Raymond James Stadium. It’s clean, has everything you need and only a 20 minute walk to the venue…good luck trying to uber, drive or park at the stadium!

The staff was helpful, the loud banging from the hvac that left us sleepless for a very early flight the next morning was out of the staffs control! Fix your equipment and give a refund! Especially when you rent a rm that you are aware of the issues! You are better than this!!

The room was gorgeous and comfortable. The location was good. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Easy to get to and the garage was close. I wish the shower water pressure was better. And there was a curtain of some sort

The property was great. Friendly staff and very clean. My daughter left a small teddy bear and was very upset. I called the day after we checked out and they had the stuffed toy along with a pair of earrings I forgot. Crisis averted! So appreciated the staff being so kind.

Stayed here during the Christmas holiday and everything was great. The mall was about a 5 minute drive and the dining options around the hotel were fantastic and were less than a 2-5 minute walk! Will definitely stay at this location again.

Breakfast was good though id like more hot meal options. The lavender satchets for under the pillows were a nice touch. Also, the flavored water and coffee are good as well. The hotel smell so good with their ac scent diffuser.

They didn’t have the room we reserved, the room we had the tv didn’t work. We had to change rooms at 9:30 pm. The fire alarm went off at 3:10am. No rest at all.

We even arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. They have a coffee bar until mid morning and then fruit infused water throughout the day. I have really bad astigmatism and trying to see while putting makeup on is really hard for me unless I'm standing right in front of a mirror. The sliding door to the bathroom was also a little inconvenient but wasnt really a problem for me because I was there alone.

Staff was friendly I just felt they were not focused , charging someone for a room instead of incidentals is not a good way to start. Then finding the bed sheets on the sofa with stains just made the stay uncomfortable I booked my room with booking.com it was paid ahead of arrival. When I checked in they asked for a credit card for incidentals. The room was nice but the bed was dirty stains on sheets and pull-out sofa was disgustingly. We checked out the next day and when I checked my card account I see the hotel charged me for a 1 night stay, even though it was prepaid with booking.com, when I called to complain they said the check in representative charged me for a night instead of just the deposit for incidentals now I have to wait days for a refund.

The staff especially Elisabeth was awesome. So helpful and sweet. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only problem was that we couldn’t walk very easily to anything. If you come and have a car to get around in I highly recommend the hotel!!!

The hotel and staff was amazing! If you need a place to stay close to the airport, I highly suggest this hotel. I’ve stayed at three in the general vicinity all with airport shuttle and this location was the BEST!!

Great stay! I love that the room has no carpet, just a small area rug. The bedding was clean and very comfortable! Bathroom was fairly clean as well.

Secondly, no apology for the mistake. Just gave us another room. Everything else was sufficient

The Customer Service experience was incredible Jacaranda and Cameron went that extra yard to make sure everything worked out perfectly for us.

The property was very clean. We waited for over 45minutes for a new iron because the one we had was broken. Otherwise no other issues.

Will be back for sure! The staff is welcoming and professional. Hotel is clean, trendy, and near shopping and amazing restaurants. I absolutely love the hard floors in the room and comfortable bed. In addition the location can’t be beat, it’s not a noisy street but also in the middle of everything.

Only thing I didn’t like was the super loud music in the bar area (which is close to the lobby and right by the elevators) on Saturday night. Felt like I’d walked into a club, would hate to be on the 2nd floor. Other than that, loved my stay.

The Hotel is good overall. The one negative comment would be that the Bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower stall should have a full door to prevent water from spilling all over the floor. The staff, condition, cleanliness, and location of the Hotel are overall good.

The hotel is amazing! It is a perfect getaway with a roomy balcony, comfortable chairs, and a spellbinding view. Sea Guine, the main restaurant Is fantastic, especially the breakfast menu. I had three different items and all were incredible! The service at the restaurant and bar is top-notch. We rented an Ocean facing lounger for two which I highly recommend. The room is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend the hotel. It looks new and it’s in a great area! It smells awesome! The staff and house keeping was on point and very professional. The only thing was when I was checking out I seen a staff member ( Dark skin lady with braids) give the pilot a welcome bag/breakfast bag. I asked do certain customers those bags and she says yes only the pilots. I asked why don’t ALL paying customers get the bags and she couldn’t explain!

Filthy floors within the room. Stiff/cold but easy check-in. Great bar staff, and the pool area was very clean, even though there were a lot of dead wasps in the pool. Clean and comfortable for the most part. Kids in the hallway that were loud but ,kids are kids.
