Friendly happy and everything clean I will back again

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, room was spacious and clean. Only disappointment was the pool was not open.

I learned after arriving to the hotel that I was being charged each night for parking. Upon arrival, I was not informed of breakfast hours which could have definitely helped with extra expenses for me. When I made mention during checkout, the young lady was very apologetic and offered snacks for the children. Overall the stay was totally different from my first stay here a couple of years ago.

The short haired lady making breakfast sat and talked with people every day. I just wanted to be alone. The fridge in my room had spoiled food In it. The hot water didn’t work Monday. The room smelled awful.

The desk staff was gracious and efficient, had everything ready to sign in. Everything was super clean: the hallways, the elevators, the sitting area by the pool, the exercise equipment.

The location was easy to find. The check in was very pleasant. The room was exceptional. Very compfortable and clean. Very spacious. The breakfast was varied and was very well presented. The morning staff talked to guests. It was a very welcoming feeling. Need more garbage accessible cans towards the back of the hotel. I walked all around to the front just to put garbage in the can.

Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. The serving counter needs to be rearranged with the waffle maker on either the end or opposite side. Two waffle irons would be great. I had to wait for someone to make four waffles.

I like that the room was so welcoming and bed was very comfy the breakfast was decent. Now the staff and especially the front desk worker she was amazing. She was so nice she extend my kids pool time in which they enjoyed thank you so much for making our stay GREAT

It is located in a central area not far from the attractions. The bedroom was dated, and the beds were uncomfortable. However, the staff was kind, and the breakfast was nice.

The breakfast is typical hotel breakfast not bad, parking is sufficient well lit.

We continue to return to this property when it is available whenever we visit our son who attends FSU. The staff is always friendly, the room very clean, the breakfast is just right for us. We truly appreciate the consistency we have experienced here for the past four years. no issues

However, the shower had NO hot water and we thought it was too late to call maintenance so we took a cold shower 😞

I found several bugs in the rooms and when they changed the room there were still having bugs. I’m not staying there anymore

What made the stay memorable was the helpfulness of staff. From front desk to housekeeping all were ver very polite and professional. I was traveling with 4 children and my needs were above average. I was met with polite helpfulness by everyone on staff.

I love all Springhill Suites. These are my go-to place to stay. My boyfriend loved it. He is a Hilton man. The young lady that checked me in was so professional and had a great attitude. Loved the room and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

I would say the stay was average. We had to move rooms b/c of a leak in the A/C that soaked the carpet, they moved us right away into a new room and gave us a credit! The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were not very comfy. The rooms were immaculate.

The room is spacious. There are not much food for breakfast. We were there at 9 am but food was out and staff did not refill it. Staff just stay around and look at guests looking around for food.

Staff were extremely nice. Pool was amazing for my 3 children. Property was close to shopping areas and places to eat so we didnt have to drive far. We were allowed to use the dumpster as to keep majority of that service off of the housekeepers. I definitely didn't mind considering the travel with 3 children, my mom and myself.

We liked the location and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room looked like the photos online. We liked that the walk-in shower was separate from the toilet and additional sink. My husband enjoyed the breakfast during the week, but he didn't care for the breakfast options during the weekend. The fitness center was smaller than expected, but it served its purpose. A pool is on-site, but we didn't use it. Finally, the staff was friendly and polite. We didn't like the cable TV service. We didn't have any local channels, ESPN, or the NFL Network for two days. We were supposed to be compensated for the inconvenience; however, our final bill didn't show a discount. I called the establishment the next day to inquire about the compensation only to be placed on hold for 22 minutes, and then the staff member hung up the phone. Additionally, I didn't like the very limited vegetarian and fresh fruit options for breakfast.

I love my stay. The staff are super friendly. I travel with my elderly mother and I always like a room on the first floor. The staff hold a room on the first floor for me. In case of an emergency, I can exit the building easily with my mother. Cudos to the midnight Clerk! I left my car keys next to the computer and he found them and left it at the front desk. Good thing I remembered leaving it there. Thank you so much! I look forward staying at the hotel again soon.

The window curtain was broken and hanging down, the shower door would not close due to previous damage, the room phone was filthy, the ceiling had significant water damage stains, and both sinks were not draining properly.

The pool was a lovely shade of green, which no one mentioned to us while booking. Carpet in the room had very worn spots. Curtains did not go across the window so did not block out light. But it was clean & quiet & spacious.

We were down for a week and this was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! Would be nice to have one more waffle maker, as everyone wanted waffles for breakfast, but otherwise, everything was great. The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
