We only slept and ate breakfast before hitting the road. King size room with 4 standard pillows. No in room coffee maker but fresh ground coffee 24/7 downstairs in the lobby. The room does have a fridge and microwave. Parking was convenient. All of the staff were excellent that we encountered.

This hotel is outdated and dreary. The room smelled musty or smoky, I couldn’t tell. I could feel the coils in the mattress. They did have a good breakfast though and a very nice breakfast hostess!

From check-in and checkout, staff assisting with breakfast and housekeeping staff, all were extremely helpful and friendly! Rooms were very clean! ONLY one drawback. Although we are not person(s) with disabilities, but not a spring chickens as well, the toilet(s), well the one in our room #220 was very low to the floor!! Difficult to sit and rise.

Wonderful staff - very nice and friendly! Especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was great. Room was clean for the most part and comfortable, however the hotel is older so it didn’t feel super spotless/fresh, if that makes sense.

Overall a good stay at a newer property. There were a few minor issues, such as very low water pressure/flow in the shower and sink, and room service being available only on request. Otherwise, everything was generally as expected and the hotel was comfortable and well kept.

The hotel is OK. My biggest challenge is the hotel feels like a 90s hotel and has not been renovated since the 90s. Breakfast was exceptional. But the rooms are tired- old fashioned light switches, popcorn ceilings, no fan in the bathroom (foggy mirrors with showers), ptac air conditioners, lumpy beds, and even a clock radio that had an alarm set for midnight- thank you very much. Lastly, no garbage can in the bathrooms? Perhaps a 90s thing I forgot about. Location was fine and staff was fine. Bottom line is if you do not care about modern hotel amenities or are nostalgic for the 90s you will be OK staying here.

The remote had some sticky subtance on it so I just didn't use it. The pool was closed for repair and the breakfast was limited as the oven didn't work.

I was traveling solo and arrived after dark. The parking lot was well-lit and the hotel was in a safe area. Plenty of staff available and they were very friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable!

Blood stain - or something akin to blood - right on the sheets as I turned in for the night. Also, I felt unsafe in the hallway so I stayed in my room and did not venture out until leaving.

Everything was great and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I would change is get the TV in the public area off the news and maybe the weather channel would make more sense. Because we are traveling and everyone wants to know the weather. I didn’t like the TV on CNN. Beside that is was wonderful.

We stayed one night for the Savana Banana game. We were permitted to check in a couple of hours early. Clean establishment. Bed is more firm than I prefer. Waffle maker was broken. Hotel was packed, probably sold out. They kept breakfast items stocked and fresh, keeping up with the crowd. Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, bananas, apples, yogurt, coffee, and juices. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the interstate. Hotel was quiet, despite the number of people booked.

The rooms were dirty and the sheets were with spots. We manage to use that ones that ee have on our trip because it look bad. We needed to sleep so we stay that night but i was about to leave for another hotel. The bathroom shower did not work well, this was a nightmare.

A little disappointed upon Check-in that my daughter was not able to check into the room as her name did not show on the reservation. Booked through Expedia and her information is clearly visible on the information that I received. Not impressed with the property at all. Front desk staff was pleasant and assist with getting her check into the room after my daughter phoned me.

Clean room , didn’t like that whenever we showered the water wasn’t draining fast enough . The pool was closed and it was only 7:30 PM on a Saturday.

Everything was superb, especially the pool and breakfast. The hotel staff were also super kind and accommodating and made our stay in Tallahassee very pleasant. Would recommend!

Hotel is ok but needs update. Loud a/c did not let us sleep all night. Sounded like a tractor.

Booked an accessible room, had same room going and return trip. There was one grab bar at the back of the tub, so I was unable to take a shower. the toilet was so low to the floor I literally gasped in pain. No grab bars anywhere near toilet. When I opened the fridge the sour order was so bad I had to use air freshener to get the odor out of the room. Needless to say we did not put anything in the fridge. Do not stay here, there are several other hotels at this exit

It’s a Holiday Inn express not the Waldorf Astoria. Good basic accommodations, clean, friendly, convenient to restaurants and shops.

Horrible customer service at front desk. We arrived to check in around 11 pm after driving all day. Police cars and ambulance around entrance. Front desk was rude and argumentative about clear police activity go on. Cops walked by arresting someone in full site of family and kids. We asked to be transferred to sister property- kids scared to stay. Zero help and attitude from front desk. They claimed to cancel my reservation that night but charged me the next day. O star Went to drury inn across the street- wonderful stay.

This property location is very convenient to the interstate and dining options.

Holiday Inn fails again. Grungy/dirty floors with hair still on bathroom floors. Towels looked stained. Bedroom floor gross. Room wouldn’t cool off, phone was broken in room, and not even a bar of soap in bathroom.

Upon entering our room, we found a dirty sock still in the room and a used bandaid on the bathroom counter. I immediately made a U-turn right back out that room. The front desk was apologetic but said they did not have any other rooms with two beds. They only had a bed and pull out couch room available so we had to make do with that. We don’t plan on staying again.

A perfect hotel to stay for a night on your way. We were with a two-year-old, and he slept well, and he loved the hot breakfast.

I rented this hotel for one night, got the room with 2 beds. I saw 2 large spiders at around 930pm, one walking through the roof from the curtains and another one in the shower. The breakfast wasn't great since the pancake machine was broken and the juice dispenser too. The staff was attentive and wanted to help.

The floors need to be vacuumed and shampooed. They are filthy and behind the night stand was disgusting and bathroom needs bleach and the shower curtain had a horrible smell. It was torn and needs to be replaced.

This location was very easy to find and parking was ample and very close to entry. Customer service was very welcoming and checking in was a breeze. The room was easily accessible and very clean. We only stayed one night but will visit again.

In all my years of traveling this is the first time I’ve ever been given a room that wasn’t cleaned. Walked in to my assigned room and found the towels on the floor and the beds a mess like someone else was still in there. Lol. Went back to the front desk and was assigned another room that turned out to be the last available one. Guess I’ll take lucky but not impressed with the confusion. Second room had a weird smell to it and a blower sat out in the hallway running continuously so not sure if they had water issues or what. Location off the freeway was excellent and there was plenty of parking. Probably won’t stay here again given the circumstances I experienced.

The check in host was barely able to speak English. What they did say was extremely difficult to understand. Room was generally clean, outside of property was dirty.

As always my stay was very comfortable and convenient.

Stay was good but I wouldn’t spend too much time in the parking lot unless you were looking to get high. The smell of pot was very strong and several groups standing in different spots, enjoying the evening. Inside needs a little refresh as there were signs of water leakage in ceiling on our floor and a musty smell. Our room was nicely arranged and seemed clean overall - overall a nice place just need to do a little maintenance and patrol the parking lot.

I stay at IHG hotels all the time and this site was very dusty and just felt dirty. It was 1 night overnight so i didnt complain but will not be returning.

Our bathroom was dirty. Bath tub walls had boogers not one but several, it was gross! The counter and floors were not clean. I’m sorry I never give bad reviews, but a dirty bathroom is not good. The ac was working great and the staff is really nice.

The nicest young man checked us in at midnight. He works the night shift. Very welcoming helpful and made sure that we knew that if we needed anything to call him because he was here until 7 am. I would highly recommend the hotel just on the basis of their staff is a good location right next to the freeway in Tallahassee.

I booked this room after being on the road all day and 5 minutes before I arrived I got a call saying they did not have hot water my reservation was supposed to be cancelled but I was still charged 128$ and they told me I had to contact the third party I booked through and they will not honor my refund I paid 128$ for a property I did not even check in to

The motel was well suited for what we wanted in our stay. It ws clean comfortable and the personnel was pleasant.

We arrived on Monday night. Staff was nice but the property had not had hot water since Saturday. We checked out on Tuesday still no hot water. We booked with Expedia and the hotel would do NOTHING to comp us. This is what happens when you pre-pay and a hotel is unwilling to accommodate guests. No way to know when we booked. We had to check-in to find out. Pool was being repaired too. Poor management decision to not comp. Basically, you can go somewhere else and pay again but we don’t intend to do anything for you! Expedia called and the response was no compensation for no hot water, no notice and pre-paid (they will keep your money regardless of their circumstances)!

I know I’m probably spoiled by the beach resorts that I’m used to, but our room was not very clean. The comforter had several stains on it. There was hair in the sink and on the floor in the bathroom. Not the biggest deal, as we drove in around midnight exhausted from being on the road and just needed to sleep before continuing our journey home. The worst of it was definitely the huge glob of what we hope was Nutella that was right in the groove where you open your fridge. This ended up on my spouse’s finger first thing this morning. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was good. I know the room isn’t a high dollar room, but I definitely expected a little better

I always enjoy my stay.

Room had roaches

This is truly an express hotel. No need for a deposit on your credit card as they don’t sell any soft drinks, snacks or common meds. I didn’t know how much I needed that soda when it wasn’t available. 😉

Outstanding staff

We were only there a few hours but when we got out the car in the parking lot my son stepped in an ant bed so he got bit by a few and then ants got on his blanket so we had to kill ants for about an hour once we got in the room at 3am. Then about 4 am Deputy Sheriffs were banging and banging on the room door across from us. Then got into a very loud argument with the person in that room. This lasted for a long time. Finally, got to sleep about 6-7 am then had to get up few hours later for breakfast and check out then a very long drive with very little sleep.

Affordable and clean

Nice but older hotel very close to interstate 10. Perfect for travel. The hotel is a little dated and some areas in our room could’ve used a deep cleaning. Staff was wonderful, very friendly!

Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful. The property was clean. Would stay there again
