Room and bathroom were dirty. Floor was sticky and dirty. Night staff was rude. No,staff in the morning to checkout.

If I could give a zero or negative star on how clean it was I would. The room had mold on the furniture all around. Everything was rusted out. Never understood extended stays like these the place is literally worse than a motel 6.

I checked into the hotel just after midnight and immediately noticed the room was in unacceptable condition. The space had a strong, foul odor that made it difficult to breathe comfortably, and I had to cover my face with my jacket. The room was clearly not cleaned prior to my arrival — there were items left behind from previous guests, visible dirt on the floors, and an overall lack of sanitation. Because of the smell and the unclean environment, I was unable to rest despite being exhausted. I reported the issues to the front desk, but since the reservation was made through Expedia, they were unable to assist with a refund. This experience left me unable to stay in the room and deeply dissatisfied with the quality and cleanliness provided.

Comfortable extended stay with a convenient northwest Tallahassee location. Room includes kitchenette, reliable Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Close to groceries and restaurants. Great for remote work or self-catering. Clean, practical, and budget-friendly—ideal for longer stays.

Close to the Airport Filthy ! I have stayed in hundreds (maybe over a thousand) hotels and this location is one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen in the United States. The Refrigerator was rusty, spatter stains on the wall. Disgusting

The paint is chipping of the baseboards and fridge is peeling. I’ve stayed in an extended stay before and it was NOT like this at all.

The room was dirty, the bed was humid and there was rust all over the kitchen appliances. There was a bar soap from the previous visitors on the shower opened. There was a huge smell of marihuana

Only positive I have is the staff was very friendly. Hands down the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Only reason we stayed is because everywhere else was booked. Over paid on Hotels.com 2 people in front of us had same room for $120 less a night.

They couldn’t find my reservation even though I was charged. While I was waiting several guests came back to the checkin because their room keys didn’t work.

The front desk staff was the only nice thing about this place. My room was clean, but the general state of the hotel looks like on construction with elevators unpainted, laundry bags displaying… my room was ok but it did not have soap or shampoo and conditioner.

The elevator had trash in it the wall was filthy the toilet was not cleaned the floor was nasty it was gritty. I drop some water on the floor and used a towel to dry it was pure black. I’m sorry to say but this is a very filthy and poorly maintained hotel. The rooms are filthy doesn’t look like they cleaned at all. There was roaches crawling around. it took 3 hours in order to get a room. the front desk attendant Joe was great.. but for whatever reason clean rooms were not reloeased by the manager for him to giove to awaiting guests.

Nothing. They had put me in someone elses room. When i did get to my room there were coche roaches, blinds were broke, the phone did not work, the room was dirty. The worse place ive ever stayed at. Being that said i did not stay. I was trying to reach the desk and no answer. I left and came back next morning for a refund.

Worst hotel experience ever . We had already been staying there for business. Told ground desk we wanted to book for another month. They said there system was down do to the storm and promised we were good. Guys come back from working and were told to find another hotel that they were not taking reservations for the next few days and now it’s 10pm and we can’t find rooms for our guys! What a nightmare!

Staff was not welcoming at all. She act as if I was bothering her when I walked in . She was on her personal phone when I first arrived and continued her conversation while checking me in not once did she even put the phone down.

The worker acted like having to check us in after hours was ruining his night. The whole hotel smelted line plumbing and weed when you walked in. There was old food in the elevators. Our room had a musky smell, the bed was wet, the mattress cover was stained and we saw two bedbugs. We immediately checked back out.

Stayed for one night. Place seems really sketchy. Checked in around 1am and the on call front desk guy walked us to our room. He was very nice but the place over all was very uncomfortable especially for 3 girls traveling alone.

Extended Stay America had so many small roaches covering every wall including by the refrigerator, bathroom, beds and outside hallways. I was devastated. I stayed at another hotel and the money was worth it.

This property appears to be being used as transitional housing and not an actual hotel. When we go there, there was the strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and a number of people hanging out in the parking lot. There were used flossers in the elevator and hair on the toilet. Someone had been smoking in the room the gave us prior to check in. I did not feel safe and my son and I used the room long enough to book a different hotel and then left. Definitely DO NOT go here.

The house keeping and the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming...the room was clean to my expectations and bed was so comfortable i didn't wanna ever leave

This was hands down the worst place i have ever stayed!!! I had to wait ten minutes before anyone came to check me because the fire alarm had to be reset it had just went off. The lady came to the window finally covered in sweat because she was cleaning rooms and checking people in. I finished signing in to be informed we were on the 4th floor no elevators ok fine, I can climb some stairs. I asked where the ice machine was located shw said there was not one and I could go across the street to the gas station and get ice, really!! We entered the stair well to go to the 4th floor it reeked of Marijuana opened the door to the hallway to our room figured out that this was the floor that set the fire alarm of hall smelled of burnt hamburger. Entered our room smelled mold on the windows no remote for the tv, then the fire alarm went off again. We went back downstairs out the back door transients were hanging around outside which made me even more uneasy. I went back upstairs grabbed my bags and left which by the way no one was at the desk anymore sign said they would be back in the morning this was 10pm.

Roachfest 2023. If you're looking for a cheap, quick trip, it's okay. Just don't worry about the bugs, noises, and dirtiness.

All electronic checkin no papers to sign with a pen and I love that. Front desk rep hates her job and is rude and short with you at chrckin but who cares in a super clean place with an efficient chrckin process? I slept like a baby in room 202 it’s at the end of the hall by the stairs that no one takes. Tv swivels to watch in bed or on couch. Ask for dishes and a hair dryer, it’s not automatically in room.

We found cockroaches and other bugs possibly bedbugs within 5 minutes of entering our room. Checked out immediately and willl as for a full refund.

The noise levels throughout the night was disheartening I chose to make it a 1 night stay, went to another hotel within the area an I am happy with the choice to leave

Bad business did not stay

Room was unclean, no towels in room, no remote for tv when I checked in. When I went to get towels one of towels had a large stain. There were droppings in my room also not sure what they were from.

Hers of elephants stayed above me, ok, they may have just been some little ones, but my word, loud is an understatement... Doing laundry is a waiting game, if the machines even work, and management refused to assist with challenges... Stay on top floor, got to be quieter... I'm not going back unless it's a last resort...

Comfortable bed and room in a nice location with a very reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Smells like smoke and rooms floor and toilets haven’t been cleaned.

The place was noisy. I had a room on the third floor. There were police qustioning one of the customer on my foor and on the first floor. The bed was a spring bed with no cushioning at all. I was not happy at all.

Had to change rooms twice. Really want a refund. The furst room air didn't work . The second room refrigerator was dirty with food in it.

The room was dirty. The pillows had makeup and lipstick on them. The bed had huge visible stains. No tissue. No washcloths. No one came after complaint was made. The bathroom was filthy there stains on the sink, purple stains on the mirror, the tub and the floor. We had to remove the cover and lay on the beds. This was FSU graduation and everything else in my price range was booked , my mom got sick and had to seek medical attention. Very disappointed I wish I could get my money back,

Got my room to we had booked a room with two beds. Come to find out we only had 3 pillows, 2 one one bed 1 on the other. Called front desk they say that's how to rooms come. Call down for more towels they say you have to do that before 7pm when they lock the front desk for after dark security. Floor was dirty so after taking a shower my feet were instantly cover in dirt again just stepping out of the shower. Fan in the bathroom doesn't work. Frig leaked water inside of it. Terrible hotel all around. Room 419.

Not much was fun about this place

Went I arrived I notice the many people in line having issues with management and many different complaints so my first room was never clean , toilet was filthy , shower and sink not drain properly so I complain and request another room and never the less I get another unacceptable dirty room but because my medical issues and situations with appt to a doctors next day I got no choice but to wrote hotel .com for another hotel but all respond I got was “ that sucks” so weird but I will do better home work next time I am traveling !
