The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!!!! More than I think ever in an hotel. Everything was great!! Had a bite to eat for dinner and for breakfast. Didn’t have to go out. There was a steady pace of people coming in however found it pretty quiet.

Phenomenal!!!!! 10 out of 5 stars! The hotel was very clean. All facilities and amenities were top notch, and the staff were incredible. Ashely at the front desk was the absolute best and made our stay so nice. Everyone was helpful and we were very well taken care of. I’m just so happy I stayed here, 1000% recommend!!!! The cooked-to-order breakfast was very good, they had plenty of coffee in the room, the air conditioner got cold, and they had plenty of snacks, drinks and alcohol to purchase for reasonable prices. They even had TV dinners late at night if needed. I just can’t say enough about this hotel. Fantastic.

The air conditioner was so loud that it took me a long time to fall asleep. The room should have not been assigned.

The room was clean. The staff was most friendly. The property was nice and well kept. The bed was awful--like sleeping, or trying to sleep, on a cement slab. That alone will probably keep us from staying there in the future.

The AC in the room didn’t work well so we called the front desk but no one answered. The second room was ok but they did not change the bedsheets or towels nor empty the trash. I am a loyal Marriott customer and this was not the norm

They charge a $100.00 pet fee and that is way too much. It’s not listed on the website so it’s probably a shock to find out it’s that much! The manager discounted it 50% because I booked it on booking and they list the fee as a non refundable charge of $50.00!

The bathroom shower was not clean. There was still plenty of hairs from people prior. I had no hot water in the shower. The sink had plenty of hot water.

The shower had soap scum and dirt and dust everywhere. Soap scum on the ledge in the shower. Soap that spilled behind the dispenser in the shower was dried. There was dirt and just some nasty gunk on the bottom of the shower in The corners where the shower door closes. You can tell there had been work done in the bathroom on the ledge and on the wall and it looks like it was done half ass. There was also dirt and grime on and around the toilet.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. We did notice that any time the room above us had someone walking we would hear very loud squeaking. We mentioned this to the front desk but they told us the hotel was booked so we had to "deal with it". Not the nicest response but okay. Will not be staying here again if we find ourselves again in Tally.

The room was spotless, and the customer service was amazing! Shout-out to Meredith G at the bistro; she took good care of me after 9 hours of driving, and it was almost time to close. Very commendable the stay in the courtyard at North I-10, Tallahassee.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The room was nicely updated. The lobby looks kind of aged, but clean. I would stay here again.

My only complaint was the beds were horrible. One of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Mattress was very hard and very noisy. Felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. I will probably avoid all Marriott brands if this is the mattresses they put in their rooms.

Ashley was amazing. I had a mixup with my apartment complex and she allowed us to stay in the same room instead of moving because I had to rebook for two additional days. I cannot think of the older white ladies name. She was definitely a lifesaver she let us check out an hour late. I will definitely choose this hotel anytime I need a place to stay.

Ashley from the front desk was fantastic during the day, I'm sorry I do not recall the older white lady who took care of me at night but she was also very friendly and provided excellent customer service just like Ashley. The personnel from the bistro was also wonderful and the food was excellent The toilet in the room was very uncomfortable for us 3, it's like it's a toilet for children, it is very small, and I am not referring to how tall it is.

First of all, the staff is great! I've stayed here several other times before and they all remembered us. I was very pleased with that. We had ordered pizza the first night and I was taking the pizza box out to the trash can and the maintenance tech offered to help me with it and took the box from me and disposed of it for me. He was so nice. Our room was SUPER clean. I stayed in Rm #316 and was so so happy that it was so clean and the a/c was working property. I had no issues. Shout out to Apollo, Jackie and the maint tech who took my pizza box! Nothing. I was super happy with my room and the customer service I received. This is my hotel of choice in Tallahassee.

The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only complaints I have are the portions. I ordered "eggs" your way and I only got one egg. Also, you get 1 small drink per person. Overall, the food was food and the service was excellent.

The mattress was worn and lumpy. Noise from the Interstate awakened me at night multiple times with lack of soundproofing. The furnishings were very dated with a super very low old fashioned toilet. This hotel is not up to the standards of the many Courtyards that I have frequented.

The coffee maker in the room was missing the tray that holds the pod, so I wasn't able to have coffee in the room. I had to get dressed and go downstairs. A minor thing, certainly won't stop me from coming back. It was a good stay overall.

After much more typing she provided me the breakfast voucher. When I checked out, the charge appeared on my bill. I suspect she did not know how to resolve the issue and simply left it on. The checkout agent was great and fixed the bill.

The bathroom toilet is for a child. The shower is so small and narrow almost fell with how the slippery shower floor is. Nothing fits the needs for an adult other than the bed. We expected more for a Marriott stay. Very disappointed.

The check-in staff was very pleasant. The room was okay but there were two red stains on the carpet and the bed was a bit hard. The air conditioning unit was very loud.

The employees were very nice and helpful! That was the best part. Though the room was updated, the air conditioning was not effective and the room smelled musty and felt damp for the entire three night stay.

The hotel was in a good location, right by the highway. Blackout curtains were great and AC made the room nice and cold. I'm glad I added the extra charge for breakfast when I booked the hotel, got a lot for what I paid. We stayed 2 nights, they didn't clean the room on day 2, not sure if I needed to ask for it, no one said anything. Ice machine was broken, so you had to call for them to bring you ice. They have the pumps in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We ran out of body wash in the shower on the last day, so they aren't good about keeping them full. Hotel was fine, but I don't see us staying there again next time we visit Tallahassee.

A/c was broken, they ended up moving us to a different room. After check in a staff member walked into our room un-invited and in spite of the “do not disturb” sign on the door handle. Bar tender was rude when ordering drinks. Will not stay here again

Unfortunately I didn't find out the shower drain was clogged until looking down while taking a shower. I was extremely disgusted. The property would definitely benefit with remodeling.

Staff was friendly and check in was seamless. Convenient to dining options and actually have a Bistro in the lobby of hotel. Convenient to HCA Capital Medical Hospital. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. I will definitely stay again when in the area and do recommend.

Breakfast restaurant was great, freshly made egg sandwiches or burritos. They gave my husband a free cup of coffee because he woke up with a headache. Very nice staff. Indoor pool could be a bit warmer. Our bed was a bit soft, but you can't please everyone on that. Overall very good.

Room definitely not ready for people. Fish smell and hair in the bathroom sink. Although front desk did try to make it right. Other things about the stay that wasn’t pleased about. Probably would not stay there again.

The staff is amazing and super friendly but the shower was holding water and draining very slow the bed was hard and the pillows were completely flat with no cushioning.

Tha seat was excellent, clean room nice service. The only thing that was not clear was the breakfast, when i reserved the room the web site said incluid the breakfast, but was not true, if a want it I have to pay for it. That was the only thing not good 🙁

I was disappointed when I got up to have the continental breakfast, and there was nothing but a very limited Starbucks and creamer station was a mess, when I checked in the person said that there would be something in the morning……..

It’s always nice and clean I feel safe and secure when I’m there

There are no amenities in this hotel other than hotel room coffee, which everyone knows sucks. There is a bistro in the lobby with so-so food. When I tried to put pepper on my food, the cap was loose and loaded my soup with pepper. When the girl noticed this she “oh sorry” and did not offer to replace it. The AC in the room did not work well, the bed was rock hard and the shower in the room was very small. Whoever installed the toiletries in the shower placed them in the worst spot. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel to my friends

Staff was top notch! Location is super convenient to the freeway. Couldn’t ask for a better stay after a long day driving! Indoor pool was a very nice surprise!

We were only there for a few hours and we were traveling. But it was clean, and the staff was adequate. Didn’t love that they charged for breakfast tho.

AC would never go below 71 even with it set to 68. Toilets felt like child sized. The pillows are worthless. I'm finding the pillows to be an issue in a lot of hotels. Sleep like crap.

Great little hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and such. Comfy bed!

The hotel was very clean, had friendly staff, and its restaurant served delicious food. This hotel was very convenient to the Interstate, and was convenient to many restaurants, including Outback. Parking was very easy. I plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful. She was smiling, courteous and helpful.

Ice hotel at a reasonable price. Lots of hookups for all your electronics needs.

It was good. It did have a smell. We brought some Lysol after spraying the smell was still there. But it wasn’t to over whelming.

Staff very accommodating, room is nice, roomy, clean, bistro in the lobby was great, service and food! Will stay again!

It is a first rate hotel, well managed, clean, comfortable and all the amenities except for free breakfast. But I won't hold that against them, Tallahassee has plenty of great breakfast places. The staff was so friendly I would stay there again.
