Nothing. It’s no longer a motel and it is currently being converted to apartments That we received no notice that it was not a motel anymore And we will refuse any payment

Hotel was closed down and Booking never told me. Had to find a replacement at 10pm.

Nothing. I had a confirmed reservation for 2 rooms and when we got there, the whole place was closed down. It was during FSU graduation weekend, so we had to sleep in the car!!!! I could have been notified that it was closed down!!!

The person who checked me in was nice. The room was not clean, the room had roaches, creepy people hanging outside near my room, the deadbolt on my door didn't lock

nothing There was a sign upon check in that is was the the last weekend it was going to be a hotel that it was going to be remodeled for apartments. The hotel did not look like the pictures advertised at all! It took 45min to get a room b/c all the key sensors on doors didnt work. After seeing the room we would have not stayed but we were running late to get to a event. The room you could tell had not been cleaned well … dirt on floor and rust on all the chrome on lamp fixtures. We felt very unsafe. the cleanliness of the bedding was questionable too as there were dark specks on the mattress pad

The value was amazing. There are other extended stay places nearby, but this is the best value. It has been remodeled, and most of the staff are very friendly. There was one guy at the front desk who was not very customer oriented, but he was the exception. Everyone else was incredibly friendly. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear. The ice machines were not all functional. The parking lot could use some work, but overall I was pleasantly surprised.

Quiet and safe area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by being sandwiched by Target and Walmart on Apalachee pkwy.

Breakfast I didn't have the location was great near stores for easy access quiet since I'm a night owl and sleep during the day. The wifi could have been a Lil better

They cancelled my reservations because my card was rejected.y card was compromised a couple of months ago and I was issued a new card. You have my email address and phone number and no one bothered to try to get in touch with me. They just added someone else on a waiting list. I have been a customer there for years.

I never got to stay at the hotel. I was notified via email that I canceled my reservation that I booked a month in advance. When I called, the rude staff member couldn't tell me why until she asked someone and they said their rooms had flooded and canceled my reservation 1 hour prior to check in. Via email. When I was on my way (4 hour drive) with absolutely no resolution. The customer service and response time to get me an email stating my stay was canceled

The rooms were clean and remodeled. The lobby is clean and very organized. It is still in the update process. Many rooms are occupied by families as temporary shelters. The property needs more work yet..

There was nothing to like. It was dirty , nobody cleans the outside garbage. The fire alarm was missing. and the manager and staff didn't care. I didn't feel safe there. People sitting outside smoking pot and drinking too much alcohol. People are staring at the cars. Not even a breakfast. Stay away!
