BOB Hotels Tallahassee - Boutique on Budget

Been at several times and so was at the most pleasant place excellent service and cleanliness this visit they were under some construction rep, plumbing, the hotel other than that it was awesome. I would like to see some real scrambled eggs and sausage for me continental breakfast, but it is great. Would recommend anyone without a doubt.

Very cute place to wind down. Never would have thought something so quiet and relaxing would be in the perfect location of Tallahassee. It’s my number one stay now that I know it’s there! Let’s not forget to mention bed. I’ve stayed in expensive places and their beds still doesn’t top BOB bed!!! 10/10 highly recommend! Oh the aesthetic made it even better

Everything was amazing! Definitely would stay again! Staff were friendly! I do wish their 24hr breakfast and coffee were included in the stay, but they do offer continental breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean and just the perfect place to stay for travel.

Neat, cozy n quiet

The check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very welcoming. I am removing a star for two reasons: 1. my room was very humid and 2. it does not have an elevator which can be an inconvenience if you've been traveling for a bit or have a lot of luggage. Other than that, I highly recommend it. The room was comfortable and the decor was fun.

This is our second time staying here. The first time was pretty good, but this time the room had mold in bathroom and room was extremely humid! Everything felt moist in there. Breakfast isn’t great but does come in handy.

The Hotel was nice, rooms a bit smaller than expected. They are doing some indoor construction but I never heard it. There was kind of a closed up odor almost like a too much moisture when opening the door to the room . Towels and sheets were clean, AC worked well. Breakfast was standard, and staff was friendly! We’d consider staying again.

Comfortable stay!

The room was terribly smelly like toilet and was noisy because of air conditioning. This was opposite of reviwes and we had to change our hotel and immediately went other hotel. We were there just less than a hour. Hope management cares about reviwes and refund our money because we didn't stay there. In fact,we trusted the reviwes and points which was disappointed.

Because it was grad weekend the prices were very high - but the property is great.

They seem to be doing renovations to the property. Every things was clean and the room was clean but was very minimal. We got in around 8:00 and just showered and went to sleep. Well worth the cost. Only drawback was that there was no working ice machine.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and check in smooth. For the price I paid, breakfast was decent. Again, staff are well-trained and super nice Check-out was earlier than usual.

We used the hotel for a one night stop - part of a 1500 mile road trip. It is just off I4, so didn't need a long drive off the road. Tallahassee was only 15 mins away. Room was great, nice size for a short stay and shower was great. Hotel was fresh and boutique, with quirky cushions / areas. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was good, covering all things you need. There was a pool as well, which was a bit of a surprise and great to have to cool off in / exercise in. Location was great for travelling, but if I was staying for a longer time I would probably look for something more in town (Tallahassee) - you needed to drive for most things.

Clean and cute

Be aware, this is a 2 story building with NO elevator. 2 flights of steps. Clerk asked me if I am ok with the 2nd floor because they try to keep the first floor handicap accesible. Pack light. Cheap decorations, but fine. The major issue with my room was moisture. The cold a/c air was not dry. It was like a humidifier. Moisture coupled with the hypo allergenic pillows and mattress, stuff was just wet. Glad I only stayed 1 night. I won't stay again.

It was clean and modern. We left a very expensive pair of headphones in our room but housekeeping kept them.

Convenient to interstate, cleanliness, well-appointed furnishings, just enough of the basics! Ambient lighting in the toilet area for safety when using area in the night. I always bring a night light with me when traveling.

Whenever we travel from Arkansas to Florida, we always stay at BOB’S! It is a great place to stay. I wouldn’t change a thing!!

Again it was a good experience, but would only do it again if it’s a 1 night tournament.

There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat indicating they didn’t clean too well there was a large dark stain on the pillow. However, to be fair, the building was well kept the decor was fun and exciting. The amenities like the coffee and the breakfast was a privilege. I definitely enjoyed my stay. The building itself was clean and in a good location.

The breakfast was good If you’re local, they require a $300 deposit for this hotel. Stay away from this hotel it is not worth the rate that was paid. This hotel is set up like a dorm room. It’s not even bougie on a budget.

Night staff at the counter very nice and accommodating at check in- able to move us to bottom floor and move checkout an hour later so we could sleep in longer The elevator is down- not enjoyable with babies and luggage, doors did not lock very securely- my husband was able to just open the door to our room WITHOUT even having the key on him, tight spaces in rooms

Loved everything about the physical property. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and plenty of parking. The breakfast was pretty good with waffles but no other hot food like eggs or sausage. I will recommend that you have the room AC or just the fan going as the hallway tends to be kind of loud with laughing and people. Once I turned on the AC, the white noise drowned out the hallway noise. All in all a great place to stay

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was secluded and quiet. The boutique style was fun. I didn’t realize this is the only BOB in the U.S. I really enjoyed the brand overall.

Everything was great

We didn’t like the smell of the mold in room. The staff was trying to help to change our room but there was the same smell in other room too.

It smelled so fresh and clean as soon as we walked in to the hotel.

As soon as we arrived, my partner and I loved the lobby decor and overall atmosphere. Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches, and everything was spotless. Honestly, the room felt cleaner and more thoughtfully put together than many larger chain hotels we have stayed at. The price was also outstanding for the quality of the stay. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Tallahassee!

Clean room and waffles for breakfast.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the very basic services here. When I travel the hotel is not the center of my stay so many of the "luxury" accessories at big expensive hotels is a waste for me. I like a good, clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay with a few extras thrown in. BOB fits the bill. And the price is right.

Breakfast was very good, with hot and cold choices. You could also order specialty coffee drinks for an extra charge. Room were comfy, well appointed and loved the design & details.

Loved the decor. The staff is very helpful. The pillows were that torn up cubed foam, not comfortable at all. Had to keep adjusting them at night. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on half the lights in the room. Didn’t feel the room was clean. This was my second time staying there and it wasn’t as pleasant.

Our experience at hotel was amazing! Everything was clean, the staffs very friendly with my family. Excellent location.

The rooms are very small. We came up for graduation and had my husband and I, and our 2 children (17 and 20). It was really hard to move around in the room with all 4 of us, the beds were so close you could reach out and touch the person in the other bed. The bathroom reminded me of something you would get in an RV, and the sink was outside the bathroom, so there was no privacy. It was hard to get dressed in the bathroom due to the size (and we are not large people). There was also a HUGE red stain between the beds on the floor. My daughter thought it was vomit. We should have probably said something. The sheets / bedding also did not seem "clean". They weren't "crisp" and seemed "off whitish" like dirty, if that makes sense. The towels were so tiny they don't even wrap around an adult body. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient. They offered a free breakfast which is comparable to that which is offered at other hotels.

Friendly staff Comfy beds and hot shower! No deal breaker for us, BUT be aware there is no elevator. We had something like gnats flying around in the room. We'd see them randomly from 1st day til checkout. Could have been a little cleaner (toilet base dirty, shower stained?, headboard dusty)

It was definitely “on a budget.” The rooms were smaller than your typical hotel rooms, the shower was barely able to turn around in, and the microwave was in the lobby. Probably the first hotel that didn’t have a microwave in the room. But, even with all of that, the stay was nice. It was quiet and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Clean with fun, hip decor. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but comfortable and fit the needs for one night passing through. Only 4 stars because thy don’t have an elevator and difficult dragging kids and luggage upstairs but learned can call ahead for bottom floor room. Be sure to call ahead for handicap accommodations.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was great. The bed was firm and comfortable. The TV and A/C worked. The funny pictures on the walls made me smile. The breakfast also had a bigger-than-usual variety as far as continental breakfasts go. My wife and I were impressed all the way around. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a while. The shower is unique. Not bad, just different. But the water is hot and the flow consistent. I have no real complaints.

Professional, friendly staff. Full coffee bar w/syrups and sauces reasonable prices on lattes. Breakfast offers waffles (you make), bagles, cereals, yogurts, coffee, juices, and milk. Rooms are nice and modern.

This hotel had some maintenance on the first level, but it did NOT affect our stay. The GM, Cameron I believe was his name, was so kind and welcoming. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch and you could pay on site for an upgraded breakfast if you wanted. Would stay here again.

As a solo female traveler who had a disappointing experience at my previous hotel, I felt very safe at this BOB hotel. It was clean, smelled nice, stocked appropriately, and on a moderately private driveway. I respected the policy of reserving the first floor for those who physically needed it, and the second floor for those able to climb the single flight of steps. The room was already cooled once I arrived, smart tv on and ready to be used, and wi-fi operating and easily accessible. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent in the shower. It was just as advertised, if not better. I enjoyed my stay and am recommending this hotel (chain) to everyone traveling on a budget.

Stayed here on a work trip that hubby tagged along and this place did not disappoint! For the price the room was super clean, staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable and breakfast was free and decent. Only hot item are waffles but they have bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, breakfast bars, whole fruit, coffee, juice and cereals. I mean it worked great for us since it was just four days. Definitely will stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. We will always stay here when in Tallahassee. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Sheets were exceptionally smooth and pillows fluffy and soft. The last time I stayed here, it was terrific. This time, the bed was so indented I couldn’t sleep, room smelled like urine, bed cover on other bed was stained. Front desk staff talked to each other or were on their phones every time I passed them. Won’t be returning.

One surprise hidden in the fine print if the welcome email was the $100 deposit, which was refunded within a day or two but could have been an issue for the unprepared. Room was so cute and had so much character! I loved the decor and vibes. You could hear pretty much everything in the hallways, but the room came with a noise maker which helped muffle the sound. I slept pretty well!

The Hotel is bright and cheerful. The rooms are always clean. The staff is very nice.

My family loved this hotel. For a value hotel, it was fun and met our needs. Eclectic and humourous decor, and the renovations are well done. The shower could have been cleaner- (saw a few hairs) but everything smelled clean and mostly looked clean. We paid less $92 and it was worth it. Happy with the breakfast too- they offered make uour own waffles, bagels bread cereal yogurt hard boiled eggs milk OJ apple juice fresh oranges oatmeal granola bars and a bit more. Great breakfast!

Fun hotel nice room

Easy booking online and also easier check in and check out also online. Facility is very clean and the people and Customer Service receptionist are professional and tentative. I would definitely come back and stay here again because I booked to stay here by myself for my son that goes to FSU they do have complementary breakfast. That is make your own waffles, juice, coffee, tease, and regular bagels. Overall, my experience is four stars worthy because I had no issues. I would definitely remind you that this is a very tight and small hotel so do not expect the rooms to be big. I repeat - they only use STAIRS. Any case that you have wheelchair or accommodation necessary you must call them directly and make sure that your room is on ground floor.

Room, staff, facilities, overall vibe, and breakfast all excellent. However, sound travels easily through the walls and we we woken up repeatedly by people exiting and entering their rooms, children crying, etc.

The place smelled terrible, upon entrance in lobby. Room was not clean, a few pillow cases were yellow. Mold around windows and in the shower. GROSS We did no stay. We got our stuff and stayed at a totally different hotel. This cost us double, but refuse to stay somewhere gross. Will not recommend this to anyone and the ratings on the website are clearly wrong.

Very unique! Original decor - I loved it! Rooms are very small though, and window blinds do not keep out the very bright parking lot light. Room darkening shades would be a plus. Breakfast just OK. Too heavy on the carbs, and eating cereal with a very flat tiny wooden spoon is impossible. Good concept, just needs a little modification. Price is great!

I enjoyed my stay but was surprised to be charged $3 when I asked for a courtesy toothbrush as I forgot mine. There were no lotions or other toiletries provided xcept in the shower.. Also they did not clean our room until we left. The breakfast only had waffle mix , yogurt and ceral. The milk was in a bottle not indivitual and there was nothing else hot like eggs.. The ahower door top frame fell apart. My stay reminded me of a certain airline where it gets you there cheap but where things like like luggage are extra. That aurprised me. But I assumed budget cuts. Otherwise the staff was very very kind and hospitable. The room was clean except between the frig and wall.

Staff is amazing! They must have a great training program and great leadership the place is spotless. Even the room. All the staff seems happy and so friendly. The cafe is a bonus in addition to the breakfast buffet. Loved everything about this hotel and we stay in hotels often.

When we arrived to the hotel- some other employee from the front desk did check me in!! The employee at the moment taking my “supposed CI” was the most humble person in a hotel ever! Once he discovered his coworker checked me in hours before-without me being there physically yet- someone was in the room I was supportive be under my name…. What a lack of professionalism from the previous employee at the front desk (not the one discovered this mess)! What kind of security measures this company offers and what kind of information the other guest must have shared with this other employee and what kind of my personal information must have been shared to a stranger while I was still driving to this lack of ethics staff hotel… the actual employee that assisted me in a very late night conversation was full of shame by what this previous co worker did with my reservation, at that very late time- the guy in the FD had to call the strangers guests in my supposedly reservation and room under my name. I should have had a reimbursement for this matter. I’d never stay here for the lack of security with the computer and CI process. L Díaz

BOB is the best value around for a convenient overnight stop. With hotels in this category, it seems like cleanliness and comfort can be iffy. I’ve stayed here twice now and both times it’s been clean and nice. No broken down furnishings and the bed is comfortable. Staff smiling and helpful both times. As the sign in the lobby says “this isn’t the Ritz,” but if you want a comfortable stop in the budget category, BOB is way ahead of the pack.

Half side of the hotel smelled like mold to a major water leak. I stayed there for 2 days and was ready to leave after 1. Thin walls and for 2 straight nights i heard dogs barking and babies crying. The food was average. The rooms shower was phenomenal and they had Samsung tv stations and not cable tv.

When we arrived everything was fine. The people were nice. So we went up to our rooms (1 double) (1 king). Everything was fine. We noticed a blood stain on the sheets, I emailed the day after left because gross and I am not one to make a huge fuss. So then I email and let them know. Expecting kindness. I was told they can’t do anything for me because they don’t know when the blood stain occurred because it was bright red and looked fresh? I’m glad they’re not investigators. Anywho, we will not be returning.

Rm#: 108 Check In: Easy, no issue. Room: The bedroom portion was clean. Beds were comfortable. One of the lights on the bedside table was out. Everything else was in working order. The bathroom probably was cleaned as well, but its condition left much to be desired. Rust was very noticeable from inside and out of the shower to the ceiling. There was calcium build up on the shower head. The shower temp was not consistent. Sometimes we could get hot water and sometimes in the middle of showering it would turn lukewarm.The handle on the bathroom door felt as though it was going to fall off any second. Customer Service: Very helpful and friendly front desk. Overall Experience: 3 out of 5. This is our second time visiting BOB. The first time was exceptional. We stayed on the second floor and everything from the service, to the breakfast, to the room, to the shower was great. It was our first visit that initiated the 2nd visit. We thought we found a winner in BOB. However, we were not as impressed, but disappointed particularly in the bathroom.

The upkeep of the room could be improved. The flooring had sharp edges and was up on the corners which cut my feet. Also, they never replaced the fire alarm, and the wires were hanging out. The container that held the soap on the wall near the bathroom sink was loose and I was afraid when I pushed the lever, the whole unit was going to come off the wall. Last but not least, the bathroom shower could have been cleaner. It had mineral deposits on the corner of the door at the bottom, in addition to a dirty area where you stand in the shower. Overall, upkeep needed to be better.

This is a great hotel - the type you don't tell too many people about so there's always availability for you :-)! It has a very trendy appearance. The room was neat and clean with all the amenities. Mine was smaller than average so if you're looking for a large space, this hotel is not for you. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited but had several of the usual "free breakfast" items (waffles, bagels, fruit, boiled eggs but no meats) were included. There are other items you can purchase at the desk including some really good muffins and expresso drinks (they won me over with that!). One point: the bath towels are ridiculously small so you may want to pack your own. I don't think they have a gym onsite but there was a pool. The hotel is a fair distance from downtown, FSU, and FAMU and not hotel in which you'd want to spend the day lounging around the property but it's a great place to lay your head if you're going to be out most of the time for shopping or gameday activities.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly desk clerk - we arrived at 1130pm so that was extra nice. Bathroom is small, shower good, and the only minus was there wasn’t a chair to sit in (there was a bench seat but it was a bit uncomfortable). Overall, a great place to stay as the pluses far outweigh the minuses.

Only complaint, the door locks on the rooms beep and are loud enough to be heard all the way down the hall. We heard them constantly throughout the night and it was quite annoying. Other than that, great stay.

Room was clean & loved the shower. Need better sound proofing between floors. The person above us was stomping back & forth for about 90 minutes. Finally got quiet about 10:30. Bed was great & went to sleep after the stomping quit but was rudely awakened by people coming in an talking loudly and the doors are loud when they close & beep! Management has a sign saying quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am but evidently they could not read & I didn’t hear anyone telling them to quiet down. Rude people ruin the experience for other guests!

Teddy at the front desk was so nice to my family. We were in town to attend a funeral and he was so compassionate. The most negative issue is the smell. They have some leaking issues and have machines trying to clean the air and dry things up. Overall it was clean. Breakfast was just fair. All workers were beyond friendly so customer service is the plus if this place.

Others have mentioned a strong smell; and we did note a smell of cleaning solution when we got into room, but it is not overwhelming for us. Group of ~ 40 teenagers checked in right after us. There was someone knocking on our door after we had gone to bed, but otherwise they were much quieter than we expected. Certainly the best value around considering we paid less than half of what we usually pay for a hotel room on the road.

I guess the reviews mislead me into thinking it’s a new property, and it would be better than your average motel, but sadly you get exactly that. The property and rooms need deep cleaning for sure, the smell of mold is very strong and hits you as soon as you enter the reception area. Roach found in the bathroom. Overall I would never stay there again, especially not for the obscene amount of money I’ve paid.

The lobby was beautiful and welcoming — modern, clean, and gave a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room had a strong moldy smell that made the stay uncomfortable. The staff were polite, but the issue really needs attention. With a little maintenance and care, this place could be much better.

The door of the room was not locking properly. When brought to front desk, I was told to pull up the door when closing. I wasn’t told that when checking in, and if I was told that before I got the room I would have requested a different one.

When we arrived, the young lady working the check in counter was not a great way to make a great first impression. She didn't greet me, no smile, told her who I was and that I had a reservation, no response but she looking up my info in the computer. She then said something so soft I had to ask her twice what she said, she then said "Deposit" and pointed to the credit card machine. I put my card in and she handed me my key. Later that afternoon I needed an iron and ironing board. Could not find anyone at the desk but saw this same young lady smoking a cigar outside in the back. I asked if they had what I needed, she took another drag of the cigar, didn't say a word, walked inside to the room behind the desk and gave me the iron and board. I said thank you and she you are welcome.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The only problem was that it is not advertised that they do not have an elevator. I was extremely lucky to be the last person to request a room on the 1st floor. I needed an accessible room and I would have had to cancel and lose money, if they hadnt been able to accommodate me.

This is one of the BEST hotels I've stayed in. Extremely modern, nice staff, super clean. It's on the smaller size, but perfect for 1-2 nights... super NICE and VERY reasonable prices. This new hotel model is a winner! Hope others follow their idea!

The staff amended a challenge I had with my original room. The shower had some staining other people's hair in it. Either way what I really enjoyed about this stay was the "quiet hours" and decor. Great resting space. The price is unbeatable. The location is a bit tricky to find.

Cute hotel! Inside decor is adorable. Rooms are great and very clean. Free breakfast is fine and is offered for a longer amount of time than other hotels which is nice. There is no elevator which isn’t an issue for us but good to know in case you have to ask for a room on the 1st floor, which they will accommodate. We had no issues finding parking even on a busy weekend night. Staff is very friendly and helpful! They get extra bonus points for going above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! This is our second stay here and we will continue to book. this hotel when in the area.

The boutique concept was great and our stay was comfortable. Our only issue was that the A/C Unit leaked condensate water onto the carpet making the carpet wet and giving the room with a musty smell.

Very friendly and clean

Clean room and decor was funky and fun. Beds were comfortable and extra offering, like laundry was a surprise. The welcome we received from the desk check in guy was super! We will be staying here again for game days.

Clean room, comfy stay

My car broke down and I had ti find the closest dog friendly hotel to the Toyota dealership and this was it. Just came off a 4 week road trip staying at numerous hotels and this one was the best. Great staff-especially Cheyenne, Ty and Cameron-made the 3 nights I was stuck there much better. Comfortable bright rooms with a great shower and aircon. Breakfast was included and was great. Quiet grounds off the beaten path were good for my dog. Only downside was there wasn’t much in terms of things to do or good choices with it a car. Otherwise, best hotel of my trip.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful!

Second time staying. Might be the last. It is clean and somewhat comfortable but small rooms. What turned me off this time was the check in person (I think her name was Vi) was beyond rude and unfriendly. She seemed so bothered by us showing up to check in, I came close to asking for a refund and leaving.

Fabulous hotel! We loved it! Staff was great! Room was well appointed, clean and nicely decorated with everything you need. Breakfast room was large with a good selection of food offerings to start our day. We loved the quirky decor. The price is great, too! (We’re not related to the owners, we truly enjoyed this hotel! 😃)

This property is very unique. They ask for quiet times..10pm to 7am I thought that was amazing but then they had a family check.in next to us...and I realized how little sound proofing this place has...lol They settled down quick..but the noise really does travel.Property was set back off the road and was very safe. It is a bit of a pain to get in and out of at high traffick times but its ok..Shower was cool.. its a real shower not a tub combo. The water pressure was impressive and the shower head was nice..Bed was nice but not the best Ive ever slept in..but acceptable.TV was huge and worked well..there was a noise machine in the room that I couldnt get to turn off but I turned it to the lowest setting..Pool looked nice, parking lot was clean and safe. Breakfast in the am looked very nice. The best part is they have a coffee bar with a barista in the morning and the lobby smelled wonderful! They have a partnership with Lucky Goat coffee..which is a wonderful coffee brand.Staff was lovely , guests were in the lobby chatting with eachother and with staff...very friendly environment. My son and I plan to return to BOB..the price was also great!!

Please don’t let the property deteriorate, keep up with maintenance. One thing we noticed in our past two visits is that the AC units are not working great. Rooms feel very humid and not cold enough. Also the information board at the li by has not been working for a while and it’s such a nice feature. We have talked about that board a lot and now is not showing the football scores. Please get it fixed so we can all enjoy it!

The smell of the room gave me a literal headache I couldn’t breathe. I ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. It literally made a difference in how I felt. Never been in a room so stuffy. I have no clue what was affecting me so much but the odor was stronggg. Almost mildew like. The bathroom was gross and terrible design. Not sure how the my got a high rating. The front desk guy was not friendly when we checked in but was friendly when we were leaving. Right. Sad I lost money on this but felt to awful to even see what I could do. Also the pics look better than the actual hotel. The interior does have a cute design aesthetic though.

Staff was great! Austin was a perfect as our greeter at midnight after a few flight delays. Friendly, helpful, engaging!

Clean room and excellent service

Was pleasantly surprised. Very clean the only thing is the ac made the room damp.

The location is a bit out of campus, but it works well if you are visiting for a busy weekend at FSU, about 12 minutes from Doak Campbell Stadium, especially if you are traveling with a car. Hotels during football season are expensive, this hotel is affordable. The only downside was the musty, damp smell in some rooms, which comes from the AC units. The odor becomes noticeable when the AC isn’t kept very cold, likely due to lack of maintenance. The units may have condensation or have been off for several days, which allows the humid smell to develop. Hopefully, this can be improved for our next stay!

BOB needed to NOT cut costs buying cheaper toilet paper.

We had hot water for 2 days of our 4 day stay. For two days, we took cool water showers Additionally, the entire hotel and room smells incredibly musty and damp. There are running dehumidifiers all over, yet the musty smell is intense and pervasive.

Ni issues at all, would recommend.

Very clean, flooring (not carpet) in room is a plus, nice staff, dog friendly, decent continental breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. A bit of a wait to check in. The AC had a mildew smell but when we asked to change rooms the employee was very friendly. He showed us a few other rooms but they all had the same smell so we stayed put. After running the AC for a while the smell improved. Overall it’s a very good value for the money in a fairly convenient location. I would stay again.

Staff was really friendly, check in was easy and the whole property was cleaner than your high dollar hotels. For the price, this place was exceptional. Will definitely book here on my next trip to Tallahassee. Keep up the amazing job.

The beds were surprisingly firm, and the visible parts of the sheets were so dirty and stained that we decided to sleep on top of the comforter to mask the unpleasant smell. This experience truly exemplifies the saying “get what you pay for.” While it may have appeared like a good deal, it ultimately left us wishing we had chosen a different option.

No Dressers and the heavy smell of marijuana made the stay less than impressive shall we say.

It has an EV charger. It is outside of a business district. Feels luxurious.

I loved the room it was cute. Only thing I didn't like is, I had to go to the lobby to warm up my food and no elevator. Other than that I will be back !

Very convenient and clean. Very friendly staff. Lobby open 24 hours which is great because I arrived past midnight. Good breakfast menu. Other than noisy A/C which I ended up turning off (I’m a light sleeper), stay was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service

This hotel was cheaper than others and was good value for the cost. The hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly. The hotel, including my room, smelled like mildew. It was rough to smell for 2 nights. Also, the last morning I was there, the cleaning staff were talking loudly outside my room at around 9am. Also, there are no stairs but, front desk staff offered to help me carry my luggage if I wanted. It definitely felt safe but that smell was offputting.

Room was pretty small but plenty acceptable for one night. The bed was comfortable. The A/C unit was quiet old and buttons were cracked and missing some info but worked ok.
