The only thing that I would have to say is it definitely needed a little more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The room had a strong odor of feet or dirty socks when I came in the room and it took several Lysol spray in a couple of hours for it to not be noticeable when I walked in the room. But after a good Lysol spray and a Clorox wipe down everything else was perfect.

Everything was great except for the bathroom. The fan and light are integrated so there is no escaping the fan noise.

The location was perfect. The lady that cleaned the room was super nice. The young lady that checked me in was super helpful and nice. The guy that checked me out was nice. I didn't like that the rooms are outdated. Needs am upgrade bad. I didn't like that I encountered a bug and several spiders during my 4 day stay. For that reason I won't be staying again.

The electronic blind in room 220 did not work! NO privacy! It would not lower with the push button and unable to manually lower even pulling on it hard. Management brought Hoisekeeping with a sheet to hang over the window for privacy BUT, when it got dark very bright spotlight from outside shining straight into the room!!! Management too busy or not concerned didn’t even answer the phone. It was like bright daylight in the room all night long and my sleep was not good! Fix the cheap electronic blinds. Or put up curtains or blinds that can manually be lowered.

The location, the nice rooms, and especially, the early morning breakfast, and 24hr coffee!! Plus, the friendly staff. The building is well maintained, and modern, as is the rooms.

The staff was extremely nice, and the location is convenient to everything. The only complaint I would have is that the hallway and the actual room smelled like an old vacuum cleaner that needed to be cleaned out.

The woman that greeted me was very friendly and had a very pretty smile. Super friendly. The man that checked me out had no personality and was very short with me along with a lack of communication skills. He may or may not speak english. He didn't talk to me. We had a very late check in and the staff was very helpful. They allowed us to have a late check out since we didn’t arrive until 1:30am. Staff was super friendly and we will definitely stay here again if we are visiting family.

There was a Kroger store not too far from the hotel. Room was smaller than another Express Holiday inn that I have stayed at. Not much variety with breakfast. Average hotel for the nightly cost.

Hot breakfast was cold and the attendant offered to "heat it up" . I only got there 30 minutes after they opened. Not good water pressure for shower. Beds could be better. Apparently they allow smoking, so had to smell that through the walls.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room is large, clean and very comfortable. I even enjoyed the soaps in the bathroom, which I usually don't. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The woman who checked us in started our stay perfectly as she was super nice and friendly. Staff to us can either make or break your stay and everyone from kitchen staff to cleaning staff were very nice.

Overall the property was very nice. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The person at the desk when we checked in was not rude but he was not overly nice either. When we wanted to check out no one was at the desk. We waited for a while and finally just had to leave. I even eat behind for all the workers were sitting in a break room behind the desk. They saw me, but no one came out to help.

For some reason when I checked in i got charge 50 dollars they said it was deposit, but i told them i had already paid my stayed and he said it was for reservation. And i ask for receipt and got told that you guys will be sending it, in my opinion think he robbed me does 50 dollars

The gentleman behind the counter was very rude. My room smelled like smoke.. the shower head thing was broken. The hallway flooded when the shower ran. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, and even the phone didnt work! There was no conditioner and the pad on the wall didnt work the blinds. Way overpriced for the experience.

Great place to stay. Every employee I saw said "Hello". The Hotel was very clean, the people were great. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but with this one the alarm woke me up.

Housekeeping doesn’t come daily and when attempting to remove food garbage from your room guests are told to take it outside versus being provided garbage cans or trash pickup when requesting. Breakfast offerings are great and bed linens are clean and bed comfortable. Great for an overnight stay only.

I changed romm on day 3. A day before my check out my receipt was left under the door while reviewing my receipt I found out that they charged me more for the new room. I spoke with the manager about overcharging me when I changed the room on day 2 of my stay, the manager apologized and took my information and told me he will either call or email me. I haven't heard from them on day 4 after I checked out. So I gave them a call. Again the receptionist apologized and told me that someone will call or email me after the price adjustment is made. Still haven't heard from them 3 days after my call.

Everything was great except at one point I asked about coffee in the lobby since I had work to do, and the front desk attendant said she did not know how fresh it was. Instead of offering to make a fresh pot, she suggested that I warm it up in the microwave in my room. While that might sound practical to some extent, that is not the type of service I was expecting. Everything else was fantastic.

I would suggest putting a container in the rooms for recyclables. I have to say it was a wonderful stay and look forward to my next one.

The toilet seat was very loose. The towel rack was coming off the wall and the AC was not working properly. When I reported all of this I was not even offered another room for these things to be corrected. The attendent at the first desk Michael Canlas had a non chantant attitude about the matter and didn't offer any alternatives. He put in his report, I was unhappy with the toilet and not that the toilet was actually broken.

I brought my two children (ages 4 and 7) with me to attend a milestone birthday party. Unfortunately, even though the hotel was clean and comfortable, the other guests made it so that we could not sleep at all. Between the hours of 10:30pm and 4:30am, guests were running up and down the halls, banging on doors, shouting and smoking weed. I had to purchase a sound machine on my phone for the two nights we stayed, though we could have just sat outside in my car for free and probably had a better night’s sleep. I should have pressed for a refund. The people working looked so tired, and I can see why.

Everything was Great about this hotel, except the Breakfast. It was so bad that we just retro eat out.
