Your view was the Lowe’s next store. Pool had people sitting around smoking pot. Noise all night from upstairs and the shopping center parking lot.

Good location. Several restaurants and a Target shopping center connected to the parking lot. We have stayed here several times. The only minor issue is that many of the times, including this one, we could not get the tv to work. Didn't call the front desk though, as we didn't really care, so don't know if they would have been able to fix it or not. It is one of my regular hotels when I am in the Surprise area. Good breakfast.

This may have been my best experience in a Best Western in many years. Very clean property, common areas and room. Check-in was made easy by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Good location in Surprise.

We had a pretty good stay. The staff was wonderful, the bed was comfy & the pool and hot tub were great! On the other hand, it was extremely dangerous/awkward to drive into the entrance. Traffic flying by and we had to get over 4 lanes....The coffee in the room was horrible! The toilet was really low. It was a good bargain though!

checkin was fast and desk agent was helpful with answers about the surrounding area. room was better than expected. breakfast was typical. Breakfast attendant was amazing at keeping things stocked and clean when it was very busy with all the spring training crowd. they have 4 EV charging spots which I was able to use. you have to plug in and then notify the front desk and they turn it on. One thing to keep in mind if travelling with a pet (as I was) Expedia says all fees and charges included, but they did still charge me $40 per night pet fee at checkin.

1. The hotel lists people’s names on white boards at the front desk to welcome them for their stays. That seems like a serious breech of privacy since anyone else checking in or simply at the hotel now knows these people are present. 2. Hotel cleaning staff leaves replacement coffee cups, stirrers, creamer, etc., on your door handle if you leave your privacy sign up, signaling to others that you are possibly not in your room and your belongings are unattended. I don’t like feeling unsafe at any hotel. This is not a seedy hotel at all but I believe that these two practices, which seem well intended, should be abandoned for privacy and safety reasons.

Also hotel is hard to get to since you cannot get to it from Bell Road onto Grand, but Google maps kept telling us to go that way and then we would have to turn around on Grand which is not easy, so adds 10 minutes. Hotel is basically in the parking lot of Lowes, so that is not great either. Hotel room was good and breakfast very good with a cool cappuccino machine. Just the check in person not having good customer skills started the stay badly and stuck with me. How you say it is often more important than what you say!

My wife and I stayed in the BW Plus Surprise-Phoenix AZ for five nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We had a late check in at no extra cost, the staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part and room was spacious and clean. Loads of parking, allowing for easy access from the parking lot to the rooms, and the lodging is centrally located adjacent to several shopping complexes and restaurants which made it extremely convenient to walk or drive to shop and eat. Breakfast was served every morning and was a nice way to start of the day. All-in-all we had such a great stay that we will be booking at the BW Plus whenever we visit Surprise, AZ! Thank you to Expedia for the great room rates and detailed property description that was instrumental in helping us decide where to stay in Surprise.

The lady at the front desk was actually arguing with another client which was really rude. I stayed a week and my room was never properly cleaned. All they did was make my bed but my bathroom was never cleaned I was never even giving more toilet paper. I won’t stay here ever again,

The room was very clean. My suggestion since I'm 76 that the toilets should be upgraded to chair hight. I know that a minor thing but it sure would help out us old guys. That won't stop me from using you again in the future

It was close to amenities in town. The room was dirty. The couch, the carpet stains, the stains on the curtain and the round pink stain on the comforter. The curtain was falling off on the right side of the window. The bed was hard. The train can be heard twice in the night.

My recent stay at the Best Western in Surprise, AZ, was absolutely wonderful. The team, especially Kristi, Nicole (blonde..sorry I am bad with names), and Priscilla, went above and beyond. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Their hospitality was truly top-notch, and the team in the dining area was unbelievable—it's rare to find service like this anymore! They were also a fantastic resource, helping me plan sightseeing around Arizona and answering all of my random, and out of town questions about local points of interest. This level of service made my first trip to Arizona truly memorable and not my last. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to staying here again.

Most comfortable hotel we have stayed in over the past week on a road trip with a different hotel every night. I was especially impressed with how the morning staff on 8/15/25 treated each other in addition to being polite and welcoming to us. Top tier team!

Just a great place to stay and the breakfast is really good!

I was not happy with the condition of the room. The pillows were so small I wouldn’t consider it a normal pillow, the tv didn’t get any sports channels, and our shower was not in normal working condition. The handles were stripped and just kept spinning. It was already late and we were tired so they had to come to our room the next day to fix the shower. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast is the same EVERYDAY! The whole 3 days I was there anyways. Otherwise, that’s the only negative I can think of.

Probably the best, Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are huge, comfy beds, and a very nice breakfast and breakfast area. The front desk staff was so kind and speedy!

The property was ok but my rooms AC was extremely loud and weird sounding and leaking water. I let them know in the morning and came back at night only to find out no one had even shared my concern or addressed it. I switched rooms and that was way better. I will say the cleaning staff do an amazing job and should be applauded.

The elevator was out of order, so we stayed on the first floor. They put us right next to the housekeeping area. The area wasn't quiet housekeepers yelling down the hallway at one another.

We needed a place for one night in Surprise and Best Western fit the bill. Nicole checked is in efficiently and we were settled in our room within 15 minutes. The hot tub pool area is convenient…. not very busy the evening we were there.

Both nights of our stay super loud people above us banging and making lots of noise. 2nd night did inform front desk as they gave you sign a small contract about no noise after 10pm. Woke up all morning of checkout asked for one extra hour as we were tired from all the noise and was informed it would be $40. She said it’s in terms and agreements stayed here many times never been charged. They don’t enforce to noise agreement just the agreement for me too pay more money. They lost my business. I travel here every other week generally for business. Have canceled all upcoming stays and let family and friends know as well.

They had the best breakfast possible: 6:30 am - 9:30 am. Parking was easy, and close to many attractions and dining. Highly recommend this hotel.....

The location of the property was great for food options and ease of getting to and from the locations we were visiting. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to most requests.

Very disappointed. Room carpet was visibly dirty and not vacuumed when we arrived. They want us to another room which was in similar condition. We stayed 3 nights and never had our room serviced despite specifically asking for service. Will not stay again or recommend to anyone else.

I have only been here a few hours, so cannot give a full review yet. However, we were here possibly 3 years ago before they had a fire. The room we had on the first floor was much nicer than the same type of room we have on the 2nd floor. For the price we are disappointed,

We had to remove our trash and dirty towels and request clean towels from front desk 3 days in a row until crowd left. Room next to us was noisy. They kept telling us they were short handed for room service employees. The last 3 days was better service. Staff was polite, just not enough on duty.

It’s what you’d expect. I was traveling for business, no frills and quite pricey but was pretty quiet and beds are good.

Hotel is situated next to a Lowe’s. Train runs through regularly and toots its horn. They were refinishing the concrete entrances so we had to walk around the building to get in. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was friendly.

I do not have any complaints what so ever. Easy navigation, close to restaurants, close to venue I needed to be at. Hotel room was nice, beds were nice, shower pressure was nice and ac was nice.

Very good, inside of bathroom door had a streak of lotion on it that I cleaned up. Carpet near one of beds had N obvious white spot of a gooey something that had apparently been vacuumed but was not removed.

Free breakfast

The room was dirty and there was even old food in tupperware left in the fridge. There was no hot water for the 2 days i stayed and when bringing this to the attention of staff they just blew me off. Was also harassed by staff about me parking in a hanicap parking when im disabled and have a handicap plaquer hanging from the rear view mirror in my car. Front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. I will never stay at the hotel again and i would never recommend that anyone else stay there.

Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Restaurants close by. Unable to take advantage of the free breakfast as had to check into a surgical center that morning.

The breakfast is decent and the staff is nice. Except the causian older lady with glassed thay works evenings, she need to fix her attitude she makes you feel like you are a bother. Other than that, everyone is exceptional and kind.

Property is nice. Staff are not friendly. We have stayed at 5 hotels this week and this is the most unfriendly by far. Aside from that property is fine.

Fresh free cookies at the counter. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Love the hair products in a dispenser on the wall in tub, not those tiny bottles.

Only drawback was the train noise in the early morning and traffic noise from the Lowe’s next door.

Motel was clean and the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.

I would come back again. Good location and professional and courteous staff. Rooms are large, and breakfast is included.

Close to eating and shopping facilities and highway connections

When my son and I walked into the room there was a bug on one of the pillows of the queen size beds. Other than that the breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, the A/C worked VERY well, and the housekeeping and front desk staff were VERY FRIENDLY!!!

We have stayed here a couple of times. Staff is great. Breakfast good. Pool needs better cleaning and hot tub as well. They are ok but not great. Rooms and Beds are comfortable.

The hotel is located in an area where there are several stores and restaurants in walking distance or very short driving distance.

Nice hotel! Staff and housekeepers where excellent! No complaints. I loved the breakfast and the cold filtered water available 24/7.
