They offer free breakfast in the morning which is great too!

The rooms carpet was so dirty and stained with various fluids. The bathroom was dirty hair in tub and unfinished walls with repairs in progress. Phone did not work to get ahold of front desk. In addition our bed covers had blood stains had to have them replace and they took too long to replace.

Before you get too comfortable double check that the toilet flushes correctly. Take your time getting to breakfast they can run late and to be honest it is not really worth the wait.

I requested made service for each day but the room was only cleaned once.

Good location, friendly staff, hotel is clean They clearly is short of resources, sometimes no one comes to clean the room especially during weekend, breakfast foods not restock and ends up people are waiting (milk, eggs, even utensils).

Everything was clean but the hotels appearance needs a touch up. Small things starting to come undone. Hot tub was not working as well. Overall though it was quiet, clean and great safe location.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Domain and I will stay again.

Rooms were generally clean but need some upgrades. Very stained carpet, some moldy grout in the bathroom. Shower water not hot. Very thin walls and windows so traffic noise and noise from neighboring rooms was very loud. Would not recommend, mostly because it’s very noisy.

I didn’t like it. Walking in, it looked nice. But when I got to my room, I realized it clearly needed work. There was chipped paint, holes in the bathroom and the door stopper was old and worn out. The bathroom needs work. The base under the fridge is worn out. I got bit twice by something, I hope it’s only mosquito because I was killing then all night; but we’ll see how the bites swell. The tv was blurry so we just turned it off because we couldn’t find a clear channel. The breakfast was okay. I didn’t see the pool. Requested towels and waited nearly two hours but ended up going down to pick them up myself. Kids were running up and down the halls, and I could hear the neighbors snoring. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was very nice, but the outer areas (front door, garage) felt more rundown and lower-rent than I'd expect at a place that is designated four-star. The elevator--first day I noticed it was a bit noisy. Then I noticed they had a nicely printed sign in the elevator commenting on this in kind of a jaunty way, and assuring me that it was inspected monthly. Nice. But later that night when I parked underneath, the elevator had a sign outside, apologizing that it was out of order. Sigh, ok. But then I realize I have no easy/obvious way to access the rest of the hotel--like walk back out the garage and around? But then I see a stairway on the far side of the garage. (Now, I have a pretty bad knee and really can't do a lot of extra walking or stairs, so I'm relying on this elevator). I get back in my car, figuring I'll just drive back out and park by the front door. Great idea--except everyone else has done this. The only place to park is the 15 min "guest check-in" area. It was my only solution. I explain this to the front desk --I'm noticeably limping and walking slowly--and she really doesn't like this idea (it's 11:00 pm), but says, "As long as you move it early in the morning." ;-/ (I did not, and it wasn't a problem, but sheesh)

Everything was great! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and roll in shower had plenty of room. Breakfast had a variety and very good. Highly recommend

Cheap! Decent beds. Good bar. Breakfast was decent when they finally served it (15 mins late and they left a cold pot of coffee out) Room smelled like feet. Street facing rooms were a little noisy. Black out curtains didn’t cover the whole window. Room furniture was damaged some outlets didn’t work.

The room is not clean and the matress is very soft on the edges. Look like a low quality one.

No microwave in the room was inconvenient. I will bring my own coffee next time. Those small things just made it feel less than they were happy to see me but overall, it was a pretty good experience. I will return.

Went to the front desk and asked if they were going to put more food and drink out. She said she'd ask. Nothing was restocked. Very poor service. The other thing that bothers me was they had cleared dishes away but they were right at the entrance of the breakfast space. I saw wasted food. Sausages. Sweet rolls, waffles etc. Not a nice thing to see while we are searching for food. If it's advertised until 10:00, it should be stocked. Our room faced into the interior of the hotel. This was supposedly an upgraded room. It was ok. However. The TV didn't work and we had a problem with the toilet. Iafter the toilet plugged for the 3rd time, we asked to change rooms. They did give us a much better room ..balcony and the toilet worked! We didn't even try the breakfast the second morning. We heard it was the same as the first morning. This needs to be fixed. The parking is under the hotel. Safe and secure. Overall it's a nice hotel. It just needs a bit of maintenance and the breakfast needs help!

The room was clean and for my room, I had a king sized bed which was also a sleep number bed. Adjusting the firmness of the bed was nice and I slept really well on it. The breakfast was great. My only gripe was the booking through Expedia meant I had to pay for parking, but other than that, it was an overall positive experience.

The hotel refused to issue an invoice for my 6 day stay!! This is unacceptable.

Room above us was partying all night- I called front desk twice and nothing happened. The A/C was EXTREMELY loud when turning on. We had it set on auto and each time it turned on, it was startling! Shower was dirty and shower head did not work

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was stray hair on the bathroom walls, and hair styling tools were left out on the chairs. While the bed appeared clean, the shower was quite cold, even after we turned it to the maximum temperature setting

There was no hand soap, we were told to use the face wash bars to wash our hands. The water pressure was terrible and lukewarm most of the time. There is no microwave in the room, only a mini fridge that did not get very cold. There is a Keurig though. Despite the issues it was clean and the staff were all very kind. The housekeepers were thorough and the beds were made and fresh towels put up, they even organized the bathroom when it was a mess after getting ready. Expensive but decent place to sleep, otherwise not great to spend time there.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff! Our room was nice and the amenities are great! When we ran into a tiny issue, the staff was quick to respond and went above what was expected.

Don’t rely on the photos, some of the rooms are very outdated. Wasn’t super clean on arrival, stains on the sheets, wallpaper peeling, bathroom stains everywhere. The lights in the bathroom weren’t always working.

The hotel is nice and stuff is friendly only I can complain is the breakfast , they serve the breakfast kind of late like example they said they will open 7 am but food serve 7:20 am, they need atleast 2 people working there not only one …

Clean room, extremely soft and comfortable bed! I can’t remember the last time I was on a spring mattress that was so soft, it felt like I was on a cloud! I came in late with my partner as we needed a place to stay during our travels and the gentleman downstairs was extraordinarily kind and sweet! He helped us check in and let us know of the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was fantastic! Cannot recommend this place higher! The ambience was amazing and their lobby was truly breathtaking, reminiscent of an old 60’s luxury hotel but with all the modern amenities!! If we’re back in the area we are certain we’ll stay here again, the staff are super friendly and helpful but that bed my goodness I wish I had it at home!!!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and we chose the property based on location, reviews, pool, and the included breakfast. The breakfast was perfect for our family each morning and allowed us to get out the door at a reasonable time with little ones without the fuss of figuring out what to feed them. The room and hotel are clearly old and I was disappointed with our room. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned well(I actually attempted to clean it myself after we arrived so my kids could have a clean bathroom) and the tub shower was old, damaged, and filled with water as we showered. House keeping came one of the days (we opted for every other day and then declined the second time they were scheduled to come) and the only thing I could tell that they did was make the beds. They didn’t refill conditioner in shower that was empty, the didn’t replace tissues in the bathroom, they didn’t give us more toilet paper. I had to call down to the front desk for these things after the fact. We declined having them come a second time because it seemed like a waste of time. We checked out the pool, but immediately decided no because it looked old and dirty. Everyone was nice and I have no complaints about the kindness of the staff, but the hotel and our room were old, dirty, and in need of repairs.

Given the area the price was very good. Room was clean. Hot water was spotty. Not asking for housekeeping services is probably on me but not having fresh towels or waste baskets emptied was not desirable. Good location and as I said good price so I would probably stay there again.

The biggest downside was the staff. The front desk employees were noticeably unfriendly and not very welcoming. When explaining parking, it was presented more as “parking costs this amount or you’ll be towed,” which felt like an odd and off-putting way to communicate that information. They also didn’t provide much information about the hotel’s amenities at check-in, and I later realized there were several things available that I wasn’t aware of during my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and my room was not cleaned during my stay. Overall, it was an average experience, but the unfriendly service left the worst impression.

I enjoy Mexican cuisine and they have done a very good lineup, but when you come back from the work, you don’t want to wait another hour to eat. I decided to eat at their restaurant. The staff are not busy and why they take a break when people want to eat is surprising, after all they sitting around waiting for customers and when they come they say they are closing to take a lunch break. Thats a good way to close down the restaurant and lose your job.

Got checked into a room that had a dirty bed, then got changed to a different room. The wall paper was peeling, the toilet seat had chunks missing from it and the bathtub flooring has hair and dirt everywhere. I thought I checked into a motel. Breakfast was the bare minimum. I won’t waste my money on coming back.

The room size is good. Breakfast is simple but ok. It indicated as a 4 stars hotel but the bathroom only provided a box of soap and small bottle of lotion; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all hanged on the wall, it looks very cheap. Hotel was not even provided any bottle of water. The water tank of the toilet was not filling after the flushing for few different times and we had to fix it ourselves.

Wouldn't even have stayed the night if we hadn't arrived so late. The location of the hotel was in a decent neighborhood and it was easy to find. Staff was friendly. Size of the room was spacious. I feel bad to say this, but the hotel is definitely a lot older than what you see in the pictures. My toilet barely flushed and kept making noises, so I definitely could not go number 2 there if I wanted to. I found strands of hair on my bath towels and the bed sheets were clean, but old and should be replaced. I also felt misled about the parking status. You do actually have to pay to park your car. I do not think the price was worth it for this place.

walking distance only to grocery store and restaurants. Spanish staff working back of the house and the guy in the front desk are so nice and helped us in our needs ???? I've spent years in hospitality and earned a degree in tourism management. The girl at the front desk seems lovely, but could use some guidance on communication skills to make guests feel more welcome. Must learn to greet and smile ?, it's a great way to show kindness and friendliness!

I wanted to give 5 stars. The property itself is excellent; the common area attractive and cheerful. The staff were excellent. But the “premier” room I stayed in had issues. For a modest fee upgrade I got a suite. Huge. Nice bedroom and bathroom. But the sitting room was not what I’d think of as a premier suite. In the day it was fine with a sliding glass door to a balcony towards the pool and an outdoor balcony. So plenty of light. In the night the sitting room was depressing. One spotlight…yes spotlight with no diffusion facing down and filling the room with shadows. And the amenity setup was more suitable for a budget motel than a premier room. No actual glasses or cups, only plastic and paper. And a coffee machine setup more suitable for a budget motel than a premier room. I had stayed in a normal room in this hotel some years ago and they used to have Keuring machines and real cups and glasses. It makes a difference in the experience.

There was mold in the bathroom, red spots on the carpet, the phone wasn’t working, and housekeeping didn’t come by even though I requested housekeeping twice. I asked them to fix all of those things and a low-functioning AC unit, and they only fixed the AC. However, fixing the AC meant scraping out black gunk that they left on the floor under the unit.

There were several young people chatting and laughing in the dining area during late night. That was very annoying to me.

Loved the bed. The comfort it has. So soft, the pillows and just slept al comfortably And check out. The time was perfect as we had a long drive there and home after the game. It was nice to get to sleep in before traveling in the rain.

Loved the bed. The comfort it has. So soft, the pillows and just slept al comfortably And check out. The time was perfect as we had a long drive there and home after the game. It was nice to get to sleep in before traveling in the rain.

Worst part: on checkout day (clearly marked as 12 PM), housekeeping aggressively knocked multiple times before noon. Then a lady entered with a keycard before we had checked out — extremely unprofessional. After that, the housekeeping staff stood right outside our door, talking loudly on the phone for a while, which was disruptive and uncomfortable. Some good aspects, but overall, disappointing service and poor attention to basic details.

Staff was super friendly and they really went above and beyond. Great job. Room was nice. Bed was supposed to be a queen, but I’m pretty sure it was a full size. My husband and I really struggled to fit.

The room was clean. The lobby was nicely appointed and very pleasing. The elevator was convenient. Garage parking was a welcome surprise. The breakfast was very good; fresh waffle maker is always a plus. The staff was very nice. The bar and happy hour was a welcome plus and the bartender very talented. Only downside was ambient noise and the bathroom fan did not work.

Was impressed and felt so nice that the front desk staff remembered me from a prior stay! Also the bartender was closing up but prepared the most excellent cocktail-not skimping on any detail despite it probably being the last drink he would serve that night. The next morning I had to take a business meeting and arrived at the close of breakfast. The staff member was starting to collect items to put away but graciously stopped to let me get fresh milk for my coffee from his cart. Your facilities are nice but the people make it shine.

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by this property. Loved the free breakfast, sleep number bed and comfortable bedding. The grounds were quiet with the exception of a guest above walking heavy which was no fault of their own. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms in this hotel need a lot of TLC broken tiles in the bathroom cracks space between the faucets and the wall with rust in between it just didn't give you a clean feeling and there was hair all around the toilet. I will say however that the check in staff lady was excellent, Professional and very nice. Every business needs a reception person like her I wish I knew her name.

I went to the desk clerk and asked if she could find the bartender, she said she would try. We waited another 5 -10 minutes and still no bartender, we gave up and went to our room disappointed. We saw the desk clerk as we walked to our room with no food or drink. Not a good experience!

Affordable, clean, cute, and quiet. Great price for the area - I was a little skeptical based on the price but it was really nice. Also really liked the parking situation - well lit, clean, easy to navigate. I arrived late and left early so may not have a full feel for what it’s like staying there but my experience was positive.

The room didn't have hot water, it needed repairs to the shower faucet. We noticed it in the morning (we checked in late) and maintenance couldn't get it fixed quickly. I spent the day running around Silicon Valley without having showered. In the evening, the front desk moved us to another room and promised a 10% discount on the room rate. When we checked out, the discount wasn't applied. Good thing I asked for the bill printout and noticed it. Overall, not an experience I would want to repeat.

Microwave and breakfast tables need to be cleaned after each use by staff - there was a puddle of oily water before I used the microwave; breakfast tables should be cleaned after each use I understand a lot of these are self service and accidents do occur but hotel staff should hire cleaning staff to regularly clean these items for the next person to use for a good and clean experience I had an issue with the sink and water temperature with my room but staff quickly addressed it I appreciate there's quite a few markets nearby to buy drinks here and there

these Horrible people STOLE my items I accidentally left behind. they identified them and told me they certainly had them. every time id call to see how to proceed for me to get them back after I had left the city they'd have to go look again. TWICE they said they sent them and didn't! It was expensive clothing items. If you travel with anything nice do not stay here. Not to mention it was super noisy!

The only downside was that I could hear the guest on the upstair unit pretty loud one night, and it is disappointing they charge parking and do not disclose. The charge will only show up once you finalize the reservations and I dislike lack of transparency at any business. Very disappointed! This place had good ratings but it was far from it. Everything is run down, ripped shower curtains, cracked floors and furnitures, broken safety locks on the door. Just awful! Food from breakfast tasted like plastic, very unnatural. Overrated.

On Saturday 10-25-2025 around 2 pm I asked the front desk if its ok to ask house keeping for some fresh sheets and towels and if not it would be ok, but front desk said “sure” and that “it wouldn’t be a problem” but it didn’t end up happening. I also wasn’t aware that I was going to get charged $150 for 2 days of parking, but whatever I guess. Also the toilet seat in my room was broken.

Room did not feel clean & was outdated. The carpet had lots of stains & felt so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The restroom was outdated & the toilet barely had any water in it. Breakfast was underwhelming. Scrambled eggs felt & tasted watery as though they added water to it. The rest of the food is just as flavorless & unappetizing. The cherry on top of everything was our last day, checkout day. The hotel provided a 2”x2” “do not disturb” magnet to place on the door frame. I placed it on the door frame the first night we arrived & didn’t move it the entire time. The sign was acknowledged on the first day we were there; however, on checkout day we thought we would be able to sleep in since there are signs all over the hotel stating check out is at 12 pm. In the hotel room there are two signs stating the checkout time is 12 pm. At 8:41 AM I hear a knocking on the door, waking me up as they would NOT stop. They knocked several times for at least 3 minutes. I opened the door and it was a man part of the cleaning staff who just said he’ll come back later. It was super irritating to be woken up by the cleaning staff when we had placed the do not disturb sign on the door frame at eye level. But I reasoned with myself and told myself he probably just didn’t see it since it’s so small. Then he came back at 10:30 am telling us we need to checkout soon. We felt rushed & very annoyed. This has never happened at any hotel I’ve stayed at. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We arrived very late and had no problems getting settled in. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate us. We had to spruce up a bit when we arrived, but that's the new normal (post covid) no matter where you stay. They never quite made it to our room the second evening to change the sheets and give us the fresh towels we requested. We had to ask again in the morning. They honored our request for a late checkout, so it shakes out. The restaurants in the area were top notch; we had Korean that was excellent. The TV and room could have used a bit of an update--there was a literal hole in the wall in the loo that kind of made us uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was nearby the concert venue, quiet and comfy. We had a great time and no one bothered us. A microwave, bottled water and a tiny electric tea pot (with a few bags) would have made everything tip top! We would stay again if in the area.

Very dirty. My kids were sneezing the entire stay and my nose was stuffy, likely because of all the dust. The bathroom was disgusting. The grout between the tiles was brown.

Not as good as it looked online. The internet was terrible. Facilities and rooms are a little tired. Staff were the best part about the place.

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative when I arrived. The bed actually was extremwly comfortable. The reason I rated it overall poor was because the walls are not insulated well and I could hear people in the hallway like they could have been in my doorway. I also heard aomeone snoring through the wall. There was a dog barking down the hallway at 3-4am time frame that continued through early morning. Finally, I think the hotel breakfast was pretty much the worst version of American breakfast: half of the the fruit looked on the edge or under-ripe, the orange juice was poor quality. The hash browns, eggs and sausage were poor quality as well and I could only eat tbe sausage and egg with lots of ketchup. Sad, because the layout of the place is pretty inviting and the rooms, although sparing, were nice looking.

Eggs are almost egg drops soup very wet. The batter for waffles are very liquid consistency rather than a batter. Some pieces of the potatoes are still raw.

The hotel was clean, check in and check out very easy, but the breakfast buffet was quite horrible. Eggs were like water, sausages and potatoes heavily seasoned and very limited options.

By the third knock we finally got up and let them know we were sleeping. The overall place was nice and in a convenient area but disappointed in a few things.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Parking was not the best considering they had caution tape blocking the majority of the spaces. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Hotel was okay. My room located near the bog street so I heard the pretty loud traffic at night. Hotel had a strong men’s cologne type of scent that I couldn’t stand. The breakfast was okay. It was good to have a breakfast but they charged the $12 parking fee that I was not happy about because they didn’t mention on the site.

The lobby and public areas (pool, work out center, and breakfast area) were all very nice ! The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. The location felt private because of foliage and fences and there is lots of parking given the space. My only issue was when I found a pest in the bathroom and a spider on one of the counters. It was nice !

I highly recommend this hotel because you can enjoy the kindness of the counter staff who help with check-in service, the clean atmosphere inside the hotel, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the satisfactory breakfast.

Just horrible, the 3rd floor doesn’t have warm water to shower — the bed sheets are stained and the first floors have carpet w/ stinky bad. Don’t let the pictures fool you!

The property was over all very good. The noise from road construction crews and our room facing the road being fixed gave us a terrible nights sleep. There was also a person yelling in the parking lot passed 2AM. I wish it was gated. I would highly suggest it. Our toilet dripped periodically throughout the night, hot water was doable, the AC combo was a bit sluggish, but did help cool down later on. The blinds did not block the street lights. After all that we had another day and night to experience. This one passed very nicely, and it was an entirely different experience. It was quiet and we rested without interruptions. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was a nice touch each day. We enjoyed nearby food places and even had some delicious treats from Stan’s donuts. It’s a town favorite and it didn’t disappoint.

I didn’t like anything , it’s so nasty the service and everything is so bad the beds are so hard , there’s fleas I woke up with a bite on my finger and it was itching. the food very bad. Don’t recommend staying here and they charge another 12 dollars for parking in the same hotel when they shouldn’t be charging if we are already paying for the hotel stay. The rooms smell bad , the carpet because it’s black you can’t see that is dirty. please don’t stay here.

Horrible customer service told me I could book for a friend at 11:57pm and it would be smooth. It wasn’t and front desk charged my friend for a whole other room. Now it’s becoming a huge hassle to get a refund that was clearly the staff’s fault.

We loved the Domain Hotel. The hotel was very quiet and beautiful. Breakfast was a buffet with eggs,toast,meat and waffles one morning. Some morning eggs were good but the omelet one morning was small and cold and dry. Overall quality of food was good.

It was a good experience and i really like everything was clean. It was very safe for me and my family. The only thing that I didnt like was that we had to call different people to let me in my room. It felt more like I had a curfew every time I went out and I had to ask for permission to enter my room.

The common areas looked recently updated, clean well kept. The breakfast included was really good. The room itself could use some better attention. There was an odd smell that lingered during our stay. The ice bucket smelled like throw up (we did not use it). The airflow from the a/c unit in the bedroom to the rest of the space is not good. The bedroom gets really cold while the other room where the sofa remains stuffy.

My second night, we had next door very loud music to where I needed to leave. The hotel manager stated he investigated and heard nothing. So so bizarre, as I needed to leave in order to escape the loud music. The hotel changed my room. Of course, this is inconvenient to move everything. However, I was grateful for this. All in all, the hotel needs a lot of work. It smells bad, the management is frankly afraid to confront loud obnoxious guests, etc. As for the breakfast, mostly good. Thank you for that. When I checked in they gave me a room that smelled like cigarettes. They moved me to another room and it didn’t smell. The rooms are old. The bathroom smelled like pet pee. The floors were dirty and old, the exhaust fan on the ceiling was dirty. The Bath tub was stained. The carpet was old and stained. The beds were decent. The breakfast wasn’t good. They ran out of waffle mix at 8:30am . They had only been open for 1 hour and a half. My grandchildren didn’t get breakfast. The eggs were runny and under cooked. They had asked me if I want room service I said yes. They didn’t clean my room or throw out my trash. The swimming pool area was decent but the pictures on this website are false. They didn’t have a working hot tub. They had a wooden board on it. The patio furniture was not the same as this website. They were old and the cushions were ripped and worn out.

Perfect stop for 1 night . Out door pool and gym available . The breakfast was espically good and so was the bed and sheets

Style and accommodation 10/10 furnishings including pool 10/10, ample space and while I did not attend an event, the breakfast can turn into one

Room smells, one night with no hot water, no credit for one night with no hot water, neighbor played loud music and was having a party.refrigirator did not cool bathroom was poorly built, towel racks were falling off, tub was slippery, dangerous, provided few towels and one had a srange oil smell. Only one small trash can, no trash can in bathroom.

Dirty room including pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Carpet was filthy, and the adjustable beds would not adjust. Had no hot water the last two days we were there.

We had two rooms with two queen beds each. Two of the beds were comfortable but the other two were lumpy and could not get the sleep number to work correctly. There was so much noise from the room upstairs, as it turned out there's no carpeting and you can hear the people upstairs walking around, it kept us up most of the night. Customer service was OK, the manager was great but better training for staff is needed to address concerns and take complaints seriously. Breakfast was included, staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive. Overall the experience was OK for being on a budget, but I would not stay here again unless I knew carpeting was installed in the rooms upstairs.

At this price point, the hotel offers good value. The staff was friendly. The exterior and lobby are attractive and well-maintained, but the rooms feel like they missed the renovation budget—carpets looked worn, bathrooms are outdated, and the fluorescent lighting makes the space feel a bit dated. For a one-night stay, it was fine, especially with the reasonable rate and included breakfast. That said, if I could find a Homewood Suites at a similar price, I’d choose that instead.

First, the staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful with every encounter we had. The bad. They spent a lot of money making the kobby look nice. Our room smelled like urine, the bathroom is tired, looks like an old bathroom with rusty features that have been painted over. The furniture in the room was dirty and rusted. Beds were clean, but outdated and uncomfortable. The pictures on the website make this look a lot better than it was and I am so concerned on this having an 8.2 rating.

Bathroom had bad musky smell. The shower walls had black stains, mold?, water damage on floor tile, bed was sleep number but even though I switched to soft it was still very firm.

I was in 5 hotels in Oregon and CA this last week…this was my least favorite. Would not stay again. The pros: clean room, warm pool, nice lobby. Cons: health department had closed the pool the first night we were there. Yikes! We were very disappointed by this. And THERE IS NO HOT TUB even though photos online show it. Had to call for bath towels. Only had 2 though our reservation was for 4. They asked if we could come down and get them. Uh no, bring them up. We paid extra for a room with balcony and bathrobes. No bathrobes. Balcony view of mobile home park. But this was preferable to the weird rooms that have windows that open to the lobby and no natural light. I would ask to move. How is that even fire safe? Breakfast had good selection but was not monitored. Things were always out. Had to go tell front desk 4 people were waiting for coffee that was empty. And speaking of the front desk they just seemed bored and annoyed all the time. This hotel looks fun and unique online but is a glorified Best Western with poor customer service. Sorry, this was our experience.

I booked with this hotel for the pool and it was closed. Very disappointing.
