We have stayed at Comfort Suites in Bakerfield, Barstow, Palo Alto and now Sunnyvale. This location was one of the best. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Doesn't get much better.

I've book multiple times her, I really location and the continencal breakfast and the parking space. what i did not like is every time i've been there rooms are less keep. not to clear. is use to be very clear. but last two time not. special the bathroom.

Linens and towels were superior. Loud. Someone came to fix the ice machine at 3am and it sounded like they were in the room. The constant hum of the industrial washing machine to the point I needed headphones to have a meeting. No dnd signs and when I got back to the room a housekeeper had stripped the bedding onto the chair and then disappeared. Pretty annoying location to get to.

Continental Breakfast was great but should be advertised as such not just breakfast included. Parking is poor and not maintain

Great breakfast, even had a pancake machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking with plenty of van accessible parking. Room was easy to navigate with a wheelchair. Appreciate that the door to the ADA room did not have an auto close arm which makes it much easier to get through with a wheelchair. You'd be surprised how many hotels miss that small detail!

Breakfast was what your expect so happy with that. Bed was comfortable. Check-in/check out was fast. Gym was ok - machines were old and some had parts that didn’t work.

The front desk clerk googled us while we were at the front desk asking us if we were important people. The hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've been in. Carpets were dirty and room looked nothing like the photos. This was SuperBowl and this Hotel was price gouging and misrepresenting there facility. The heated pool was not but the conditions were intolerable.

This place was pleasant, comfortable and clean, though not luxurious.The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent--substantial and varied. The only drawback might be its slightly off-the-beaten track location and some signs of aging, but nothing really problematic.

The price was not terrible Our room was right next to the elevator ice machine and vending machine it was loud but also they had construction going on in the room next door it was very loud and I could not sleep.

The room was very clean and well supplied. The staff were very friendly and informative. The sheets on the bed were the softest sheets ever! I slept so good. The hot breakfast was delicious too. Definitely will be back soon!

Manager and staff were extremely nice excellent customer service loved they had free breakfast and a microwave and refrigerator in room and mostly loved they had a washer and dryer free for your needs We were asked to pay a $20 fee for parking a truck which I didn’t see that on description when booking room

Had some trouble with the AC. I think they put the sensor in the wrong place. The half of the room with the thermometer was hot and the side with the AC unit was freezing. The tub drain was clogged with a sh!t ton of hair. The tub kept filling up when we took showers.

Didn’t like the location. My bad I didn’t check it out in the map. It was the cheapest for the days I needed to be in Cali. Didn’t like the parking fee for a moving truck. The lot was not full so it wasn’t like I was taking up someone’s spot

Generally speaking this is the best budget-friendly place I've stayed, and I've stayed in a LOT of them. Only two minor issues in a 4 night stay.

The breakfast had many options and was standard for what you'd expect, but they did babe fruit options which was nice and boiling water so you can make a tea at night if you wish. We were also Able To charge our EV! Which was great.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. However the guest rooms are TINY. The room design is very poor and does not seem to be well thought out. The biggest issue was the shower which was so small that it was hard for me to get my skinny body in and out. I can't imagine how a heavy person could use it. There were many other issues relating to the ridiculously small size of the room. For example, the closet is so small that the hangers do not fit straight in. They have to hang diagonally in order to get the door shut. There is also a lot of highway traffic noise.

But I was happily surprised to find the room clean, the bed was comfy, and everything I could possibly need was provided in the room - a working fridge and microwave, a Keurig coffee maker w/plenty of Kcups and disp cups, lamps w/electrical plugs (all of them), blow dryer, iron and board, luggage stand, dispensable shampoo and conditioner in the shower, lotion by the sink, free dependable wifi, large TV w/working remote and sattelite channels, nice staff, awesome comp breakfast, plenty of safe parking, convenient location.... I mean, what else can someone ask for, right? I highly recommend.

Since the reservation couldn't be changed, we decided to just to let the hotel charge us for Friday night, assuming that it would be okay for us to check in on Saturday when personal obligations were settled. We had a HUGE surprise when told that our hotel room was not available, because we did not show up the first (Friday) night. We had to escalate it to their manager to get the matter resolved (barely).

It was clean, the room was cleaned and bed made for me every morning. I come back at night and everything was cleaned. I was extremely happy for what I paid. The 49ers game was amazing. So I’m glad I picked this place. Not far from the Stadium at all. I was most surprised that there was housekeeping that cleaned my room everyday and gave me fresh towels.

The breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They had freee working EV charging stations, but only 4 spots, so get there early if you want one. The bed was comfortable enough, so overall for the price of this hotel I was very satisfied. I would stay here again!

There was no air conditioning in the hallways, the foyer and the room. My unique work schedule was tight and did not allow for me to bounce around from room to room. It was hot, sticky and disgusting throughout the hotel, but, especially in my room.

First time stay. Stay was nice but room was a little cramped. Closet very small. It would have been fine if I was solo. Internet was a little slow and would not allow for netflix connection.

Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Room was clean. We thought bed and pillows were comfy. If shower pressure is an issue for some, then it was a little low. Free breakfast every morning was appreciated and we took full advantage of. We loved that there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Target is not far and there’s a grocery outlet a couple minutes away to stock up any food/drinks. The area was perfect! Easy access to freeways and only 10-15 minutes away from Levi’s Stadium. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

Excellent room and cleanness. Only issue was room #117 was situated near elevators, so noise was a consent when in use. Otherwise, the ratings would have been higher. Would stay here again, just in another room.
