The place was nice n clean before we left we had breakfast n the guy tht was in the breakfast area refused to refill the apple n orange juice so we didn't have anything to drink and it was about twenty people without anything to drink but everything else was good

It just appeared that Hilton just put its name on the building and swept the lobby. I will definitely not be staying again. The staff was professional but the hotel was awful. I am a Hilton rewards member and I was very disappointed with this hot.

I was given a room that had previously been occupied by a family with pets. I told the lady at the front desk about my allergies regarding pet dander. The African-American lady with glasses assured me, that there was nothing that she could do. She said we are booked solid. My only choice was to find another place to stay. while on my way out to find another hotel, I met Ms. Kristina Ohme at the front desk with the same lady that told us that there was nothing she could do. She was genuinely concerned about why I was going to find another hotel. I explained to her about my medical condition. I was so pleased, when she said, we can fix this. She said give me 10 minutes. She gave us the same class of room on a different floor that did not smell like pets. She made our whole trip turn from a rainy day to sunshine. We were truly blessed to meet her.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good, coffee was fresh. If you do not shower nightly while there is hot water, "DO NOT EXPECT ANY HOT WATER BY MORNING", there is none. The only hot water you will have is at the sink. I feel that is very poor being that this is not a big or huge hotel, it only has one elevator, and it is slow. Thanks, but no thanks. Nice stay for cleanliness, terrible stay for hot water to shower.

We recently stayed at Spark by Hilton after traveling almost 20 hours from Maine to Somerville, South Carolina with our two dogs. We arrived very early in the morning completely exhausted from the long drive, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They worked very hard to get us into a room early so we could rest, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, caring, and attentive. They continued checking in with us to make sure everything was OK and that we were comfortable. The customer service was absolutely excellent and made a stressful trip so much easier. We are very thankful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was good Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom had a mildew smell. Carpets in the bedroom area had someone's eyelashes left on it and they allowed a tractor and trailer to park in parking lot and it was refrigerated and thats all we heard all night for one of the days.

Breakfast was fine. Lots of variety. Coffee was excellent. I asked for a handicapped room because I am elderly and my balance is not good. The shower / tub had a seat but it was rather low and the treads in the tub were not great, so when I went to get up I felt as though I was in danger of slipping. The soft water makes rinsing completely hard so my feet still a little bit soapy. I really held my breath every time I got up from the seat. For a handicapped bathroom, there were lots of bars but having to step over a very high tub is not great for an elderly person.

The location 3:30am alarm going off fire department knocking on everyone door. Had a flooding and alarm continued for over an hour. In morning while bottom floor was flooded and the kitchen eating area was closed down so no breakfast. Was just a horrible stay.

The only detail insulation was a little weak, so we heard a little of noise.

My only concerns were that the bed was not very comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. That said, everything else met or exceeded my expectations, and I would still recommend this place to others.

Our 3 night stay was very nice except for the breakfast. Only hard boiled eggs that were not even peeled. Apples wrapped in plastic and no meat choice. The coffee was so very weak. We would not stay again because of these reasons. I would suggest encouraging a better breakfast. The staff was very friendly!!

When I entered the hotel, there was an upset customer at the time, and the staff seemed annoyed by him. It was not very welcoming and friendly to me. The vent smelled like dog or mold every time it turned on, so we just left it off. My friend and i had a reservation at the Spark Hilton Hotel and we had okay experience. The staff at the front was very sweet . However , the toliet didn’t flush and we kept calling and the maintenance did what he could. However , they didn’t put us in a different room or even offer. So we had deal with a faulty toliet and not to mention the room was beside the housekeeping closet I believe and it was always extremely loud banging where light fixtures falling off and pictures from the wall . So it was really a 6/10 .

The hotel was cleaner than i expected. Im sure this was an older motel, but after walking in, I could not tell. Hilton did a great job redesigning this hotel. The room was ice cold, I had to turn the air down a little. Thr bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. I will definitely come back.

Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy access to the interstate. Entire hotel has been completely renovated. I would’ve given the property 5 stars but the room didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch and we had to get it ourselves, the breakfast was extremely limited, and the elevator was a bit rickety. We would probably stay there again though.

The room was clean, basically comfortable. We have never been in any state in our life that didn’t have glasses to take your medication‘s or to drink water with. That was terrible. Additionally, they’re even though they have a microwave they have refrigerator. They have no coffee pot that is also unacceptable. They have a lot of state of yard things connections for your iPhone, etc. but no glass for water. No coffee should be thought completely by management of this chain or whoever owns this. the hotel was so dirty and smelt like black mold. Our room had stains on the floors and has physical dirt all over the furniture. the toilet was running the whole time we were there. The shower was dirty. There was dirt all over the sheets. The furniture looked like it was chewed up. We will never be back.

Employees were very rude attitudes and very unaccommodating when I had a on the inside stairs to wait for my driver to pick me up because the construction on the inside did not allow any seats for us to sit at so I had to sit on the stairwell and got kicked out for sitting there I was only there for 10 minutes and they were very rude about it and there was like four of them that came and approached me at the same time that was ridiculous just to tell me I had to leave the premises that is ridiculous I will never stay again

Panels were falling off the wall. The entire floor reeked of marijuana. The pillows were tiny. If i had needed to stay more than one night i would have gone somewhere else.

Extremely noisy to the point I could not sleep. It did not quiet down until 330 AM. Weed smell was overwhelming in the halls on 3rd floor . My HVAC didn't work properly I've stayed previously with no problem. I will not stay again.

While the staff was friendly and helpful the property itself is very outdated. Very different from the pictures online. Room floors were filled with stains. Dirt on walls. Shower was rusty. The water was beyond bad and taste horrible

This was a great stay for our family. There was no issues with checking in or out. Looks just like the pictures and very clean.

This property had bed bug infested rooms. There was blood on the sheets, from someone who was previously bitten, the property was run down and when we arrived AC unit was broken, toilet dirty, floors stained and black, felt unsafe leaving my car outside. Did not leave bags in room - came back later to go to bed after being out all day. My friend and I noticed bed bugs crawling on walls, on the sheets, and pillows. I have bites on my legs now. Forced to pack up at 9:30 pm and leave the hotel and find another hotel. Fighting with hotel for a refund with Expedia. All the front desk lady could say was “I get it it’s disgusting” when I was reiterating how disgusting that was to find and unacceptable. We should have known it was a red flag when every single window and door on each room was wide open “airing out” upon arrival- and property justification was “ renovations” if anyone wants to see pictures I am happy to share. Horrified is an understatement

First time stay. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and comfortable.

The pictures of the rooms online do not properly showcase the rooms. There was carpet sections missing, large stains, smelled of smoke and mildew, overall just wasn’t a good stay. Had an employee tell me they wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to someone. Not a good look, wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, yummy breakfast and the kids loved the fresh cookies in the evening. We stayed here after evacuating for Hurricane Milton and the staff was very accommodating when we needed to make last minute changes. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for the season but most of the other area hotels had theirs closed as well so I can’t fault them.

I had a troubling stay unfortunately. After a smooth check in, I entered the room shortly after using the bathroom I became aware the toilet did not flush! The room phone was not working, so I used my cell phone to call the front desk and inform them about 40 minutes later, someone came and repaired the toilet. Then at approximately 2 AM I use the restroom and flush the toilet and went back to bed at about 5 AM. I was awakened to the sound of water. I got up to find out where the Sam was coming from to find that the bathroom toilet had been running and leaking and had flooded the bathroom, which was coming into the little hallway! Again, I could not reach any front desk person so I had to use the towels in the bathroom to try and mop up the water and I was able to turn the water off at about 7 o’clock I called down to the front desk and informed them of The situation was informed that someone from maintenance would not be able to come for approximately an hour and a half. I was not offered any kind of compensation which I think I deserve and will be looking to receive thank you

Curtains fell off,bathroom toilet would not flush.Faucet would not drain,very cheap pillows that sank in when you layed down.My fiancé did not get his money back for vending machine trying to get snack’s because no one delivers.No one came to clean and give fresh towels.

The hot tub was wonderful. Such a great way to relax. Front desk clerk was so friendly. We will definately be back !!!!!

The rooms smelt horrible. Found out they put us in a pet room. Asked to live rooms the next day. That room also smelt bad but better than the first. Staff was great but would never stay there again.

The reservation was made solely based on The advertisement of a pool and hot tub. When checking in neither pool was available to be used nor was there any hot tub on the property at all. I’m so disappointed in the misrepresentation on the website

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets were filthy and stained- we didn't dare take our shoes off. The aor conditioner was off when we entered and the room was roasting. When turned on, the air conditioner was very loud and kept us awake. A broken smoke detector dangled fromnthe ceiling, the elevator is a year out of compliance and doesn't function properly. Guests had dogs in the breakfast area barking at other guests and eating off the tables. There was a bug on the bed and the under linens were soiled. The refrigerator froze everything we put in it. Thankfully we kept insulin for a family member in our cooler and not in the fridge as it would have been ruined. Everything isdirty and outdated. The morning employee at the desk was sullen and uninterested in helping. The dirtiest, most disgusting place.

Door knobs falling apart, no vent fan in bathrooms, carpets are disgusting, beds have crumbs, things are dirty as f***. This whole experience here was absolutely terrible for 120 dollars. I wish I could get my money back. This place is a joke.

There was ROACHES in our hotel room! I seen a couple dead ones and one was crawling on the nightstand and I was afraid to go to sleep. I am worried about unpacking my luggage from my trip because of the bugs! German roaches shouldn’t be taken lightly!

Property was in perfect location. Easy access. Room was dirty. Carpet dirty and needs replacing, curtain dirty, furniture worn-out peeling. No trash basket in bathroom, toilet so small it looks like a training potty, floors dirty, bed very uncomfortable. If I had a choice to cancel and leave I would have.

Bathroom warn toilet ran would not fill up. Fitness center, not treadmill.

The cable was extremely limited. At least the breakfast was good and that area was spotless!

Horrible, dirty carpets, unclean windows and mirrors...the shower curtain rod was literally hanging from the wall. Couldn't sleep at all because I was so uncomfortable. I ended up switching rooms, but the 2nd one wasn't much better.

My family & I enjoyed our stay! Facility was clean especially for it being pet friendly. Staff was helpful and polite. The beach was about 30 min drive without traffic. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and the convenience of it being located next to many stores & great restaurants!

Entire hotel smelled like weed. Roach invested. My room smelled disgusting. Nasty stains all over the beds and sheets. Complimentary breakfast was stale. Everything about my stay sucked. Will never stay there again.

When I arrived the front desk guy said that I had only paid for 1night. I showed him my receipt from Expedia and he said that I needed to contact them. Which clearly wasn’t right he wouldn’t call the manager. He wouldn’t offer the room in which clearly I paid for until it got straightened out. Then I said could I get the room and take my stuff up. His shift ended and the manger was there he was nice and took care of it.

Hotel and room smelled old and musty. We were booked for 5days but left after one night. Had to kill a roach in the bedroom so it made it very hard to sleep. Woke up next morning and checked ouy.
