Construction noise. The room had a weird smell but was clean. Beds and pillows were too soft for my liking. Get too near edge and you fall off and head just sank in middle of pillow. Breakfast was nice.

Signs for the pool said bracelets were required, but we were not given bracelets at check in and nothing was mentioned about them. Hotel is getting an exterior remodel so windows had scaffolding outside the and sheeting covering everything.

The room was clean. Family member has extreme pet allergies. Hotel should consider sectioning off rooms for pet owner there is nothing wrong with bringing your fur babies along on trips. But, cancer patients with severe allergies should find comfort as well… or anyone who has those allergies. Section off some rooms for pet owners. For the cost($300+) of the room breakfast should be included.

The picture of the King room with sleeper sofa appeared in the pictures, the king room looked separated from the living room, which was why I choose this hotel. Upon entrance to the room, it was disappointing that it was not as it looked. Also I was not aware that it was 2 separate properties.

We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.

The lounge/bar area was closed at 10 pm on Friday night when we came back?? We were very disappointed!!!We were so looking forward to enjoying a night cap before going to our room.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times since we have lots of family in town. It's conveniently located to shopping and many restaurants. This hotel is everything!!! Trust me when I tell you!!!They literally have thought about everything. It is new. It is nice!!! There's a kitchenette in the rooms with pots, dishes, silverware, full sized refrigerator, as well as a dining table wirh chairs. It has a kitchenette and a living seperate from the bedroom too. The hotel rooms literally feel like really nice mini apartments or condos!!! They are literally that nice!!! We stay in a double bed queen suite with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. We were able to sleep 6 very comfortably and if you bring a blow up mattress or two you can sleep even more in this room. Plenty of space and room for everyone to move around!!! The room had an absolutely beautiful LED fully lit sink and mirror area seperate from the bathroom for getting ready for the day and evening. This hotel has a full and nice resturant, bar, breakfast lodge, really large pool with music and cabanas to lie beside the pool and just relax and soak in the sun, fire pits and outdoor seating in the front and back of the hotel for outdoor lounging, as well as bbq grill areas with seating!!! Plenty of outdoor patio type seating which I absilutely loved!!!This hotel even includes access to a nature trail for daytime walks with family and/or friends!!! This hotel has all the bells, whistles, and sops!!! Shes a beauty!!! They even have even have just about every sort of snack just about for sale near the front desk if you forget to bring groceries or snacks. The hotel even serves a special treat and drink just about daily fo. My family amd I seriously cannot way to visit and stay here again!!! Hope this helps someone and/or another family. Nothing.!!!

My TV didn't work. The staff at breakfast stopped putting out food at 9:30 when breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00.

The system was down for a very long time we couldn’t check in. We had to sit in the lobby and spent extra money eating in the hotel restaurant trying to wait it out. No reimbursements were given or anything. Mrs. Ana was amazing throughout his time.

The suite was very clean and cozy. I loved the late check out and that breakfast was served until 11. The location was perfect. Very close to where I wanted to shop and eat dinner.

My room was booked and paid for online prior to check in. When I got there the reception had trouble booking my room. I waited around twenty minutes to check in. And the ended up downgraded the 1 bedroom suite I originally booked and paid for. I heard the reception talk under her breath and she could have easily upgraded me to a two bedroom suite but for whatever reason I was given a studio. Although I paid extra for a suite. This was the worst check on experience I have ever had.

A very family-friendly stay that was cozy and comfortable. I have a set of twins and our check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The hotel had high chairs and a pack and play available. Some of our raves include daily buffet breakfast, dual thermostats in the suite, and the location of the hotel! We were near some really good restaurants.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I stayed in room 613 during my business trip. There was what appeared to be puke in the hallway. The room key stopped working after 24 hours. That was very inconvenient because the back parking lot door requires the key entry. The TV did not work. The door lock was broken. The air conditioning was very loud. The TV did not face the bed or the sofa. The check in was very slow and the staff was unfriendly and provided wrong information. The bar downstairs was out of Kahlua. The hand sanitizer was empty at the breakfast room. The breakfast was terrible even the coffee tasted burned. It was so bad that no one was there in the morning to eat the free breakfast!

The hotel bar and staff were super fun! If you wanted to stay in, that was the place to be! Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Pool, room and gym were all very clean!

We have stayed here several times. We always have a good time!

Place was packed for Labor Day. I didn’t get in until midnight and there were still a lot of people hanging out and partying. Woman behind desk was overwhelmed and training someone. They had to leave desk for over 5 minutes to program my room key? I go all the way up to room and key doesn’t work. Had to go back down, wait for staff to finish with another customer and stand around to get it reprogrammed. What happened to quick program right there at desk? They said it was a new system that requires leaving desk and going into back room. Silly and too long.

My daughter & I stopped at this hotel for one night on our way to Florida. It was wonderful! The entire property was very well-kept. Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & professional . I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend for business or pleasure!

There were dog toys under the cabinet. The swimming pool has a sewer smell. For a whole week of stay, we have to ask them for a cleaning service.

Only thing, the room had a perculiar smell. I was too tired to complain and was always on the move. And the food was excellet from the kitchen. But overall I had a excellent stay

For some reason hotel prices in Charleston are becoming more and more expensive. $300.00-$600.00 is really a nonsense.This is more expensive than Paris or London. Summerville is 15 min drive from Charleston historical downtown. For a fraction of the cost (under $150.00) of Charlston hotels you get a great value and service. On the top of all other advantages is QUALITY! Hotel is new. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel is near the highway but no traffic noise at all. Staff and service are top. Multiple options to eat near the hotel.Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay even if you are doing downtown Charleston

Can’t say enough about the excellent service and beauty and comfort of this property. I travel to SC a couple of times a year so this will be my new home away from home from now on!!

This is a newer Hotel and is in good condition, the staff are great and I like the bar/restaurant in the lobby area. The only issue I have is that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low.

The room was not ready at listed check in time. Manager was rude and unaccommodating. The room smelled of urine and the sheets looked dirty. What was the wait for if the room was still dirty?

Stayed here for one night, and the stay was great! The hotel still seems brand new! Staff is wonderful! Loved the free breakfast buffet by staying in the Homewood Suites portion of the hotel! The shrimp and grits were amazing! Our room was great! Very comfortable and clean! The pool is large and super nice! Definitely staying again!

The room and property was immaculately clean, service was amazing from the minute we walked through the door, and the food was delicious. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend Hilton Homewood Suites Summerville to anyone asking for hotel suggestions on the area.

Out doors Pool was cold and needed to be heated to be used more often

Location is absolutely perfect. Right in the center of everywhere i needed to be. I reserved a 2 bed suite for myself, husband, and 2 grown kids. When i checked in the young lady was pleasant, but let me know my room wasnt available. They were sold out for both nights of my stay. So i was given the king bed suite, which wouldve been great if it was just myself and husband only...there wasnt any sort of refund for not having the room i reserved. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable, just disappointed i couldnt get what i paid for.

Only complaint...low water pressure from shower head.
