Quality Inn Stone Mountain

The property was not maintained. There were gnats everywhere. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The doors on the outside of the room were dirty. People talking all night outside of my, room all night. You can hear people stomping their feet upstairs.

The floor had lots of scarring which made it look dirty. Overall as stated for the price it was fine. I would stay again. The staff was great. Breakfast was a nice addition.

There was roaches outside. The bathroom had cigarettes ashes, toilet had burns on it. The bed had blood on it. There was paper in the eye whole of the door.

The staff was a little nice was the older gentleman at the front desk that told me that no one will be there to clean my room up. I have one day I stay from Tuesday to Saturday. He said there would be no housekeeper to clean the room when I asked for towels, I had to go back to my room bring him the dirty towels to receive clean towels. I wouldn’t advise no one to stay at that hotel.

Dirty towels left in room for 3 days, hot water pipe leaking, Water supply knob came off during shower, requested to have room cleaned but they would not clean it, shower curtain had mold on it, garbage not removed from room for 3 days, room very dirty, bathtub dirty, refrigerator had food left in it when I arrived in room. I ended up buying cleaning supplys and cleaned the bathroom.

Broken chair dumped me onto the floor. Lawsuit potential. Replacement took 14 hours. Breakfast was an insult - focused on waffles. Very noisy - weather stripping on door was inadequate. Curtains would not close enough to block outside light.

Blankets had stains on them as well as the sheets. Walls were dirty as if someone had been kicking the walls and the door. My ice bucket came apart and there was mold in the bottom portion. Staff was friendly since I didn’t have any interaction with them, but I would not recommend this hotel.

The sheets had stains, the carpet had stains, the wall had stains, the lock was broken, the toilet seat was the wrong size, the breakfast was Raisen Bran and waffles.

Room smelled like cigarettes and alcohol

Staff is doing a wonderful job accommodating guests. Some of the guests needs to be mindful of others in other aspects.Overall its a pretty decent establishment.

I can't say, I never had breakfast here. The pool is currently closed off until Summertime. Everything else is fine.🙂👍

As choice I was very disappointed this is a motel not hotel... mold stains all on the walls, and drip pan on rig air conditioner which is unsafe. Plus someone went in My car while I was unloading in front My door and stole My designer purse.

Everything is ok at this location, you're basically close to everything, even food and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

No bed bugs. Stains on walls. Ceiling falling on to the floor in pieces. VERY uncomfortable bed. Dirty nasty fridge that didn't work. Broken furniture. Lock on door broken. AC broken. Shower made an obnoxious squealing noise.

The door to my room (117) did stick a little but wasn't extremely bad. Also, I can't remember where but there was a floor panel/board that was slightly warped and/or loose

The doors did not lock it’s urine on the ceilings the covers got holes in them it was trash on the floor staff satingon the stairs smoking weed check out at 11 they make u leave the room at 10:25 so they can have the room cleaned by 11 the toilets nasty

I love this place because the staff treat the guests with kindness and they will accommodate any requests made to them. The rooms are really spacious and it's nice and quiet there. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They gave a unknown person a key to my room and when I wanted to switch rooms they told me I would have to pay for another night in order to switch my room.

My stay was decent no complaints. Rooms need to be updated, walls could use some paint and time to replace the blankets. Overall it served the purpose.

This room was simply a place to lay your head. The housekeeping staff does a great job to maintain this dated room but the sheets were clean and the heat worked. It’s definitely needs some tlc and updates.

Not a whole lot to like about it other than price. You will get what you pay for, a cheap room. Pool was closed and covered. Room ceiling was peeling. Walls were dirty. Floor was wet with leaking water from fridge. Floor was very dirty, socks were almost black, please give cleaners a swiffer wet jet please. Coffee maker was broken. Bathroom door squeaks at the slightest movement, waking everyone. Room smelled of smoke (cigarette and weed), but was supposed to be non-smoking.

Pool was dirty had frogs goin on all night . People standing outside all hours of the night playing loud music. Walls are dirty bathroom dirty the room next to me flooded my room with water . Rude staff busted in room while I was changing my clothes . They act like they don't speak English but they understand.

The pictures make it look way better than it is online. It's nasty! Absolutely dirty. Used pads beside the bed, people everywhere at 9pm at night, smoking on the balcony, not just cigarettes. Mold in the bathtub, in the "fancy" jacuzzi tub! Everything. Simply Everything. Remodel, revamp and maybe make the place look 1/3 of the way the photos looked.

The man checking us in was rude and dismissive upon arrival. The rooms are certainly NOT in the same shape as the photos. They have no smoking signs in the rooms yet my sheets on one bed had burn holes in them. One of the beds was broken and I wasn’t made aware of that. I had to play with my air conditioner to get it to work. My cousin’s room didn’t even have headboards. Both rooms looked like they had barely been cleaned prior to our stay as well. My bathroom was filthy and the walls were peeling badly in the bathroom.

I would give this place a minus100. The frig leaked floor soaked. Shower looked like someone took a hammer to it. The drug deals that was happening out back. Do not stay here unless you are packing yourself. As a female I wouldn’t stay here alone! You need to shut down and renovate. My friends had blood spattered on their walls Waking up and walking in water on the floor. Well I hope it was water. I paid 114$ for this place. In my world that’s a lot of money

Nothing I didn't like the hotel set up. It wasn't clean. The covers had holes and stains in them. The bathtub was dirty. I would never visit again. I have been to many other Quality Inns and never experienced this.

Beds were comfortable I almost slip and fall in the tub it was slippery.

I think it’s about time to change the mattress , they are no longer comfortable with those weird noise every time you change spot. Also the tub could have been cleaned, and better towel need to be put in place for guests used.

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever seen. It is supposed to be smoke free and our room smelled like someone chained smoked in there. Plus the comforters had burn holes and rips in them. There were stains all over the walls and hair in the shower. I took pictures if I can figure out how to post them.

The first room was filthy, disgusting, mystery splatter on the wall, holes in the wall that were patched up haphazardly. The bathroom light was super loud and the vent was BLACK. Only two lights worked; the one by the TV flickered like a strobe light. The refrigerator looked like it had been through hell and back, all scratched up and scraped up. The manager gave us a different room. It was much better, but still had flaws... For one, the same crappy paint/patch job on the walls, and a cut out in the wall around the toilet which I kept stuffed with a towel because I didn't feel safe. The soles of my feet were black from the dirty floor. When I got in the tub and ran the shower it made a high-pitched screech sound the entire duration of my shower. Both rooms stunk of smoke and urine, and outside there was a constant smell of weed. I don't care WHAT city or state a Quality Inn is located because I will not EVER stay in a Quality Inn ever again. I left this same review on Google, along with photos and videos of everything I mentioned here, and all of it has been deleted by them. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn no matter where it's located EVER AGAIN. They need to shut this place down because there are also fire hazards, and black mold. I want my money back.

Ended up leaving and getting another hotel first off key didn't work to room had to go to office everytime i would leave the room they would come up open door with master key and try to play me saying the key works then the Ac did not work it blew very low even tho on high and would barley get cool in the room

The grounds were quite dirty and unkept. Not maintained well. Musty and stale smell in room. Breakfast was very minimal, cereal and waffles.

We checked in fine the guy gave us a room, then comes to the room and asked who gave me the room key I told him he did we just checked in with him then he proceeded to argue and tell me I was in the wrong room that he gave someone else my key and they walked in my room with all my things why I wasn’t there.! Then he admitted to his mistake like excuse me.! Then they just charge to much if you don’t check out right at 11am at check out time like let me finish getting my things together I let at 11:05 and was charged and extra 40$ idk it was a complete mess the beds had cigarette holes in them the bathroom door didn’t even close or even have a door latch on it idk spending 80 dollars on a room that wasn’t even all clean the staff didn’t know what they was doing I’m just all the way disappointed in my stay never again

This place was terrible! I got moved to 4 different rooms bc their rooms were horrible. The first one the lock wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get it , second one there was a big bug and it smelled like smoke, third one there were no lights and again the fourth one there was a bug crawling on my stuff. I couldn’t even take a shower there because of how dirty it was! The staff was rude and didn’t even care.

Doors barely close, I would have to slam the door ATLEAST 5 times before it closed. The staff was extremely sexist. Kids running around outside, music being blasted in the parking lot, random people knocking on your door randomly. Bugs coming through vents hanging vent of bathroom. Not a pleasant experience unfortunately

Beds were clean and comfortable and bath/sink area but other areas were not. Mirrors not cleaned, fixtures and door old and in need of replacement. Staff was very cold. No "good morning". At checkout they come to your room before 11 and tell you "time to get out". I will never stay there again and would not recommend it at all!

However, I spent about 1 hour before I left. The comforters had holes in them. The walls were dirty. The furniture was broken. I actually fell out of the desk chair. Children running and making noise outside the door. Someone tried to sell me jewlery. It was not a safe place for me.

Watched drug deals happen, room had roaches and cigarette burns through the sheets. Reeked of weed and cigarettes, neighbors were dealing drugs in the 30 minutes it took me to find a different place to stay

It seems to place had a lot of people staying for 14 days. I don’t know if they were homeless or displaced by the hurricane, but they were using the parking lot as their backyard with dogs and kids playing most of the night. At breakfast the next morning seems like they were making stacks of waffles to carry back to the room to feed the family. Everybody was nice not what I expected

I am sorry to say that there were problems with the room. The room was functional, but it was not what I expected from a Choice property. Initial appearance: dark room, worn out bathroom door, mold on the bottom of the fold down shower seat, a crack at the bottom of the chair bracket. The shower head would not stop dripping after it was turned off. Poor water pressure. The desk chair could not be adjusted. The bed had clean linens, but the frame literally clanked whenever I rolled over. Microwave was old, stained and had weak power. The turntable inside did not fit. The drapes were poorly hung. The second day, I tried calling the front desk, but no dial tone. Looked to find that the phone jack had been pulled out of the wall! Hot breakfast service started later than the posted time, and the only thing hot were the waffle irons. I was alone on this trip. Had my wife been with me, we would NOT have stayed.

The room was ok. Outside the pool was just a pool, nothing exceptional. Kids played in the pool quite a bit, but people were in and out with one person running and jumped the fense and sat in a chair and passed out for a few minutes then jumped back over the fence and was gone how is that safe?

The front desk work had a very bad attitude with poor customer service I was visiting from Chicago and was getting dropped off by my auntie and my cousins and my room was canceled because the worker said that we had to many people in the car with us and he will not bramble to come check the room and make sure that it was only 2 adults in th room after I explained to him that ot was only going to be me and my husband in the room he then proceeded to say that he was canceling my room and that he did not care and that was not his problem so I spent 2 hours with nowhere to go coming in from Chicago just to find me another hotel room he attitude and customer service was very poor and rude

There was no television service in my room, i had a television but it did not have sny internet or cable...called front office and they wouldn't answer the phone...

The rooms stink and reek of cigarettes, are dirty, holes in the walls, chair missing wheels. I almost fell back sitting on the chair. Walls were dirty and had dry spit on them. I had to leave the Quality Inn and check into another hotel. In fact several of the hotel guests at the other hotel, also left Quality Inn. Please take this property off your website. I have videos and photos of this nasty, dirty, filthy place…

water pressure and parking light are okay. Room is dirty, smoking smell. beds are broken, sheets have cigarettes holes. tv is old, no good show to wash, breakfast had waffles and coffee nothing else, disappointed

This property is unhealthy, unclean, just plain dirty Do not stay here. we left after 2 hours of going to bed due to the unhealthy air. The air conditioner hasn't been cleaned and was full of dirt and dust.

It was your typical Quality Inn - these hotels are cheap and that is what you get.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Run!! Horrible place to stay. Room was dirty, mold on the shower liner, reeked of smoke, mini fridge had rust/mold?? On the outside. Paper thin walls. Oh and they don’t do any kind of refund if you have an issue with the room.

The locatio is perfect. The place need a deep clean including walls. You not need luxury but the clean is number one.

Breakfast was never ready at 6:30 as advertized. Very disappointing when I plan my morning around food. I have to be somewhere at 7, so I end up skipping breakfast one day because they haven't even unlocked the doors to the lobby by 6:40. And when they finally open the doors, there's no food put out yet, Coffee is still brewing. Nothing I can grab and go. Next day same thing. I didn't have to work quite as early, but I still had to sit around until almost 7 before anything other than coffee was ready.

Anytime I check in and Dom is the agent...I know it's going to be smooth and easy... Dom always makes me feel welcomed when staying at Quality Inn...and he is always accommodating and has the nicest smile...he's one of the reasons I keep coming back!!

Was checked in by Dom. Has was helpful in making sure I got the best rates. He was also very informative and knowledgeable about the area and even suggested eating places and suggested taking a trip to Stone Mountain Park.... Dom made me feel welcomed when I walked through the door!!

The rooms were clean and the outside noise was not that bad I am a solo traveling male so it was great for me

This is an older building that needs some work. There seem to be a number of permanent residents there. Many of those residents are noisy. The rooms are very basic. All doors the face the outside even at $67 per night, this hotel was not worth it. This should be a $45 per night property at best. I did not necessarily feel unsafe there, but I did not feel comfortable because of the conditions and cleanliness of the room.

Cigarette burns in sheets and somehow pictures on the wall. Key to get in barely worked. Someone tried to open my door at 530 am on early Saturday morning. Room smelt terrible. I would of complained but I know based on other reviews it wouldn't of done anything. Not once were sheets cleaned. Place should be demolished.

I stays 4 night they never clean my rooms even one's

The front desk person was rude. Keys didnt work so she said i wasnt using it right. She tried it and it didnt work. All the while we were standing in 20 degree weather waiting. While unpacking the carbwe saw two drug deals in two idfferent rooms. Faucets are leaking. The place is filthy with carts of trash sitting on the walkway. Apparently the area is so unsafe they lock the lobby during the day. Mold in the bathrooms and broken toilet
