    The facility was clean. The staff, friendly and helpful. The lady with glasses at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. I was pleasantly touched she knew my name the next day after I checked in. I am particularly embarrassed that I don’t recall her name. Said she ls only there on the weekends. I am guessing your weekend reviews are through the roof. Awesome stay for the weekend. P.S. please have your elevator looked at. Don’t wait for an incident to occur.     Nothing! Not worth the prize. The elevator’s inspection was 4 months overdue. The elevator has a wicked drop when it stops. The electrical outlets around the TV were not good for ironing clothes. The cleaning lady had an attitude on the day of checkout despite the fact that we has over two hours left for the 12:00 checkout time. The place is just NOT worth $343 for two nights.

    Place was very nice and in good condition even though it has not been fully redone. Bed was awesome. Water is shower nice and hot. Tub was not very nice - could not take a bath as the plug was missing and the tub really needed to be replaced. Rugs were not vaccumed well. Kikja and Dennis at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the weekday breakfast attendent was super nice. The breakfast was different each day that we were there along with the usual waffles and cold items. My only complaint is the fact that they had a security survelliance system around the property that made me feel safe taking my puppy out at night. Unfortunately, the second night on, I don't think it was working as it just kept blinking a white light and did let the front desk know. OH, and the last night the door that we were parked by, no longer unlocked the door with your key. It wasn't just use but others who tried it also. It was a fairly good location for dogs. Just not a lot of grassy area that was fairly flat for their walks with their senior human parents. I believe there was ample parking every night. Highly recommend. I was told they are still upgrading.

    I didn’t like anything. Rooms weren’t well maintained and had a mildew funky smell. The staff was decent no issues with that. Outdoor pool was closed and that was one of the reasons that hotel was chosen.

The elevator’s inspection card had expired the first week of March 2026 and was not renewed by the time of my stay (mid-May 2026).     We arrived 90 minutes early because my 80+ year-old mother (multiple stroke survivor, wheelchair-bound, severe stamina issues) was in visible distress and needed to lie down immediately. I explained the medical emergency to the front desk clerk (a Black woman) and requested early check-in. She coldly refused, saying “Check-in is at 4pm” and “I ain’t got nothing until 3pm,” then walked away. When I asked if there was anywhere my mother could rest, she said “no.” I pleaded, offering to pay for early check-in and stressing my mother’s condition. She showed complete indifference. Moments later I watched her promptly check in two Black families and hand them room keys. The racial disparity was obvious—we were being discriminated against. I immediately called Hampton Inn Corporate. Five minutes later the clerk received a call, looked directly at me, and suddenly announced our room was ready. Room 220 was not a Handicap room. It had clearly been cleaned hours earlier and was available the whole time. The bathroom was inaccessible—my mother found the toilet difficult and dangerous and could not shower. There was never any hot or warm water. The room’s location made access extremely difficult. From our handicapped parking spot we had to travel to the distant rear elevator and back.     This morning when I came down to grab breakfast, one of the staff members was in the dining area with a piece of bacon dangling from her mouth.( in uniform on clock) changed the plans for my breakfast as I am walking back to the lobby i see the same staff member one hand under shirt with the freezer door open looking for more food to cook.( room to the right as you coming from elevator to lobby.) Minus that i enjoyed my stay!

    Our first night we had to strip the sheets because of a spill. The cleaning lady was outside when we put the sheets out and we asked for new ones. This was at 4-5pm. They told us they would. By midnight they did not bring us any. We went down to the front desk and requested sheets. Not once did they supply us with any and we had to sleep on the bare mattress. This was the only hotel experience we’ve ever had thay was bad

    CAUTION : Several car windows were broken during our departure. We arrive back to hotel at 2am that morning and didn’t see no car windows broken just yet. When leaving at 11am there were at least 6 cars whose windows were broken. Potentially could have more we just didn’t drive around the building to check it out,luckily our truck was just fine. Will not be staying here again.

    The hotel is under construction. We were not advised of this until after check in. Upon going to the second floor there several workers in the hall way. All signs for direction to rooms were removed. The walls had no wall paper and had what resembles blood but was just a mixture of red and white paint on the wall. There was dust everywhere from construction. We could hear everything from the other rooms likely due to a lack of insulation bc of the repairs being made. Our doors were numbered with tape and numbers written in them. The tub felt like there was sand in it. We had to call security in the middle of the night because of the constant banging and yelling in another room in our area that continued through out the night. Overall the hotel description is poorly represented as well and patrons should be aware of conditions and construction taking place. Left message for management to be advised. We also could not cancel reservation bc we were not advised of the state of construction until hotel was confirmed. It was also not visible from the outside. We were disappointed and taken advantage of.

    I had to be moved from TWO rooms at check-in because of how dirty they were. There were used diapers in the trash can, somebody’s hair and other trash, and the tile in the shower was covered in rust and stains. It was disgusting. The third room was better than the first two at first glance, but when I woke up I saw bugs everywhere and roaches crawling around. The breakfast was subpar and that was the best part of the stay, so that’s saying something. The staff was fine - they didn’t question it when I asked for a new room because they already knew the rooms were dirty. The doors to the building on the side were broken and the staff knew it, saying “oh yeah the side doors are broken” after I had to walk around and couldn’t get in. I will never ever ever stay at this place again. It was a huge mistake.

    Check in & checkout was quick and easy. The housekeeping staff greeted us and even chatted with us about our dog in the hallway. The room was very clean. Our TV had a welcome message with our name on it. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There’s large bottles of hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner in the bathroom. The shower was nice and hot. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked like it should. The area was quiet and felt safe. It was about 8-10 minutes from the Pumpkin festival at Stone Mountain. Lots of fast food restaurants and stores within 2 miles. The gym was nice. Breakfast was good. There’s someone ready to serve you the hot food, which was biscuits, sausage, and egg rounds. The first server was rude, but everyone else was polite. There’s cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread for the toaster, a waffle machine, grits, shredded cheese for your grits if you want, packaged pastries, juice, coffee, tea, milk, oatmeal packets, there’s no sugar free options incase you need to plan ahead if you’re diabetic or just prefer no sugar items. It’s a nice place for a family or anyone else that’s looking for a safe clean place to stay. We’re definitely adding this to our favorite places to stay when we visit Stone Mountain.

    The room had small black ants all over the room. If you sat on the sofa ants would crawl on you and ants were climbing the wall in the bathroom. An area of about 3 to 4 feet around the air conditioner had the rug wet. The air conditioner did not remove the humidity so everything felt wet. We will not stay at Hampton Inn at Stone Mountain again.

    This property needs a lot of help. The elevators did not operate properly and were still in operation even with " temporarily out of service" signs, the washer/dryer died mid cycle and the hotel had to finish washing our clothes for us, hot water for your shower is hit or miss and housekeeping barely came. At one point I had to leave them notes to ask them to replace toilet paper or shampoo. It was hard to get additional blankets or towels for our party. The maintenance guy was a big help but other than that most of the staff was just there for a paycheck. The breakfast wasnt appealing and there's not much near by to run and get food at. Definitely wouldn't recommend this property.

Room 313 smelled like sewage, room 306 toilet was slow flushing and on Saturday asked for clean towels and was promised they'd be hanging on my door when I returned.     We had two rooms and quality is inconsistent. Beds super comfy in room 1; aging and getting springs in room 2. Air conditioner leaked all over the carpet and our items in room 1; worked fine in room 2. Bathroom door fine in room 1; difficult to shove closed in 2. Several of our family are allergic to feather down pillows but we were able to get foam pillows at the front desk.

    Property was clean. Employees were friendly. We the cleaning lady know that we need a toilet paper and shampoo in our room in the morning when we left and when we returned that evening we still did not have toilet paper or shampoo. Every other day they were to make up your room and give you fresh towels. They left some of the old towels in the room and the bed wasn't made. And I didn't put toilet paper in there again.

    What really made my stay here special was the young lady at the front desk. I’m not sure what her name was but she’s only there on the weekends. She’s so delightful. Staff was extremely nice. My room was nice and clean, cozy. Parking was very easy. The breakfast want that good but it was included so can’t complain too much. I would stay here again.

    We couldn’t check into the property they had no clean rooms several guests waited in the lobby for over 2 hours to check in. I missed my nieces graduation, which was the soul purpose of my trip. Roache’s in the bathroom, the elevator out of service, disabled guest couldn’t be accommodated for hours. A senior citizen guest was unable to get access to her room because the elevator went out while she was away from the property. The iron board couldn’t extend, the iron leaked all over my dress. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Hilton. I was so disappointed I left the property at 3:15am after the roach incident. Roach eggs behind the toilet that the alleged was cleaned by house keeping. I am requesting a full refund.

    The hotel and staff were good, BUT the person's dog who was locked in the bathroom next to our room was barking and whining all night!!!!!! Security had to pound on the door, but no one was there! Must have been out clubbing!! No black-out drapes

    I can’t rate the pool because it was not open. Our stay was very nice, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just one thing I would upgrade is the pillows. They are very small for a king size bed.

    Nothing was in working condition-room telephone out of order, TV did not work called front desk and they came and replaced. Smoke alarm hanging down off the wall with no batteries in it. Bathroom plugs and all plugs except for desk lamp were nonfunctioning. Had to blow dry and curl my hair from the desk lamp with no mirror.

    It was very run down. Hall ways and elevators were dirty and beat up. The room was a little better but maintenance was really lacking with some very poor cobbled together repairs. Pool was not functioning. Business center had been removed. One elevator wouldn’t go to the 4th floor because the #4 button didn’t work. Atleast the staff was nice.

    Overall it was a good property. One of my beds didn’t have a fitted sheet, and housekeeping forgot to empty the trash cans, but the front office staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was quite delicious

    Nice room except that we were given a handicapped room so the shower ran water over the bathroom floor. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok & included some hot items…omelets, grits and waffles. Staff was friendly and efficient.

    The location is convenient,with plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. So the price seemed fair for Hampton Inn, however king bed was worn out,the 4 pillows were broken lumps of cotton! And i had to go down to front desk to ask for a clean set of sheets, because we found fresh makeup on our bed sheets. ** The biggest issue was the smell in the bathroom pipes. It was undescribable, had to be something dead in the walls or pipes!! We literally had to hold our breath just to walk in the bathroom. Lobby and dining room were clean,but the carpet on the hallway on 1st& 4th floor need vacuuming and steam cleaning.

    Staff lacked good customer service skills and were on their personal phones. Breakfast was not good. Hotel room door was sticky. Pull out couch bed was dirty and pillows were dirty. Not worth the $240 suite price I paid for one night. Would not stay again.

    I was moved three times because of the poor cleanliness and condition of the rooms. The toilet in the first room had dried pee and dirt on it. The second room counters were blatantly not cleaned. There were dry spilled and crumbs on it. The floors weren’t vacuumed nor swept and the food table tray still had the crumbs from whatever food on it. The bed had a hair and a small stain on it and the tub had pubic hair in it. The third room had hair around the tub and the sink was stopped up. The drain stopper had hair and gunk stuck to it and it was left on the sink

    During our 2 night stay we only had hot water the morning of check out. It was too cold to shower the rest of the time. We had a friend who stayed in 2 other The tv didn't work the first night. We mentioned it the next day and someone came right out to fix it. Worked then, but when we got back to the room it was out again. So, that was a little annoying. At the front desk there is a sign letting visitors knkw that hotel staff will never call the room asking for credit card info. Glad i saw that because the next morning someone did in fact call the room trying to scam us. So be aware of that. They say that their system crashed and they need to reenter your cc info and address.

    As soon as I walked into my room, I noticed spots on my pillows pillows look like dried food. I walked the pillows down to the front desk. Front desk called for housekeeping management, and I asked her to change all the sheets because I feel like if the pillows were dirty the sheets were dirty. She had an attitude and the counter where the coffee machine was filthy, I videoed it all.

    Disgusting bed! Look at the bed under the top sheet! Full of hair and a ripped topper exposed a dirty Disgusting mattress that looked like someone peed or bleed all over ! Didn't look at it till the morning when i got freaked out by itchiness. NEVER again will i not look at the mattress im sleeping on i will unzip the topper to see what is there. I will Never go to this hotel ever again!!! There is alot of other things i can write about but i won't.

    The property was accessible to my vacation spot, and the staff was friendly, but the place can use a little tender loving care like painting, new designs, new rugs, etc. Our toilet tissue holder was hanging, many times I found my toilet tissue on the floor. I found a little roach behind the TV stand, and my daughter found hair in her unused towels. Just little details that will make the place better. The breakfast was very good.

    This hotel was close to Stone Mountain. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and kind. However, the building needed some care. The elevators were past due on their checkup. The carpeting in the halls, as well as the rooms, needed to be vacuumed. The doors were a bit beat up. Management needed to clean carpets, and do some care on the building. My husband and I are part of a facilities team for a church, and know what it takes to keep a building looking well cared for, and well maintained. This building needs some of that TLC. It was a non-smoking building, but I did see one man smoke inside, and I smelled marijuana. The breakfast was nice, and they had a staff of 2 or three manning it and keeping the tables clean. It was only a couple of miles from 2 grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.
