Staff is rude

Upon arrival, room had obvious peeling paint, several insects, and looked dirty. Tv did not work in first room, staff offered another room which we accepted. More bugs in second room, ants on nightstand and in bed sheets. "Breakfast" consisted of bad coffee and individually wrapped banana nut muffins. Staff did not seem to care when we informed them about the bugs on checkout.

The ratings are my true feelings. The cleaning staffs are the only positive service. The breakfast offer is misleading. Needs complete change

The hotel was far from modern. No amenities in the lobby area. Dog feces were in the front entrance of the hotel. No cleaning services exist. In my four day stay the sheets were never changed or the towels replaced. I recommend a stay in a more modern facility.

I asked for my room to be cleaned after my second day and no one showed up and it was never cleaned. Overall, I think it has to do with the management. They are Indians and all the staff are Indians as well and the customer service was just terrible.

The room was dirty the curtains were completely stained there was holes in the picture on the wall the walls had stuff on them I had to clean the shower because there was still hair in it from the previous guest where it did not get clean the TV did not work at all I ended up cleaning the entire room just so that I could still sleep there because I knew I would not get a refund zero out of 10 I do not recommend

The stay was good. Phone in the room was never fixed after requested but no big issue. Good price overall. Good sleeping bed. Towels pretty cheap. Had lint on a few. May need to upgrade those.

Staff was amazing and manav went above and beyond to take care of me and my girlfriend. This hotel is perfect for the price and the customer service was far superior to any hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms were clean and staff made sure that if I needed anything I would get it with no hesitation. Definitely coming back and would recommend this hotel to anybody

I just booked through my third party to stay another night and called the front desk to request no room swap out, before 9am. It was easy. The beds were pretty soft and they put me right by the office. I also like the fact they have new cameras all around the building. I don't like the location, but it's tucked away from the highway and that was good to know.. I wouldn't suggest leaving late during the rush hour traffic, give yourself some time to maneuver through the traffic, so have early. My hot water could've been hotter. ? But the shower did work, so I didn't complain.

The first room had bugs and smelled. The second was better, but by that time I was already uncomfortable.

When I first got there I spoke with a woman whom was very nice.so I left without checking my room.i return around 8 pm and realized the tv wasn't working.called down to front desk and he had the worst attitude about something that should be checked if they have the remote wrapped for sanitation purposes which is a plus..so I had to switch rooms that tv didn't work either called again he said he had to program remote didn't work after he programmed it my fiancee changed the tv with his hands .the rooms was clean.tho

The area is central with lots of stores nearby. The building was sold and is under construction so it's not up kept like the average DayInn. I stay at DaysInn several times before. This one was just terrible. No iron available, you have to borrow and return it to front desk, the room smells musty and the not well kept.

This property looks nothing like the photos shown here on Expedia. The room I got was on the second floor, and it was very dirty. There is only one vending machine located to the side of the property for guests to purchase snacks. The refrigerator and microwave were also dirty. The exterior of the building was also dirty, and old. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you have children with you.

The hotel was okay we got in late and was out first thing in the morning. The room tv wasnt connected so we could not to use it and the wifi password wasnt given we had to call up and ask for it. Then when we got up and went to grab the complimentary breakfast the only thing they had banana muffins, coffee, and cranberry juice. But there was a dunkin donuts right next store.

I liked its location The front desk lady was extremely rude to me she went out her way to be rude to me but nice to other guest that were male She moved me into a roach infested room for no reason then lied and says I asked to be moved she was extremely snappy and trying to find ways to be rude even when I was trying my hardest to just comply n follow her rules

The older lady at the counter tefused to even check my confirmation number from hotels.com she said i had no reservation and the card i tried to put on file was declined. My stay was paid for thru the app! My card was locked because i wasnt using it. Necause i already paid for the trip. She just kept saying your card declined declined. She refused to see my receipt or booking info. Then call the police when i wouldnt leave. After all that she had the nerve to call my phone ten minutes later to say hotels.com called them after i asked foe a refund. Zero stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Room was clean bed was clean I didnt like that I paid for late check out and was harassed from 1030 am til 1230 pm til I checked out due to the hotel not being able to accommodate my late check out but nothing was said at check in about not being able to accommodate my request! Things like that should be told and/or discussed at check in and you dont argue with the person that paid money to be accommodated in the first place that was never told that she wouldnt be accommodated!

That was absolutely terrible. It was freezing cold. The heat didn’t work. And the shower wasn’t hot. Need I say more? Oh right the manager said all of the rooms have the same problem. And just told me to keep waiting. And there was NO breakfast!

It was a budget stay for 2 nights but we were not expecting to see prostitutes being dropped off, apparent drug deals in the parking lot, strong smell of marijuana until about 4 am when the ongoing foot traffic in front of our room died down. We did take turns staying up and watching our car out the window all night until we left about 7 am. It was that bad. For the room, the walls had obvious sticky spots (??), the iron / ironing board had been removed (new holder still there), carpet appeared dirty. Based on the personal & property safety concerns, we asked for a refund on the 2nd night. The clerk said he had no authority and we would have to deal with Days Inn / our booking agency. After multiple calls with a variety of Indian call centers (and several directions to 'speak with the person at the hotel') we finally got a commitment for a refund. This took all day -we had already booked our 2nd night at another property before we had resolution on this.

My room was decently clean except for the toilet the toilet was covered in urine and it was earring all over the floor. The breakfast was simply horrible it consisted of neutragrain bars, mini muffins, apples, oatmeal, and orange juice.

Rooms smell like pot and cigarettes which is par for the course in Atlanta. Beds are stiffer and frames creaky but rooms noise canceling and AC were verh good. For the price would recommend for a short stay, no longer than 1-2 nights, but do to surrounding area and breakfast options would not do longer.

My friend had crayon scribbles on each lamp post and the walls and they stayed 4 days and no house keeping after several requests. All weekend we complained and was told to speak to the manager on Monday. I called Hotels.com and they got my money back. Unsafe to stay at.

However, the walls are extremely thin, so do not expect to good night's sleep, especially given the active nightlife of the other hotel guests. Maybe weekdays are better. Enjoyed the same experience I had last time.

Bad area and the rooms were atrocious. Smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it. People smoking weed everywhere. Asked for more towels, toilet paper, and soap and didn’t get any of it. It was not a pleasant experience.

It was very quiet, pleasant and peaceful. The room was beautiful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Room was dirty as far as stained walls & Ceilings, bathroom was not throughly cleaned. Old smelly food left in the dirty refrigerator. No coffee pot, nor a way to get any until breakfast, very cheap breakfast, breakfast didn't end until 10am, we went down @ 9am & only thing left was apples, no coffee or breakfast stocked. Will Not stay here again!!! Was in no way worth the $115 we paid for the night.

A couple had the room before us and they reported it dirty . The staff turned around and gave us the same room . Met the couple in the lobby the next morning.

Area and staff were very nice, the room was air conditioned and sheets get cleaned regularly. The free breakfast was a bit bare but then again it is free so no complaints there, overall the experience was nice and I would probably book here again.

Awful experience! Terrible customer service and overall bad hotel. Many bad things but one of the worst things was open drug use outside of the rooms. Management unwilling to help with anything even after two rooms changes. Would never recommend this hotel!

This Hotel is in desperate need of modern updates. It truly lacks comfortable bedding, with stained linen and its rooms are very smelly. If you are looking for comfort, and cleanliness this may not be a good fit.

The pictures posted are not accurate!! We did NOT stay here - we found a Hampton Inn and stayed there! This was money lost. The room was dirty, smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. This looked like a pay by the hour or hiding from police motel. My advice DO NOT BOOK -Don’t go here

The employees at the property are the worst. By far the worst customer service the rooms doesn’t have irons or ironing boards the tvs doesn’t work if you call the front desk they don’t answer and there’s no breakfast at all don’t waste your not worth even if it was 25/night

The Rates are affordable and I love that they do not have an incidental fee ( Not every guest have additional funds)

I had my money refunded. We could not stay there when we pulled the cover back on the bed there were little black bugs on the sheet.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free, no conditioner, one bed squeaked like crazy the other one had a weird dent/ hole in it. The breakfast was ridiculous, there were five muffins and four yogurts for everyone to share.

The outside of the building is literally coming apart and peeling. There is trash all around the property. The shower is in the bathrooms are hard to access. The furniture inside the rooms are chipped or broken. Will never ever ever stay there again. I do not recommend this property at all.

The room was clean. It did, however, smell of smoke. The noise from traffic (police sirens, etc.) could be heard throughout the night. Overall a good place stay for the price. If you are looking for a clean, safe place to stay for the night, close to Stone Mountain like we were— it is perfect for a one night stay.

The stay was ok but there little to not breakfast. They do not put out enough breakfast. Breakfast is from 6-9, I got to breakfast at 7 and they had 2 mini muffins and 3 apples and 2 mini yogurts a 4 mini granola bars my first morning. 4 apples and 3 granola bars my last morning. REALLY come on y'all can do better or don't say you have breakfast because that's not breakfast

I wasn't expecting a lot overall but I did expect to see a clean room, bathroom was dirty , specially toilet and around toilet wall. Staff was rude, didn't even say a hello or good morning st check-in. We asked for towels and all puporse cleaning to clean the bathroom but never got . Shampoo and body bottle were empty ...really bad ... we even didn't try the breakfast because everything looked dirty

We had a awesome time . It was my birthday weekend.

Wish we didn’t have to stay but we prepaid. The bed was at least comfortable and once we got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves we were more comfortable

Decent place to stay for a few nights. In my 3 day stay, no one came to do house keeping. Overall an average place to stay if you are not going to be in your room a lot during the day.

Good enough to just have somewhere to sleep, shower. Not the best place but it’s not the worst. Employees were very unorganized and had no idea what rooms were clean or dirty due to the cleaner not updating the system.

Room was fair. Beds fairly comfortable. Walls are super thin and party next door went on well into the morning. Should stagger occupancy to give an empty room between guests, as they were far from full. Bathroom door would not close (latch)

The staff was nice. My room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. I have planned another stay at home his hotel. Great location I could see the mountain from my room.

Front desk was awful. Extremely rude. Asked the receptionist could my friend and I use the lobby tables to play a game, he told us no, even though we saw people using them earlier and it wasn’t even close to time the lobby wasn’t suppose to be closed. He then asked what we wanted to do and said no again. That morning we came for “breakfast” and was a little early, the guy rudely told us that breakfast wasn’t for another FIVE MINUTES! When we came back for “breakfast” the next day, it consisted of a refrigerator with three yogurts in it, a stand with some mini cupcakes and stale juice. Entire hotel smelled like pot and our room wasn’t clean. 0/10 the cheap price isn’t worth this thrash pile.

Very comfortable and quiet

We did not stay and have not been able to get a refund. The property had multiple roaming in front of the rooms and around the parking area. The people were obviously intoxicated or under the influence of drugs as evidenced by talking into the air, shaking their arms and hands out from their bodies and picking items from the ground and putting them in their mouths or smoking left over cigarettes thrown on the ground. We were very afraid. My children would not get out of the vehicle. I returned the room card to the front desk and told the attendant what was going on. He stated that we had to cancel with expedia and that there was nothing more he could do.

First room the bathroom door did not close and toilet did not flush properly. Outside in parking lot someone was pooping by parked cars

The room has been renovated so no more horrible filthy carpeting. The breakfast was very very limited. The price was right for what we received.

The property was dirty the beds was not clean I got bitten by a bed bug the shower had another person hair the only thing that was good was the tv being new other than that I'm sorry it was a good experience

Staff was very rude and nasty not attentive to customers needs
