Was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and even the floor in the room. Breakfast was thr normal spread but no complaints. Staff was all super kind.

The front desk ladies were amazing! Our stay was perfect! The Country Inn, as always, was top notch. Will stay again!

The staff were very helpful, breakfast was a combination of fruit juices, tea, coffee, cereal, yoghurt and various bagels/toast/muffins. There was also a cooked option. There was a pool but we didn’t use it so I can’t really comment on it. Our room/bathroom was clean with a great shower! We ate at a local Mexican the first night which was adequate (wouldn’t eat there again) and out of town for the second.

Loved the clean spacious room, the friendly staff, free cookies, coffee & tea, and the wonderful free breakfast. It’s conveniently located across the street from a Walmart, with views of Stone Mountain. I’ll definitely book here when I return to Atlanta!

I asked to get a room not on the first floor. They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available

The place was surprisingly well maintained. It’s a great location for enjoying Stone Mountain & within walking distance too many restaurants.

Everything and everyone was lovely it was very convenient for me I was in a wedding at the 5380 studios this is perfect for your guest to stay and attend your event or special day very close to venue

Clean hotel room. Breakfast could’ve been better. Location was ok but near lots of stores. We were there for one night and got hit twice with the smell of marijuana in the parking lot. Overall good stay besides that.

It was not a bad place to stay. Proximity to the places we had planned was great. Didn’t use any of the amenities but every time we walked by the pool door people were having a good time.

Breakfast was nice. Pool was heavily chlorinated but good for the kids since it is indoor and was a little cool for outdoor swimming. Plenty of parking available. Rooms could use updating and we got stuck on the elevator so that sort of ruined the experience when you have 5 kids freaking out on an elevator. It wasnt a long delay but 5 minutes felt like an hour with young kids.

It was a nice stay. I came with my family for the indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But in my way out me and my family got stuck on a malfunctioning elevator for a few minutes. The staff got us out of that situation quickly and assured me that they would refund my stay for the inconvenience but that didn't happen. It was a nice property overall, I just didn't understand why I was lied to in the end.

Our room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and looked newly updated. The indoor pool area was nice. The breakfast had a large number of selections. Our family enjoyed the diverse array of foods. And we noticed the Health Inspection rating was an "A" for the kitchen. The staff were all professional and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

Two nights in a row, the elevator was out of order when I arrived at the hotel in the evening. Although I know it was no one’s fault, it was still annoying because I have recently had total knee replacements and stairs are hard for me.

In addition, they cleaned rooms only every 3rd day, and if you tried to ask them to clean everyday, the workers would give you attitude. What a disgusting hotel. I would rather stay at an Airbnb. Also, the so-called “gym” was a small room with two semi-functional treadmills from the 1990s. One of the treadmill’s incline was broken, and the other one shut down as soon as you went past 10mph. The only other machine was a a cable machine that was so old that one of the cables was snapped. They really need to update and expand their “gym” room. Lastly, their breakfast was disgusting. The biscuits and sausage were hard and dry and didn’t taste good. The eggs were tasteless. There was no actual butter. Only one of the toasters worked, and they ran out of coffee. It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.

The gym is very tiny. It was very noisy. I called the front desk about a loud neighbor (they were up all night playing music with lots of bass) didn’t sleep a wink. I called 5 different times about it and twice said if they don’t call the police I will. They never did . They did however speak to the other rude guest and he didn’t give a care about anyone or anything. I feel like the police should’ve been called and they should’ve been removed for how disrespectful they were to the staff and everyone else trying to sleep. Like I said we didn’t get any sleep , we also had a child with us. It was very disappointing . There really should been three strikes you’re out ! The breakfast was a normal free breakfast. The other two nights there were a lot of late night activity (doors slamming) . Ill defiantly pick another area to stay next time.

This property is a bit on the expensive side, but you will not regret staying here. It is extremely clean, with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The property was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What I didn’t like about the property was the thermostat would not shut off. The room was very cold. In addition, the toilet seat was too low. My husband is 6’6” and he’s disabled so it was hard for him to get up off the toilet. We have comfort height toilets at home for those reasons.

Friendly, clean, quiet, always responsive whenever there is any need. Even promised to accommodate one night for no cost when we were stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes.

Room noise was terrible the first night!! Apparently there was a wedding group there that caused it. The following night was better. However still too much room noise if you have a first floor room. Rooms were clean. Extra firm beds. Breakfast was good! Probably will never stay again due to the room noise.

The automated blinds didn’t work and the walls are paper thin. I could hear when my next door neighbor used the bathroom. I don’t mean only when they flushed.

The room we had looks newly renovated. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy as well. The staff was very accommodating and nice. They replaced the towels daily which was great. The AC and heater worked perfectly. There wasn't much noise so that was a plus. The elevator stopped working as soon as we got there but they had it back up running the next day which was impressive how efficient the service was. There's plenty of parking and it's close to stores, highways etc. I hope they keep it up as we will be coming back. Highly recommend.

The hotel in general was not very clean and our room was very dirty. The staff was very nice. We were stock on the elevator 2 time we have to take the stair a lot because the elevator was in very bad conditions and continually getting people stocked in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful experience at the Country Inn & Suites. After traveling over 10 hours from Florida, we were extremely grateful to be allowed an early check‑in. Being able to drop off our bags and settle in right away made a huge difference. At the front desk, both the lady and the young gentleman were exceptionally polite and helpful. She explained the breakfast schedule, offered us complimentary cookies, and made it clear that if we weren’t satisfied with our room, she would gladly accommodate us in another one. That level of hospitality truly stood out. We stayed in room 126 and loved it from the moment we opened the door. Everything was spotless, organized, and smelled amazing. The bathroom was immaculate and fully stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The room also included a microwave, a small fridge, and a desk with a comfortable chair—perfect for a small workspace. Parking is included in the room rate, which is a great bonus. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, a Walmart, gas stations, and many other businesses just minutes away. Plus, it’s less than a 15‑minute drive to Stone Mountain. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta or looking for a convenient stay near Stone Mountain. We truly enjoyed our experience.

Mara is exquisite! She was hospitable and extremely accommodating. She gave me a free upgrade and I am forever grateful for her kindness. I truly needed the peace of mind at the ending at the downslope of a vacation I took my three grandsons on. Mara- your are a rockstar, the balm and the bomb-thank you!!!

Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience staying here for our Stone mountain Park trip. There is plenty of parking in the back of building if needed. We weren't able to enjoy the indoor pool this time due to our schedule but will definitely experience it next time. Will definitely revisit and recommend !!!

The reason why this rating is so high is because of the check-in hostess, Edwina. From the moment we walked in the door, she treated us like family. When we asked about a cart to bring in our luggage, she literally went to every floor to find us one. She referred restaurants to us when we mentioned that we still needed dinner; and she constantly checked on us every time we came or went. She made sure that cookies were available for us and made sure that there was always hot water and cocoa mix when I mentioned wanting hot chocolate. When there were maintenance problems after hours, she took it upon herself to make sure they were resolved. We felt like she was our personal assistant every time we walked in. She was always very friendly and first class. We have already referred family members to this hotel because of her!

This hotel is an echo box. All hard surfaces in the rooms, you will hear every door shut, every child cry, every shoe hit the floor above you. Installing carpet in the rooms *might* help, but that’s a long term solution. I’m upset we spent so much money to not sleep at a hotel.

Everything was great. Breakfast staff was super fast to refill juice machine when notified it was out. Desk clerk was excellent at explaining everything to me at check in. Parking was close and well lit. Room was adequately, cleaned, and I’m a professional cleaner, so I don’t give that compliment lightly. I loved that the hotel provided makeup cloths. More hotels should do that. We only have 3 small suggestions for possible upgrades. Freezers in the room refrigerators, pancake machines for breakfast to go with the waffle machines, and add bacon. Everyone LOVES bacon!

Edwina at the front desk was super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The room was clean and breakfast was great. Awesome view of Stone Mountain. This was our second stay within the past few months. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

I liked everything about the hotel and room except the air conditioner. It was either freezing cold or nothing.

The lobby and dining area was clean and nice. The room was clean and comfortable, but the traffic noise was overwhelming. Housekeeping/bfast staff were attentive. The pool’s photo is deceptive - it is dinky. Little things in the room needed attention. The real problem was the front desk staff. There was no proprietorship feeling. They “ were there” but seemed disinterested. and when there was a problem in my room, the night desk gal was alone, unhelpful and turned into passive/aggressive nurse Ratched - unable to think outside of her script. The problem did NOT get resolved - absolutely frustrating because common sense could have prevailed.

The lady at the front desk had impeccable customer service. She was on duty the whole time we were there. She was amazing and very helpful. The place is very clean. My biggest complaint is everything is very loud from the A/C to the plumbing. I could barely sleep. I guess if you are a heavy sleeper it’s ok, but if you are a light sleeper, be very aware.

Good experience other than the person in the room next door who kept slamming the door and smoking weed so heavily I could smell from my room, not the hotels fault. Only complaint was that the lawn service woke me up at 6:45am…. That’s a little early to start with loud lawn equipment and leaf mowers.

Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. The rooms are decent sized. They have a sign up that says no noise from 10pm to 8.

There was a strong mold smell from the AC unit . The washer/dryer for guests needs a serious cleaning . There wasn't any covered smoking area so, you deal with getting rained on .

Only issues we had was elevator went done after first day and the was an odd pot smell on the hallway even though they were no smocking rooms

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were wonderful. Elevator didn’t work, but not that big of a deal.

Cleaning and breakfast staff were nice. Breakfast had multiple (4) hot options but it was the exact same things every day. After 5 days it gets old. Front desk staff was not as friendly as cleaning/breakfast staff. Overall a basic hotel nothing too exciting or upsetting just mediocre.

Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Everything else, not very good. Furniture in the room was the cheapest, Ikea has better quality. The hot breakfast was in edible. Cold eggs, over cooked sausage and dry hash browns. Staff was not overly friendly but ok.

Our experience at this hotel was great until the one night we had to get in the pool with our son after a long day at a soccer tournament. A little after 8:00pm, we went to the pool (the main reason we chose this hotel), and there was what appeared to be an entire family who had taken over the entire area with glass liquor bottles and around 15 kids screaming at the top of their lungs the entire time. It echoed into the lobby, and we could hear them from our room on the first floor. The hotel was fine, but they do need to do a better job enforcing the rules at the pool. We had nowhere to sit or swim, it was unbearably loud, there were adults with liquor bottles, so it felt like a waste when we couldn't even use the amenities we paid for.

The refrigerator didn't work and was leaking. Maintenance was not prompt in coming - actually, we didn't want to wait on them, so we just got ice and put it in the fridge to keep our travel food safe.

Front desk staff was super friendly and attentive. Breakfast ended at 930 Friday, thought it was 10/weekend. We got there just after 930 and the lady was cleaning up, she even brought some stuff back out for us when she didn’t have to. Really appreciate that! Room even the floor was very clean. Pool was nice, not muggy like a lot of indoor pools. Would stay again!

Front desk clerk has terrible personality. After driving 7 hours and checking in at 9pm, and friendly face or warm personality would have been nice. She possessed neither of these

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Stone Mountain, and it was perfect for that. While the property is outdated and the elevator was out of order, the area itself was peaceful. The breakfast was fair, and we did enjoy the heated pool!

The hotel was very clean and the front desk lady was very welcoming. The room was nice and clean. The microwave was not in English so we didn’t know how to work so we just kept pressing buttons until it started. The continental breakfast was horrible, the first day their waffle maker was out of order, the next day their waffle maker was fixed, but the waffles were doughy on the inside. The next day the juice was out of order they didn’t even try to go buy a jug of juice, so we didn’t have anything but the water that they have setup in the lobby, but that was not even working right and when I showed the worker that she just kept walking because she couldn’t understand me. Walmart is literally like walking distance from the hotel so they could have bought some juice, but they didn’t care about us having anything to drink. The menu never changed we had the same breakfast from Sunday until Thursday. So if you book hotels based on the continental breakfast don’t waste your time booking here. On the other hand I did share a complaint about my room and the manager came and fixed the situation. The WiFi is horrible too so if you have to be connected to WIFI don’t book here either. If you just want to book a room for a night so your family can swim this would be the perfect spot because the pool is nice and clean and they keep the room the pool is in at very nice temperature so the water won’t be too cold.

It was a good stay however if the TV is on or people talking in next room are marginally loud, we get to hear those and thus disturbing the sleep. So little bit sound proof would be better

I don’t usually do reviews, but this was a really nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The check-in was very fast and efficient. And they text you about different things about check out if you needed anything. It was very clean. I even hand mopped the floor and my towel came up clean.

We had a great experience, other than the elevator making us nervous. We did notify the front desk and did see that it had been serviced in May. Hopefully they can get it figured out. Other than that the kids loved the pool and we loved the room and the service from everyone we dealt with. Very convenient location to the state park and Atlanta. If we come to the area again, we would definitely stay again

We left Araamda Inn because it was a sketchy dump before even checking in, and we immediately booked this beautiful oasis of a hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was so clean, and the breakfast that was served was superb. 10 out of 10!!!

Stay of 4 days- 1st day had to change rooms because cloud of marijuana smoke. 3rd day had to endure cloud of marijuana smoke. Get high just walk around halls of hotel. Do not bring children to this hotel. Complained to management and told I was calling police and actually laughed at me. PS Had 2 small children with us

The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. It has a very good location, especially for visiting Stone Mountain.

Woke up two nights in a row sweating because the ‘efficiency’ air conditioner turned itself off. Left the thermostat on 69 degrees but it felt like 85 degrees in the hotel room!!! Complained to a staff member who did not care in the least about the problem. Also asked staff to clean room and it was never done. Avoid staying here at all costs!

Our flight came in very late and we were concerned we would miss the check in window. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to check in even though it was 230a! The room was spotless and breakfast was delicious. The check out receptionist was also friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff was nice and great location however the hotel had a stale smell, the toilet didn’t work at times and the Elevator broke down ( which was noted in prior reviews)

Things that could be improved- the mattress on the pull out couch was not very comfortableat all!. Bonus**** the battery in our vehicle died shortly after we checked in and were trying to go out. The front desk agent promptly and without hesitation, offered to h3lp with jumper cables and pulling her car over close to ours for the jump. This saved us from what could've been a BIG headache on a family trip with 3 kids.
