    Yes the room for starters had these mini size pillows not even a full standard pillow and then we asked her for more she said they don't have more the who was inoperative the staff was unfriendly the business center was not available to be used.

    We end up canceling the stay because the rooms we booked apparently had some leaks from above from a few days ago. The carpet were still wet, they were running a small dehumidifier to help with the problem but, it was awful. Smells owful and moldy. It was so bad you can't even put a second step in to the room. The receptionist who showed us the room was very helpful and acknowledged that there is no way we were going to stay in those rooms. We immediately called Hotels.com notified them the situation so that they will not charge the hotel any fees. The respone from Hotels.com was also great. We booked another through Hotels.com and stayed there.

    We are being gracious with the one star. When we arrived, the original room wasn't even cleaned. I went back downstairs and asked for a different room. If it wasn't so late in the evening, I would have canceled the entire reservation and found another place to lodge. Also the indoor pool wasn't working. I will never rent here again!

    I like one of the employees and the bed was comfortable. Everything was out of order. The ladies bathroom downstairs, the pool, the ATM machine, the ice machine. Everything you wanted was not working. Then the manager lady wanted to be a bitch the whole time.

An elderly night staff member was approached for a change of room, he , suggested giving me a plunger to plunge the toilet myself. Had to change room four times before requesting for a refund .

    Only the obvious places were clean, dust and dirt everywhere if you look. A/C in the room was extremely loud when it kicked on, and the staff was rude and completely uninterested in discussing anything. Will never stay here again.

There were issues with the television and the lady working the night shift had an attitude and gave us issues when trying to get towels and wash clothes. The breakfast was terrible. Both mornings they were out of most of the food they said they would have available. The elevator has not been re-certified since 2023.

The fridge leaked and the floor was wet. The water didn’t get hot and the pressure sucked. The ad on booking stated the pool was closed in 2021.

    Parking is convenient. Very minimal staff (only 2 people that I saw during my 1 night stay), but they seem nice. Beds are very comfortable and the linens are clean, but rooms are run down and smell like wet dog. Carpets could use a good shampooing to get out the lingering pet smells and the whole place needs new paint and general maintenance. The pool was out of service, as was the ice machine and the alarm clock was broken in our room. The toilet in the bathroom almosts rocks off the floor when you sit on it and the bathroom door handle is coming off. Unfortunately I woke up to a mess of ants crawling all over my luggage and I spent the morning shaking them out and removing them from my luggage. The staff seemed less than concerned about the ants, but I imagine if it's understaffed there's too many other things that need their attention.

    The room service was a second issue. There is no cleaning service on the weekends. We checked in Friday and didn’t have a room cleaned until we returned to the room Monday night. Clean towels are the main issue where we needed to ask for them on Saturday and Sunday. The actual cleanliness of the room and hotel were not an issue.

    Parking was easy for us. The room was resonably clean, but could use a deep clean. While our phone and remote were clean enough, our friends had what appeared to be barbeque sauce or worse. Their remote was filty. Their experience was terrible, they had ants in their bed. Our sheets were clean and plenty of towels. Barebones comforts in room. Bed made a horrible noise like crushing cardboard boxes when you sat or rolled over. The freezer was icebound, but the refrigerator was fairly clean. Unlike our friends who has brown smears in theirs. They gave us their extra food to us to put in our refrigerator. We were on 1st floor they were on 2nd. The young woman at the desk checked us in and out quickly. Very pleasant. We chose this location from recommendation from Stone Mountain group online telling us not to stay near the park go at least to 78. The price was within our budget, but we expect the pool to be open by now. Evidently, its been closed a long time, yet still boast indoor pool. Misrepresented that, tgey did. Carpet was older and had a faint smell. Cutting air on heloed. Very disapoointed. One night stay and we were tired. We did no shopping and ordered food in. The lotion, shampoo, and conditioner was multiuse. I disliked that. I might stay again in a pinch, but not if I had other options.

    This place is trash! The odor throughout the entire place is horrendous. The room was so disgusting with such a foul scent. It had stains on the walls and furniture. The shower head hardly worked. The hair dryer, phone (to try to call the front desk), closet doors, and fridge were all broken. I had requested a room on the top level away from the elevator. I was placed RIGHT NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR. Rotten bananas at breakfast. My key card would not work when I went back to my room after breakfast. I had to go back downstairs (since the phone was broken) to get a new key card with the front desk staff saying "well it resets at a certain time." There were no standard bed pillows, just square throw pillows. The pool was "under maintenance". It was so filthy, so you know the people who really own this place don't want to pay for the routine upkeep. When I attempted to use the hair dryer and could not simply call the front desk to come bring me a new one (since the crappy one was secured to the wall), I decided to towel-dry as best I could with those sandpaper towels. When I went downstairs, I mentioned it to the front desk staff for future guests. When I returned a couple of hours later, the woman at the front said they didn't have any extra ones. But when I returned to my room, a new one had been installed WHEN THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS ON MY DOOR. Someone entered the room without my consent. I will NEVER stay here again.

    I didn’t like anything about the property When I arrived, I went into my first room and it smells like mildew and the toilet did not work. They gave me another room in that room smelled the same, but the air conditioning didn’t work the room that I finally ended up staying in with mediocre at Best it’s honestly not even worth how cheap it is.

    The rooms were in terrible condition phones did not work missing or broken. Half the plug outlets did not work the rooms wer not properly cleaned. Heater was.not operating correctly either to hotnor to cold. When i asked for.am extra blanket the staff would not accommodate me. The breakfast ran out by 7:30 and was not heated well. I had to request for.more food breakfast started at 7 and not many were in the dining room. I feel that i should be refunded for misrepresented rooms and bad service at least partially.

Just talked to each other. There were boxes from Costco muffins that no one felt like throwing away so we moved them to sit at a table because the conversation must been important… We ask for a toothbrush, still sitting in the chair they said they Didn’t have toothbrushes (which was ok, some hotels don’t have them). What made me check out: two beds had one blanket with a yellow stain, the other had NO BLANKET. The front desk manager then requested to inspect my room. When I asked why, she said “to complain to the housekeeper” I said no. They are the lowest paid and working in hospitality it’s the managers fault, not the housekeeper. I’m a guest and she made it about them not me being warm. What a shame! Instead of giving us a blanket, they gave us mattress pads that were so worn (pictures attached). That action spoke louder than words… (I don’t want you here). I think Expedia should honestly not support the poor treatment of this hotel. I was unsure why it came up on my search and had a good rating.

    Didnt get to check in. Facility was a mess. Their poil was closed, elevator wadnt working , womens bathroom was closed off lobby, fire alarms werr goimg off in hallway ot seemed (lights and beeping) rooms werent cleaned orteady at checkin. ready at checkin.

    When we arrived, there was a memo written that stated “The pool was not open.” The indoor pool was what attracted us to the hotel. Once I opened the door to the room I was given, the smell of smoke hit me in the nose. I immediately went back to the front desk and shared with the front desk staff I could not stay in that room with my son. They did give me another room that was okay. When we got up to take a shower the next morning, we could not because the water was cold as ice. The hotel staff changed our room once again. Due to the change with the room, we missed breakfast. There was no accommodation. Also, the elevator inspection was expired and had been expired since 2023. After seeing certain things, I decided not to stay another night and checked out at 3pm. The hotel offered to refund me $50 but with all the inconvenience and inconsistencies, I feel more should have been done. I explained to them I had a sick son and all hotels in the area had no availability.

    Room neglected, needs new bathroom, we were given a wheel chair accessible bathroom with a shower bench which was torn, window drapes falling down, only three hangers to hang clothes, Staff were in attentive. Checked out after 1 night. The manager was nice to refund us two nights.

When we return to the back to the hotel we asked for clean towels and he said okay he will have someone to bring it up, got on the elevator going to the room it popped. so once we arrived at the room the door was locked couldn't use the key so I had to go back down to the receptionist and he had to reactivate the key asked again when we checking out, I responded Monday, but we never did receive the towels and I stayed earlier the elevator pop every time we got on and off. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and we won't never stay there again

I work a lot during nights and I was off these few days so I was up at night because it’s my schedule, but he was sitting out in the chairs across from my room for a while and I did not like that.     The pool was not available the staff wasn't on the same page a couple of other staff members said that we could swim and one of them said that it was up on the maintenance but I wish I was told that before I ran it the hotel I would have stayed somewhere else because my granddaughter and her cousins wanted to swim for her birthday and the carpet in the room had her socks nasty need to be clean it just went worth 390 for two nights as my daughter told me next time I will do my research

    When I arrived there was no one at the desk I pushed the call button and waited no one came so I called the fron desk and someone answered. She was busy elsewhere but she came and checked me in. We got to iur room and opened the door and there was a towel on the fklor on a wet bath mat, as we walked in the bed looked like somone just git out if it., we took oics and went nack to the front deak, were yold House keeping nust have akippwd that room and never went nack to it. So she was quick and nice to give us another room. The sink faucet was loose and c l iaet doors were ogf the tracks. it smelled of bleach but was clean smoke defe tor had a bag over it..we went to check our the indoornpool which was what made me choose that hotel and it had a sigh it was under maintenence. The woman there seemes ti have her hands full and was trying to please people. The next morning at breakfast we met 3 other people downstairs when we told them about our experience all 3 different parties told us they had the same thing happen the room wasn't cleansd and one said it looked like a crime scene but she did give us all a differnt room, however one said their Ac didbt work and others said things were broken or in disrepair. The Main desk staff was kind and nuce, as for the housekeeping staff and maintence they were the worst ive seen evidence of.. everytging looked old newde drepaierd and wasnt really clean excelt the beds they were fine.

    MAJOR concerns which is safety is the elevator. The permit says 9/2023 last inspection. Ugh, I sent email to John King State of Georgia Fire Safety Commissioner. This falls under his office. Lastly, we are all people , why or this oversight laps happen? What if fire broke out ? I know to take the stairs, would others ? What if the elevator falls or entrapments. This would be huge pay day for lawyers and person filing.

Be careful on checkout day as they cancled our key before checking out. Luckily one of us was still in the room. Overall I'd stay again however not my first choice.     Do not stay here unless you want to stay in a smoke smelling, dirty room. Shower curtain was full of mold and the tub was so slimy. There was stains all over the towels. Stab holes all over the walls. Carpet was so nasty with big stains everywhere. As soon saw and smelled the room I went back to the clerk and was told it wasn't their problem. Wouldn't even try to change room. Was told it was nothing he was going to do about it. It was so horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

Stab holes all over the walls. Carpet was so nasty with big stains everywhere. As soon saw and smelled the room I went back to the clerk and was told it wasn't their problem. Wouldn't even try to change room. Was told it was nothing he was going to do about it. It was so horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

    The best thing about it was that we didn’t have to stay. The man at the desk agreed to let me out of the reservation since: 1) they had no rooms clean 2) it was going to be at least a 2 hour wait (we got there at 5:30pm for a 3:00pm checkin), 3) we weren’t going to be able to get the 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds 4) we were going to “at best” (their words) going to get 1 king room with a pull out sofa (for 4 grown adults)… I could go on and on but the most atrocious part was the attitude of the owner who was planning the desk - he had the audacity to tell me they were giving the rooms away as they become available & that it was unrealistic to expect them to honor an online reservation on a holiday weekend (I’m sorry but isn’t that the POINT of an online reservation???). After several minutes I asked if I could just walk away from this reservation without being charged - to which he replied “yep”… so I did. Don’t stay here. Ever.

    I reserved the room for my wife for a 2 night stay. I specifically requested a non-smoking room. However, when she checked in to the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. She used a damp wash cloth to block the smell, but unfortunately she still did not sleep well. The staff did change her room, but she didn't stay the second night because she would be again getting to the hotel very late. She had roughly 5 hour drive ahead of her and didn't want to chance getting a different room that still smelled of cigarettes. She also stated the hotel was very dirty and smelled bad, like an old bldg that has a musty odor to it. Overall it was not a good experience.

We didn’t shower unless we used shower shoes the tub was stained with a big dirty ring! I felt misled and I was in town for a funeral and barely wanted to sleep because I have stayed in rooms with similar type of owners not being funny and they all are the same!     Their website said they have a pool, but it did not say that it was not heated and was freezing cold so you can't swim or that they do not have a filter working on it, so the water was gross. Our first room smelled so bad, we had to ask for a new room. They have not vacuumed the carpet on the stairs in a while. The breakfast was lousy. Not worth the money we spent for two rooms for one night.

    Okay stay for a quick getaway. Great location for shopping, eating, gassing up, and getting on the highway. Breakfast served daily; as long as you don’t mind pouring syrup from a juice container. The pool was filthy as if it hasn’t been cleaned over a year; no pool solution, no clean towels, film standing on top of the water, and dirt build up. The elevators; use at your own risk!!

    The pictures oversell the hotel. They only served waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice and nothing else. Their “hot” breakfast is a joke! The pics show a warmer (to make people think additional hot food) but it was not present. The refrigerator held only milk and butter, no yogurt. There were no muffins, bagels, or fruit either. The room was dingy with burn marks on the sink mirror, several scuffs and splash marks on the walls, the bathroom door veneer peeling, and oil stains on the bedspreads. The floor was sticky. While the room looked tidy (as in someone straightened it) it did not look well maintained or taken care of. I have stayed at this brand of hotel many times and this was not on par with the brand. It did not even meet expectation much less impress!

    The carpets were terrible! Riddled with mold and smelly. The bathroom had visible black mold on the doorframes. The walls were old and cracking. The breakfast was wired. A whole gallon on milk and carton of orange juice in the mini fridge in the common area is what we get for our cereal. The refrigerators in the rooms never got cold. We stayed in rooms 102 and 104.

    The inside of the hotel is old and run down. The TV in our room did not work. I called the front desk and they came to look at it and could not get it to come on either. I was told that I would have to wait until someone came in the following day to do anything about it. We had just picked up food and were planning on spending the evening watching a football game, so I was pretty ticked. The pool area had a busted out window that they didn't even bother to board up and the pool looked pretty nasty. The kicker though was toilets not flushing correctly. I was given a plunger from the front desk to keep in our room and it had to be used numerous times. This was clearly a known issue, as there were toilet plungers on every floor by the elevator, just sitting out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

    As soon as we walked into the room, we smelled a strong smell of mildew/mold. The walls and the ceiling were swollen and had water spots. There was garbage around the bottom of the bed. The carpet was filthy. The towels were dirty and seemed to be worn down and used. The overall experience was unbearable and we could not stay there. We checked out immediately after. A refund would not even make me feel any better about this experience.

    Huge hole in the pool window from the outside. Our room had mold on the ceiling. Parking was right up to the sidewalk and felt unsafe. Hard to get in and out of the parking lot because of traffic. At check in I was asked to confirm what was on the machine and I told the staff member checking me in that it was not me on the screen and he did not believe me until I turned the screen to him and then he hit a bunch of buttons and said I was good. Was a little unsettling.
