Need a little more improvement fix the pool the indoor pool is not open yet!!! Always close !! Ventilation in the hallway need to be checked?? But the over all stay is good!!! Breakfast need improved, and better coffee!!

I couldn’t leave out with my breakfast and I pay my money for me an my fiancé to spend on our time together it’s very inconsiderate and the guest that live last there is rude 228 leaves her door open all night and have little kids when men walks the Hal all night It’s not the property it’s the people that actually live there and some staff

Tv was WiFi connect only in order to work but the WiFi was down the entire time, sheets were dirty and floor was dirty the hot water didn’t work

The floor is in the bathroom filthy.It was definitely not mopped dried up soap. The shower was dirty. The poor area did not have enough lighting. The breakfast was below average.

They was bugs in the bed. Purple reddish hair on everything: towels, pillow case, bed sheets, floors, and sink. It also didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in weeks.

Key card was constantly failing. Only one chair in the room. Breakfast was below expectations.

the location was okay This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working the front desk was unbelievably rude from the moment we arrived. She acted like we were inconveniencing her just by checking in, and any question we asked was met with pure attitude and zero professionalism. Extremely lazy and unhelpful. The room itself was a complete joke. The floors were literally coming up, and because of it, I ended up falling and bruising myself. ( Yes i do have pictures ) It’s unacceptable and honestly dangerous. It wouldn’t be a big deal but imagine if it was an elderly person. On top of all that, this place was loud and disruptive. We had noisy neighbors We were constantly being disturbed — early morning phone calls from staff for no good reason, random knocking on the door throughout the day, and just an overall complete lack of respect for our privacy. This place is poorly run, careless, and beyond unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

The location was good right off the highway. The person at the front desk was nice. The room was really disgusting. It was dirty and and smelly. The lamp shades had mold. The desk chair some type of smears the back. The walls were pealing. There stains or rust or mold on the clock, lamp basses, tv remote. There was part of the wall edge exposed that showed the metal edge protector. The room was over priced for the condition.

Hotel is currently remodeling smells like fresh paint throughout the building. The room door is not secure. We noticed several roaches in the bathroom area and lavatory area.

I also like the convenient door access around the hotel so that you don’t have to go to the front door all the time. The space could have been cleaner though. I did my routine wipe down of the space and there was entirely too much dirt. The room was very dust, stains ( food maybe?) on the curtains and smelled like cigarettes. The floor also needed a good sweeping. There was also hair all over the comforter.

The best part of our brief one night stay was the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. On the flip side, we were given a room with a single King bed, although I reserved a room with two Queen beds. The clerk would not acknowledge that, and refused to exchange the room. I could not get the TV to change channels from Accuweather. The breakfast bar was limited.

Clean but extremely basic. The outside security door was broken, meaning anyone could walk in the building. When we arrived, it was late and there were people walking around the parking lot and they had backpacks. Very suspect.

This was a quick booking while driving through and in hindsight I should have looked more. This is such a dodgy hotel. Woke at 4am after a quick sleep so we could get out of this place. Had an odd smell, beds horrible, never took our socks off and they were black when we left.

The daytime staff and receptionist are always friendly and they look out for their customers. The property is not run down but it’s not 5 or 4 stars either. Regardless you get what you pay for but the staff make up for any issues you might have. Great staff!!

My day was very peaceful and quiet. My check in was simple and easy. My check out was pleasant and quick. I appreciate all that they have done.

Breakfast is just namesake, only 6am to 9am, and practically not refilled after 8:30am. Apples, banana, oranges, oatmeal, eggs were not refilled. Fortunately coffee, waffles , milk, cereal was available. Also can't take breakfast in room, but you can throw in trash.

The room was supposed to have a couch but did not. The cable in the room didn't work. The walls in the room were in bad condition with holes. Won't go here again! Bad look for a quality inn!

It was very noisy. Other guest were talking loudly and children running up and down the hallway. But the worst was it seems that they were moving furniture in the room above my room at 1 AM in the morning. It was a very unpleasant experience. I needed the room due to an emergency with my home plumbing so I dealt with it. But I would never choose this Quality Inn again.

I liked that their pool is enclosed so you can enjoy it rain or smile but it needs to be resurfaced and probably cleaned. My room had a tub. The water at the sink didn't ever get hot, just kind of warm, but the shower did. This place has potential but it's not even worth $100/night. I could have stayed at a lodge.

It was not what pictures portray. I booked 1 king suite let out sofa with patio. Nothing close to it. Hotel is very old smell like smoke, had put chair up to door look like it had been kicked in. Loud talking and noise all night!!! Reserved for 3 nights did not feel safe only stayed 1

This was an ok last minute stay. I wouldn't go again for a few reasons. The king sized bedroom I originally booked AC did not work and the second room offered was a double bed and both bed sheets were dirty. The third room was offered by the only lady who showed customer service at the front desk. I didn't catch her name, but she had red hair and really saved the weekend trip because I was ready to ask for a refund. The hotel pictures were a little deceiving because I thought I was going to get a room with a balcony, but it appeared that only two rooms in the entire hotel had balconies and they were over the pool. Breakfast was ok, but they didn't have much. After I received the new room, I was satisfied for the weekend.

The room was acceptable for a nights rest and break from travelling. The reception area had a stench we noticed during check-in. The morning breakfast was a joke, runny scrambled eggs, there was a tray with only 2 muffins on it that were dried out, coffee was not drinkable, asked for ketchup and there wasn’t any, no jam for toast. We were the first two guests fo breakfast so it wasn’t as if everyone had breakfast before us for them to run out of everything.

The indoor pool, that looked very nice in the pictures, was closed due to maintenance (murky water with various buckets of chemicals sitting around it). All areas of the property looked very “used and abused”. There were several smells that filled the hallways and seeped into the room. I thought I got a “deal” with the price… I didn’t !

Pool didn’t work AC didn’t work tv had to be turned on by staff every time I wanted to watch it. But staff was very attentive.

The staff is very friendly. Had an issue with checking in at no fault of the hotel. The room was clean but definitely had a smoke smell. The TV had a big black line across the bottom where it looked like someone punched it. Could really use an update.

Checked in at 930pm and no one at front desk. Phone was constantly ringing behind the desk. Someone finally came 20 minutes later. Hotel smelled of marijuana smoke so bad it made eyes water. Several lights were not working in bathroom. No vent fan and the sink had been ripped from the wall and was now held up by a 2x4. No towels were provided in the room to dry off. All night long we heard people yelling and talking outside.

Some what noisy. Breakfast options could have been better. We were only like 35 minutes later than when Breakfast was initially starting and just about everything was wiped out and there was no effort being made to prepare more and this was all before 7am. Over all the motel was very clean and the staff was courteous.

Checked in late at night without reservation, but decided to stay for an additional two days. So reserved the Hotel through this site and contacted hotel about my new reservation so that they would know I was staying. I came back late at night only to find all my stuff was gone! Had to wait an hour to get my stuff. Staff stated that it was an honest mistake. And management has yet to contact me about the situation. I will be asking for a refund, since I did not occupy the room that day.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. “The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.”

I was skeptical to stay here because of the reviews but it actually was pretty decent. Aside from the pool not working everything else was great.

Out dated, dirty, broken furniture and tvs. Wi-Fi didn’t work and ac/hester was broken. Bed bugs.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes, linen was not clean. Did not feel safe at this establishment.

Parking lot was very well lit. The room was very clean. I liked the number of TV movie stations that were available. Very quiet. Didn't hear anything around my room. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was a great price so that is the reason we stayed. Upon arrival the halls did smell of weed pretty bad (I had to kids with me). The room itself did not smell and was clean which I was happy about. The location of the hotel was convenient. The pool was unfortunately not heated. The overall condition of the hotel did need some TLC. Service was good. I though would probably not stay here again but it was not a bad experience and it was good for the money.

That was wonderful but obviously lacking proper equipment to do a better job around in that area would recommend for security to be added to the service there.

I left my room early it made me sick

Room was clean, getting to the room was not so good. 3 senior ladies we had to climb the stairs with our luggage. Which wasn't to bad, but the stairs were inside and it was very hot inside no air in the hallways.

When we got to the hotel they had given our room to someone else even though we had already paid for the room. They had room 223 assigned to us but someone else was in it. They brought them to the desk right in front of us and ask them to pay for their room.

The staff tried to charge me way more money, then they tried to say they gave my room which is pictured that it wasn't the room, plus they said wanted me to pay cash for charging me per guest that is in my reservation per guest rate and that a suite was only for 1 person. They made us get out the pool saying close for tomorrow cause a kid threw up, but then had other guest in the same pool swimming. When asked for a broom to clean up they threw us out at midnight cause I refuse to give them more money and I had already paid.

My stay was amazing and very comfortable!!! I will definitely be visiting again

Run down property

Older hotel and outdated. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable, but overall property just comes from a different time. Staff was friendly, bfast was okay. Some fresh fruit would go a long way. We appreciated the newer flooring in the room as opposed to old carpet.

Hotel was exactly as pictured. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good just not enough choices. Indoor pool was heated which gave us a chance to swim in 30 degree weather. Rooms are very modern. The only negative is the smell of weed at every exit
