Didn't eat breakfast They have a 100% no smoking policy, which was not observed.

The location was good. The room was clean. The beds were super high. There wasn’t a closet to hang clothes in or a blow dryer in the bathroom. The breakfast was bad- the standard hotel waffle machine or fruit loops and toast. I was expecting a buffet but this was barely able to be called a continental breakfast.

Location , the staff was pleasant , close to amenities and highway, in a business centre area, sufficient parking. Foyer /Main lobby has a odour of stale smoke, no closets space in any rooms or even hangers to hang clothing (only one hook in my rm), only 2 irons in hotel (you have to go to front desk and retrieve), no ironing boards, bathtub is patched and needs works, beds slide on metal frame (the moment you shift so does the bed), pillows had no fluff, non-existent continental breakfast, only saw waffles (this service is suppose to be included) , asked staff for tea bags for my hot water , and they said they did not have any????? . These deficiencies should be made known prior to arrival for transparency, I would have considered staying elsewhere. I have stayed at this chain many times for business and this is by far the worse location.

The scenery and the people at the desk where very friendly. What i didn't like was the people in the hallway talking loud and arguing with slamming the door.

Clean room. Limited breakfast. I could not get the tv to work because it required an hdmi hook up.

Overall good value, staff was good. Breakfast could have been better for the price paid. Add a meat protein; sausage patty, boiled egg, oatmeal, danish Slight language barrier, as the staff was foreign. Had to ask for them to slow down and repeat what they were saying often.

The elevators was out of order the entire weekend and parking was horrible.

The elevators did not work. We weren’t aware until after booking. The cable is horrible. The staff was not friendly.

Long black hairs on towels. Dirty floors. No furniture in room. Dirty elevators, walls, and ceilings. Elevator was making funny noises then we went to use it again and it was shut down. Very gross place.

Breakfast offering was disappointing and breakfast not ready at 6:00 am.

The room space is ok, it has a queens bed. The room area is good for one person but not much for two people. -The gym is very tiny- 1 treadmill, few 10 lbs dumbbells, another machine for your arm workout in a tiny room, that's all -Breakfast is the worst. Coffee machine is outdated, no tea bags available, no water fountain, the small half and half the use for coffee most of them are expired. -There is only cheap cereals, waffles and butter on the counter and lousy coffee machine. -On their website ads the hotel says "serve continental breakfast"....its a lie -They don't clean or change you bed sheets only when you call and ask for fresh towels and cleaning

The room was clean, but the staff was rude and call 30 mins to 1 hour before check out to see if I was staying over. They called my phone 6 times in a row, the equipment in the gym was to big for the room and didn't work. I went to go eat breadfast one morning and next it the next morning I made it to get food. I got toast and coffee the left ova bread they put back in the bread bag. Thi is there just was not sanitary or sterilized. So because of their rules , I would not go back

I was not happy with the bed. I do not believe they changed the sheet the night before. There were lots of hairs and a brown stain, which was not very cool.

I did not realize how small the rooms were. I don't recall ever being at a hotel without a closet. I guess that's why it is called a Microtel. This was a new concept for me, and it was not what I expected.

However, everything was clean and comfy.

The hotel was very dirty, linen was disgusting. I had to check out the next day because of how dirty it was. I was initially supposed to stay for four days. I do not recommend that place ro anyone. The staff does not change linen from the previous people that stayed in the room. I hope they fix up the place and do better with the cleaning

Where do you start. Checked in, no problem, decent room, etc. Come in from work, Day 2. Bed not made, floor not swept, no clean towels. I took dirty towels to front desk, exchanged for clean ones. Day 3, came in from work, bed was not made, floor had not been swept, but did get clean towels. I stripped sheets off bed, took them downstairs to front desk. Just ses like the houskeeping staff was a little lax.

Blood and hair on the sheets. Had to be moved to a room that wasnt a king bed. hotel is ghetto, and falling apart. no offer for refund or credit. came in at 9pm at night with a booking while traveling across the country. had no choice but to stay.

The location of our hotel was convenient for us. Breakfast was fine...nothing fancy just coffee, juice, waffles, cereal, and bread. PEE In the bed: Our room smelled disgusting! Immediately when we walked in it smelled like something had died in there. When my husband went to lay down in bed late at night after a long night of driving, he laid in a wet spot on the bed. We quickly turned on the lights and discovered a large yellow stain...he had laid in someone's bodily fluid!!!!! We asked to switch rooms and the staff lady took us to a room on the ground floor where there was not a proper window lock. We were NOT staying in a room without a lock especially when we didn't know the area. We asked if there were any more rooms and she said no. So the only other option was to switch mattresses from the room we were currently in, to our old room. The lady explained that she was the only one working so my husband and son had to help her move the mattresses. We ended up staying two more nights (as we couldn't find another hotel with a free room) and the smell never left our room. They gave us a room spray but it did not help. Even with having the window open while we were there to try to air it out didn't help. The bathrooms were not clean either and the floors seemed like they had a sticky residue like they had not been mopped. I would not walk around in my socks let alone barefoot! Not to mention the elevator broke on the last day so we had to carry all our stuff down the stairs. On the way out we asked if anything could be done to compensate for our terrible stay and we were told she had to talk to her manager when they arrived. We were thinking maybe they would take off a night or something....nope....nothing was ever done to right the wrong. We even wrote a letter to management...nothing was done. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had and we have stayed at a lot of places. This place was disgusting!

A 50$ deposit on a 79$ room is crazy , bathroom SMALL bathtub paint chipping , TURN ON THE AC AND IT STINKS. TERRIBLE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

There was a 3 inch gap between the front door and the frame that I could fit half my hand in making me feel unsafe. The elevator inspection was also 3 months months past its expiration date and to top it off the fire alarm went off at 5 am for no apparent reason so we were outside in the wind and rain.

On a positive note, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. Overall, it’s okay for a short stop or quick overnight stay, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort.

The staff was very friend and responsive. They didnt have ironing boards but they did have irons. The rooms and property spelled and looked nice and clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff charged me an extra $116 and then sent me to a room with people already in it. Once they finally found us a room. The wall decoration just fell off the wall right over our head. And all the sheets continuously smelled like smoke even with it being a non smoking hotel.

Everything was very unclean, worn down, and damaged. Both sets of sheets and comforters were stained badly (we had to bring in blankets from our car), nothing had been dusted, and the walls and doors were all beat up.

The hotel is newly renovated and the room is very bright. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There was only waffle, cereal and toast. The drink is only coffee, orange juice and apple juice and milk.

The $50.00 deposit fee is a set up so they can find something wrong so they can keep the entire deposit or some of the deposit I refuse to go back there because of that I got charged $20 for something I didn't cause so I will no longer give this establishment my money and business again

It was very noisy outside. Loud traffic, including a drag race at 1:30am apparently. Breakfast was very minimal, (cereal, waffles, and bread for toast). The room was in very real need of proper repair and should not have been given to any traveler. Someone had done an extremely poor job of repairing the ceiling ant the window and it was stained at the repair. The shower was terrible. The sides were actually peeling, the shower head was leaking, and there were black stains. Not very pet friendly outside. We had to walk our dogs next to the road with cars going by at a fast speed. The upside is that the staff were friendly and the lobby and surrounding areas looked clean.

It was okay, I could hear a man snoring next door- it woke me up. It’s a little older. Just sitting on the bed, or moving in the bed made a crank sound. Drapery is old and outdated and with the wooden floors you hear every footsteps from the room above you. There is a major safety issue with the windows. The windows do open for fresh air, but there is absolutely no screen behind the window which allows for smaller children to fall out of them.

Used this property for an overnight stay visiting family. To sleep and shower arrived after midnight. The room was what I expected, neat tidy clean and sufficient for what I needed. However the shower was mildewed. It needed a good bleaching or replacement. There is also an uncovered air vents directly above the shower.

A few of my fellow neighbors traveled the hall a little loud late, but I opened the door and politely let them know I had a early morning and they quickly apologized and everything else was perfect.

In need of a good cleaning. Crevices in elevator door full of debris and filth. Used soap from previous stays still in the shower. Visible hair in bathtub drain that didn’t have the proper plug. Obvious smell of cigarette smoke from previous stays so wondering if those folks were charged for that violation. Multiple layers of paint covering ceiling including the bathroom vent that had rust showing through. Couldn’t wait to get a few hours of sleep and head back out on the road!

This was by far the worst! The hotel is nasty! IT STINKS! It was so dusty! My first room what’s disgusting, I immediately asked to be moved, the second room was a little better! The smells. We checked out at 7 am! We couldn’t get comfortable. Ppl live in this hotel. It shouldn’t be on this app!!!

My one day stay was okay. The staff was pleasant. The elevator could use a deep cleaning along with the rug in the hall on floor two.

It was clean very nice room

The rooms were okay. Definitely not the experience I have had with Wyndham before . The breakfast was horrible. The break was waffles , toast and cereal . I will never go to that hotel again.

WiFi no problem at all. I got 2 bottles of water on arrival, i had booked for 10 nights. When i asked for more water i was told its 2 complimentary bottles of water, i said but im here for 10 night, was given 2 more bottles. In total i did get 6 bottles of water but i had to ask for them. Information on the pool said its open 9am - 9:30pm.....it was always locked. The photos on your web site look lovely, table, chairs, parasols, lovely pool. Its nothing like the photos. The pool is filthy, no seating, tables , etc. Even if it was open you wouldn't use it. Breakfast was ok, the hot chocolate machine was on at breakfast only. My personal choice would be to have a hot chocolate in the evening. I don't drink coffee so i can't comment on that. The room was ok. The shower curtain was mouldy, i asked for another one which was also mouldy. The hotel staff were lovely and very polite, even when there explaining the complimentary water rule :-) There's no shop at all. 3 cold drink vending machines, and some shelves near reception with a few items.

First they took a photo copy of my drivers license, I asked why and would it be destroyed after my stay. I was told the have to keep it for 3 years. Never had my ID copied in 50 yrs of travel. The free breakfast was toast waffle or fruit loops coffee and really thick orange juice. For the price paid it was very disappointing.

Lots of noise inside the hotel with people arguing in the hall. At 2am it gives me an uneasy feeling.

Definitely a good place to stay for a few days when visiting family. For a micro hotel the room was a decent size. No closet though. Bathroom was actually very clean.

The trip was amazing and the area was quiet. The room was pretty big the bed was extremely comfortable. They do have a fifty dollar deposit in case you mess the room up even if you pay online, so keep that in mind. All in all it was a great trip and we'd definitely stay there again

Breakfast is minimal, needs to be improved. Bread, waffle and 2 types of cereal. No eggs, bagels , muffins,fruit, yogurt. Creamer… very minimal

It was clean and mostly quiet except for people letting their doors slam in the middle of the night we were sleeping but that’s not their fault. It’s in an ok area, we felt safe. Only things I didn’t like was the bathroom was a bit small and there wasn’t much for breakfast considering how much we paid.

The area is quiet.The breakfast options are limited. Great price for an overnight stay.

It was ok for what it was. Clean and decently quiet, was able to park my car trailer with no problem so that made it good.

And the bathroom fan was extremely loud And the door knob in the bathroom almost fell off

I’ve been here for little over 1 month now and my stay here have been relaxing and convenient. Wish they’d given me a better deal if with my extended stay after stay …. Other than that , it’s okay. Staff is great and welcoming.

Proximity to I-75 and price were my reasons for choosing this hotel. I would stay here again.

It was very good

In town from Orlando for a baby shower. Chk in was fast. Parking, lobby, and room were clean. Looks recently renovated. Bathroom and towels new. Comfortable king bed. Fridge and micro. Desk and chair. Noisy a/c, but reported it and they promptly replaced it. Mike, who checked us in and out, and was always there for us, was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

I travel to Atlanta frequently for a specialist doctor appointments..this hotel is very clean and close to doctors only a 3 mile drive to my daughters specialist..hotel is very clean and quiet! The beds are comfy as well! Only downside was most of our channels on tv wasn’t working and they didn’t have a hair dryer

Terrible place, staff not friendly, dirty rooms, free breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels, rooms did not have the amenities compared to other hotels. Would not recommend staying there to anyone.

The property itself is nice. The real issue was the noise. It was constant with the entrance door and/or the room doors opening and shutting every few minutes well into the late night hours. This kept our dog on high alert for most of the night.

The hotel needs to be remodeled and the bathroom need to be fix. The staff need to do a detailed cleaning in rooms, such as dusting, cleaning the mirrors and sweep the hardwood floors. The hotel was dingy.

Bare bones! No place to hang clothes other than a peg on the wall. One desk chair in the room. Bathroom sink has no space to put toiletries. Morning breakfast was waffle, toast, cornflakes and fruit loops. Coffee was instant auto machine with really bad coffee. Could hear people above stomping around, literally all night!

Front desk staff was not friendly. Not sure how this property has a score of 7/10! The advertised soundproof rooms when that’s a lie! It was hard to sleep because you could literally hear the people in the next room snoring so loudly! Stains on the walls and floor boards. They charge an extra $10 per person staying in the room with you. If there were any other hotels available we would not have stayed here! Also housekeeping decided to knock on our door at 8:30am to ask if we needed towels! Most hotels don’t do that so that was annoying because we had to wake up out of our sleep. My fiancée is very pregnant so this whole experience was just a lot on her.

My stay was overnight and after check out I was told that I wouldn’t get my $50 deposit back due to a torn blanket( which is not true). Please take my advice and don’t patronize this establishment due to unfair practices of the staff to withhold deposits.

The rooms were quiet. Housekeeping did not do a good job in cleaning the bathroom. I found several hairs as well some mold on the bar. I cleaned that myself. The bed was comfortable and the front desk was helpful and courteous.

Seemed like a nice quiet location. Plus The Italian Oven, a nice Italian restaurant was about 4 minutes away, Good food n service. A Waffle House, Chic-Fil-a, and a Publix close by.

The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the room is stiff when opened and scraped the floor and gets stuck midway. Upon checkin, they send you a text to welcome you and ask you to use the number for any inquiries. When I had texted to find out what time breakfast was, the next morning, nobody responded. I did have a restful night’s sleep. Very quiet environment.

Completely racism!! Was watched coming in and out my room. Was told 8 ppl came in and out which was only the 5 reserved for. Was demanding to see my room before check out and kicked out of my room because it really was just the 5 ppl and told me I could not stay the last day I paid for. The most disrespectful thing I’ve ever had to go through with my kids.plus bathroom shower has mold in it.

Bathrooms need a lot of work. There are repairs that need to be made and that have been made where the finish work is below industry standard. It's like the owners are only in it for the money very little in the way of standard and quality.
