    I will never stay here again…. It was 3 of us in a room only had clean towels for 2. Carpet needs to be taken up and redone. Toilet barely flushed. A/C unit still attached to the walls and were dirty even though it’s a wall unit. And let’s not forget the room smelled like piss especially the living room area.

    Staff was great and professional. The room was very clean. The only thing is the hotel did not have bottled water in stock. When they heard my complain about it they stocked the concession area the next day. It is located away from the busy streets and in an area of food places and near the freeway.

    Staff were awesome and friendly! They have a restaurant inside of the hotel but I didn’t dine… food smelled good though. There’s a fee for breakfast. Had some issues with the bath towels, they had stains on them. Housekeeping provided new ones and reported the issue to management. The AC is a bit loud when it kicked on. And you could hear other people’s voices when you’re in the bathroom. Overall it was a decent stay

    My stay was better than previous stays .Clean room , hot shower , friendly staff and well kept property.I just wish they would upgrade the rooms like the newer IHG properties and mu only complaints is the tv only has 62 channels and the AC was so loud I barely could hear the tv until it cut off.Other than that it was a good stay.

    Right off of the highway and convenient to food and shopping. The music’s in the public areas was relaxing and the open atrium was nice. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and the room was clean. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room and it was slightly warm.

    The location the room and the space of the room the bed was comfortable the shower was amazing The restaurant was too expensive I was charge $47 for a Cobb salad and 8 wings no fries the next day I went to the wing spot up the street in the plaza and ordered a 10 piece wing combo and a Philly cheesecake combo and a shrimp fried rice for $40 so if the restaurant prices was comparable to surrounding establishments it wouldn’t be empty like it was on the night I dined on Saturday at 8:00 and my tvs didn’t work so I had to be put in another room after calling front desk from and asking for someone to fix the cable problem from 3:00 till 9:45 so we were there for 6 hours with no tv in the living room or bed room

    They were nice at the front desk. It was a last minute booking to change hotels from our previous horrible one. THe rooms were clean, smelled nice, actually had towels in the bathroom. All in all it was a very good experience. The pool smelled strongly of chlorine, it burned our eyes. And the internet wasn't very good. But it was a decent stay.

Took video to front desk they were nice enough to “refund “ but will not answer email from booking.com to complete.     I have booked this hotel for a handful of trips, but rhis last time a few if mybutems where stolen by the cleaning staff. It has been 2 weeks and no one has been willing to call me back to acknowledge and resolve this theft issue. I have reached out to corporate and still no one is willing to come up with a solution. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was serviced only once and only because i requested it. For some odd reason the manager has not been onsite since i brought this issue to their attention. I will not recommend this place given the fact that theres no urgency to solve their theft issue. Management at this location dont seem to care at all. So until this theft issue is resolved, i urge people not to stay here, but if you do, please be aware of potiential theft from staff

    The facility was nice. We liked the set up and the pool. I didn't like it that one staff member said that she would bring us the towels for the room and the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, but then did not. We had to go and get them after about 90 minutes of waiting. Also, we had to hold the coffee maker closed so that it would work.

    The staff in the lounge were so personable and friendly. From top to bottom, everyone was working hard and made us feel welcome. We had multiple rooms and stayed several nights, and all of our rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the suite rooms they are especially nice. We also ate in the lounge two nights in a row. I highly recommend the cheeseburgers, and the salads were fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

    Overall really bad experience. First room, the fridge was turned off, which would’ve meant spoiled food. Had to repack and move to a room that was rejected by another guest, as it turns out. I can see why. The a/c sounded like an airplane taking off every time it turned on. Try sleeping with that. Was woken up at 6:45 by a bunch of kids on trip. Poor soundproofing considering we were on the second floor. Only 2 elevators and no legit stairs access. Between that and one luggage cart, changing rooms and checking out took nearly 30 minutes. At checkout, we were charged someone else’s room service. Front desk staff called the manager who audibly called us liars. Interesting how the charge was made before we arrived at the hotel and before we were booked into that room. Took 48 hours to get a refund and about 6 phone calls. This place is very poorly managed and poorly designed. Too bad too because it could be a nice hotel. Clean and decently modern otherwise. Doubt I’ll ever go back though.

    When we arrived at the front desk to check in we waited for around 10 minutes before calling the hotel and then someone appeared only to tell us about the parking situation. Just include that in the price of the room instead of surprising people when they arrive. 2 out of 3 elevators don't work (the one does work is barely working). We took the stairs with the exception of bringing our luggage in and out of the room Refrigerator in our room didn't work Only one of the ice machines worked Shower worked but driped constantly Both lamps by the bed were broken and tilted over The air barely got cool Luggage cart is SUPER loud going down the hall. All day and night you could hear people wheeling them into their rooms as well as housekeeping doing their rounds. Building overall just smelled musty and was outdated. I know I could have asked for another room but I wasn't going to risk getting moved to another room only to deal with the same problems of the previous room. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE A LIE!

    Finding the hotel was kind of difficult. It is up high above Hwy 138 and can be seen from there but finding how to get up there was difficult. the Holiday Inn sign was largely hidden behind vegetation. One time I missed the turn and ended up on I-75 North. A sign closer to Hwy 138 would be helpful.

I spoke to front desk regarding the water, yet it was never fixed. on my check out day I happened to have a small emergency with my flight, so I requested an extra hour for delayed, but front desk was quit to tell me no even after all the issues that no one helped with, yet I wasn't offered help or any type of solution in return. this is extremely disappointing to say the least as the property sits in an extremely convenient area, but the standard of the hotel is definitely falling apart.

    I have stayed at this property about 4 times already and this time was quite disappointing. The room was never serviced even though I was there for 5 days, towels I had to request them, and when I did get them, some were still dirty. one night there was no power so no ac, no hot water the next morning, the room phone did not work either. one of the nights they were so packed that there was no parking, and several of us had to park on the curves hoping not to get towed. upon arrival for the first time the room didn't seem clean at all, and there was a smell in their elevators to what it appeared to be cigarettes.

    This was my second time staying at this hotel. First time was great and so I expected the same experience. This time, unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel was experiencing issues and so there was no hot water. The room refrigerator was not cold. Other than those issues, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly (even though they didn't tell me my breakfast tickets were folded inside my small room key envelope). I gave a 2 star rating because after a long day of dance competition, a hot shower was needed but wasn't able to get one either day. Hopefully this is not the case for furture stays with other guests.

    Raised bed was a bit too high and mattress was harder than preferred. Even so, would stay there again because of spacious room. Felt more like a bedroom with a private bath rather than a hotel room. The facility is an older building though, so be prepared for noisy pipes and little inconveniencies like having ice only available on certain floors, not each floor.

They gave no apology or offer to compensate us for our trouble. It would be so easy for them to post on their website that the pool was closed.     The food was horrible, plastic utensils broke when used, too much plastic. Frankenfood, processed, unhealthy options. Will never stay in this brand again.

    It was ok, check in/check out process was quick and easy. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary like other Holiday Inns I’ve been too. Could upgrade some things in the room as well.

    The second experience I had at the hotel my last night an employee attempted to enter my room with a couple. He opened the door and if I did not have the metal door latch in use the employee and couple would have entered the room on me. I rushed to door and asked the hotel employee what was going on. He apologized, but the damage was done. Mind you I am standing at the door in my pajamas and the couple is looking at me. First all how embarrassing and not safe. I asked the employee to have a manage call me. No one called or addressed my concerns until i checked out. At that time, I had to make the desk clerk JS aware of the incident. No manager contacted me until 12/5/24. He was very nice, but only wanted to offer me 50.00 dollars refund off my stay at the hotel. I told him I will accept a full one-day refund off my stay for the horrible experience I had at the hotel. I made a formal corporate complaint.

    Very clean, cute pool of the weather was warmer, updated and modern, beautiful foyer and courtyard, breakfast was the best and I'd compare it to the Ritz in NOLA. We will ALWAYS stay here when we're traveling I75/95 South.

    Absolutely terrible. Smoking by door, wait at counter, lack of communication, dirty, elevator broken, over charged, food order inaccurate, credit card questions, credit card gone for 10 minutes, loud pounding on the door at 10:40 P.M., non employee solicitations dubious services, fight in hallway 1:49 A.M. police called, no sleep, afraid to leave until daylight, no breakfast voucher, extra charge for breakfast, we left without a proper breakfast to get the help out!!!!

    I would have given it 5 stars, but I spent hour researching a hotel with a hot tub for us, we had a very long drive before checking in, and needed the therapy, but when we got there, found out it had been REMOVED. The heated pool was COLD and they didn’t alter the web description. Deceiving. The bed was very comfy, though, restaurant made great food and all in all it really was a lovely hotel. A little noisy with the bar open and sound traveling up the center corridor, but we were tired and and had a good night sleep. Thought the breakfast bar was complimentary, but at $14/ person, we went elsewhere. Just felt they could have been more transparent in hotel description. Very clean
