    The hotel did not honor the reservation. Upon arrival, I was given a room with just one bed and a small sofa. The sofa bed was very narrow, sleeping only one person. We arrived late, and no other room was provided. My two daughters had to sleep on the floor using the sofa cushions and mattress. We had to ask for bedding because none was available in the room. The next day, I asked them to honor my original reservation, but the staff members were unfriendly; they told me that was the room I had paid for and there was nothing they could do. From his office, the manager instructed them to tell me I could have the correct room for an additional amount of money. After considering the situation and wanting to avoid escalating the conflict, I decided to pay the extra amount. Later, I noticed my credit card had been charged twice that amount. I asked them to check this, and they told me they would only charge once and that the extra charge on my card would disappear in a few days. I hope that turns out to be the case.

There were long stretches when I couldn't connect at all, and others where the streaming services would have to buffer.     The only positive aspect was the location. It was convenient to nearby areas, but even that wasn’t a standout or memorable feature. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, we were not informed that there was no hot water. For the first 24 hours, water service was inconsistent, and we did not have reliable hot water until the evening of the second night. This should have been clearly communicated upfront. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The countertops were not properly cleaned—my wife had to spend significant time scrubbing them before we could even use the space for a meal. The room itself had multiple maintenance problems. The bathroom door knob was installed incorrectly, allowing the door to be pushed open at any time, which is a clear privacy concern. One of the windows was also in poor condition and appeared to be falling apart. Additionally, the environment was unpleasant due to constant smoke from neighboring rooms (both cigarettes and marijuana), which made our room smell consistently like smoke. The TV experience was also frustrating, with excessive ads making it nearly unusable. Overall, while the exterior of the property looks nice, the quality does not carry over to the actual stay.

    The room was clean and spacious. Nice kitchen space, with a simple area to work or relax. The only issue was the walls are very thin. You could hear everyone and everything. It was like being a dorm room.

    Rooms are very big withe all new furnishings! I was not pleased with getting a call from the front desk when sleeping to see if i was cooking? Totally unprofessional! At check in i was not given the room i was told it was available! When i tried my key to get in the building it did not work!

    The dishwasher was not working, and despite reporting this to the front desk, no one attended to the issue. More seriously, we found a cockroach on the bed inside the bed linen. This is a serious hygiene and health concern. I provided photographic evidence to the front desk, yet no action was taken. Additionally, the bed linens were stained upon check-in, there were no toilet rolls or body wash in the room, and only one plate and one spoon were provided. These basic standards should not be lacking in any hotel accommodation. Due to these multiple failures in cleanliness, service, and room preparation, the amount paid for this stay was not justified. I am therefore requesting the immediate refund of my deposit. I expect a prompt response and resolution of this matter.

The person helping me was in training with no supervisor present, which made the situation even more frustrating. The room provided was very small and could not accommodate three people as needed. Because the reservation could not be honored, I received a refund—but I did NOT receive the full $125 that was supposed to be refunded. Overall, this was poor service, and I am requesting that the remaining $125 be refunded immediately. Thank you.

    Was over charged for my visit. I paid ahead and put the security deposit up front. During my stay they charged over $600.00 to my room and when I questioned it turned out a miss charge to my room. 5 days later and still didn’t get credit. Definitely filed fraud charges through my bank. Beware!!! Miss Management at its worst. The guy couldn’t even talk to me.
