We always stay here when visiting family in VA. They are also pet friendly and we brought our new puppy.

Attractive, very nice decor. Super comfy bed and great shower! Though the breakfast area was comfortable and the food was pretty decent, the morning reception person was on the phone gossiping loudly the entire time we were eating making for a somewhat unpleasant atmosphere.

My room was clean and comfortable ! I was close to the elevator but very quiet . Staff were very polite .

Room smelled a bit musty or like it had been smoked in at some point. Shower ceiling looked like the floor above was/had leaking (possible mold on ceiling). Property is a bit outdated but not terrible. Overall, ok stay.

This is an excellent hotel! Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great condition and clean everywhere (lobby area and room). Breakfast was great with so many great options. There is a ton of parking too.

Great location. Convenient to many options for food and shopping. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in my room was missing the basket to put the coffee pod in so we couldnt brew coffee in the room. Really not a huge deal since there was hot dark roast and light roast in the lobby.

My biggest concern when staying somewhere is cleanliness. The room was super clean and the breakfast area was very clean even when busy. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Plenty of parking and easy check in and check out.

Breakfast is plentiful and fresh with good options. Parking is easy and lighted. Staff is very friendly. I bit hard to get to the location, but there are a lot of new offerings very close and within walking distance.

Our room was so comfortable and quiet. The onsite staff were remarkably helpful and the airport shuttle worked really smoothly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which varied in offerings each day. Having access to a guest laundry was so nice while traveling for over four weeks. The onsite pool and fitness center were also a plus.

Breakfast was good! However, I prefer scrambled eggs instead of the omelet. The omelet was a little rubbery. Everything else was good. I think the snacks (soft drinks, water, chips, candy bars, etc.) in the lobby are outrageously priced. That was a disappointment.

The room is fine, it was standard. The hotel is in a little bit of a confusing place, surrounded by condos/apartments. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our time there.

People were running down the corridor at 1AM running and screaming (group of young adults in groups, in their 30s and 20s), making it very hard to fall sleep before 2AM. No one in the hotel did anything about it-I guess they had no cameras in that particular corridor, or were not paying attention at that time of night. Moreover, the room doors on the ground floor are not soundproof at all, making it possible to hear almost everything happening in the adjunct corridor. More over, room service did not take place for my room once during my 3 night stay for some unknown reason.

first, the staff are very gery friendly. however inside the room thete is no water or anything. when we asked i was tols that i need to go down to the reception to get a bottle of water !!! Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb help.

I stayed here one night before flying out. Bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. I had an early flight and was on the 5AM shuttle, and the driver was very courteous.

This trip I left my AirPods in my room. I had not realized it until I was too far to go back to get them. The staff went out of their way to locate them, and get them returned to me. Thank you Hampton Inn Dulles - Cascades!!! You guys are great. Keep up the good work! Another reason to make Hampton Inn my go to Inn!

I have booked the hotel from Friday evening till Monday 11 AM. As I was flying from SLC I reached there Saturday morning at 07:00 AM. And they made me wait 30 mins and assign me a room stating as I showed up late , they need to get and assign me a room which requires some changes in the portal, that the very bad experience for me. Please look out for this.

Overall a nice place to stay. The breakfast was good, the rooms were fine. The pool was not heated but felt refreshing after a long day in the city. I had two critiques: 1-there was not really a way to get clean drinking water. the hotel had a coffee bar and there was hot water and there was also an ice machine but the water machine was only turned on during breakfast hours or you had to pay $4.00 for a bottled water. 2- the hotel advertised it had free shuttle to the airport but that was only for specific hours and times. One shuttle at the top of the hour- 15 minute drive. We were able to get a shuttle for our return flight but the uber to get there was $70 for the five in our party as the shuttle service ended at 10 pm and we landed later then that. We were able to walk about 10 minutes to a bus stop- the bus took roughly 30 minutes to metro station and then train took 60 minutes to down town Washington DC. This ended up costing $ $ $ 16 per person round trip for the day ( 2.25 x2 for bus fare and then we bought a metro day pass for $ 13.50). Overall a great hotel just those two things to keep in mind when considering where to stay outside the main DC area.

The water in the shower was never hotter than luke warm and occasionally it was totally cold. The blow dryer was very weak. A nightstand drawer would not close. The power outlets in the bathroom did not get my flat iron hot enough for me to straighten my hair. There are many problems with the basic amenities at this hotel.

Room was not cleaned every day, night out shades did not work properly. I worked nightshift during my stay and had a hard time blocking the sunlight. I would also suggest staff have ear pieces if they require a radio, radio chatter was load a kept me up

The hotel was good, now it needs basic maintenance and it's lacking it. The cleanliness is not terrible, but it can be improved, a lot. The most important, the air, please change the filters, people! and clean those AC! I slept in a freezing room, because the moment I started the AC, it blew tons of dust and bad smell, to the point I preferred not to use it at all.

My main issue was the front desk did not inform us that rooms are not cleaned daily and also we were given handicap room and high we never requested. I will compliment breakfast staff I didn’t realize that they didn’t have bacon on our first morning and without my asking she made me a plate. I appreciated that. We had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold options. The only downside was our room had a musty odor when we entered and the air condition unit in the room was very noisy. Otherwise, it was fine.

The people at Hampton were very kind and helpful. I was disappointed that the Expedia room I had been given was for handicapped. The room was clean, but had a strange odor. The desk manager was kind enough to switch our room.

No one came to clean our room, make the bed or leave clean towels. The excuse was we had to ask for it or it was done every other day. That is unacceptable, when my family members was there a day before us & had these item completed each day for them.

Construction of residential units all around hotel, but not in process during Fri & Sat of stay, so very quiet. Disappointed that pool was under construction/renovation. However booked via Expedia so can't Hampton for not mentioning. Bed was comfortable so no real complaints for short stay.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Solo traveler in town on business and booked the hotel as a budget option, so I was pleasantly surprised by the value. The downstairs lobby is updated and any staff I interacted with were gracious. None of the hot items included with the free breakfast are anything to write home about, but it’s definitely a perk to be able to grab a free coffee/ tea and toast yourself a bagel.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the breakfast was consistently wonderful! We had one or two small issues during our stay, Rohitha was helpful, accommodating and kind. We will definitely return to this location.

Hotel is very nice, but it is in a sort of redeveloping area -- lots of cleared lots with fencing round them. Nearby shopping areas have plenty of vacant storefronts. Seems like an era in transition.

Hotel was perfect! We got stranded due to weather and our flight got cancelled coming back from our Hawaiian vacation so finding accommodations for a family of 4 with young children was critical at midnight. Comfortable beds, nice room, really great hot breakfast the next morning was just great! There was construction around the building but we didn’t hear anything. Highly recommend this hotel and close to IAD airport. Shuttle or Uber away!

The room was bright, spacious and clean great score on room. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was the absolute worst. We greatly appreciated the self service laundry facility. Good shuttle service.

Cons: In our (accessible) room, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay open (even after requesting a larger shower curtain) and water would end up getting on the floor. Closet was small. Signal was poor so I had to take a few calls from outside the hotel.

They couldn't find my reservation for awhile. Finally did. It's very cluttered and hard to get around near the hotel due to a large amount of building construction going on.

Beds feel like you're sleeping on a board and pillows are flat even with multiple pillows. Hotel was clean but confort wise was terrible no sleep for 2 days. You pay all this money plus a deposit for 2 days for you not to get any sleep because it's extremely uncomfortable.

Construction damage road. Uncomfortable bed and pillows

Great hotel - the fastest check-in I have ever had. Room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back.
