Room was clean. Lighting was good. The staff were polite and helpful. It was quiet and I felt safe. The down side, you had people smoking weed in the elevator and breezeway. We would stay here again

So we were driving back from Orlando and stopped for the night. I was driving so my husband made the reservation for 3 rooms for our family. When we arrived we found he had accidentally made reservations for 2027. We were able to book 3 more rooms and the hotel itself is fine but we have not gotten our money back for the 2027 rooms. It would be different if we didn’t pay for 3 other rooms. Yes it was a no cancellation and we didn’t want to cancel. Just needed to stay in 2026. How can you just take our money on a simple mistake? Expedia tried but no luck.

Room was non smoking, smelled awful, tub looked like it was 80 years old, air did not work, pets are to be free here and I was charged! Awful ! Drive 30 more minutes for better hotels!

I think this place has a reputation of being run down and old , but it is totally refurbished and a great stay. The staff are very nice and attentive.

Friendly and very helpful staff. And the room was nice and clean, plus enough coffee for in the morning I really appreciate.

Expedia pulled the bait and switch on the booking and wouldn’t correct the mistake when immediately notified.

I thought the area around the hotel was unsafe. First day there I found a syringe in the parking lot. Coffee machine was terrible.

The hotel needs major updating, but I guess that's what you get for $99. Bathroom was not clean. Beds were fine.

There’s no pool, there’s no vending machines, the AC takes almost all the power of the room no mini fridge and our biggest thing was there where pubes all over the bed when we checked in. GROSS!!!

It was cheap and conveniently located near the highway. The morning coffee was surprisingly decent. It was old and needed updating. The room was quite small.

Everything about this hotel was poorly maintained. Peeling paint, empty shampoo and bodywash dispensers, dirty carpet, poorly functioning toilet, and some of the worst coffee i've ever had.

The dog area and doors opening directly outside your door without an inner hallway are perfect for dogs and unpacking. The pet fee is the most reasonable of any hotel we have stayed in, especially since we have two dogs. Also, some pet friendly rooms appear to be the worst rooms in the hotel, but these did not. When we went into the room, I realized I hadn't booked a premium room with a refrigerator, which was my mistake. The receptionist found a premium room with a refrigerator for us that was actually right next to our room. The location is great. It's right next to the freeway and has several casual restaurants only 1 mile away. We stayed here about 3 years ago and enjoyed every part of our stay. It appears though, that not a lot of upkeep has occurred to maintain the rooms. The sink area looked new, but the bathtub/shower could stand to be replaced. It looked dirty, which appeared to be due to its condition. My cleanliness rating was mostly based on this.

The vent was hanging from the ceiling not plugged in. There was a gap between outside and inside from the maid door. Told front desk. Who knows if it got passed on. I doubt it. Never again. We have had good stays at RR Inns. Before. Very unhappy

Well... we needed a bed for the night and we got that. The toilet wasn't bolted down and rocked when you sat on it. In the listing it said "vegetarian breakfast" which we thought meant fruit, coffee, juice, maybe a bagel.... there was nothing. Not even coffee. It was suggested that we go to Dunkin Donuts.

The air conditioning was okay and parking was fine. Would have liked the vegetarian breakfast that was advertised but I guess good coffee is vegetarian.

There was no breakfast. The location was convenient. No smoke detector. Stayed three days and never saw house keeping. Had to go get our own clean towels. Electric socket didn’t work. The toilet seat fell off the first night. No coffee in room for the third day. Worse experience I’ve ever had.

First off, get here late at night after 7 hours of driving…they couldn’t find my Reservation 😵‍💫. After almost 3o minutes it was resolved. No place to safely walk your dog here. But if in the area, we will stay here. Some sketchy stuff going on in area though. Be Safe!

It was subpar and we paid way too much for this room. Burns spots on the linens… we have pictures…mold in shower, curtains full of holes, it is what would expect and have paid for a $39.00 room.

I will definitely stay at Red Roof Inn's again. The room was comfortable and the price was right. Felt safe, the parking lot is lit all night. Only down side was the soap dispenser was empty in the shower, so my body got a shampoo!

You get what you pay for. It was just a place to rest our heads during along commute. We were placed on the bottom floor and needed to block the door with a chair while we slept for safety precautions. There was a small group of people that were partying 4 doors down and we could smell pot.

As I was offended by the manager, I contacted Red Roof guest relations, they replied my request 15 days later, a week after I've checked out and informed "unable to offer any resolution. The matter is considered closed with our office and unable to further assist" First time I hear a case is closed or resolved through single party. I have been loyal guest of this hotel for many times, but completely disappointed by their poor management style recently. The manager talked to me in a manner like I'm his son or someone he can give order to. He probably owns the hotel, but it's community and travellers rise him up. I've been to many countries and feel astonished to be treated in hospitality industry in the best country of the world . He has never in person apologize for what his improper manner and rude communication style. A big surprise, and I promise myself will not visit this place again.

I really like this Red Roof plus. I can walk to a Chinese restaurant, or a grocery store even have pizza or Italian food. All with in walking distance. There's a circle K about 100 yards up the street to fill the tank and get coffee in the early morning.

Room smelled incredibly damp/mildewy. Mediocre cleaning job. Depending on what side of the property your room faces, you have a storage facility (quiet) or a freeway (not quiet). Would not stay here again, mostly because of the way the room smelled. I'm shocked none of us woke up with a headache the next morning.

We were not impressed. 1 ant, 1 hard shell bug, 1 tiny worm. No toilet paper. One corner of the room had a bunch of black stuff. 2 lights flickered when touched.Great shower, the bed was very comfortable even though it tilted down at the head and up at the feet. Will not stay again.

had book two rooms through hotels.com, they had no record of two rooms. finally gave me a second room i paid they gave me two sets of keys,all was good then got a phone called to come to desk got there and she said she only charged me for one room i said $115 was for one room she said yes so they charged me another $91, but then at 10:00 got a phone call asking if i was going to check in told her i already had. got home pulled out my print out when i made reservation did ask for two rooms and was quoted $183.24 it was a mess very stay at red roof again ceiling was peeling noise was real bad and hard beds wa not very happy staff is so mixed up

The floor was sticky. There was a big wet spot on the carpet between the beds. The bedsheets were dirty(not just a small old stain on it...it was cruddy! To top it all off the satellite TV didn't work. Anyone traveling with kids NEEDS a TV 👿 oh and the shower leaked

I have been staying at this facility for several years. It has improved greatly over time. I am always pleased with the experience.

Convenient location and very clean. Location is adjacent to the interstate which carries a lot of noise. The property is older, and the rooms are outdated - but cleanliness and comfort are A+

First time. Nice.

The tv didn’t work. Asked for help to resolve, he didn’t care to. Started looking around the room. Stains and spots all over the sheets, pillow cases and pillows. Looked like bed bugs. At first asked for a different room until the discovery. WILL NEVER stay at a red roof. I’m not fancy but I also refuse to sleep in filth. Revolting. How a motel could even be open with a room that looks like that, blows me away. The guy at the front was rude and when I said it looked like someone had been un-alived in there, he actually agreed with me. This will absolutely be a google review and I have pictures. This place should be condemned

I had ants in my room,remote barely worked and the shower looked dingy was very uncomfortable

The beds were hard as rocks. Front desk not friendly. Showers screamed when used. Air is room very stagnant and hard to get air to work.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and very used you sunk down into it and no matter the direction you tried to sleep your lower body was above your head they did not have a refrigerator or anything in the room it was just overall just blah a lot of noise around the area .. will not return in the future we ended up checking out early !

Very clean. Was nice and quiet. And i really loved the sink.

We've stayed here before. Good for 1 night in our road trip. The room is clean, good size and quiet. We had to switch rooms initially because the fridge didn't work. Otherwise everything suited out purpose.

Checked in with my Visa...clerk said didn't go through and I said it did....then tried debit and it went through. Checked my visa account and showed clerk it also went through...he then said he put it back on my xard

Property was dirty, rooms had stagnant smell, air filter was clogged with dust. 3rd floor ice maker not working. Cold water was not working in sink. Random hair found throughout the room and staircases. People smoking outside the rooms. Overall bad experience. So many things wrong. I feel like the manager shouldn't need to be made aware by a guest the obvious failures. This is pure negligence.

This property was clean and staff was friendly. They DO NOT have EV charging as it says on expedia.

I'd say the desk clerk was surly, but in order to make that observation, he would have had to speak, and apparently he wasn't willing to do so. When I arrived, he asked for my ID, and while he processed the paperwork, he said nothing. When it came to directions to my room, he just waved his hand in the direction of the lobby door. Since all the rooms had numbers on the doors, it wasn't that hard to find. I don't need a hug when I check into a motel, but I do expect more than a grunt from the desk clerk. The room was filthy. I'm not a forensics expert, but I'd be willing to bet that in at least three places in the room there were spots on the walls and/or floor that looked a lot like dried blood. Motel property was sketchy at best; I took ALL my belongings from my car into the room with me for fear my car would be burglarized; there were several unsavory characters milling about in the parking lot. I wasn't terrified, but if I were a lone woman, I would have been. I will never stay at this property again.

Comfortable room - upgraded since last year's stay - will stay again

Requested a handicapped room and it was very nice. Shower was excellent and everything was as it should be for that type of room. Only little complaint was the mattress has seen better days. Little lumpy on the side. Moved to the middle and all was fine.
