It was a wonderful stay my kids loved the pool to getting up and having breakfast. Staff was beyond nice definitely would come back .

We enjoyed the pool. The bed is a little more firm than the other Holiday Inns we have been staying at. It was probably medium, and I prefer soft. This was a good property at a convenient location.

Just a pit stop on the way to Georgia. Always a friendly staff . I just wish the beds were not so high . I have such a hard time getting in and out.

Nice clean place to stay-excellent breakfast! Our coffee machine in the room did not work and the entry/dining area was freezing! People were taking their food to their rooms to eat. But a lovely hotel!

The staff was by far one of the friendliest staff I’ve been around in the last year that I’ve traveled. Very welcoming and accommodating. Made sure I was contacted and aware I left my wallet on the counter check in. From the front desk to the wonderful lady who did the breakfast area. Super pleasant! We have used this property 2 times in the last year as a midway point to travel south the visit family. Haven’t been disappointed in either stay!!

Some of the staff (not all) were really rude for no reason and not to just me, to my group that I was traveling with. When I checked in, the woman at the desk gave me a paper to sign for my nightly fee which was $157.00 plus taxes. The hotel did not charge that on card, it was over a $400 charge! When I asked about it, another woman at the front desk she didn’t give me much details about it and said it was a hold incase the room was damaged. The room wasn’t damaged and I did not get my money back from it!

This hotel is good, but not excellent. The breakfast is pretty lackluster. You can tell that the building has seen better days, but it was clean and our room is ready on time. Customer service was good as well.

I had a great weekend, super hot shower, great shower pressure. Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfest was also good 👍 👌

Staff was excellent. Hotel was noisy. Not with people yelling but just overall movements. You can hear everything. Tv was not working but that wasnt a game changer for us. Breakfast was good. I would consider this hotel for future stays if I had to but the noise from everyday movement in rooms above us and in hall may deter me. A+ to staff though.

Overall, not a bad stay. The public areas could have been cleaner. The rooms were clean though. The noise from the interstate was very loud - they do provide sound machines in each room. The breakfast was okay. Pancakes were strange and rubbery though.

I have been double charged for a stay at this hotel on Feb 28-March 1. I booked thru Expedia. Hotel then charged me for the stay as well. Multiple calls to this establishment have not resolved the issue. They acknowledge their mistake and have promised me a credit. It has not happened. Won’t return my calls or email. Visitors should be vigilant.

We needed a last minute hotel while traveling and they got us right in. The staff was amazing!!! It was nice and quiet and as we stay in hotels a lot this was one of the most comfy ones we’ve ever stayed in!!

TV had to started with staff assistance. Bed is like climbing Mt Everest. Toilet is almost on the floor - a tall person will have difficulty getting up from it - no hand assistance at all

The first room we wers assigned had a nonworking TV. We were then assigned another room. This one smelled like cigarette smoke. The desk attendant apologized profusely, and assig ed us to a 3rd room. She then reduced our bill for tge inconvenien ce.

This Holiday Inn was clean and modern. The Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint about the property is the Interstate noise due to it’s close proximity to I-40, but it is a very convenient location and was a nice room for the price.

My team had to suffer no hot water all but the last day of their week at this hotel. I spoke to the hotel itself to see what could be done and they said nothing. I spoke to Hotels.com and they tried to speak to the hotel and still were unable to do anything. Very unsatisfied for my 4 employees working hard and unable to fully rest in this hotel.

This hotel was fabulous. when we first walked in we were greeted by a smiling clerk who was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled great (as was the hallways), the bed mattress was perfect.

The staff was super friendly. The bed linens and towels super clean. The bathroom floor in Room 214 could use repair. The top of the beds could be dusted. The pool was very clean. The work out room was small but had some great machines. Breakfast was great and had many options, even some gluten-free options. My biggest complaint was hearing heavy, stomping. That shook the room at 4:00am and 6:00am in the morning.

Super convenient to highway, several restaurants nearby. Good space, clean. Problem with beds being too high for my 78yo mom; they are bellybutton high for me at 5'3". Front desk quickly produced a step stool. Hoping for no falls during the night!

At 9:10am, housekeeping knocked 2x on the door, an proceeded to walk in the room without even announcing herself. She immediately exited when she realized the room was still occupied. 1st of all she should have announced herself prior to entering, an allowed atleast a min before entering. 2nd check out is 11am. 3rd the do not disturb sign was on the door. 4th when I called the front desk, someone immediately picked up the phone an placed me on hold. You can atleast acknowledge the call, then advice the caller your placing them on hold. When Maria did return to the line, she just advised ok i'll talk to housekeeping. She offered no apologies, etc.

There is ZERO insulation between floors and walls. From hearing toilets, to doors slamming, to the jolly green giant abv us causing us to call the front desk, police car chases, cars all night long on the street below, sleeping was IMPOSSIBLE. THEN WE REQUESTED LATE CHECKOUT AND AT 8:30am housekeeping kept pounding on the door.

Front checkin clerk was indifferent to our needs.

What a wonderful place to stay! The beds and pillows was so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly! Parking was easy with plenty of restaurants and other stores nearby!

After spending two weeks on the road in various hotel accommodations this hotel by far has has been the nicest and cleanest. As soon as we walked in we could smell and see how clean and well cared for the common areas were. The linens and bed was oustanding. Keurig coffee maker was wonderful. Staff was courteous and tended to our needs. The breakfast was great. Breanna and Kara show great care in preparing the continental breakfast and were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Both nights the room above ours had running and stomping all hours of the night, when brought to the attention of the night desk person they kind of shrugged and said tell them in the morning. When told in the morning they didn’t say anything.

We just stopped here on our way from OH to GA & only stayed about 11 hrs to sleep. BUT we had a very quick check in at around 9pm, the receptionist was very nice, & our room was ready. My biggest thing in a hotel is cleanliness and the room smelled clean & looked clean right away. Everything was very good! Only tiny complaint is how thin the walls/ceilings are and with it being close to the highway you hear everything. But didn’t ruin our stay!

Pool area was really gross. Looked like someone has opened a diaper all over the deck. Chairs were filthy, tables were dirty. I had to use a towel to sit. Smelled awful. Kids only started a few minutes. Beds were fine, we appreciate the pull out as an extra bed and all extra bedding was already there. Haven’t had the breakfast yet but fingers crossed.

Bed was comfortable. We booked this hotel for the pool but the pool was not even in operation so that was disappointing.

Friendly staff and a very comfortable bed to sleep in, but the bed was far too high for my wife to climb into (she’s 5’3”), and the left side of the bed was terribly squeaky. The toilet was wobbly and way too low; it felt like it was designed for a kindergarten classroom! The shower was lovely and allowed for a nice temperature range and strong water pressure! The elevator was rickety and a little dirty and the 2nd floor hallway smelled of marijuana smoke. The breakfast area and food selection were quite nice - your standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast choices. Overall, an “okay” stay, but not what we normally expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Upon arrival, waited to check in, received the guest room keys. After entering the guest room, I noticed the toilet was running and would not flush, called down to the front desk, was advised to come back to see about getting another guest room. Guest room was on the same floor as previously given. The view was of I40. The condition of this guest room was also clean. Concerns I had were minor, not having instructions to operate the TV and the recess lights along the headboard; I like sleeping in the dark, not knowing until my last night the light switch for the recess lights along side the headboard was on the other side of the bed “marked RESET”… had no idea. Better communication to the guest would have helped having a goodnight sleep.

The room was large and clean. The beds are really high so if you’re short they can be a little challenging. But the beds are very comfortable and the hotel was quiet, allowing us to get some good rest before driving on.

Nice safe location

The property was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I could not hear the other guest next door, so it was quiet. I would recommend, because I have stayed there twice on the road between Nashville and NC. Plenty of places to eat, a pizza place basically in the same parking lot, and there is a full grocery store across the street with a Starbucks.

This is a nice clean Hotel. The room had still lots of room to walk even with 2 beds in. Smells clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable . Easy to park.

It was an good stay overall

About an 2 hours after check in, my family and I went to get in the inside pool, which was rather cold for an inside pool, then without warning the fire alarms were going off we all had to quickly gather and make way to front door to then find out “oh it was just a test” so no one could have told us that was coming soon after check in?! Very inconvenient for sure!! They were also pulling breakfast items from the counter with 45 minutes still to go.

Beds too high, platform then box spring and thick mattress, every turn the bed squeaked. Early morning there was lots of conversations near our door, it seems like staff. The place is old smell like Indian spices. I wonder if the owners live there.

The traffic noise from the elevated highway plus the road near the hotel was horribly loud. I wondered why there was a noise machine in the hotel room and quickly realized why. Even the noise machine couldn't mask all the revving engines, motorcycles, etc

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly.

All of the employees were super friendly¿and happy! Very clean! The cinnamon rolls at breakfast delicious and worth every calorie!

Anyone walking above us shook our room so much we couldn't sleep. They weren't being annoying, just walking. I can't believe how awful this hotel was---there was no padding or noise control and EVERYTHING shook. You pay to sleep and you CAN'T!!
