Room and hotel was decent. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the mattresses are put on top of what looks like metal cabinets , where the mattresses hangs off the sides ..

Appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator, used them both. Price was half what other hotels in area were charging. It was within walking distance to several restaurants. TV guide on remote didn't work; should provide a printed tv guide. No tissues in room or bathroom. Hotel obviously hasn't been renovated in years, but I was basically just there to sleep so didn't really care.

The hotel and the room were very rundown. Room was clean but there was a musty smell that permeated the common areas as well the room. OK for a clean cheap place to sleep for one night.

I returned to my room and felt something sticky on my heel. I didn't remember stepping on anything on the carpeted hallway and so I mistakenly rubbed my hand on my foot to see what it was (I should've looked first). If I had looked first, I probably would not have had to was the poop (yes, literally crap, fecal matter, doo doo was on my foot). After washing my hands, feet, flip flops, I informed the front desk manager that there was poop in the hallway (human or animal, I have no idea. It is a pet-friendly hotel), and that I had stepped in it. To which he replied, "I'm sorry that happened to you." Offered no further assistance and went back to working. Very disappointed and will not be staying at a Red Roof in the future and hope others can avoid having an experience like this one.

I have stayed at this red roof Inn over the years and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. the room was clean, but they never came in the next day to take care of it. The toilet didn’t flush completely. There was no hot water in sink, no tissue box of any kind I had to use toilet paper if I needed a tissue and the fact that it doesn’t have an elevator did not make it easy to take my belongings up the stairs. I will not use this hotel in the future.

Our view wasn’t that amazing, but I think it was fine where it’s located. But the window with the view we saw a homeless encampment right outside. Both of the mattresses weren’t the same, and one was more comfy than the other.

I really didn’t get to eat breakfast. I was out too early. The room had a kind of a smell to it. I don’t like it because they let dogs into the establishment so that’s a reason I won’t stay there because I don’t it’s not. I don’t like dogs I just can’t handle the smell of dogs.

Good stopover, clean room, ample parking, friendly staff, lots of restaurant options close by. Only thing missing was a good chair, the one at the desk had bent wheels so didn’t roll, was hard to even pull out to sit in, no other chair in this “superior” room.

The hotel is a room to sleep. No extras. It was fine for visiting friends. Their house was full of people and we needed a place to sleep. The towels were thin and offered no hair conditioner and no bars of soap for sink or shower. Only liquid soap. Not even a tissue box.

Staff is nice and speaks English as a first language, rooms where clean and the heat works like it’s supposed to. Hot water heats up nicely. Gotta hit em up on the broken fan in the bathroom, and the broken snack machine where you can’t click your phone. Who has cash anymore???

We usually have great experiences at Red Roof Inn & Suites, but unfortunately, this time we had no heating and were freezing in our room. There was a weird smell overall and the mini fridge was very stinky. Was expecting a better experience.

everything was good except the heater in our room: it's strong and warm, but it won't stop getting warmer and warmer once reached the set temperature, so we had to get up and manually shut the whole system off if we didn't want to room to become 80+ degrees. But then we had to get up and turn it back on again when the temp dropped too low in the middle of night ...so...the whole night was sleepless :(

Good place for a quick stop while traveling. Clean and nice room. Staff was very nice. No elevator, but the stairs are inside and there are only two stories. Parking was easy. It’s near lots of places to walk to and eat with a mall across the street for shopping needs.

The Location During check-in the guy asked me to keep my debit card with him as an insurance in case something happened to the room furniture. It’s after I refused that he gave to sign the regular form intended for that purpose.

Clean & comfortable. Janet, at the front desk, was very polite & accomadating. She gave me a room near the exit, as i require the use of a cane, and she made it quick & easy when it was necessary to extend my stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay

The stay has been very pleasant. Our stay has been extended by a few days and we had no problems staying in our room without having to move to another room. We have been treated very well and we have felt very welcome

The shower curtain was full of mold and the tub was not clean causing me to slip and almost fall. The bed bases made of metal moved all over the floor. The mattress hung over both sides of the base. If you are not mindful of this, you might end up on the floor. The fitted sheets did not fit.

I have stayed here twice a year for about 3-4 years when visiting the area for events. I have never had a bad experience! The staff is very nice and helpful. I also appreciate that I can bring the dog along with no extra fees. Great pricing, many dining options, and easy to access i95.

I always enjoyed staying here. I stayed here many times. My April 16th stay felt different though. For the first time, I was given a hard time for having a dog. That never happened in the past at this location. As a responsible pet owner who cleans up after their dog, I'm sad to say that I am now going to try the other place with the six in their name on Sunday.

Upon entering room we found our window was open a few inches, it led to parking lot. The weather was in the 40s so no reason for this. Security fail if you ask me. The whole place was not very inviting at all. Check in was easy, though upon arrival we were told the hotel was booked solid and we were given a handicapped accessible room. We only needed a room to sleep basically on our long drive up to NY from FL. It served it's purpose.

We stayed here to attend an event on base at Quantico. It is close to interstate 95, 12 minutes from base, lots of restaurants, shopping and services nearby. Clean, comfortable, everything worked. We'll return as long as we have someone at the base!

Not a great hotel, but definitely a great Red Roof Inn. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Two full-service restaurants in adjacent lots, good-sized shopping center across the street. Would recommend as a good, cheap, pet-friendly hotel.

I had a horrendous experience with the staff. I work third shift so I had to purchase extra days so that I could sleep and my room was in the renovation area. I got no sleep my entire stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was hair in the bathroom in multiple places, as well as fingerprints on the bathroom wall. There was a lot of mildew on the shower curtain, and the corners of the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. The beds were hard.

Bed was small compared to frame due to which the metal piece was pouting out which did hurt my leg badly. Property is okay for the rate. There is no lift, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage, you need to carry all by yourself.

They are going through a refresh the room is very worn. Pillows were terrible floor is warping.

Really gross hotel rooms, every inch of the room was dirty upon check in, the floors were broken in a lot of places, outlets didn’t work, the bed was extremely stiff, there was dirty and sticky stuff everywhere, I understand pets are allowed at the hotel but they don’t enforce picking up after your animals much since there was dog poop covering the yards. Overall just very gross.

Just stopped for the night. Check in was easy and the room was clean. Great for the price.

My husband and I stayed one night everything would have been great if it weren't for being next to two rooms with dogs. The one room with the big dog continued to bark about once a hour then you would hear a door slam all night long. About 6:30 am both dogs started non-stop barking I swear right outside our room door so then you have the owners telling the dogs to hush. I am all for pet friendly places but this was ridiculous and unfortunately an sleepless night. I dont know if there is a way to keep guest with pets on one side of the building away from guest without pets.

The carpet Near the bed wasent vaccum. Haïr in thé bathroom. The resto bar Near Play loud music until 3 am and people speak loud returning to their Room at 3 am and all the Truck Who left the bar make noise. We left at 4 45 and have and hour to sleep

It's rated a 2 star hotel for a reason and I understand that is why they are able to be cheaper than the countless other hotels in the area. After staying there, I'm thinking the 2 stars may have been from the coroner's uniforms that were probably there earlier removing the bodies from the room. At least, that's what it looked like walking in. Huge stains on EVERYTHING~! The bed comforter was so nasty with stains, it looked like it had a pattern on it. The shower walls looked like hair was growing on it and the soap dish area was 3 different colors of which, none were clean color. I washed up in the sink, slept with my clothes on and put a t-shirt over the pillow under head. You want cheap and don't mind nasty, this is the place for you. Never again for me and I'll pay the $15 difference for a hotel a block away next time I'm working in that area.

Good and simple

Staff is friendly and the rate is reasonable. The rooms are comfortable and love that it’s pet friendly. The location is ideal with food options across the street.

This is not based on your associates. Everyone was very nice. Your property really needa a face lift. Time to bring ut up to date with other hotels around you. Its very old looking and smells they same way in the rooms musty and old

Nice place, comfortable - no frills for sure. VERY noisy, too close to the roads and guests below were blasting music well past midnight

OMG- I couldn’t stay here-I had to leave. Sheets were dirty, didn’t fit the bed, didn’t sweep, smelled bad, electrical sockets taped with masking tape. It was horrendous!

The price was right and staff were very attentive. The property definitely needs updated. I’m not too persnickety about hotels/motels, but this place needs a good scrubbing. Overall it was fine, but probably won’t stay again.

Great stay for the price. Room was clean, staff friendly, no problems there. Was only there two nights and didn't need room cleaned so can't comment on that. However, the live music coming from bar across the street was pretty loud on Saturday night, might be a consideration for some.
