Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. They did lock us out of our room before checkout, but that was quickly fixed with no problems, they handled it well. Curtain thing was really the only weird thing.

This was my 3rd hotel in 5 days as I spent time with my dad in stafford hospital. This place was Clean, cute decor, comfortable beds (the only place I got some sleep) bathroom was huge, staff was great, good breakfast, 7 mins to stafford hospital, close to food and shopping as well.

The check-in and checkout were very smooth! The mattresses were extremely comfortable and we would like to know the brand! We checked and it's not on the mattress.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk lady greeted me every morning I got off the elevator as I went for breakfast. the rooms were roomy and very clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and quick to get us anything we needed. I would certainly stay here again.

I was very impressed with the hotel as well as the staff. We were driving from NH to Florida and this was our first stop. The bed was super comfortable, room was clean, the employee who checked us in was knowledgeable and fast. She made recommendations for dinner that was bang on. The breakfast the next day was delicious, I was surprised it was hot ( scrambled eggs, spicy sausage and you could make waffles). The to go coffee was delicious.

I asked for upper floor quiet room because of our long drive. We needed a rest. Instead we got very noisy and cold room on ground floor. We were told it is on second floor, but in reality it was on ground floor in the back of the hotel. Outside right next to our window there were air conditioner and another unit that produced loud noise. It was cold night 32F. Cold air was blowing in our room. We tried to adjust termostat. It was sleepless night. We will never stay in this hotel again.

Location Odd smell throughout the place. Ask to upgrade to a suite after seeing size of room and was told there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party. No benefit to using booking.com. Will not use booking.com ever again.

Bruised and swollen very badly and in a lot of pain. They did try to accommodate me as much as they could and I do appreciate that but for the other customers that are coming to the hotel, I would advise them to remove that light where it is thank you, Miss Reese.

We requested fresh towels and the front girl got us those. But the wet towels were left on the floor. The rooms need to be cleaned and refreshed every day. Fresh towels. The shampoo and other were basically out.

While I am usually a Hilton person, my son was flying in from Indonesia for classes nearby. He was booked here..we chose to do so as well. I was so impressed with the front desk staff! Alesha was so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds comfy. Would highly recommend

This is a very good hotel and reasonable pricing. The room was very clean, however the rug had a bad smell like if it had gotten wet! That took away from it being an excellent rating!

The only complaint we have is that the bed was supper hard and thr pillows.... well what pillows. You might was well have just slept with out them. Our necks where so sore for the week after and our backs are still hurting.

I was surprised that when I needed my bathroom unclogged he showed up himself despite being at the front desk. Such a down to earth guy. We like to sleep in the cold, so a strong AC was a must in July. First room didn’t quite get cold enough for us but the staff was great and got us into another room quickly and easily. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I was very happy with the comfort of the room and the pool. In the middle of the night the room got very warm and switched on the air conditioner only to find out that it blew out hot air only. I contacted the front desk and the man there tried to help fix it but was unable to. He offered to switch our room, but it was already 2am and i was traveling with 2 young children. The room was 77 degrees overnight. I wouldve been very happy here, if it were not for this issue. We were staying only one night, the maintenance man came only as we were checking out at 10am to fix this issue.

The hotel was clean & updated. Breakfast was adequate. Enjoyed dinner at an Italian restaurant, Zabbibo across the road. Perfect place to stay halfway on our road trip.

The selection for breakfast could be better. When I booked through Hotels.com, the price included the taxes and fees, but I was charged for taxes and fees by Fairfield Inn. I am not sure who got that wrong. Overall, a great place to stay if you need a place to stay.

This was sudden stop for us due to traffic. I booked last moment seeing ratings. Overall stay was okay. The problem we faced is for internet. It was not working. We contacted reception and response we get to go to reception with our laptop and all devices so they can configure. We couldn't work at all. This was absolutely surprise for us.

We stayed in one of the recently refinished rooms and while a bit small, it was new, comfortable and clean. I was most impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff at the hotel, especially the front desk. It's been awhile since I've been greeted in such a friendly manner, even remembering my name at check-out, and had such a hassle-free experience. We stayed over a tournament weekend and it was busy but I thought the hotel handled it well.

Hotel was extremely pleasing from the exterior and was very clean. Staff that we met were all very friendly and efficient. Roadway was quite noisy. If you stay here ask for a room on the backside of the hallway. Room was clean and a good size. Bed was a little to soft for us with a bit of a sink spot. The bathroom was large, but the toilet was lower than usual almost child height. The breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. I would stay here again but would definitely get a room on the backside of the hallway and see about a accessible room. Very easy on and off the interstate

Anytime my wife and I are visiting our children in this area, we always choose the Fairfield at Stafford. It is consistently excellent in all areas. We were greeted professionally and cordially by Bipin Devkota.
