Room was clean, with everything we'd need for our short stay. There's a great breakfast place during the week nearby called Kozy Corner. Check it out! Amazing!

The stay was awesome and the staff were very helpful when needed. My only complaints are that it looks like there is no regular maintenance routine as I needed to switch rooms because of a broken toilet and the beds are ridiculously firm. I like a firm bed but they was no pillow top at padding to compliment the stiffness.

The cleaning crew could use some quality control, and whoever designed the building was an idiot. Who puts the pipes inside the wall that is by the headboard of the bed? Every flush from our upstairs neighbors felt like it was going to fall right on our heads… ALL NIGHT LONG.

The room had an infestation of ladybugs. In the windows, flying around, on the sofa bed and king bed. Though not agree aid of the would prefer they were not there

Room was well designed for ease of movement and well maintained. Staff was eager to help, from arranging for us to check in 1 hour early to giving clear information about the amenities available.Bistro was perfect for our breakfast. Would highly recommend.

There was a sign in the loony that they charged $3.00 per day for parking in the parking lot. No public parking was located close to hotel. No sure if I was charged for parking during my two day stay. FYI.. I did not drive to this location.

The property was fine. The room was fine. The staff was fine. I am pretty disappointed that they charge for parking. It's ridiculous to charge for parking in the middle of nowhere. They clearly want to raise prices but instead are adding lots of little things. Like the 6 dollar bottle of water in your room. It's wrong.

The gal at the front desk check-in was less than personable (but later she warmed-up a little). The bar/bistro closed way too early (9:50 on a Weeknight); there are very few dining options in the immediate vicinity, so having the bar/bistro close SO early was a problem that should be fixed.

The TV didn’t work, I went down and reported it, and was told they would come up, 2 hours later, I went down again as they never came, a different desk person told me they had no one to help me! I had very little cell reception, I told the desk clerk and she said that wasn’t their problem, it was my cell service, but it worked in lobby and other areas, just didn’t work well in the room.

Location was a plus for us. The staff was eager to help. Being able to grab a bite for breakfast was also good.

The bistro staff were so accommodating and friendly! I loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs too! The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!

We also appreciated the easy parking situation — which was a huge win since we had large trailers with us. Would absolutely stay here again, whether passing through or staying longer in the area.

They stay was short .prices are appropriate. A little issue with the toilet but the shower made up for it. I love the design of the shower and tub has a place to sit if you want to soak your feet or so other things. This will be our hotel of choice for now on.

One problem. The room is listed as sleeping five people on Hotels.com. However, there are only two queen beds and a sitting chair in the room. They do not offer trundles and there was no pull out couch. Not sure how this sleeps five people. It appears that the management at the property is aware of this problem, but unsure of how to resolve it. If you have five people, this will not work unless you bring your own blowup mattress. That was a frustration as one of our children ended up sleeping on the floor.

Remote control didn't work, television wouldn't work. Staff would not come down and check it out, instead wanted us to just unplug and plug it back in. Would have thought with how expensive the rooms were that they would have at least had complementary breakfast, cashless, and the food prices were crazy. $13 for an egg! $6 for a bottle of water!!

The receptionist sent us to a room #127 that had not been cleaned, there was trash, and the beds were not made, and there was used towels allover. We notified him and he changed our room to room #314, which was a much better experience. However, the receptionist also gave us the incorrect time that the bar for ordering food and drinks would close. This led to my wife and I going out late at night into an unfamiliar area to find a place to have dinner.

Shout out to Brian, who not only made our Starbucks also brought it out to us in the parking lot while we were loading our suitcases. That was amazing customer service he deserves a raise. The gal who worked the night before did not remember her name but she was so fun and it just is a whole great staff overall thanks everybody.

The staff was Nice and friendly. But whoever was staying above us was walking back-and-forth at night time and during the day for the two nights we were there. We could hear it very clearly. I think they should do something about putting something to block the noise.

Quantico families - this is the place to stay! Easy and fast access to Quantico. Staff very accommodating and friendly! Chris at check-in very patient while checking in 5 rooms and trying to get us all on the same floor! We’ll be back in 6 months for TBS graduation!!!

The hotel didn’t have a room available and put us in the Fairfield Inn 4 miles down the road

When I came in, the hostess was very welcoming and polite and made sure everything was good to go. When I went to the bar, the bartender was also very polite and very attentive. I recommend this place to anyone rather you are visiting for business, attention an event, on business, on vacation, or just a staycation. I will be staying here again.

What I liked the most out of my stay was that I was welcomed warmly when I checked in. My husband and I were running late to check in from North Carolina and I called to let them know. When I got there I had no trouble and the gentleman on staff was very welcoming on Jan. 26 at 7:14 pm. I truly appreciated it after a long drive. Thank you so much for a welcoming staff!

Close to Marine Base

When I arrived at the hotel, around 7pm. They did not have the room that I had booked and pre-payed for available. They continued to offer me a room with a King sized bed. As time went on, the clerk told me that I was in fact trying to get more people in a room than is allowed. Even though, I booked a room for 5 people, with 2 queens and a pull out. That is the amount of people I had. It took nearly 2 hours for her to get us a room. That was after the AGM whom I did not meet, but wanted to talk to me on the phone called me racist and told me that the emotions I was feeling about my service needed to be directed toward hotels.com or expedia, but had nothing to do with the Marriott. The young lady helping me was along working at 7pm on a Saturday, which to me is crazy. She didnt have any authority to make room changes and her boss wasnt answering her calls. I had 3 of my children with me, after a 10 hour drive and it was a terrible way to end our vacation. We were in Quantico to visit our son who is a Marine. The whole thing left a terrible taste in our mouths and we will not patron a Marriott chain hotel again if we can help it.

No explanation for two different room rates!! Also guy that checked me out was not the best to have in customer service! Also no coffee in lobby to take with you!!
