    I DO NOT recommend this hotel at ALL. me and my mother were on our way to GA so we decided to stay the night here that way we could rest and drive the following morning, during the night/morning a storm blew down a tree trunk which completely smashed my front wind shield and apart from the hotel not being helpful, they expected us to be out at 11am still and on the road with a broken windshield. At 10am I was able to find a place that could repair it within 2-3 hours and it was only 10 min away so I told the lady at the lobby if she could extend my checkout time due to the circumstances, she said it was okay, and so I left and my mother stayed in the room while I came back, my mother ended up calling me about 3 times because they kept on harassing her to get out the room and even told her they were going to call the police since checkout time was at 11am and that they ain’t responsible for car problems.. um what car problems??? your hotels tree FELLL on my car!! I am not going to risk me and my mother’s life on the road driving 15 hours with a smashed windshield ! I get checkout time is at 11 but it’s takes nothing to have a lil compassion especially when this is something that could have been prevented if they would have cut down overgrown tree limbs or got rid of the old tree completely ! Mind you the police who showed up told us a very similar situation has happened there before. they are negligent on keeping up with proper maintenance and are not even being held accountable or offering compassion !!! They are absolutely disgusting.     The biggest problem was the horrible smell that was just in the room and I could not get rid of it or even know how to explain it, but it was bad bad. It appears clean and I'm assuming the sheets were cleaned, but I did see a baby roach in the bathroom so there may be more in there, thankfully I didn't see any others. The rooms are old, things like shelves in the bathroom were broken. It's nice that it had a refrigerator and a little kitchen area with a sink and a little stove, however there is not a single pot, pan, utensil, dish or anything. I just personally would never recommend this place to anyone, trust me you're better off spending a couple more dollars somewhere else.

    Upon checking in, I waited 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk once checked in location of the room wasn’t explained so I had to come back to the front to find the correct location of the room. We left to grab something to eat when we return to use the toilet it was clogged when I went to the front to alert them of this. They stated there was nothing that they can do because maintenance was gone and it will be the morning however, the next morning no one came to check on us. I checked out at checkout time and was told that I would be refunded for my additional day however, Expedia said that they have not been able to contact anyone at the front which I’m not surprised, and therefore I cannot get my refund for the extra day I did not stay the communication at this property sucks the late night person customer service sucks the morning personnel did try to help however, I was informed I will be refunded my extra day and I have yet to receive that because Expedia has not been able to speak with anyone

    If there is Negative 5 I would give it to them! This is a horrible place to stay even for one night! It is more like a homeless shelter than a hotel..it is very dirty, filthy, bed bugs are horrible there(my wife got a big rush after 1 day there..picture below show how horrible it was!!!)and the roaches everywhere and all the time and the smell is a nightmare..it was so hard and nauseating (I guess all these odors stuck to the walls, furnitures..and bed that it's impossible to remove them!!) And the smell of the smoke..cigarettes and weed there is just unbeleivable! People smoke all the time outside the room(since they smoke even inside!) somtimes just near the window!!! Add to that the all time noise and loud music!!!This place should be cloesd and completely renovated before renting it!!Also Kids should not be allowed to stay there as drugs are like normal stuff there!!! I booked this place as a last resort (everywhere I looked was booked because of the Rodeo and other festivals in Houston..or the prices are just 4..6 times higher where I used to go!) And it was just a horrible place that I left this nightmare the second day...and since I don't have insurance I just lost my money there!, I booked in the hotel just facing it (Sleep Inn Stafford which is 100 times better, cleaner..and safer and not very expensive too!) It was a relief leaving this shelter..even my stuff I had to wash it many times, like deep cleaning to get rid of these odors and insects too!The WORST!

    I arrived an hour early from check in to see if I could get my room I was told no which is fine I’m an hour early I get it, I then asked can I leave my bags here with you and the smug little girl working the counter chuckled at me and said we don’t take bags but you can leave it in the lobby if you want but there’s no guarantee we will watch it for you. Why even suggest something so stupid then? I get checked in my room finally and there’s no WiFi for free or to purchase so I was stuck with cable tv and the tv was only able to pick up the first couple news stations. The door had space underneath it so there was a draft, could turn the AC on or off so it just turned on and off at random times, I asked staff for extra towels and the same moronic young girl asked how long I’ve been staying??? When I said a day she said they don’t normally give extra towels to guest that arrived so soon??? I said ok but can I get some anyways I don’t see the big deal? She replied ok for you this one time we will bring towels to you later, came back some time around 8pm to no towels or room service whatsoever so I walked back down and asked for towels again and was told they don’t give towels past 6pm…..these idiots really give customers the run around for towels…basic hospitality needs and they can’t do it but also just seem to refuse to do it and back to the door that has space underneath it and lets the cold air in, well it also lets in roaches

    N/A The lighting was bright entering the room. Maybe need to upgrade the curtains adding blinds. Also, found a face towel that had been used hanging in the restroom and there wasn't a remote for the TV. When requested one, we were given the wrong one.

    Location by nice restaurants I paid for room with kitchen. There was nothing to cook with and when asked front desk about she said you have to bring own pots, pans etc. Every room I have previously rented had everything pretty much needed to cook with. I wasted money on food

    Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. Room was clean, but had a smell of a potpourri or cleaning solution. Whatever the smell was it was attempt to make it smell good, but the smell was awful.

    The only thing I liked is the location. It is accessible. I'm disappointed with my recent stay at this place, which I rented from November 17th to December 6th. Despite paying for a service that included regular cleaning, I was only provided with one cleaning during my entire 20-day stay. I had to request it multiple times, and even then, it wasn't up to par. The living space was dirty and not well-maintained, which was not what I expected. Unfortunately, this experience left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend this place without significant improvements to their cleaning services."

    some of the staff are very nice the sink has been messed up for a week, the TV still doesn't work properly and the wifi goes out all the time. the outlets in the room doesn't work at all. toilet seat was messed up for a week. and I was told no service for room when we have been here over a week. that is not cleaning. and bugs are in my room as well

    2nd time staying here, for the price it can’t be beat. Good solid studio. Soft beds, kind staff, nice AC, Solid wifi, decent all around. They did give me what seemed to be an older room this time around, you could definitely see its age but it didn't affect my trip. No roaches or bugs, however they did not let me use Netflix this time around but did have many good cable channels. Overall 8.5/10 Would stay again.

    This place was flat out horrible. Started with the front desk lady who was locked in the office and refused to let me in the lobby. The only option was to speak through the night check in slot in the inch thick glass. It was 5 PM, not 3 in the morning! She was so intent on eating that she could barely be troubled to check us in, nevermind actually giving instructions as to where the room was located. We circled the hotel 4 times, didn't see the room, and tried the clerk again. She couldn't be bothered to put down what she was eating and pointed to the room on a map with one hand. Couldn't see the map through the glass and couldn't hear her because of the traffic noise. She flat out didn't care that I obviously didn't understand and just stared at me. Finally found the room after getting out of the truck and walking around the poorly numbered property. When you walked into the room, you were hit with the overwhelming stench of pine sol...it absolutely reeked! While the room was relatively clean, the furniture was beaten to hell and the bed was a rock . Add to all of this the sketchy people sitting outside in their cars and the door that had been forced open and poorly repaired, I didn't feel safe. Unfortunately, the room had already been paid for and I had no confidence that the lady would stop eating long enough to refund my money. Will NEVER stay here again.

    The room was clean, and the wifi was great from my phone and laptop but it did not work on my consoles at all. So my fiancée had to work somewhere else as she works from home. No one bothered us during our stay. Even if they did, the staff really don’t care all that much. One girl was on the phone talking and we had to wait until she finished before she could help us out. It’s a good place for the price but don’t expect much. Also Parking was okay. We had to park on the side because parking was always full but it was never a far walk to park on the side….you just can’t see your vehicle. Overall we would give the place a 7/10 for the classic motel room with medium security

    I stayed for 3 nights. My TV in the room does not work. I informed the girl at reception on the second day, but nothing was done. So I had no TV service for 3 days. I asked for some kind of compensation, but nothing was given back to me....For some reason, they don't stock any shampoo in the rooms. When asked about it, the girl in reception said people like to bring their own and is for hygienic reasons (?). How are the small unopened individually packed shampoo be less hygienic??? If their business model of saving 5 cents of the cost of shampoo for profit, then I will never book with the hotel again.

Was trying to build a pillow fort lol. But reality I will stay here again knowing I will be returning next year for the IPMS show. FYI bring extra pillows and possibly blanket.

    Beyond what I expected. 😊😊😊The office staff are professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, and understanding. 😊😊😊😊😊 I wasn't just a room number. They remember my name and protected my privacy. I was safe! The room was nice and clean an I kept it clean and when the lights were off at night. I had NO ROACHES when got up in the middle of the night. A medium size refrigerator, microwave and a stove with two burners. That's all I needed. I don't cook. 🙄😉😉Plenty of cabinet space. Cable and WIFI.😁 My room was clean and I kept it clean!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊A clean onsite laundry room at your convenience. Just download the app. The house keepers will deliver additional toilet paper, soap and fresh towels to your door. You can change sheets yourself as often as you want. 😍😍😍😍Just return the dirty sheets at no extra charge. Restaurants, shopping centers are within walking distance. No people are hanging around outside on the property.If you see someone outside they are going to work, coming back, probably smoking a cigarette outside their room or in the picnic area. 😊😊😊😊😀😀That's where you will meet residents walking their fur babies because they are family too and you want pay extra. 👍👍 I've met residents that have lived here for months and had Christmas lights up. I had to leave for a moment but I will be returning ASAP.✌️😍❤️.!!!!

    PROS: Great rates for an extended stay, freeway close, the rooms were very quiet and seemed much more quiet vs. a typical motel/hotel. The overall room furniture and decor was nice and satisfactory. CONS: I saw roaches of various sizes at least every 30 minutes while we were in our room. They were crawling in the bathtub, on the bathroom sink, on the toilet, on the bathroom walls, on the night stands, on the kitchen counter, and on the kitchen table. I have never stayed in such a roach infested motel/hotel room before. Whenever I went to the front desk for help, either the lobby was locked and a sign was posted on the door that someone would return by a certain time to offer assistance, yet at other times when I went to the lobby, it was locked but someone working at the front desk would open the door yet always seemed to be on the defensive and seemed very irritated that I was asking for any type of guest assistance. During my two week stay, on random days we would return to our room to find that the bedspread was missing. Since the phone in our room did not work, I went to the locked lobby to get assistance. Luckily someone was working at the front desk and opened the door and provided me with a clean bedspread. Yet I opted not to go to the trouble to try to get a bedspread when it was missing two additional times during our stay.

    Strong chemical smell in the room. Felt like they had pesticide from gumigating the room. It gave me a horrible headache that stayed with me until the following evening. The outside was unkept. The dumpster was overflowing. No shampoo or conditionner given. I guess they expect you to wash your hair with the bar of soap. I will not stay at this hotel again. Hampton Inn is far superior service for the price.

    Room smelled like moth balls. Water pressure was low. Lobby was hard to find and not open. Had to knock on the door several times to get a clerk. Room was dated and smelled like moth balls. Killed a few flys during my stay. Place is a dump.

    We had to change rooms due to roaches and the amount of noise from other guests. The second room also had roaches, the tv didn't work, you could tell someone had been smoking in the room, there were cigarette burns on the bed blanket, both rooms were nasty, the towels were dingy (we had to buy towels to use). The property was littered with trash and cigarette butts. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this motel.

    ROACHES OMG!!! Filthy run down room. The front desk man did warn me there was no refrigerator and the tv was broken but it was ready so I could check in before 3:00pm. The bedding had not been changed there was hair and black specks of maybe dirt or I’m starting to think maybe bed bugs being I have about 4 or 5 strange spots on my back and arm and I will freak out if that is from bed bugs. I was also charged twice one day from Hotels.com and the studio 6. Very loud people outside all hours of the night and early am. I could go on and on. I want everyone to be warned if room 107!!!! However the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. It’s not their fault the company is fine with placing people in those horrible conditions. I am going to try to get a refund and at least 3 free nights in a nice hotel. I would have left immediately upon walking in but my ride was in an hurry and I only stayed because I had so much stuff with me and no ride to move until last night. I am in a much nice safer hotel and it’s about 27 more than I spent at the studio 6

    We could not stay as the room was disgusting. The property felt unsafe with folks loitering all around. The bed was broken, many repairs needed to be made, filthy, the bathroom was stained. All in all, at least they offered a reach d though it had yet to show up in my account. Bummer…..

    We decided not to stay after viewing the room and the grounds. The lobby smelled like Clorox over mildew. The parking lot had several men milling about. The room didn’t seem safe enough for single women. The room also seemed very old and needing upgrades.

    Hotel was awful. Run down and the room was bad. Had a smell to it, couldnt find a new room cause we got in so late in the night. Slept in sweats and a hoodie and had to put peppermint oil spray on ac to help with smell.

    The staff was great and very accommodating where they were able to accommodate. The room had a bad smell almost like mildew and they said it was the bug protection they use. I woke up with a bad sore throat from breathing that in all night. They said people have mentioned that smell before, but the owners must not care because they are still using the same chemicals.

    When I got to the property they did not have my reservation and they were booked up. I made these reservations in October and Expedia had my reservation but for some strange reason motel 6 did not and they were booked and could not get me a room. I was not happy at all. I drove 4 hours just to have to try and find another place. I was very disappointed in motel 6 for this inconvenience and considering I booked it 5 months in advance I think they could have done better

    It was stinky and filthy place, cockroach were roaming around, there were mosquitoes and AC wasn't working properly was hot and humid, floor was dirty with sticky dirt all over the floor. Bathroom tab was like washing hand under shower it sprinkled water all over. No one was available to assist after 8 pm. We booked for 3 night but left after first night since our day was started crying and can't tolerate the atmosphere.

    What made my stay pleasurable was Mr Glenn my boo and Miss Keisha also the Mexican restaurant next door with the best margaritas yum ate their almost every night!!!!!! Clean room I wish you had house keeping but the state of the world I understand!
