Major issue with bathroom cleaning specially the toilet was really bad. There were small bugs flying around in the toilet bowl that ruined the whole experience.

The hotel is very dated & is in desperate need of renovation. Carpet on stairs and rooms look very dirty. The walls are stained. I had a couple of dead cockroaches in my room. The shower was dirty. The reason I booked it was because it’s the only hotel in the area with a 2br suite. The only good thing is the basketball court. My son & his friends enjoyed it.

Our room was “tired”. The carpet was torn and frayed at the edges. The walls and bathroom were stained, and there was an unpleasant odor that hung in the air. It was also very noisy.

The property is very old and is not maintained. There is a broken tile piece in the kitchen area and a long leak stain in the roof. The common areas smelled like bug spray and it was awful. Lift was old and the door closing was not normal.

My stay was great. They need adequate security. Someone was trying to remove my truck grille in the parking lot, but was unsuccessful.

The on site parking was a plus. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She registered me for Marriott Bonvoy and I appreciated it. Being told that towels would be delivered and that the used towels would be taken and it DID NOT happen. The television went out and never came back on.

The manager was amazing kind and accommodating. Loved this place best hotel stay ever for over 10 days

Made me feel like I needed to prove to him I was a guest was disappointment , and lack of attention to the guests of the hotel . As someone who is the first person you see when you walk in the hotel , I would strongly consider training the front desk to be friendly and attentive to guests .

The area was quiet and close to nice shops and resturants. The breakfast can be better and the furniture can be upgraded

Location is good.Easy to access, with proximity to malls, shopping and grocery stores. Facility is in good state. Rooms are adequately sized and equipped to meet the basic needs of a family (for a temporary stay) Stationary supplies were consistent and adequate for my family's need Thanks for the complimentary breakfast.l liked the fruits offered alongside.However, seriously consider improving the variety of what is offered Some hotels/extended homes provide a list or menu from which you may select what you want to have for breakfast. Boiled eggs were served cold While some guests may prefer the eggs served cold in this manner, others may prefer to have it served hot. Cleaning needs yo be seriously improved in a number of ways. First the cleaners require you to be out of the room to clean, even if you request that it's OK for them to proceed with cleaning.l understand that this is Marriots policy for security reasons. What l don't understand is prioritising the security of the cleaning staff over the comfort of guests. If you choose to maintain this policy, then l suggest that you also consider ways to ensure your guest are not inconvenienced by it. You may consider asking guest what time they would prefer to have their rooms cleaned. Besides, if it is your policy to not provide cleaning utensils to be used by the guest, then perhaps consider increasing the frequency of cleaning, especially for guest with little children who frequently create a mess. Meanwhile the cleaners hardly do clean, and when they do clean you cannot see evidence of a proper job done. Bath tubs still remain dirty, floor rugs not swept or vacuum cleaned etc. This is by far the lowest point for l and my family.

It was a last minute stay since we were still without power. I forgot the name of the young man that checked us in but he was gracious and courteous and provided us with a pleasant check in process. He even delivered extra blankets and pillows for us! I would definitely stay again!

I didn’t like that the toilet wasn’t flushing. We checked in on Saturday and reported the issue. We were told that the problem was corrected which wasn’t true.

Hotel room was nice but checking in was not. I stood outside for about 15 to 20 mins calling and ringing the doorbell to get inside and check in.

The only complaint I have is that the toilets are so small & sit very low. Ive stayed here 4 different times in the last 6 months & every room has the same small, low toilet. Please upgrade them to the higher button push toilets. Other than that, I qlwqys enjoy my stay.

This was my friends & I second time staying here this year. The staff is very friendly. The only issues i had is that we saw roaches in the kitchen this last time & there was no pan available. I'll stay here again because of the wonderful staff.

We easily find a place to park behind the Harley dealership, my bride and children stay in the vehicle so I can check us in after making reservations online. There is a police officer in the parking lot taking a report from someone, sounded like a theft issue from what I could hear. Get inside and there is a solo employee on the phone, looks up, but does not acknowledge me as a customer. She was dealing with a government employee looking for a discount. She leaves for a minute to go and fetch the manager from her smoke break, and I quickly realize why the lobby smells like a casino. Now they are both on the phone, still not acknowledging that I exist in front of them. Finally get some room keys, pull out the beat up mattress for the kiddos and check out the rest. Mold on the windowsills, some weird deformity in the middle of the main mirror, and a bathroom door that clears the toilet by a couple inches. I am about 6ft tall and was eye level with the shower head and bumped my arms on the ceiling when trying to use the RV sized shower. Pool is tiny, trash cans were full. We regret not staying somewhere else, but there aren't many options with bedrooms.

The property was very clean the room was comfortable. The only thing we encountered was there was absolutely no ice available when we arrived and we had to go to the store to get some. We stayed here because we went to a concert at the pub fountains across the highway.

The room was ok with normal wear and tear. Bed was semi-comfortable. The kitchenette was a nice and practical feature. It had all the amenities we needed, just needs a little updating. Also, the toilet was very low to the ground. We didn’t explore the entire hotel. I did use the treadmill in the very small fitness room and had to use my own antibacterial wipes to wipe down equipment and no towels were readily available. Overall, the stay was pleasant given the on-going pandemic. No unfortunate events but unsure if we would stay here again.

Due to COVID nothing was available and this wasn’t told to us during booking or checking in. No discount due to this either. Other visitors were rude and staff helped but didn’t believe what was told to them. Love residence inn, which is why we stayed but NEVER staying here again!

I loved staying at this hotel. I actually paid less than with a better room quality vs Homewood located right next each other. Loved the sectional sofa to relax... only wish breakfast could be a little better and social hours provide more choices of food/snacks to eat.

The service was excellent. Staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was not so great,it had a terrible musk smell and hint of cat urine. Definitely was not cleaned like it should have been either. This place would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.

When we first got there the refrigerator Had a horrible smell. A hour later a biiiig cocoa roach come running from under the fridge and ran back under so I had to wait to kill it. The room had a funny small as well .

Marriot always lives up to their standards. Over-all our stay was good. The breakfast area could be a little bigger but otherwise was not a big issue

The hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was good but they did not clean our room or empty our trash after first day and when we went to check out there was no one at the front desk so after ten minutes I left my room cards on the counter and left, then called them later to make sure they checked m out

This hotel does not meet Marriott standards it needs to be demolished. It is very very old, out dated, leakey ceilings and no generator. We checked in on Thursday & there was a rain storm & we loss power. It was not safe & we were very uncomfortable therefore I requested a transfer to a sister hotel. & due to lack of technology I could not have the remainder of our stay credited to the other hotel so I had to pay the other hotel or move again. I do not plan to use Expedia for a hotel or car any more..THIS HOTEL STAY WAS A DISASTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Front desk staff was nothing but friendly. There was a party of very loud women across the hall from me throwing a party, which was quite annoying. Bed was very comfy and clean.

People next door to us where smoking marijuana!!!! The whole 3rd floor was stinky. The person at the front desk moved us to another room (same flor by the way) and told us that she could do nothing about does guests.Really??? I was eith my family, so disgusting, stinky and they just let it happened. That is amazing!

The hotel and the rooms were clean. A lot smaller room than I had anticipated. The only way to the bathroom was an inconvenience, you had to go through the bedroom to get to it. Which can be a problem if you have a light sleeper. The hotel lists it has a spa but does not! The pool is TINY! No room for multiple guests to be in there at the same time. The power went out on us the first night and I was very unhappy with the way they handled the situation. Our only option was to go to another hotel but we had already paid for 2 nights there and they were only willing to give us back the money for one night.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms really added to our privacy and comfort. The staff was wonderful and cheery. Breakfast was great!

Great hotel!! Their staff was extra helpful and nice. We really enjoyed the stay. We were actually there for a family reunion and we were accommodated above what we expected. The pool area is great and they even have music outside. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a hotel in this area to stay there. Best hotel experience ever!!

I had always wanted to stay at a Residence Inn. I pictured it as being much higher quality. It was good but average, a bit dated & worn. Have never had such a long walk from the only elevator to where the room is. For me the biggest thing that made it average rather than great was the bed was not very comfortable so I didn't sleep very sound. So a bit high $ for the discomfort. But still clean and a good place to stay!

The room was not cleaned properly. There were several pairs of socks in my sofa sleeper, chip bags under my sofa, a small bear and a condom. Overall the hotel itself was decent and I would return. I'll just check my room for items and request another if I find anything.

Was a quick trip. Was great to have the 2 bedrooms in the same suite so my family could be together and also have their own space. Really loved that experience.

We stayed here for 7 days in a 1 bedroom suite. Staff was very courteous, plenty of breakfast options to choose from, including iced coffee in am. Very accommodating for small children, pack & play was available for my son. Location wise, this hotel is close to lots of shopping at First colony mall & plenty of great restaurants within 5 mi. Distance.
