    A wonderful 5-star experience! I booked online, and as soon as I arrived at the hotel, they handed me my keys quickly. The friendliness of the staff was excellent, and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommended!

    Staff was very nice and friendly during check in. dining area has a very small space with tables that was wheelchair/handicap accessible but was always occupied during the meal time. there was another seating area that had steps down so we were not able to access that area with a walker. Room across from us had a large dog that barked constantly . Hallway area had an odor like pet urine.

    The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.

    The staff were very helpful, but some of the amenities wasn't working. I tried to plug a computer charger and found out that it wasn't working. The breakfast was okay not so good. I requested liquid soap for bathing, they said they don't have it, but provided the bar soap. In all, the staff were very respectful and receptive.

    Out of the four days of my stay there, my room was only clean twice. I had to go get my own towels, coffee, cups, and trash bags. I had to remove the trash and dirty linens and set everything outside my room. It’s stormed Saturday, they have dish TV so I was without TV for 24 hours. I asked them if they was gonna compensate me. I’ve never heard back from them. There were adults on my floor that was running up and down the halls Hooten and hollering until 12:30 in the morning. I was very dissatisfied. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    The main Manger was very attractive and very professional, he insured my safety. I felt safe me and my teenage daughter with him.I wish I would've booked a longer stay.I will definitely be back.     Appearance pulling in was great, and walking into the hotel gave the impression that it had been newly renovated. The associate who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The downside to our stay was that the restroom door in our room would not stay closed, linens were limited, and the pillows were poor quality — very flat with little to no support.

    The pictures of this property are deceiving. The room had roaches, it’s ghetto and caters to drug heads and anything illegal. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF CLASS! Seven was helpful at the front desk when I cancelled. That was the only thing that was good out of that location.

    Friendly staff and convenient amenities. The property said no smoking but there was strong smell or Marijuana, the AC unit was very dirty and I think it caused us to get sick. There was water coming up through the floor of the room, i didn't know where the water was coming from at first.. I thought i had spilled something and then i realized that the water was coming up through the floor each time i walked in a certain area of the room. The room had teenage roaches throughout... I had to be killing roaches. We checked out a day early because it was just too much.

    There was one particular young man that worked at the front desk that was very friendly and trying his best to make sure all visitors were accommodated and satisfied. The first two nights were okay even though the property and the hallway reaked of marijuana. The third night was aboslutely horrible and I ended up leaving the hotel in search of another one. There was a massive party going on in my hall where multiple rooms were being used and people moving from one room to another. They left their room doors open and the music was so loud that it was ringing through my bedroom. I felt uncomfortable to approach the group. There was obvious alcohol use and the smell of marijuana became stronger. It was a very uncomfortable environment and at that point I did not feel safe staying at the hotel. After I left the hotel, the next day we called asking for a reimbursement for my remaining days but they were unable to help. It was probably one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel and I will not be returning again.

    Breakfast was mediocre. The lady keeping it hot was nice. My ceiling stayed wet the entire time and started to mold on the second day. There was also alot of partying going on so when the manager agreed to move our rooms the one left that was available was across the hall from a party room and we had two children with us. The smell of Marijuana was intense through the entire building.

    The staff was very kind, specifically the cleaning ladies. They were very friendly! It was also close to the Alphaland Gym, about 9 min drive. I did not like the wait at front desk upon arrival, there was a long line for people waiting to get checked in because 1 person held up the line. We waited 20 minutes to get checked in. The rooms were smaller then other La Quintas I have been too and not too impressive with maintenance. There where cracks on the walls and the bed frame was loud metal. Also sometimes the hotel would smell like people were smoking in rooms. There was a barking dog on the 3rd floor and there were guests in the hallway saying their complaints were being ignored. The dog was scratching at the door for hours.

There was dirty water when we first turned on the tub. A dirty bath mat was in the tub. The tv barely worked. The room floor and creaks were dirty. The walls were chipped. Just dont sty here. Its overpriced for its quality.

    I didn’t like anything! It was hot in the building all the way up to the room. The room was not in good condition. The comforter had a hole in it and was stained. You could visibly see something spilled against the wall and had not been wiped clean. The tub was peeling, I could not believe it!

    There were also several people sleeping or staying overnight in the lobby area, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition, the elevator was not working, and our room was located on the fourth floor. We had to climb multiple flights of stairs to reach our room, which was very inconvenient. Unfortunately, the elevator was still not functioning the following morning when we checked out. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was cold, and the coffee was cold as well. The only positive thing I can say is that the room itself was clean. However, the carpet had a strong mildew smell. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had, and I would not recommend this property

    The facility was nice from the outside. I got the key and it didn't work. Back down to the desk, get another key. It worked, but TV did not. Back down to the desk. Get another key to a different room. Didn't work. Went back to desk. The manager went with me to the room. His master key wouldn't even work. Finally get into a room. It looked like some remodeling was being done. Rough plaster work in the bathroom. Windows to the outside were glazed over so you couldn't even see out of them. Bed was ok and sheets seemed clean. One redeeming value was that we could access our Netflix account. We weren't stuck watching regular tv.

    I loved this location. I mean there was so much in this area that was accessible and literally in my walking distance if I wanted to enjoy the full experience. The staff was very helpful, Other than that; I loved the stay. So my room was never cleaned while I was there and I did bring it up to the other house cleaning that was cleaning a room across from mine, but she said oh I don't have your room to clean. But when I returned it still hasn't been cleaned. I mean the bedding was still dirty and I didn't use it I had to purchase my own.

    The entire hotel wreaked of marijuana. The staff was either rude or made us feel extremely uncomfortable. My room was very outdated, unclean, and the doors barely closed. There was a huge gap between the door and the doorframe that left me uneasy. I barricaded the door to make it through the first night, but didn’t feel safe there the second. We left before the reservation ended. It wasn’t worth the risk. We left the hotel for a brief period in the morning, and when we returned it was clear someone had been in the room, but not housekeeping, as the beds were unmade and the towels/trash not changed. I would never return to this hotel!

    The hotel was very old and seemed to be in the midst of refurbishment. A lot of the fixtures showed pretty significant signs of wear. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. The whole floor we stayed on and the room itself smelled pretty strongly of marijuana upon arrival- even though the whole place is no-smoking and they claim to fine you if you smoke. We weren’t there much so we dealt with odor in the hall. The room odor dissipated. The room was pretty clean and the free breakfast was what you’d expect. Overall the least nice La Quinta I have ever stayed at - aesthetic wise. The 2 front desk clerks we were in contact with were very nice. Probably will look elsewhere in our next dance comp in Stafford.

    When we checked in, we immediately checked back out. The hotel is unclean, and although it says it is non-smoking, it smelt terrible as soon as you walked in. They did not refund for all nights

    Our hotel room had dirty bedding and towels. When I asked for new clean sheets the first time the front desk guy kept telling me that it’s okay if they have been washed just stained. And gave me different ones but those were also very stained. I find this disgusting because we paid a lot of money for me to just have to go buy clean bed sheets from a store to sleep well. And the bath tub was peeling off and the restroom super slippery with no mat. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. And definitely would not go. I would like a refund or something for bad experience.

    The manager of this place needs to not be watching cameras so much and making the customers feel uncomfortable about sitting in lobby while they are paying to stay there. Also the need to make sure all the outlets and things in the rooms work properly before renting out room to customers the room I had the outlets were very loose and also my bathroom there was water coming out from an unknown areas during our stay.     My stay was ruined due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of a staff member. While my family and I were trying to enjoy breakfast, this woman began yelling at us in front of everyone, telling me to “control your kid” — referring to my 1-year-old son who was simply sitting in a high chair making normal baby sounds as I fed him. She claimed other customers were trying to watch TV, but there wasn’t even a TV on their side. Her tone was aggressive and completely inappropriate, especially in front of young children. She even demanded our room number loudly and disrespectfully, which felt unnecessary and humiliating. The only positive part of our experience was the young man who helped us check in—he was polite, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, because of this upsetting encounter, I will not return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone else as long as that staff member is employed there.

    Location is great. Next to restaurants, retail and freeways. It’s just old and guest staying were loud at all hours of the night, so you heard everything. We found some dirty underwear in closet and we didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels. Room ac is also outdated and loud, only having a setting from 1-3 for cold or hot, no setting for automatic. Room felt muggy couldn’t sleep. We check out early and went somewhere else.

    The hotel lobby stink really bad unsure what the smell was but it smelled …my bed was so uncomfortable more like a prison bunk ..bath tub in my room was peeling so bad the hallway walk to my room stink hair dust an trash was hanging from the sprinkler in the ceiling for all the days I stayed I’ll never stay here again

    I like the breakfast although we found a roach in our restroom both me and my partner felt itchy when laying down in the bed. Room felt hot at times.

    The room was shabby, the floors were wet, reception while checkin was poor, and the room in far from deluxe. Worst LaQuinta hotel that we have ever stayed and regret to have opted for this place.

    Arrived at the propertywhile EMS was administering Narcan to a person who'd OD'd in the lobby, so i went and got dinner and came back later. When i got back the Front Desk agent was talking on a speaker phone to the ODer's girlfriend about his ex-girlfriend who was gonna come try to break into his car. After checkin, made it up to the room and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to see a few roaches hanging out in the room and bathroom. Told the lady at the front desk as i was leaving, she did t seem to care. Don't plan on staying at that property again.

    The room did not look like it did in the photos. It was out dated and smelled old. There were cracks in the walls. The room I booked had been overbooked, therefore I was given a room next door to someone with a dog. There were no blackout curtains as described.

    This property has an extreme issue with pests. You would think after an extensive renovation this would have been solved; however, they were roaches crawling up the walls and then into the baseboard! I live locally and needed a place to be for the week, and knew the renovation just happened. There were 3 other people in front of me who were getting refunds for the same issue. This is so disappointing. If you must stay here, understand that this is an issue they are currently facing.

    We went for one night so we will get over that! The bed was comfortable . So if you need a quick fix for one night it’s alright , just be aware that you’ll hear everything that happens at the rooms halls.

    Not what we were expecting. The guy at the front was nice when we checked in, however the hotel itself is kind of old. Funky smell in room and air conditioner was falling apart. We didn’t in try the breakfast. Glad we only stayed two nights.

    It is a horrible place to stay at. The pictures they put upnate just bait as the property is extremely old. It looks as if they just remodel the outsite to make it look nee but it is not. As soon as I walked in the room i saw roaches crawling from the AC and the walls. Floor was sticky. The walls had paint splatters through out the room. And it smelled horrible. Worst hotel i have ever seen. Do.ot recommend at all

    It was a very nice room, the floor I was on was very noisy, specifically in the room next to me. Let front desk know that they were extremely loud( yelling and fighting) and eventually asked for a room change. Breakfast was pretty good but must get up at the start if you don’t want everything to run out

    There was a very strong smell of marijuana all throughout the property. Vagriants all over the property. No working locks on bathroom door. We left the property and when we came back the elevator was broken. We stood there for at least 10 minutes before someone came from the front desk to tell us it was broken. Roaches very noticeable and the bed linen did not feel clean or comfortable. Very disappointed in this La Qiunta

    Do not recommend staying here. The front desk staff were friendly but that was the only good thing about this place. It smells when you walk in the doors, the rooms are dirty annnnd be prepared to have “extra guests” joining you in your room. We needed up packing our bags and leaving to another place because we found multiple roaches in our room. The front desk staff didnt even seem concerned when I told them about the bugs. The next day I received a call from an assistant manager. I didn’t request a call so I thought she was calling to apologize about my experience. I was WRONG! She called to yell at me that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. I hadn’t even contacted the property or Expedia yet to request one so it was weird that she even called. When I say she was yelling at me I am not exaggerating. She was very hostile and confrontational for no reason. I called and asked to speak with a manager about this but they were “unavailable” to talk with me.
