It’s nicer than I expected! WiFi issues

Everything was excellent EXCEPT YOUR TRASH CANA IN THE ROOM. They were too stinking small. And the top of one of them was just a narrow slit. What the heck? You can’t tell me you can’t afford bigger better trash cans!! That was my only complaint and it just sucked. Sorry but it really did. We filled the tiny things up on day one. Otherwise it was great!!

We went to relax and we were able to, however the hot tub jets did not work well and there were bugs in it. I don’t know how frequently it is cleaned but we stayed on a Thursday and Friday and kind of expected it to be a bit more clean. There were also a ton of ants around the pool deck too. These aren’t complaints just things I noticed and other guests also noticed. It is the great outdoors but it is a little difficult to lean your head back and unwind when you’re afraid of ants biting your neck. The room was clean and if you’re doing a business moment or staying somewhere and want solitude, it was great for that. The hotel is very tranquil and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also very quiet and spacious. Overall, it was a good stay, I just wish the hot tub was better.

The Pool is small. Its located Right next to the AC unit for the entire hotel so all you hear is the loud hum. There is no pool bar or service. This property is definitely business traveler oriented. We only stay here to go to Ray's games. Its OK for business not really a vacation spot.

The housekeeping was good with daily needs/ making beds. The property view was really beautiful and nice to walk around and look at the fish in the water and turtles. Our toilet kept clogging which was really frustrating (4x in total within 7 day stay.) parking price is decent not too crazy. We noticed above our toilet there was a big damp spot under the ceiling paint which was a little gross/ the rooms are not the cleanest but overall the stay was good and I am very picky with my stays. Food was tasty. Overall good

Not very wheelchair accessible. We had to switch rooms from a king bed, to a double bed because the shower was not accessible. Accessible. And we paid for a room with a view of the lake and did not get thst, and they didn't pay us the difference. They just gave us a couple cookies.

Mediocre stay: No cold water in my bathroom; only scalding hot! No shower mat in tub. Slippery. No pen/notepad in the room. Loud intrusive canned music throughout the hotel and outdoors on the beautiful terrace. Horrible! The employees are very shabbily dressed. Hard to believe that Hilton Hotels is okay with this. I could not get the television to work properly more than 50 percent of the time.

Outstanding property with incredible patio area.

Room was clean and exactly as pictured. The hotel itself was well kept and the pool was great with an extraordinary view of the lake. Check-in and check-out were seamless as well. My only criticism would be the size of the beds. The rooms are meant to sleep 4 adults, but the beds were super cramped for the money we were paying to be there.

The hotel was okay, put there was blood spots on the sheets. The property as a whole was good.

We stayed here for two nights for the BTS concert. The stayed was amazing! From the time we walked into the hotel it was very welcoming. We chose a room with a jetted tub, and it was amazing! We also used the pool and it was nice too! We did eat breakfast here, and it was yummy! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Hot tub could’ve been hotter and the jets could be better. But overall, really nice hotel with comfy beds and convenient!

The grounds, lobby snd restaurant were very nice. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The room was clean and they let us check in earlier… super friendly staff and very accommodating with us! Parking was no issue plenty of parking space! We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it was delicious

Despite no getting drinks poolside, highly recommend this hotel. While the bathroom tubs etc. are slightly dated, the room was clean and comfortable. The view from the sixth floor, spectacular. We will stay here again.

I am not sure if it was busier than usual due to sporting events and holiday, but room cleaning often came very late (after 5pm) and cleanings varied from day to day. Some small items like water and coffee in the lobby would be easy, nice touches.

A nice hotel but on the lower end of Hilton Hotels I have stayed at. I expected a better bed at a Hilton and the bed and sheet quality was more akin to a Hampton Inn. Nice pond and Walkway and got a great price.

Hot tub didn’t work & we picked the place just for that. AC didn’t work the first night. And the walking trail was closed. Other than that it was fine.

Check in was inefficient. Requested phone call twice when room was ready and never received a phone call. Cleanliness was okay. Fire alarm and not knowing where to go was very disruptive. Overall less than impressed with the staff and facility. Stayed there on the past but will not return.

I had to rush back up, my daughter and I both had to shower and pack. It felt like we were being put out in the street. The check in person was amazing! Great customer service! Great conversation!

The problem I had was that I found a roach in the bathroom when I was getting dressed and all that I was enjoying about the room went from really good to terrible. I dressed as fast as I could and waited downstairs until it was time for me to leave. I enjoyed talking with the employees at the front desk. They were very helpful with the questions I asked. Would I stay there again, I really cannot say yes to that. Unfortunately it only takes one bug and I am out of there. Hope you can take care of that situation.

Woke up to construction workers working when I payed well over $300 for a night and even on a Friday night. Bridge on lake was under construction. Breakfast not included. Not worth the price and would not come back or recommend people to visit. Also there was a piercing high pitch noise in my room all night

This place is beautiful to start. Super quiet and everyone is super friendly. Lots of parking. The pool area is nice and clean plenty of space and a nice sized hot tub. The king room with the balcony is amazing especially for a family with kids. Nice and spacious

The hotel was nice and clean. However housekeeping was not great. Out of the e four nights we stayed I had to go down to the front desk and get toilet paper 3 out of the 4 days. It seemed like housekeeping did not pay attention. Also the one day we were left with no bath mat to step on after showering. The beds were made nice and other parts of towel changeout were good

Property was very nice, can use a little upgrading, but very clean and comfortable. The landscaping was awesome, and lake nature walk was beautiful. I do recommend this hotel if planning a stay in St. Petersburg.

It was beautiful from the outside They relocated me at 9:30 at night due to overbooking. I had called that morning to confirm and was not told about the change. They sent us to another facility 30 minutes away and had to pay an extra $250. I booked back in January. We had lunch reservations that we had to cancel because we were now an hour away.

Bed was nice. We brought pizza and wings to celebrate the new Year. And they didn't have a microwave. So we had to eat it cold. Great room and the environment was very quiet, just what we needed for a long day travel. The electronic key was not available until I had to present the same card that I had made the reservation with. If I use the card to make the reservation, then it should be in the system and allow me to obtain the electronic key prior to my arrival.

They have vegetarian options in the hot breakfast which was nice. Only complaint I had is about a charge on a water bottle in the room and you have to pay for the parking. The mattress was little bit soft, but not bad.

The hotel is very old inside and ugly. I asked for a room with a view and I got one in second flor, my view was blocked from terrace. I asked to change room 3 times. Finally the 3d time I got a good one.(paying extra ofc). The only one hotel I stayed un Florida that the water was with payment 3$. The hotel is good location if you want to stay in the middle of Tampa and St Petersburg. But far away from beaches. So not a good fit for me this time.

I accepted it and before changing the hotel, I had gone on the chat with Expedia and they said I would still get the same deal because the whole hotel was cheaper and then they told me I had to cancel the first one and then purchased the second one so when I canceled the first hotel which was also a Hilton and then changed it to this hotel. I lost the discount and they wouldn’t honor it but the overall hotel stay was great.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at the St. Petersburg Hilton Carillon Park! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit comfortable. The pool was impressively clean and pleasantly warm, even though the weather was colder than usual during our trip. The hot tub was perfectly hot one day and more on the warm side the next, but still relaxing either way. One thing worth pointing out—some online searches say the hotel isn’t dog-friendly, but that’s definitely not the case. We saw several adorable four-legged guests during our stay, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Parking is no longer free which wasn't advertised. Hotel restaurant over charged me for drinks. Water temperature in the shower was luke warm first night. I reported this to the front desk and was assured it would be corrected. The next morning, there was even less warm water, almost cool. This is not what you expect from a Hilton property, especially at a room rate i was charged.. I am quite disappointed in this property and their lack of a discount or credit. Hilton leadership: you csn certainly do better than this.

Be aware that the boardwalk around the lake may still be closed as a result of last year’s hurricanes. This natural area doesn’t belong to the hotel. Guest service was gracious but spotty. We requested a luggage rack that never came and at checkout no one asked about our stay.

I had about 15 wasp on the balcony and couldn’t enjoy the room . I have video footage of how excited I was and it turned sour. I checked out early and didn’t use the hotel room for anything but to get dressed! I was hoping for a peaceful get away as I work 80 hours a week and that was my relaxation day

Top dollar for a room in front of a massive spotlight and exhaust fan. Fridge was broken so my food spoiled and no reasonable accommodation for the terrible inconvenience.

This is my favorite property in all of St. Petersburg. It feels like I'm abroad whenever i stay here. Very clean and inviting and the staff is as professional as it gets. I had my entire family stay here on the visit this time. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed..

There was a fire alarm just after midnight and the hotel had to be evacuated. I realize there was minimal staff at that time but there was no direction given to people as to what was going on and when we could expect to reneter the hotel.

They were very accommodating. They texted to ask if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. I asked for a mattress topper Sherie someone to check the AC. They took care of it before we even returned to the hotel.

staff is extremely nice and helpful and did the best they can. However the property is just dilapidated not well kept does not have a walking bridge like a show all the photos. There's no water like access to the hotel is very secluded from anything else. Not a great location definitely not what I expected for my family's vacation.

Had a great & easy check-in experience at the front desk. Standard $75 deposit hold. Property is very nice & close to downtown ST Pete which was perfect for us. Starbucks coffee is offered which comes in handy on a fast paced morning!

I really want to say how very much I enjoyed our stay. The staff wás exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. Fantastic hotel!

Very quiet place, beautiful relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property. The only improvement I would recommend is that the back deck and stairs need a power washing.

This is a relatively nice hotel. The rooms are good and amenities nice enough. The one problem is the staff, they were mostly inattentive and rude. I asked for and received a one hour late checkout. At exactly the original checkout time, cleaning staff came knocking—three times in ten minutes. When checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk person, he told me I didn’t have a late checkout, that he was the front desk the whole morning so there was no way I had called. When I told him that I had called, he said that wasn’t possible, but that he wasn’t going to charge me an extra charge. I don’t think I’ve ever been called a liar before.

Nice comfortable clean room. Hotel restaurant had great food options. We had flatbread pizza’s first night upon arrival, second night we were with friends who were celebrating their daughter’s graduation and had a very nice dinner. 100% recommend this hotel for your stay in the St Petersburg/ Tampa area.

Beautiful entry, industrial park type area, one dining option, no pen-paper in room, outdated tub-shower, $3 water bottles in room - celebrated b'day-anniversary, no recognition or mention ... expected more from Hilton brand.

Came for a quiet stay but these cheerleaders who stayed in the hotel ruined it. Shouting in the hallway until 1 am was crazy. Front desk agent mentioned she is going to add points to my honors program and still waiting for those points.

The desk clerk ANGELIC was simply amazing! She guided us into everything that we needed to know to have a wonderful vacation! I really appreciate that. We saved money and had the best trip in a very long time. We will be back!! Thanks a lot Angelic 😄😄

Very lovely hotel, stayed there to go to the run Jin tour! The entrance is a little weird but once you enter and go to the front the view is gorgeous!

Only stayed one night. Hot water took some time to kick in but otherwise a really great experience. Would stay again.

We arrived in Tampa last Saturday and were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Angelic was professional, courteous and friendly. She provided dining locations, that were spot on. From this point going forward, we will be staying at Hilton hotels.

Everything for the most part was smooth. The suite was spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. Everyone was amazing. The pool was nice too with some shade. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch. We expected a bigger fridge and perhaps a microwave would have been nice too,But overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

This is a very beautiful hotel, great location and ample of parking. The staff was very nice but it seems like they short staff in housekeeping dept. My shower gel bottle in the shower was out when I checked in and I had to call them many times for them to bring me a new bottle.

Room was nice and clean. Pool was super old and gross. Also very small. There's a small Starbucks downstairs serving coffee from 6am-2pm which was convenient. Front desk staff was very friendly.

My daughter was getting married and her bridal party and i(mom of the bride) stayed here for 1 night. It was wonderful! We even got a connecting room! The restaurant was amazong, a bit pricey. But very good. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great for us, close to family and major hiways to get just about anywhere quickly. Pool was wonderful

Nice hotel, grounds are pretty. Front desk at check in was fabulous. Construction ongoing … but not too disturbing.

The staff was nice, but the facilities weren't the best. The pool didn't feel very clean. The pipes in the room rumbled during shower and the AC clunked on very loudly. The sheets and toilet paper were both scratchy. I'm not sure if the fridge was working properly or not. We didn't try the tv. The workout room had some stuff but no erg and only free weight dumbbells for any strength training. The pool and hot tub both had accessible chairs for the handicapped and there weren't hard steps. The hallways were very cold. The restaurant had a wrird smell inside and the bugs were annoying sitting outside to avoid the smell. The food was okay. The cleaning staff showed up 2 hours before checkout tocleanthe room but were friendly when we explained that it wasn't time to check out yet and to come back later. It seemed like the staff was doing an amazing job making the best of a facility that was a bit run down. For the price I'm fine with it, but was hoping I was getting a bit better and a deal. I got what I paid for.

We always throughly enjoy our stay at this particular Hilton location and mostly everything is perfect. Accept for two things that I'm almost certain that its been mentioned before and that is the shower 🚿 pressure is weak. And the late night parking is not always what one wouldn't prefer for it to be. 😒 nonetheless we'll definitely come back again in the future.

Chellie went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We booked a junior suite for two nights. I was under the impression it has a balcony because that’s what the pictures shown. Our room did not have a balcony but instead an extra half bathroom. After voicing my concerns the second day, Chellie did not hesitate to help us switch our room with a balcony and a lake view! Thank you!

Very nice hotel. Nice pool, great and good size room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just make sure not to get a room near the A/C. That's very loud.

Amazing staff!!!

Great property! We were located end room- which was great, however it sounded like either the ac unit was above us- which was rather noisy. We eventually were able to fall asleep. Next time I will be sure to confirm where the AC unit is located to avoid...

I didn’t not like that it was in a business district with no close activities. Also the pool space was limited and always full
