The hotel was very clean and quiet. We didn’t need much interaction with the staff, but when we engaged they were very nice.

The hotel and its staff was fabulous. The breakfast was really good too.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! They have a nice daily breakfast with lots of variety and the serving area/eating area/tables were always very clean. The gym was well maintained and had good equipment. We didn't use the pool-it looked clean but it was a very small area. Overall, a fine place to stay just feel like it wasn’t in the best area, but to be fair we didn’t have any issues while we were there. A little unnerving they had a paper sign just taped to automatic front door saying the front is locked at night for safety. Hotel was convenient to the highway, parking was good, hotel just felt older. Good if you don’t want to pay Tampa, St Pete beach/downtown prices but a bit of drive to get to all those spots.

The rooms were clean and the staff were all very friendly. Only had 1 issue with the cleaning service not getting our used towels and leaving us fresh ones, but that only happened on 1 of the days. Breakfast was OK and parking was close and convenient.

The room were clean, but the bed was not made up thoroughly it also seems to have a tilt to it, I stayed in the suite that looked a little outdated and the couch sleeper slightly old. But the breakfast was good and parking was convenient.

Will definitely return here!!! Great for families! Oh and coffee was delicious!

by Marriott in various parts of the country. I keep booking with Marriott because my last 2 stays were excellent. This location not as highly rated by wife and myself. Staff was not as friendly and interior showed much more wear. Could be based on years in business and popularity of area. This stay was also more expensive I'm guessing also based on the area we were in. Traffic in area was tolerable but hectic. Only a couple blocks away looks like a rough area, wife was somewhat nervous. Breakfast was slightly above average, but choices seemed less than our last 2 stays at Fairfield.

Location was good for us. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Biggest complaint is the very hard beds and uncomfortable sofabed. It wasn't really usable as a sofa or a bed. New furniture and better quality linens/pillows would make this place great.

I like that I could walk to waffle House and I could park my 40ft trailer in the back.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel!! At best 3 star. I am very disappointed. The location was right off the highway and not a very safe place. That was the entire reason why I was looking for a 4 star hotel, traveling for work.

For a 4 star hotel was not any nicer than the 2.5 star hotels we frequent. There was NO hot water for 2 days!!! 3 cold showers for each of us was not relaxing or peaceful after long days of competing!

We stayed for 1 week and had to be picked up by Uber. All of them had a hard time identifying the entrance for the hotel. I would suggest a place a sight at the street entrance, that would be helpful.

Not easy to locate, confusion created by adjacent shared driveway with other hotel. Also noticed people coming into breakfast from that other hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. They offer free streaming of Netflix and Max. Only issue is that the service was spotty and kept buffering. However the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was awesome and area was clean.

Nice place, very clean. The only issue I have is the walls are beyond thin - you can hear talking Nextdoor and the television more so than any other hotel I’m stayed at. The staff are super lovely though.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn. My only complaint is that the thermostat on the AC unit kept going on and off all night long the last 2 nights making an annoying clicking sound. I mentioned it to the front desk when I left.

It is very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The free breakfasts are fresh, varied and served with style. There is a pool (and, I heard, an exercise room). Free self parking. This is not a fancy hotel (no restaurant or bar), but for business and family travelers, it's an excellent choice. I'd stay again.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. They were always so cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, there was a different choice of hot food every day. The pool was really nice, and the beds were very comfortable.

I would rate this a 5 star, but the last night people in the room next to us were fighting from 1:00 am until 3:20 am . This made us very uneasy and unable to get back to sleep.

It was clean all around and breakfast (from 6am - 9am) is included. Front desk and housekeeping staff is hospitable and sweet. Enjoyed my stay!

Check in was quick, but the lady didnt seem like she really wanted to be working and check out the next morning felt same way same lady. Didnt feel welcoming. Lile other fairfields we stayed at. The AC would go below 68 degrees and we got warm while sleeping. Breakfast options werent good like we have had at other fairfield inns. Room was clean, hotel clean.

The area is definitely not pretty. Our room smelled bad, our curtains could not close, the AC was a nightmare.

I had the worst stayed on my life, the housekeeper came to my room and yell at me that can’t my sheets be changed daily do not be memeber of Marriot Member and had booked with expedia. I needed the sheet be changed for health reasons, until recover from surgery. Never ever in my life had experience that. Where a housekeeper yell and told me I have to pay $250 dls for each sheet had stained, mind your business was food stains. Manager never ever apologized for the fact I found roaches and never were offered to changed rooms or anything. Couldn’t reach the manager in person just email and by time she answer me was 3rd day and was under surgery so couldn’t do anything. Terrible.

The bathrooms could have been cleaned better before I came in. Also, I was not informed of the additional $30 eco friendly green charge before I gave my card for check in. It wasn’t until after I reviewed my bank statements that I saw that more than the refundable $40 was charged to my account, I went to the front desk and I was informed of the additional charge.

The bed is old and saggy. The bed sheets are old and elastic was too loose and never stayed in place. They just need to replace them. Hair conditioner was empty.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very nice and big. Bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside was the giant, flying cockroach we had to kill before going to bed our last night.

Our room was PERFECT!! The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. We loved the COMPLIMENTARY breakfasts...the variety of food choices was incredible and the food was very fresh and quite delicious. The staff was without a doubt the most friendly and helpful we've ever experienced in our travels!!! Now I understand the 4 star rating...should be 5 stars if that were possible. Thank you for making our visit to St. Petersburg so enjoyable!!

When we told the person at checkin that we would be leaving very early the next morning before breakfast, she made a note to get the coffee started earlier than usual. The next morning befote 5AM, it was brewed and ready! The only downside to this hotel (which the staff cannot control) is surrounding area. The only walkable restaurant is a Waffle House (mostly liquor stores and check cashing places nearby) and there are quite a few people walking around who were likely in drugs. But no one threatened us or broke into our car so it may not be as bad as it seemed.

We asked for late checkout & was told a 1:00pm checkout was approved. So why di the house keeping staff NOT GET NOTIFIED? They knocked on our door at 10:00 and even after I told themwe had kate check out the knocked again at 11:30. So much for privacy and the ability to relax.

We stayed two nights while attending a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game. Wonderful for this class of accommodation. Would definitely choose this location again. Manager extremely nice.

The property is too far from anything and appeared to be in a low-end neighbourhood. We had just come from Clearwater and thought it wouldt be like that but we were not impressed upon arrival. The hotel staff were awesome and the breakfast in the morning was quite impressive, but it wasn't as clean as the Fairfield in Clearwater. Parking was free so that was wonderful and we spent a really nice day at the Pier.
