    There was a Denny's restaurant next door. In the room was somewhat clean Had to manually flush the toilet. The AC unit was leaking. The pool was under maintenance, which was not known in reservation. It seemed there was a lot of pimps and prostitutes lingering around. Usually the Days Inn I stayed at are pretty decent , three star. But this one ,I would give a one star. Wasn't aware of the neighborhood but now I need to ask next time I make reservations. Thanks

    I liked the location I didn't like that my room never got cleaned and was infested with bugs. They eventually over me to another room on my last day saying I would receive a refund and I never got the refund now no one will answer as to when I would see a refund

    The pool was not even open. There was rampant prostitution activity. Some pimp tried to pick up my girlfriend to see if she wanted to work. Yes that is the truth. There were bugs all over the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting.

    The hotel is in a good location it’s kinda ghetto but it’s so close to everything, movies, food, is like a 15 minute bus ride away so it’s super convenient. We got a king sized room and it was super comfortable, clean. They do have a bit of a roach problem though which is gross, especially for how clean it was i wasn’t expecting roaches but we stayed for 5 days and only saw like two.

    There were alive and dead roaches in the room. The pool was under maintenance and no notification was given prior to stay. The room key wouldn’t work when scanning on the door. We had to change rooms twice. Problem after problem and only thing offered was a room change. Won’t be staying here again

    It put me close to the coast for other activities and was available last minute Had to ask for towels EVERY SINGLE DAY. No luggage cart for 2 days. Had to insist, and finally one was found. No housekeeping services. Saw carts outside the same few rooms down from us. Felt very unsafe. Lots of loitering. Pictures on internet did match the actual rooms offered. The property was in what seemed like a lesser part of town. And a cockroach was seen on checkout morning in the tub. The refrigerator wasn't working, we pulled it out to realize it wasn't even plugged in. We needed this for medications requiring refrigeration.

    I liked that online it said they had a pool and a hot tub, but when we got there we were unable to use either. The pool was drained half way , so I called front desk to ask.. they said they are under going renovations and that it should be up and running the following week. Severe drug activity directly out front of our hotel room . We pre planned to stay there for 4 nights , we left after the very first night. We would have left sooner but we didn't want to pack at night I front of like 20 people and cars coming and going as they were dealing drugs. Also j had to wait to speak to a manager about a refund unfortunately.

    That I didn’t get the room I paid for ,and had to settle for another room because my room didn’t even have a tv to watch. Nothing was done for my inconvenience. Staff needs to be checking room regularly before renting them out. There’s more than enough of them.

    I traveled from Atlanta for less than 24 hours with my niece for a concert. The check in was suppose to at 3:00pm but was told that there was nothing available for another hour or two. It was very frustrating because we were extremely exhausted and wanted to relax before the concert. Eventually, we were about to get around maybe about 45 minutes later but, the only room available only had one bed. I reserved for two beds but settled due to out desperation and lack of sleep. The staff were great and very kind.

    The bathroom sink water valve was loose from the vanity and the elbow at the bottom was clogged, same as the bathtub the water was draining very slow, also the bed support in one of the rooms was broken, front desk was informed of situation, hotel maintenance fixed the problem the following day. And to END there was not BREAKFAST INCLUDED as you mentioned on Expedia reservation

    We showed up before the concert with two hours to relax, and they told us that our room wasn’t ready and it might not be ready for hours. It was a terrible experience. The doors don’t open and we would never stay in the days and we took the days off our list unless somebody from Daisy contacted us and gave us some free days.

    NOTHING!!! Drugs being sold on the premises, right outside my room. There is an eight foot chain link fence around the premises, two men (not guests) were jumping over the eight foot chain link fence, an employee saw them jumping the fence and did not say or do anything about it. There were men selling drugs right outside of my room, I could smell marijuana strongly from inside my room. It was not a safe environment us, my wife and myself.

    I didn’t realize half this hotel was a Super 8- half and it wasn’t the best location. We made the best of what was there but wouldn’t stay there again. The blow dryer didn’t work, the remote was duct taped , it smelled like MJ everywhere, and you needed a manager to access the boiling no air laundry room.

    No furniture In the Lobby, no place to sit waiting for a pick up . Sink and bathtub stopped up not fixed before we left. Noisy people roaming around and noisy on the second floor--seemed to settle by 12 AM tapping on the window to our room. a few insects in the room, expected because it is FL. Not a hotel for Tourists--seems more geared to help homeless, which is great, but to be homeless hotel and visitor hotel does not work! We stayed 2 nights and left for the next 4. Would like to speak to a person regarding this situation.

    Day two, requested to be moved I was given a room key to move closer to the front of the hotel. Went to check out this room and woke up a gentleman who said he was moved into that room during the night. Day 3, the shower was like taking a shower with a waterpick the drain was stopped up. Went by the front desk and ask if they would have maintenance go by room to fix drain. I bought a shower head so I could take a shower. Came back to the room to have lunch and work found the tub still holding water. Figured the maintenance had not got to the room yet. I left and returned around 9:00 pm the tub had not been touched yet went back to the front desk and reqested help..the guy showed up at 10:00pm luckily it turned out to be be a easy fix. Day 4 got up took a shower and went about my day. I stopped at the front desk to let them know that house keeping missed my room the day before, I was told you had to request housekeeping, I did and when I got back to the room that evening nothing had been touched. I went back to the front desk and ask for towels and wash clothes. My trip was to come to Florida to help a family member who was in hospital, I am in the process if taking of personal business with the recent passing of my wife. This was the last thing that I wanted to deal with. Very stressful week

    The room smelled like stale cigarettes and overall in disrepair. The shower water only came out in a trickle so be prepared to spend 40 minutes trying to get shampoo out of your hair. The people next to us apparently lived there and were moving and because there is no elevator and the people were sliding totes down the stairs and since you can hear everything it sounded like a bomb. Listening to the little bird in the opposite room tweeting wasn’t bad though. Good news is we did see an exterminator as I imagine bugs are a concern. The bed was comfy surprisingly. Not sure what the red splatter on the ceiling could be from. Needed a room last minute and everything was booked so we stayed here. Probably should’ve just rented a van lol

    The property needs some serious renovations and paint! Its run down and they dont have enough employees to run this properly. Thr front desk person has to leave a sign that they will be back shortly, when they have to go to the bathroom.or assist a customer that takes them away from the desk. As they only have 1 person working. That one person checks in people for both Super 8 and Days Inn. The same place, with the same rooms. You just pay more when you rent from Days Inn. Trash cans over full everywhere in the halls and the roomss are dirty. Clean beds but dirty rooms also in need of repair. They had hundreds of loose rocks from the rock walkways that some kid threw in the pool. The water was freezing and the walls of the pool had black mold They didnt have help to remove the rocks or clean the dirty moldy pool. It was very under staffed and diirty. We had to leave. It was too dirty for us. Happily the front desk person Jose understood and refunded our money. He couldnt deny any of our complaints! We were nott the only people complaining either! Many thanks to Jose at the front desk, as he was working hard trying to please people that were upset or in need of something. He was the only positive thing that this place had going for them. I would not recommend staying here!

    Nothing “Free breakfast” was literally just granola bars. The housekeeping only came to our room once, in the middle of our stay to tell us we needed to check out, even though our check out wasn’t for 2 more days. She was Rude & weird. Asked my boyfriend to step outside when he told her it wasn’t our time to check out. The walls were dirty. Huge chip in tub. Toilet paper holder was broken.

    Pretty close to downtown. Near food & box store shopping. Huge palmetto bugs and roaches. Non-smoking room smelled so horribly of stale smoke I had to go buy spray. Super seedy neighbors. Front desk never picked up the phone to try to change room. When I wrote to the property on booking they just kept telling me the dates I was staying. Mind you, I WAS ALREADY THERE in the smokey “non-smoking” room.

Ice machine eventually stopped working and my bathroom faucet was wobbly and askew which got water all over the back of the sink.

    At midnight, we killed 9 bugs and couldn't find 2 others we saw runnng around. Went to the front desk, they said the room was scheduled for fumigation the next morning! And they put us in that room! We switched our room at 1:30 am. Not much better. Popcorn on the floor, toilet ran all night, no garbage can, air conditioner leaked all over the floor. The woman at the front desk told us we were lazy because we didn't want to go to the second floor. My suitcase was 1/2 full of power tools for a work project and weighed over 60 lbs. and there is no elevator. Oh yeah.... and 2 bugs in the morning!!!

    Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this place. It is posted no smoking but they were letting people amoke all over. Both tobacco and Marijuana. I had no hot water in the sink and no pressure in the shower. The advertised breakfast from 6 am to 9 am. I got to the lobby at 615 and ask were breakfast was. I was told they had a dire in the kitchen and only had a sams club energy bar and coffee. You do not need a kitchen to put out yogurt or packages cereal. The coffe was full of grounds wvery morning i was there. All and all thus was a very bad experience. I would have left after the first day except i had prepaid and was told no refunds.

    I. The receat the front desk was pleasant. We left after about half hour. We had our daughter book us into another hotel in St Pete. It was a very negative experience over all. I had tried to cancel the reservation after reading the reviews but was unable to do so on the E pedia app. A waste of money.

    I reserved a room and when I showed up, it wasn’t available and got a different room that I didn’t want so in the morning they got me the room that I originally reserved. I prepaid in advance and everything. I don’t understand how you could just rent it out to someone else. The room was clean, but I had a lot of problems. Some of the outlets didn’t work to charge your phone. The refrigerator didn’t work hairdryer didn’t work. The lights around the bed. One was missing the lightbulb in the lampshade TV had a big line down the middle so he could hardly watch it. Some of the staff was really nice and helpful some were rude.     The first room i was given was facing the west and the sun heated the room up and the ac unit didn't cool the room down until midnight. The door to the room didn't have any weatherstripping on it, so from the heat to the roaches were to much. I did go the front desk, and the staff were very happy to move me to another room. This room was way better and cleaner. But the others guest that are living in the adjacent rooms were noisy and playing music and there tv very loud. I called the front deck and complained, and they did talk with them, and they lowered the sound levels. I have stayed at several of their other places without any issues.

    Don't let the recent renovations fool you - this is still a 1-star hotel that is confusing because it's also the Super 8 on the same property! It's rundown and dirty, feels sketchy, has long-term renters that are going through a hard time, and multiple vehicles that have windows busted out and covered with plastic garbage bags. The front desk girl was nice and friendly, and that was the extent of my dealing with the staff. The front desk is split for both the Days Inn and Super 8 - why is this two different hotels with two different rates when it's ONE building?! What separates the two? The AC was really noisy, the bed sagged in the middle, the towels were really small, the shower had been redone but had old cracks and drill holes, there was a big spot where a picture used to be but was only a square of stained paint and screw holes, and the furniture was minimal. I stayed in a king room by the pool area, and I had to walk through a fairly dark hallway/stair area to get there, which made me nervous. It didn't feel very safe and I didn't like the overall looks of the property. It was extremely disappointing for a Days Inn - and even for a Super 8! This is definitely a 1-star hotel - skip it and invest a little more for yourself!

    This property is actually 2 hotels in one. Which is confusing. As you salk into the loby the check in area is seperated into 2 one for motel 8 and one for days inn. Check in went smooth everything else was down hill from there. The pool was closed. Nowhere on the hotel.com site was i told that the pool was closed. Its florida in the summer we wanted to go to the pool. Next our room. It was clean for the most oart. We had 1 towel. 2 people 1 towel. No hot water in the shower or sink. Not even warm. Zero water pressure. Sink had been reattached to the wall and was clearly still broken. Parking lot was decent. Other than all the ballards in feont of the spots were used as ashtrays. Hotel has non smoking rooms not sure why they are considered non smoking when they still smell like cigarettes or weed. All night long all you could smeel.was cigarettes. Would not recommend this hotel. Do yourselves a favor spend the extra money and go somewhere alittle nicer.

    The room was in extreme disrepair. The bathroom door did not even close. The hinges weren’t lined up. There was oxidation in the drains, and on the pipes the moldings had buildup on them. The tile floor had build up. The air conditioner was loud, and it felt humid in the room. There was a roach crawling on the floor. The overall quality of the room was extremely poor. The ceiling was cracked and poorly repaired. The paint was chipping off of the door overall, it feel like the room had not been updated or maintained in a very long time.
