Room tight with two beds. Hard to move around. For the price it was acceptable. Free breakfast was available but did not care to eat it.

To probably need to keep more clean and the smell in the hallway most important thing there’s no vent when you take a shower when you get out of the shower you couldn’t even see yourself in the mirror. I feel like the room is not ventilated.

Location if anything Not clean, noisy, old and any repairs were poor e.g. lock on door was not fully secured, bathroom wallpaper was stapled to wall where it came off, possible blood stain on tissue container in bathroom, remote control was a bit sticky. Stayed only 3hrs as the final draw was the noisy A/C. There was other small stuff but that is enough to make me leave and continue my drive at 2am after driving for 6hrs.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Conveniently located for people who are commuting and need access to 95. It wasn't quite what I thought it was going to be. The room was dark, in need of an overhaul because it's had one too many patch jobs. It was a tight fit for a King bed. I couldn't get my key to work even after getting it changed out. I had to slide the key card in the slot at least 5 times, every time before I could get into my room. It had an adjoining room that was lockable on my side and likely the same on the other, but sound travels so loudly. I could hear conversations all night on some nights. On one evening of the 5 days I stayed there, only one young gentleman staff member was pleasant and said, "good evening" when I walked in. Wish I had remembered his name to say how nice he was. All other occasions, it was like the staff was avoiding eye contact or were just in permanent bad moods.

The $25 incidental fee and location is close to my sister. There weren't many options for breakfast, the bathroom had mold and mildew and the tile in the bathroom was coming up off the floor (very hazardous), there was also no body wash, no easy access to gym, hard to find parking. It was a pretty awful experience.

The hotel is dated and need s to be updated ik the rooms such as curtains and bathroom. The was no shower yel in shower, there was only shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good! Need to add a non pork options for meat. Thanks!

The condition of the building is pretty terrible. Water damage, mold, vinyl wallpaper detaching from walls, smelly carpeting. Our room had water-damaged baseboard at the wall AC unit. the unit was really noisy, ran all night, but never cooled the room to below 82 degrees F! We stayed for one night. I am mold-sensitive, and just that one night made me feel awful.

The staff is very accomodating. Breakfast offered many choices and changed day-by-day. Even thought it's in a busy area, It was quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, we would stay again and look forward to it.

We stayed 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft. The fridge worked well. The shower was nice and the water was very hot. The breakfast buffet was quite nice - make your own waffles, yogurt, and coffee were all good. So all the important things were excellent. The only negatives were there was visible water damage/old repairs in places on the ceiling and no fan or nightlight in the bathroom.

There was cold water. We stayed with family and either night or morning we couldn’t take shower because was cold water running. We must take our rest of the trip not freshed.

I really didn’t get to enjoy services . Electricity was out once I returned from visiting family. I was moved next door to the comfort inn.

Nothing ! The room was horrible we had rust in the bathroom and mold in the vent in the bathroom. Ceiling had water damage that was covered up by paint . Beds were stained . Front desk staff at the time was very nasty and rude he made us wait to check in over 30mins .

I rented the room because it had a refrigerator, which did not work

It was a large room and we felt safe. We enjoyed the free breakfast and free parking. Room was a little dirty and worn. Shower curtain liner was moldy and looked like the tub needed to be replaced, a large patch in it. Had to call maintenance to come get our furnace working, room was cold and heat wouldn’t work. But they came quickly and fixed the issue right away.

Breakfast was minimum and you park at your own risk. Day 2 of my stay they had no hot water to shower or bathe.

Needed a one-night safe stay during our road trip. This hotel provided that nicely, with the a good and typical complimentary breakfast in the morning. One great benefit was the number of great dinner options in the mall directly across the street--from finer dining to food court!

Hallways constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. Would probably not stay again.

location is good they contract with local schools and they had about 5 buses pull up and stay there with school kids for 3 nights at least who were running, screaming, stomping all evening long way past 10 pm courtesy time. I had to call front desk every night to have them check on upstairs room where the kids were yelling at the top of their lungs and what felt like boxing each other and the walls.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk ignored my presence while continuing a conversation with another employee. I was only acknowledged after walking to the opposite end of the counter, where another employee instructed me to return to the original desk. This was an unprofessional and unwelcoming start, especially considering I had already completed pre-check-in and had a card on file. I later spoke with the manager regarding this interaction, and while he was courteous, the situation did not improve. After returning from breakfast and shopping, I was told my room had been “upgraded.” Although the rate remained the same, I accepted the change in good faith. However, when I approached the front desk again, I was unexpectedly accused of smoking in the room. This allegation is completely false and highly concerning. To address the accusation, a maintenance employee was sent to inspect the room. I found this both intrusive and inappropriate. Additionally, despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, it appears hotel staff entered the room without permission. Housekeeping services were not performed—towels were not refreshed, and the bed linens were not changed. This raises serious concerns about both privacy violations and service standards. We were in virgina to take the Amtrak Auto Train to Florida but the train was canceled because of snow, so we stayed two nights at this hotel. I have a heart condition and we asked if there was any way if they could dig us out of our parking spot. We will came down to leave our car was dug out. We appreciate all the hotel hard done for us. The staff didn’t really interact beyond picking their head up and a small hello when I went by. The hotel rooms are loud. You can hear the people next to you very easily and the ac/heat unit turning on can wake you out of a dead sleep. Breakfast was standard and had a clean area.

My fiancée and I stay here at least once a week and the property is always clean. This was the first bad experience we've had at this location. My fiancée and I stay here at least once a week to get her closer to work. The bed comfort wasn't the best, we were woken up at 11pm to the smell of marijuana coming through the vents, our fan wouldn't turn off so it blew constantly all night, then 6am wake up to cigarette smells coming through the vents. We spent majority of the night with a headache and a nauseous stomach.

The water was hot and the toilet flushed strongly. Online pre-checkin was nice. I paid for 2 queen beds but was given double beds. When I questioned the size, I was told they were indeed queen beds, but I own a queen bed and they were indeed NOT queen beds! The towels and sheets were dirty, the floor was sticky, the outlets were not all working outlets, and there was even a lamp that was not plugged in but taking up space because the outlet was not functioning. The bathroom door was rotting, and the shower barely sprayed water, and the curtain couldn't close because the rod was fixed at an upward angle, making the curtain fall to the middle and making the water get all over the floor in the bathroom.

This is an old motel trying to stay afloat until the current owner can find a buyer. It is over 50 years old, and you can see its age. My door lock card reader did not work well. I had to play with it every time I went into the room, and I was there for 12 nights on a business trip. I said something to the clerk, and the request was ignored. I will never stay in this broken down property again. Other rooms may have been better, but many are likely worse.

Room climate was terrible. They give you the impression that you have full control of the temperature but it’s pre set. The air conditioning was blowing hot air. We were miserable on top of it all they had us on a floor with 2 loud barking dogs. They barked all night non- stop. NEVER AGAIN!!

Room was clean but small. Lamp flashed off and on, air conditioner wasn’t really cool, floor was patched, tiles loose in the bathroom. Breakfast was not that great.

I enjoyed my stay, it was good

Right next to a mall, and convenient access to the highway. Hotel is dated but clean. We did have to request to move rooms, the old AC unit in the initial room had a musty/moldy smell and we didn't feel comfortable with our infant. The hotel was very accommodating and moved us to a room that did not have the moldy odor. Breakfast was good and service was good.

The room had an odor, a very musty smell. Also, the toilet started to back up at the end of the first day.

I booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia yesterday for my guests, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When my guests arrived, they immediately noticed that: The beds were uncomfortable The carpet was dirty The rooms smelled very bad, and the odor extended throughout the entire hotel The furniture was old and worn out The environment was noisy and unpleasant. My guests told me it was a very bad experience, and they would never stay at this hotel again. As the person who booked the rooms, I feel very sad and embarrassed that I placed them in such poor conditions. This is not the quality of stay I expected when booking through Expedia, and I believe both Expedia and the hotel should be aware of how disappointing this was. Sincerely, Asma omer

The stuff is great

Breakfast was missing fruit one morning. Missing fruit would not have been a big deal if the breakfast selection had more choices.

Parking was easy. Buffet was good.

Room was updated and very clean. Nice assortment for breakfast. The air conditioner worked very well but was louder than most we have experienced.

Front desk and room service personnel were so friendly and always helpful. Same for breakfast staff. Will definitely be back!

My main complaints are: 1) There were noises all throughout the night (most of which didn't come from other guests, so that isn't an excuse) 2) Housekeeping tried to come into the room at 8:30 AM and then again at 9:30 AM. I don't feel like I need to put out the "Do Not disturb" sign for people to know that most guest are in the room and asleep at 8:30...?

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was fine (good shower). Hotel is dated and could use an upgrade but we had no complaints. Unbelievable number of channels on the TV!!

Front desk employee at check in not professional or customer service appropriate. Musty odor in room, keypad entry required several attempts each time entering room, bathroom not clean (hair visible in sink from previous customer). Air conditioner unit only worked for a few minutes- room temperature stifling, microwave not functioning until it was determined that it was not plugged into outlet…

Great location, and great breakfast. Beware the shuttle service however! Asked the front desk what time shuttle to metro was available in the morning and he said 7:30. I asked if we just need to call to get picked up and they said yes. Got on shuttle around 8:30 am and spent the day in Washington DC. We got to the Metra station at 3:45pm and I called and was informed there was no one there to drive the shuttle but they were supposed to be in at 4:30 but sometimes didn’t get into work at 5. So we were stuck!! Fortunately we figured a but to take us to a nearby hotel. Next morning we needed to board the shuttle at 7:30 am. Front desk stated driver might not get there until 8. So we decided just to drive and pay for parking at the metra since the service was very undependable. Front desk afternoon lady was extremely nice about it and felt bad. This was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel though so kind of disappointing.

After ariving to property had to change to 3 rooms due to broken a/c vents was so tired i woke up at midnight to banging at my door went to use the room phone and it was broken felt unsafe when i woke up at 7:30 am and pulled the sheets back they were dirty and stained

Beware there is a $27 hidden resort fee on top of what you pay to Expedia.

Very professional and courteous

A short holiday weekend trip with family to kick off daughter’s senior year. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Room and and bed were comfortable. Place is conveniently located to get to stores and restaurants easily. Shuttle service services to metro stations to get to DC was phenomenal. Will definitely be back.

Extremely outdated but clean. Everything is really old including beds. Not worth the money. Not good when children are involved since they touch everything. Don't expect to have normal drawers for clothes. They're like an inch deep.

The rooms ac was not working well and the customer service was not helpful.

Had zero issues with any part of the stay. Easy to find..had breakfast. Staff was very friendly at the front counter. Check in process was very easy. Booked a room very shortly spur of moment to take a break from the road and was a breeze. Fast and easy check in. Hotel had no odd odors as you find sometimes. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay, enjoyed the free breakfast, plenty of shopping around the area along with places to eat.

Clean room, comfortable bed

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The only down side was I found the A/C unit to be a bit loud overnight. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

My only complaint would be the beds, which had too soft mattresses, and the room AC unit was rather noisy.

We stayed for a quick, 1 night stay late at night on our long drive and this hotel was convenient, right off the main highway 95. Enjoyed the free breakfast, but we were in and out very quick the next morning to continue our drive. Thanks.

My stay was very nice Clean nice area

Nice hotel located in a very good area. The hotel seems kind of old and could use some updating that being said housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms clean there are American roaches outside sometimes but I stayed here for 2 months and never saw one inside of the hotel breakfast is okay although repetitive tv is not so good but the wifi is strong. I had a very negative experience with one of the hotel staff I think that person could be dangerous and doesn't need to be in customer service.

I love that they offer free breakfast and, there is a big shopping mall right across the street. Alot, of options to go eat and shop.

Very good price for the location.

Overall it was nice. The beds were soft which i normally don't find at a hotel. The only thing that dropped a star for me was that we had trouble with the room cards. I had to go down 3 times to get the cards to work. Other than that it was nice.

The property provides oversized parking areas which was great for our UHaul trailer. They also accommodated our request for early checkin.

For the money it was OK. Area was safe. Nothing glamorous about it. Paint peeling off walls in the room. Tile floors were great instead of carpet.

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times and is always clean and the staff is always friendly and nice. I love the easy access to the shopping area and it’s close to where I work. I am a traveling nurse and I love staying here.

great place to relax, with food options all around you.

The room was very comfortable and clean. My favorite thing about it was that there was no carpet on the floor. Carpets hold all sorts of allergens. I usually wake up with congestion and a headache when I stay in hotels but not this time. Also, the breakfast was excellent and the manager was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the ice machine was broken on our floor and we had problems getting our key cards to open the door to the room. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The room was clean. The microwave, and coffee maker did not work. The fridge froze everything. A/C was very noisy and did not cool well. The hallways were very hot and humid, no air conditioning in hallways we guessed or it was broken. The shower was just a trickle of water we let front desk know and they did fix that the same day.
