The room was clean and good sized. The bed and pillows were comfy. There were in-room fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron. The breakfast was good - nice hot choices.

The room was okay - small but clean bed and hot shower. Overall cleanliness would be improved by a good deep clean. Dorm-size fridge worked well. Did not use tiny microwave or coffee maker. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it included sausage and eggs. I would stay again as this time was - a one night place to sleep before medical treatment early next morning - but I'll bring my own pillows as the four on the bed were flatter than the breakfast waffles. Maybe bring earplugs too as the highway noise was loud.

It was fairly quiet and there was easy access to the parking lot The TV operation was terrible, signal kept going in and out, and there was no handy programming guide so it took forever to find channels, the bathroom was not in the best of shape with exposed pipes and stains on the floor

I am a bit of a bigger person, I recommend showering vs bathing. Can be hard to fit in the tub.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Also there was no incidental fee.

The only thing that I was confused and upset about was the shower in the tub. Other than that everything was okay.

Location and cleanliness. No bugs The same young man at the desk with glasses gave me problems again. This time, he didn’t say anything about my service animal but instead came to my room, knocked on the door while I was on my lunch break and trying to rest before going back to work and told us that he had to come inside or room for something. He came inside, walked around inspected the room and proceeded to tell me that he had to check because sometimes other guests allow their animals to destroy their ruins and then asked me to take the dog out so that housekeeping could come in and clean. It took them about 2-3 hours after we talked to actually come in and clean and I didn’t get any sleep on my break. That ruined my whole day. I was extremely tired and needed to rest!

The desk man says he will get in touch with manager and work out a discount on room. Well today we check out and no discount. I would like them to reimburse me at least 20 dollars per night for 4 nights we stayed. Other than that we had a good time and the people was nice too. I would stay again if I was in the woodlands. It felt like home away from home. But no kitchenette or roll in shower!

What is going on with these hotels? If you don't want to include a continental breakfast, just remove it from the amenities you offer. I unfortunately booked with two different hotels in the area and both no juice available. maybe this is a thing. I would not return to this hotel if I was returning to the area.

No hot water for showers for 2 days of my stay, and if I was lucky got a luke warm shower at best. The A/C unit was very noisey. No dresser for clothing. Floors were dirty. Lighting was dim. Toilet seat was broken on arrival.

The room was “clean” from a woman’s perspective, ugh… but for a man, it was perfectly fine. Women tend to be more picky. I am guilty of that. It was not nasty. We stayed there( myself and my 15 yr old son) for 1 night. He had a 7on7 football tournament so this didn’t break the bank. The room smelled like cigarettes, and it was noisy outside over night. Would I stay again? Only in that exact situation. The room was $83 so … No real complaints

The place is terrible has roaches. The bathtub was literally painted with paint as peeling. The sink was always getting clogged up. I would never stay there again.

I thought I checked for a kitchenette but I guess I didn't because when I got to my room I just had a microwave. It was ok but I would pick something else next time.

The property was not how I expected. My king room was not available at check in so I had to get a queen on the 3rd floor which was very inconvenient since I had several big bags only good thing was late check out.

Sketchy place. Something is just not right when the clerk is behind a security window. We made a reservation for a room for 3 nights. They say they are ok et friendly. When we got there they said they had no pet rooms available.

When I went to the room, it was dirty and the ac was not working. The front desk person came by and checked the room. He said the AC would work in 10 min. I told him I was worried about the area and if they had security. He said no, and to park my car by the front office, which meant I would have to walk around to the back side of the hotel to access my room. I did not feel safe. They would not refund my payment and I went to another hotel.

Hotel was simple and clean. The beds were a little to firm for my liking but super clean and smelled nice..when it was time to shower did not have cold water, only hot and that’s a first for me to experience. Usually it’s the hot that doesn’t work. The pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing. I would definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel because it was super close to a wedding we were attending in the area. Room was nice and clean and overall the property seemed well kept as well. Front desk helped us right away and the morning breakfast was decent (had waffles and some toast). We only stayed one night and it worked well for us. The pool also seemed nice but we didn’t have time to try it out.

Ahmed always is welcoming of and very professional! My only complaint is the ice machine not working, otherwise love staying there!

There was constant noise from the room above us. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could hear noises from above. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They actually had people living out of the hotel

My weekly stay has always been good here. Jak is always welcoming and friendly. It is very nice that Arman is always there in the wee hours. He is professional and friendly as well.

Main door to room could have been forced open, bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, ask for double and got a king. Need place to request bottom floor if no elevator is available for elderly

I think that for the price of this motel, it is very nice. The staff so far have seemed to be very understanding and actually nice. The breakfast is great and it’s very clean. I like the rooms and I am all around pleased.
