    The check in was horrible. Doors were locked and couldn’t get in. Then a lady came to help and it took forever to check in because she kept dealing with her toddler. So unprofessional. Water pressure was non existent. Gaps around the door so cool air escaped. Bed was hard as a rock. I used Orbitz points to pay for this. Can I get a refund?

    My stay was rather scary here. There was a gap/hole in the corner of the exterior door big enough that any kind of reptile or varmint could easily enter.

    Got to the hotel, broken glass was in multiple places and area did not look safe. Dull paint job and my girlfriend was approached by a guest that made her feel very unsafe. Room smelled like smoke as well. We decided to not stay at the hotel as the guest that approached her and wouldn’t leave her alone watched where our room and car were. So we went to the front desk to ask about modifying or cancelling our reservation. Person at the front desk kept interrupting us saying things like “I can’t help you” and “no refunds”, even when i suggested calling hotels.com. He repeatedly insisted that there was nothing that could be done even with the cancellation warranty I had purchased. We left the hotel a couple of hours after getting there and stayed at a different hotel. Cost roughly $190 for 2 nights and got no refund

    The rooms don't look as nice as the photos. There was a chunk torn out of the sofa in our room, so we could only sit on one side. This is a dog-friendly hotel, so you hear a lot of yelling at the pets. Other than that, it was good if you are looking for some place to crash for 1 night.

The only good thing about this place it was surprisingly quiet and in a good location for shopping areas and the airport. I won’t be booking this spot again unless they renovate the property.

    Found Roaches in my room and wanted to cancel my reservation. The guy at the front desk gave me a dirty look when I told him I would like to cancel because of the roaches and he didn’t believe me.     There was a bed to sleep on. There was a 2 inch gap between my door and the ground. Light, noise, humidity got into our room before we stuffed it with towels. My partner didn't feel safe. Never going to a red roof inn again.

    The staff was rude..they don't keep up with whom is staying longer than a night or either they do t tell housekeeping. So they came in our room at 10:am, mins you check out is 11am I was sleep and my wife didn't have any clothes on. She had to run across the room to keep them from coming in and the little top lock was on and they still was trying to come in the room. They disregard the do not disturb sign. Microwave was roach infested, and the ceiling was leaking I. The bathroom from the fixture everytime someone above takes a bath or shower This place should be bought out or closed down. They also kepth the lobby closed taking about COVID protocols but their family( the hotel owner) was enjoying the lobby and it amenities everyday like we don't see them. Oh I forgot. No heat in winter. That was the least of my problems.

    For the price the property was good. Location was convenient and parking was provided. The room could have been better maintained as it wasn’t cleaned well. The entire property smelled of marijuana while we were there. Had a full landlord special as far as repairs and cleaning. Ac worked great though. All in all it was good for what I paid for. Would use again if I had to. Front staff needs some hospitality training though

    The friendly lady in the front desk and on the phone accommodate my needs with a first floor that for your hospitality and customer service great stay like that it's was well lit and felt safe The toliet was some what bolt its down so when you got up the toliet would hit the back of.the wall the only thing other then that great stay

    The motel is on the feeder road for the I-45 passing through north Houston so there is a lot of traffic noise. I was able to enjoy the TV during the day so it was not that bad. In the night it quieted down a bit and I used my earplugs which blocked out the old noisy AC wall unit and the traffic. The only criticism of the room was the large gap under the door due to the concave floor; could allow flattish animals to enter the room. Had to block with a towel - see photo.

    The staff is rude and loud management is rude and disrespectful the lady walked in on me naked she knocked once didn’t wait for response just came in. The toilet was not working prompt at all they had to come everyday for 3 days just for it to flush tht view is Starbucks building and ppl in Starbucks drive thru having view to ur room if you on that side and addicts and drug dealers running in and out being loud loitering or just a neighbor wit barking dog on one side and a neighbor wit a cat in window for decoration on other side but hey besides that its GREAT FOR $67 a night The price the bathroom the managements rudeness n disrespect the staff attitude

    I am not a complainer. But this stay was a terrible experience. The king bed was hard. The 3 pillows were basically like flat bricks that couldn’t be adjusted to make them more comfortable. There was a roach in the bathroom. The air conditioner thermostat kept reading the cold air it was producing, and constantly shut off. It was not reflecting the much warmer, uncomfortably warm air in the room. Topping this entire thing off was the overly loud traffic noise. The hotel is right by the highway, like every other hotel in our solar system. I have never been bothered by traffic noise in a hotel before. Finally after failing at every attempt to get comfortable, at 3am, I gave up and I went and slept in my truck.

    I had been staying there since the 1st of February and on the 15 they told me I would either have to get rid of one my dogs or checkout now they knew ahead of time I had two small dogs and they were kenneled during the day, and everyday housekeeping would see them when they came in and no one said anything until Thursday Feb 15 they claimed they didn’t see two and that I can only have one so I asked is it an additional fee for the dog they claimed they didn’t see and they said no so I asked to see the pet policy that says only one dog is allowed they said they didn’t have one but it’s their hotel their rules so I told them I will checkout on the 17th or they can refund me, they chose to let me stay out the remaining days

Told them when we checked out about the dresser and she said that the knew about it. So why put someone in that room. Dresser faces the bed almost tripped over the drawers on middle of night.

    The next morning, I walked to the office and attempted to go to the lobby to get coffee, and the manager yelled through the window that they don’t have coffee nor juice on site and that the lobby was closed! She was very rude & unprofessional, and when I asked her name, she simply said, “I’m the manager what do you need?” When I checked in I felt completely fine and when I woke up the next morning I had severe allergies and could barely breathe.     Called ahead to see if they had parking for a pickup and trailer. Was told yes. On arrival, only parking was across several car spots - no designated trailer parking. Hotel is an older facility and could use some upgrading. Paint seemed fresh and flooring was laminate or vinyl and was clean. Shower had very, very low water pressure and the shower curtain was mildewed at the bottom. The tv remote indicated the batteries were low and I had trouble getting it to work properly. I went to front desk and got new batteries; it did not solve the problem. Think the remote may have been faulty. Bed was comfortable with a selection of pillow hardness and refrigerator was nice and cold. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Manager even came outside and directed me to where he wanted me to park. Overall, a decent stay for the price. Just needed a place to sleep for the night.
