Hotel Indigo Spring - Woodlands Area by IHG

Yes so I had a proposal for my stay and staff handled it very well with my requests. Due to an issue with running out of premium rooms I was upgraded to a suite with the river view which I wanted since the beginning so it was incredible. Room was great with the stunning view that was promised. Overall my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I’d love to come back and enjoy it more.

Lost power while there, Place needed to be cleaned around the pool and in the restaurant, You could tell it was a hard weekend, but staff was great and the drinks were complimentary during the power outage.

Yes, the breakfast was fresh and prepared. Well, I don't think they handle the rainy season well . I don't know we lost Powell for like 2 and a 1/2 hours other than that, the stay was, okay.

It was a nice quiet place. Nice view of a water area. Not sure if it was man made or a river. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Wish we stayed longer than one night.

The room was not very clean. The toilet paper was wet and hair in the sink. Had to pay for a cup of coffee that was in a container and not hot. Most places offer free coffee.

I enjoyed our stay. We had wonderful staff members and it was clean and had a nice pool and bar area. No one ever came by to clean or give us towels, so that was a little difficult, and there also wasn’t a microwave which was a bit odd. The shower door also didn’t stay shut. HOWEVER, the staff are friendly, accommodating and overall we did enjoy our stay. It’s conveniently located next to everything. We’d stay again.

Me and wife stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon from England. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. Main things to mention, the staff are incredibly friendly, the food and service at the restaurant were excellent - we opted for breakfast add on and very glad we did as it was wonderful. The rooms are super clean and spacious, the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is a little way from downtown or other tourist areas but that was preferable for us, we rented a car and we enjoyed the quietness of the area and the unique boutique feel. I couldn’t recommend this place more, I would absolutely stay again!

Overall, very nice. The restaurant floors were a bit dirty. I ordered pancakes and they were served on a wood round, the syrup runs off and how clean is a porous wood round? Why not use a porcelain plate? The head chef came and spoke with us, he was very personable. Music choice could be more sophisticated and less new generational. Would be nice to offer a couple of flatter pillows, not everyone likes the tall puffy ones as they are hard on the neck.

Just a one night stay, nothing special about the place for a $50/night higher rate than Holiday Inn Expess/suites down the road but overall it was clean and a quality bed/pillows. Quite location tucked off in a undeveloped road. Too cold at the time to visit the pool area.

Staff immediately moved me when I mentioned seeing ants in my room Ants in my room Housekeepers were literally yelling to each other in the hallway very early in the morning! I told reception and still had issues with it afterward.

The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet. Occasionally, I could hear other guests walking. The ice machine didn't work and they had a communal microwave. The restaurant was closed 2 of the 4 nights we were there.

The room was very clean, the towel were clean and plenty of them. The staff were all excellent and very polite and friendly. The hotel overall was extremely nice with a great view. Parking lot was also well maintained and well lit. I recommend it to anyone staying in the Houston area

Everything was good except a few minor faucet problems in the shower. It’s a bit old and rusted therefore water was leaking from parts of the tube. Hallways were a little dirty along with the carpet but everything in the room was clean. The staff was great! Very courteous! I would have left a 5 star because of them but because of the plumbing issues is why I made it a 4 star

At the last minute, I was an extenuating circumstances andunable to come to the first night of my two night reservation. I called the hotel directly and they referred me to hotels.com. There was no one to talk to at hotels.comand I got no reply from the virtual assistant. I’m extremely disappointed in this service and will never use them again.

While the property itself is nice, the experience was very disappointing. To our surprise, the restaurant was closed for dinner, forcing us to go out — something we had hoped to avoid. We then planned to relax by the pool with drinks, but the bar never opened and the pool was full of bugs and debris, which made it unusable. We even tried to make the best of it by ordering food and eating by the pool with the fire pit on, but unfortunately, the fire pit was broken too. The next morning, breakfast was delicious, but when we tried to order mimosas or Bloody Marys, we were told there was no champagne or ingredients available. I had to settle for coffee instead. Overall, this stay was not what we expected or paid for. What was supposed to be a relaxing, convenient getaway turned into a frustrating experience. With a few operational improvements, this property could truly live up to its potential — but unfortunately, it missed the mark for us.

This is an excellent hotel with so much restaurants and things to do around the Woodlands. Our stay was great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel but wish I knew if there were smart TVs. I wanted a solo trip and watch a couple of movies but couldn’t enjoy anything. However, 10/10 on everything else.

The location is so convenient, the hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, and the staff was TOP NOTCH! The customer service we received was beyond amazing! Everyone was positive, courteous, and very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!! I will definitely be staying there again!

There were sports teams and lots of children screaming and running up and down the hall well after midnight and we had to call the front desk to get anyone to do anything about it. We were near the lobby so the front desk clearly heard what was going on. Quiet time hours need to be enforced without asking. People have early flights to catch.

Inside & outside Bar was unopened, understaffed. Pool was closed midday for cleaning. Trash full around outside property.

Mini staycation for our anniversary and the location is tucked away enough to feel like you are away from the city. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast options

This was the worst 2 nights we have ever experienced with the Indigo franchise because of other guests. Kids were slamming doors until 2 a.m., both nights, and guests above us were up, walking hard and heavy at 5 am. My wife and I didn't get any peaceful sleep. And to top it off, my niece noticed that one of the wash towels had a large hole in it. NO MORE FIRST FLOOR ROOMS NEAR THE ELEVATOR!

We were dislocated because our a/c was being repaired. We have 2 dogs and the hotel was dog friendly! Everyone was very friendly! You can order breakfast until 11:00. It was nice to have a restaurant/bar in the hotel. People not picking up after their dogs....

Good stay for two nights. Only down side was it’s a dog friendly hotel which isn’t a problem except our second night the room right across from us left there dog in the room and went out and the dog was going crazy all night barking and whining. Notified staff and they were very helpful and apologetic but tried and couldn’t contact the owner of the room. Good hotel and staff though.

No frills. Sufficient to allow an intake of North Houston. I am a native Houstonian; it suffices. No real negatives, just not much to it.

I showed up around 3:45 pm and was told my room was not ready, even though check in was at 3. She tried to tell me to sit down and wait and I told her I couldn't because I had a wedding to be at that started in 30 minutes. Then she said she changed my room. At 11:30 pm there was a very loud group of people in the lobby (I was in the room furthest from the lobby) that carried on for quite some time. Overall, it was not worth the $200 it cost me.

I love this location. It is my second time to stay here and it is beautiful, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. All the things! The pool is lovely, and the bed is so comfortable. I love the unique touches and art. I love the decor, the bar, the breakfast option (but haven't tried it yet- additional cost).

In sort of an industrial area. Had to ask to have my room cleaned on last full day there. Paid cash for snacks one night and then the next I was told I couldn’t and had to put it on my bill.

The room had a back light behind the mirror that could not be turned off, so the room was lit all night. It seemed unnecessary especially since the room also had black out curtains. If I had known, I would have brought a sleeping mask to block the light.

The hotel is new and clean, nicely decorated. Pet friendly, has paths by the lake to walk your dog. If you pay for breakfast, you choose one of the items on their menu, not a buffet breakfast. Overall good for those leaving Houston and trying to avoid the morning Houston traffic, right off I-45 driving to Dallas.

Arrived at this hotel with my 2 and 3 year old after reserving and paying for my room. We arrived around 9:00PM only to be told no room was available. The blame was placed on Expedia. I was left scrambling late at night because this hotel overbooked or there was a lack of communication between Expedia and Indigo.

This property has really changed and is not being maintained at all the walls have wallpaper coming off of them in the rooms which appears to be from water damage. Make sure when you leave you wash all of your clothes in hot water this place is not clean.

Overall, it was wonderful. We did have a very noisy family above us until 1:30 in the morning. I called the front desk twice. While it's not the hotel's fault for the noisy guests, I think they should have done more to quiet them. I had to go up at in my pajamas and tell them to be quiet. They were actually quite nice, just had no control of their kids! The restaurant was good, we had breakfast every morning and dinner one night. The location was great, too. I will definitely choose them again if I'm in the area.

Everything waa perfect, staff was great and the bartender was amazing. The only thing was that the firw alarm had a malfunction amd we had to evacuate at 2 somwthing in the morning. We had to wait for the fire department to come and give the all clear.

This was a truly outstanding experience!! I have travelled for work for about 34 years and have grown very tired of the same old hotels. Your hotel was a great surprise from the minute I pulled up. It was very well kept, private and quiet. The decor in the hotel were great. All of the front desk clerks I dealt with were truly professional. The pool and porch area were beautiful and a great place to relax both in the morning and at night after work. The bartender (white gentlemen with longer hair) ran all over the place serving the bar and the dining area and did an OUTSTANDING job!! He was the icing on the cake that made the visit a truly great one!! The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the chair by the bed was actually comfortable for me to get my work done with the portable table. Most hotels have mediocre furniture at best that comes across as more decoration and for actual use. This was a great stay and I really appreciate it!!

This hotel was in a strange location (near car dealerships). It was not sound-proof at all. I could hear people all night. Someone else flushing their toilet in another room sounded like it was in my room. It was a good price but I'm giving it 3 stars.
