The shower head was the best part. Also, I needed an iron and the guy that checked Me in brought an ironing board and iron right to My room. The bed was comfortable too. The drying towels were dingy & had hair stuck in em. The soap bar was dried out and old. No tissue or coffee in room. The comforter on the bed was not too clean.

When I arrived at the MOTEL not hotel, I noticed men working on a truck in the parking lot and a woman sitting in her room with the door open, smoking talking to the men. Although I saw beer cans, I didn’t see anyone actually drinking. The atmosphere made me feel unsafe, so I decided to leave. I wasted my money, I was uncomfortable before I even got out of my vehicle. Please be cautious when booking this MOTEL, as it has a non-refund policy. Don’t waste your money!

It was the most terrible experience in hotel, very bad smell in the room. they do not accept policy cancellation. I stay just one night and charge me the whole stay. Don't worry, I will never recommend to anyone...

The hot water and shower pressure I traveled with family. This hotel is for young people who just wanna smoke in rooms. It’s NOT FOR FAMILIES!!! I went through booking and booked a non smoking room. Went to check in and they gave us a smoking room! The room floor had stains on it, the bed was filthy I had to take off the sheets myself, then the hotel worker had the audacity to act like she didn’t want to touch them! Which means she knew those sheets hadn’t been changed!!!!! The a/c doesn’t work so it was hot! I went to ask for my room to be changed where they lied and said no more rooms were available but gave a lady who was yelling at them a better/ cleaner room. Online it still showed rooms available but for some reason they lied and treated me and my family poorly despite us prepaying for our room. I really hate how they are turning out this hotel use to be really good when they first opened up but the young lady is now acting like every other hotel worker over here and it sucks. I will NEVER come back here. I believe the other reviews probably got a discount for leaving a review but the truth is they are horrible! Especially for families.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and room were clean and comfortable. The road noise was awful. The deadbolt on the door to our room (203) would not work unless you lifted the door. The air conditioner would rattle intermittently.

Other places had more shower options they don’t have many , had two bars of soup, no tooth brushes , tv was complicated to operate my opinion .

Cleaning staff was nice. I did not even feel comfortable enough to stay. the photos oh the hotel are highly edited. Rough area, lots of people wondering around, gap in bottom of door, front desk staff not the nicest.

Quick check-in, and easy access from the highway. A/C was not cooling enough. The temperature outside was in the high 50s, but inside the room was around 75 degrees.

The original room door lock wound not work. Had to settle for another room. Picture of hotel is dated as is the room picture. Very poor conditions, seems low rent and questionable area.

The air conditioning worked There's were holes in the furniture and bed spread. Paint cabbage Damage on the wall, rust on the door of the fridge, dirty in the corners near the restroom. We had to ask for another room several times because they were so damaged. Staff didn't seem to know which rooms were habitable and which weren't. (Broken toilets, flickering lights, holes in walls)

Quiet cheap clean

Was recently renovated, looks newer but if you look closely you can tell they paid Juan and Jesus to redo the outside. Terrible lining on the bathroom tub, the light fixture above the shower was also hanging from the ceiling. Staff. I called before booking, due to a question. A female worker answered the phone, gave my my answer to the question and rudely hung up. I booked, went into the office and it was a male worker. He was nice, though seemed on edge asking me how my day was. Get to the room, there’s hold in the bedding, as in cigarettes burns or pipe burns from crack. Weird white stains on the bedding, stains on the white towels, you also don’t get the nice swan towels that are pictured. There’s no difference between the DELUXE king room, & the king room. No breakfast, no tea or coffee.

Receptionist was very rude when we got there he kept calling the room because we had bicycles (that are very well cleaned) in the room and tried to charge us a $100 cash deposit that we wouldn’t be getting back which is sketchy in its self.

The sheets was stained, the sofa in the room was very nasty, the room smelled. The older Indian man was rude. No iron in the room. Because I would not gotten a refund is the only reason I didn't go to another hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They assisted us with our special request at a moments notice. The room was VERY CLEAN AND AC WAS COLD!! We would recommend this place to anyone needing a great place to stay.

It was the last room they had available and when I got into the room, it was about 80° in there. It was almost 90 outside. I adjusted the air conditioner to lower the temperature and it did not work. It blew out air but not cool air. I called the front desk and said it didn’t work and he told me that it did. I said the fact that it runs doesn’t mean that it is working and he said the air conditioner runs. He was extremely rude. When I left this morning, I talked to the other person at the front desk and he was just as rude. I’m on the road 26 weeks a year and stay in or near Houston each time. I don’t know how this place was ranked with 8.4 stars because I didn’t see it. Never again.

Very clean, Made it easy to sleep comfortable. The few times that I’ve stayed here, my A/C was already on upon arrival, which was a crazy huge convenience considering Houston heat and humidity. I liked that I didn’t see any pest or rodents, felt at ease going to get take out and eating back in my room.

The room had a unpleasant odor upon arrival. The loveseat appeared to have semen stains on the arm and cushion. If these two things were better and parking spaces in front of each room was for the room number I would have enjoyed my stay.

No alarm clock, very noisy location next to interstate, room definitely not soundproofed as advertised, bed was mattress on a metal frame, no box spring, cold wind blowing through cracks in door as well as light shining through. Staff didn't seem thankful for business.

We called the front desk to ask the checkout time and they told us we simply did not have one. Because of this, we just stayed in bed until 11:30 came around and he knocked on our door and basically yelled at us that we needed to leave

The rooms are disgusting!!! They own the same room across the way the redroof inn and those are even worse !!! They don’t care to accommodate their customers! They are just simply foul and nasty ! The sheets have stains and crumbs all in it. they don’t clean their hourly rooms !!!!! Because the cleaning staff goes home after 2 !! The head board always has hand prints on it. Floor always dirty. Even the towels have stains very disgusting

We came from out of town to stay for a couple of days for a dance intensive. The website said the hotel would have free breakfast and it didn’t. That was very disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised by the place. For the price I expected way less. The room was clean and updated. Could use a better mattress but overall was okay too. I suggest they serve coffee in the morning I had hell finding some at 4am but the Starbucks nearby opened at 5. I would not only stay here again I'd do it repeatedly.

The stay was pleasant and we could see why they got good ratings. However the parking situation could be better and at least one space should be designated for a room. Also. There no iron or iron board available. This is is a huge inconvenience.

The cost was reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for. When we walked into our assigned room, there was someone's shower cap and used towels in the bathroom. So we weren't sure if the room as a whole had actually been cleaned thoroughly. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping did not come to our room until the day before check out. While packing uo, we noticed 4 items missing from our belongings, 3 bracelets and a watch. We found it odd that our things went missing after the ONE day housekeeping came by. When we brought it to the front desk staff, who are also the owners, the lady who was there had a very nasty attitude. She was not listening to what I had to say and kept cutting me off saying "my housekeeper didn't touch your stuff" over and over. The items stolen cost more than their nightly rate, and about half of what we paid to stay there!

My overall experience was okay. The only thing I would recommend is changing the sheets for stays longer than a day.

The toilet paper felt like sand paper (and I’m not even picky about toilet paper) and there was no coffee anywhere. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby. The bed wasn’t very comfy either. I wouldn’t stay here again if I had to stay more than one night.

Also the building is new so it’s still in good shape
