It was a cozy hotel. I liked the bed, but not pillows…Staff were friendly and courteous.

The front desk people were wonderful, so kind and helpful. Nick truly understands hospitality. They even remembered me when I walked in from a previous stay! My room was comfortable and clean. I love sitting outback by the fire pit and having a glass of wine. I had a great stay. Nothing! It was great

My grandson and I ordered breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and sourdough toast. The dining room had 3-4 customers sitting eating breakfast, so it was not busy. Not sure why we were overlooked, but it took over 30 minutes to be served, while others who ordered after us had been served prior to us.

Getting breakfast was a challenge. Long line slow staff. Recommend having air pots for coffee available for guests to grab and go

It is clean and quiet. The room has a very old A/C that makes a lot of noise every certain time. It was very uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

The property was wonderful my only issue is the price I was given was NOT what I was charged. Also, it was our wedding night and I asked our room be cleaned please when we returned from the wedding with fresh towels it wasn’t.

The room carpet was dirty. All the trash basket didn’t have a plastic bag I stayed in the first floor, and the smell and carpets looked like a cheap hotel. I really was expecting a better place because of the location and the price.

I was placed in a deaf room and the person above walked from the time that I arrived until the time I left. The front staff and manager included laughed and advised nothing could be done.

As a Marriott member, I must say that this Courtyard hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating, and the facilities were impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The lady checking us out was engaging, quick ,courteous , effecient,competent and friendly. Excellent staff services during stay and upon check out, however, the check in was odd. The man at the desk was very disengaged, had an ear phone in and would only give information if we asked specific questions and even then it was very vague.

Overall this was a good hotel. However, I hate these new tv’s that aren’t friendly to firesticks. I couldn’t control the volume of my firestick with the remote for the tv box thing. So I had to use the limited apps on the tv. Luckily I do use Netflix. These restrictions are stupid and will make me consider other hotels in the future.

This property is located in a brand new office park. The location is very well lit at night and very clean. It's right off the I45 and is very well located for easy access.

It was a great location. The bummer was the bar wasn’t open. It was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. If the bar isn’t open then, is it ever? There were over 20 people hanging out in the lobby. The bar would have been nice. Check-in/out staff was great. Beds comfy.

The staff has been excellent at the two Courtyards I visited recently. It makes me look for this brand when we travel and I don’t mind paying a little more for a consistently great experience. Special shout out to Julia at the Spring, TX location. She saw me in the lobby waiting for the coffee bar to open and she made sure I had a cup of coffee while I waited. So nice and unexpected!

My stay was fantastic. I visit the area a lot for softball tournaments and this hotel was a quick drive from the fields. It is in a very nice and quiet area, clean streets, and felt very safe. The hotel parking lot and lobby were exceptionally clean. The staff was informative and helpful. The room was very nice and probably one of the best courtyard's I have stayed in. I will definitely only be staying here from now on while in the Springwoods area.

It was hot I changed rooms due to room not cooling off and that one cooled off but didn't get cold so still woke up sweating. I feel like for the price it should have at least been that ...not worth the money

Asked for a quiet room and was placed by the pool that was full of guests. Got switched to a room with stained sheets. Then moved to a 3rd room where the tv didn’t work the entire time.

We had a very nice stay. We were in town to visit family so we weren't in the room very much but when we were, it was comfortable. The only issue we had were about 6 millipedes in our room. We just picked them up with tissue and disposed of them so it wasn't a big deal. Also, keep in mind that you are in the Houston area and bugs are a part of the package. Overall, great place!

Sheets and pillowcases had rips, carpet stained, bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff fixed tv the nextday, and were friendly and responsive. Overall good value for price point, and friendly staff balances out lack of frills and upkeep.

Called downstairs as someone was fighting above me at 5am, screaming crying sounded as if they were breaking stuff then around 9am the fire alarm went off and stayed on until it was time for my check out. Attempted to call downstairs and no answer. Checked out and no one was downstairs had to leave my key on the counter. Very unprofessional for the price.

Well run facility with friendly staff including those that are not customer facing such as cleaning and maintenance employees. The Courtyard concept is a very well designed and configured for the price point. I am always pleasantly surprised by the small details at these properties clean efficient and highly functional.

The staff were polite. The room was nice and the bedd were very comfortable. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything. I was really surprised and disappointed how parents and staff allowed kids to run and be loud throughout the hallways, especially at night. I would definitely come back, however I will request a room that is not an adjoining room and not next to the elevator.

I had commented on my first night on the check in survey that the ironing board pad was worn out and the iron was leaking water. Within an hour, the night duty manager delivered a new pad and iron. That's service!

We were surprised to learn that the Bistro and the Bar were not open -- likely due to a lack of staff-- would have been nice to have been told this before we arrived...

The layout of the hotel was awesome. Would have liked the option to have Breakfast without having to pay for it at the bistro.

I stayed here for an event at a nearby convention center. The location was great for that, but for Houston or Spring sight seeing make sure you have a car. The staff were great and the hotel and facilities are new. I would stay again.

We were visiting to see our son, and was looking for somewhere to stay, haven't been in the area for years, very surprised that it has grown, we chose to stay at this hotel because we have stayed at many Marriott hotels. For it to be 5 years old, it looks very new, we had a handicap room, very close to a Krogers grocery store and other shops. We had very comfortable queen beds, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Upon getting to the hotel, the front desk receptionist walked away as she saw us walking into the hotel. After waiting 10 minutes we were assisted, after heading to our room getting off on the second floor we could smell nothing but smoke. Once getting into the room we called the front desk and they advise if they are a smoke free property which is not the case. On top of that pillowcases had hair on them, shower walls did as well and there were weird stains all over the sofa and the Ottoman. Call the front desk to let them know about the dirtiness of the room they advise that they could not send anybody up and that they would check the laundry to see if they had any extra pillowcases but I would have to come to the front desk for that. Completely disrespectful.Ended up leaving the hotel at 3 AM due to the overwhelming odor from the hallway. Hotel refused to issue a refund, and hotels.com wanted to offer us a $25 credit for another stay in the future. Not sure why anybody would want to rebook through them if they’re not even willing to take care of a customer when something that ridiculous occurs.

Great one night getaway with the wife. Hotel is perfect distance from everything we wanted to do that night. Bed was comfortable and the overall room experience was pleasant. Only complaint I have is that our checkin felt kinda rushed and we weren’t told when breakfast was and when checkout was. I had the free breakfast option but ended up having to pay for breakfast anyway. But other than that would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.
