Second room- same problem i went down to front desk that time! Third room had covers and pillow but husband went to bathroom and call to me ...no toilet tissue. Lady at front desk brought 1 roll of tissue. When husband ck out he ask to have room put on his credit they kept rooming my card and incidental charges on his card.lady at front desk said she ll make changes and email me the new receipt. That was at noon today .it i s 11:52 pm and no new receipt in my email! Still premium the lady at front desk was later picking trash in front of hotel. Not a good experience ? Front desk lady do ing everthing!

Yes but the AC unit was loud

I selected the property because of my allergies they do not accept pets, which was great for me however, they were painting the property and for the next two weeks will be under construction. It will be a good place to stay after they finish. The breakfast selection needs some improvement. Fresher ingredients instead of pre-pack alternative.

It felt like a soft opening. There were things that were not ready in the room after the remodeling. However, the step was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

I wish there would’ve been an option when booking to let me know it was under construction. We had the end room next to the stairs and the workers were in and out of the door all night letting the door close on its own which was loud along with all of them walking back and forth all night. So I didn’t get any sleep. It wasn’t comfortable and was not a great experience. The A/C in our room also never got cold even when turning it all the way down to 60/auto and it was 90 degrees in Texas over the weekend. Internet and cable were provided but the tv channels did not come through clear. I had to use the washer & dryer while there and there was only 1 of each. And the breakfast included the next morning was limited and the waffle mix did not taste good. Everything was clean in the room (looked new) and the staff was very nice.

he entire hotel appeared to be under construction. There were workers walking throughout the property during our stay. The elevator was not operational, and we were required to use the stairs. Due to the ongoing construction and overall conditions, we did not feel safe remaining at the hotel and chose not to spend the night

I enjoy Best Western + but this one has been going under renovation and should have be notified in advance and potentially offer more discount and many things werent the best. Lots of renovations going on and was told but it was clear at arrival and never told in advance. The sink in bathroom water pressure was literally very minimal to barely drip. The shower head was sooooo low and turned only to the wall so had to manually handle. Also I reserved a 2 bed queen room and the beds definitely were only full size. Breakfast was not pleasant at all. Watery white “eggs”, weird looking sausages sticks and i think french toast sticks. Very watery “oatmeal” and no milk for cereal. BW+ have never disappointed but i definitely would not go back as ill be back in the area next month.

I was told there’s a $100 deposit for cash payments and $30 for card payments. Other hotels in the area haven’t charged a deposit for cash, so I chose not to move forward. Also, given the renovations, I don’t think the property is fully ready for guests

Do not stay here. This place is an absolute dive everywhere just stunk like food and the place was dirty. There are way better places in the area.

It was nice, room was clean With the room- the bathroom tiles weren’t set fully so they kept moving. It was very subtle but I did almost slip on one. Front desk was helpful when they showed up, but it did take a little bit any time i needed to get something for someone to show up. Wasn’t too long though

Originally assigned room was not in good condition. Filthy carpet. We requested room change which was accommodated. Clean room and bathroom, but faucet was hardly letting water and showerhead was too low. You get what you pay for. Thank you to the staff.

Shower water was really warm but never hot. even turned all the way to hot. A very slow stream was all that came out of the sink tap. could barley wash your hands or brush your teeth. Food was pretty disappointing at breakfast. was not restocked. Would not stay here again.

The other customers were loud and slamming doors. The night young lady at the front desk was not professional and did not make eye contact or smile the entire process. Not welcoming at all.

When we asked for drinking water during breakfast, the receptionist was mean and said, if you want water, you can buy a bottle of water. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, environment was clean and close to the location I needed to be at, breakfast was good too The tap wasn’t running well and the entrance door stopped working. Also although I am a fan of their breakfast, more options will be exciting.

The hotel was quiet and clean. We had a problem with the TV not working. The front desk clerk Jamie came up to the room and checked it. Could not fiqure out the problem, so she found us another room. She went to the new room and check the tv and put the A/C on and brough us the key to that room. She went out of the way to take care of the problem.

The room was very clean it hotel was VERY quiet. There were two very broken pieces of furniture in the room though. You couldn't even sit in the office chair. It was broken in three places. And there was a broken 3 legged table next to the armchair that should've just been removed. Having clearly broken pieces of furniture in a room just makes the room look shabby. Also, the water pressure was terrible and the water in the shower took forever to warm up and then never really got hot .. just lukewarm. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room really cold, which we appreciated. Easy checkin. Good breakfast.

Thank God I did there was a colony of red big ants under there and unfortunately I got bit on my toes because I already took my shoes when I got in. Took all my stuff went down stairs and demanded a new room! Worst experience by far!!

My only issue with my stay was that the maid service was terrible. We got fresh towels every other day and the trash was not emptied regularly. we had 4 days of trash that built up in the room and bathroom.

The room I stayed in did not have a kitchen, but everything was great. Air conditioner worked well bed was very comfortable.

Clean room. Working AC. Water pressure was a little low. Staff promptly provided extra towels. The waffle batter dispenser was difficult at times since the nozzle was loose. It could help to have cups of batter already out and ready to go. But the TX-shaped waffles were really good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The only issue I had with this stay is there were ants. There was a communication issue. The lady didn’t understand me when I was telling her that ants were in my room. Otherwise it was good.

We found under garments in the bathroom I’m assuming from the previous guests. The A/C was not cooling, it was on constantly but room was humid all night. I think the rate was too high for the one night we stayed.

Definitely needs an update to building and grounds were not kept up. The building had a very strong musty smell to it even in the room. We could never get the pool doors to unlock with our keycard and then we started to not be able to get into one of the side doors with our keycard. It was very frustrating b cause we seemed to pay extra for having a pool.

It was close to where I was moving to. I made the reservation because the other Best Western Hotels were nice and clean and had great breakfast The breakfast was not up to the standards of other Best westerns We booked the hotel for three adults. There were only two towels in the room other Best Western’s had four to start with. It is obvious to me that the manager is not trying to run an efficient operation but a cheep one.

Great location , close to everything we stayed on the third floor and The 1st room we got into had bed bugs , the front desk accommodated us with another room but that room Had ants so we were moved into a third room and that room had ants as well. This hotel has a bug investigation. Housekeeping did not Keep up with making sure we had extra sheets and towels

I loved how welcoming the general manager was and how MOST of the staff was friendly and understanding I had a service dog! I did not like that the woman Katie came out front and started to cuss me out INFRONT of other people staying there. Then continued to cuss me out inside. She refused to let me go to my room to get more money to pay for room and my service dog was in the room! I used to love this place but now Katie son who works there says he can’t take my payments or reservations anymore, and the woman Katie called me “a fuckin lier” as soon as she thought I was gone. Nope. I stayed around corner just to hear what she had to say. Until Katie AND her son are fired for how I was treated I WILL NOT be returning here. I am going to have to stay in my car with my service pup instead!

Additionally without WiFi, cell reception was poor. The staff were friendly. The toilet would only flush at least an hour after the previous person had used it.

The bathroom has been updated with new fixtures and was very clean. The furnishings and carpet are old & worn out, especially the lobby which is the first impression. The staff was very nice.

Just did a quick drive weekend stay with my son in Houston. Was about 10 minutes from him so worked out perfectly. Staff was courteous, place was clean, the room was spacious, nice lobby area. Didn't make it to breakfast cause the room was comfy.

Sink water flow is very small to the degree that is almost not usable, shower water flow is good. Breakfast option is limited but adequate. There is hot and also cold drinking water available 24 hours a day and that is very convenient. Overall it’s a basic hotel with sensible amenities. We do recommend this hotel.

It was a horrible experience and I will never come back to this place. The breakfast was horrible and nothing was replenished after it would finish. This hotel had frogs coming out of the side of the pool area and the key card door machine seem to be outdated as I would have to go and reassign my key cards.

We needed an easy place to stay for a graduation. This hotel fit the bill and the staff stood out as friendly and fast.

We needed an easy place to stay for a graduation. This hotel fit the bill and the staff stood out as friendly and fast.

The front desk was attentive and the room was clean. A couple of things I noticed was that there was no hair dryer or mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the restroom. I also asked for q-tips and they didn’t have any. No biggie, just something I wanted.

Enjoy this hotel. I have stayed several times for business. Actually I had to book another night even thought I just checked out this morning. Great location, quiet, clean etc.

The first day we were there we just told the housekeeper that she didn’t need to clean the room today but that we just needed new towels and shampoo. That translated to she never made our bed and 1/2 the days we were there we did not get any shampoo or conditioner We needed an ironing board because our room had an iron but no ironing board so I went down to the front desk because neither of our phones were working in the room and the front desk clerk said “what do you want me to do I have a full house. I don’t know what room I could take it from” and that was it. Never helped with the phone or anything. So the next day we went down again to the fro t desk because our phones did not work and he gladly gave us an ironing board but nothing he can do about the phones. Customer service was not that great. He told me the manager would be in tomorrow. I thought I should not have to a third time explain our disappointment with these items and they were never remedied. We go to IAH every year and probably will not be using this hotel again

Room was good but my light bulb were flickering and was barely light at the room, food was okay. We love the pool and fitness area, the only problem is the staff the front desk, they are not sociable they didn’t have the kind to tell me where the elevator was or at least how to get to the room, lady at the breakfast area (employee) was more nice than the front desk ppl..

Not happy with Orbit. I have used Orbit for over 15 years, I tried to cancel reservation, a week prior to the date it was denied. Very unhappy with Orbit, paid for a room that I did not use.

Adequate for 2 nights visiting family in town. Breakfast acceptable. Our room was missing one nightstand (and lamp) and ottoman. I had to use the desk chair as nightstand. Water pressure on shower not good.

Hotel was great for the price. There is a shopping center across with store like Walmart. This was good because I forgot items like lotion. The room was clean and spacious upon arrival. Rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was the basics but very convenient and good. Was there for 4 days it was the basic food but goods for a quick bite. Only thing I would say can upgrade is the meat being provided. I don’t eat pork and that was the only meat option when meat was available. Overall great experience no complaint. Staff was helpful and great! Travel frequently down to Texas and this is the hotel I will continue to use

Didn't have coffee, coffee cups or sugar/creamer in room & water pressure in bathroom sink was very low. We only stayed 1 night, so it was ok. Clean & comfy room which is most imporrant

They gave me a room and it was occupied. After changing the room I got assigned another room and discover in the morning I did not have towel.

Great customer service

It was noisy due to our room facing towards the street; lots of siren noises and children running around up and down the hall. Also, a “guest” was kind of creepy.

When I arrived I had to wait 5 minutes for the desk clerk to come to the counter. My room was prepaid, but she said it wasn’t and charged me again. After signing that I agreed to no pets or smoking in the room. When I went to the room it smelled like smoke. I went back to the counter and the desk apologized and said she would upgrade my room. I also told her that I checked and the room was paid for. She said she couldn’t help me with the prepaid room and that she would make note and I’ll have to straighten it out in the morning. When I went to the new room she moved me to, it was identical to the previous room. But smelled much better. So I guess the upgrade was to a room that didn’t smell like smoke. Room key wasn’t programmed for my full stay. Had to go back to front desk to have them extend my key. Clerk at counter can be seen in a side office with her headphones on looking in her phone. Looked disturbed when I came to the counter to have her reprogram my key. Breakfast started late when I needed to leave by 6:30, it was supposed to open at 6, but opened at 6:15. I was at the end of the hallway. Anytime someone used the stairwell the doors would slam loudly and shake the room. Next time I’m in town, I’m going to book a different hotel.

The area was conveniently located to things and the stay was well priced. The first room we were put into smelled like a wet dog they were kind and switched my room it was better but still had a musty smell.

Stayed January for 3 nights, clean , comfy bed, no complains east access to 45 highway z close to shops and 25 min to IAH

Wasn’t clean.

They never brought clean towels or cleaned room we stayed 3 nights. Our room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, along with burn holes. Overall, needs updates(water heater broken and sounds like explosions all night), a good cleaning and staff that takes pride in their jobs over doing the bare minimum.

the hotel room was clean and comfortable. only complain i had was during breakfast, i wasn’t aware of the time and at exactly 9am the lady in charge of the kitchen turned off the lights as im mid chew on food. i understand it was till 9am, but a “excuse me, we’re about to close” would have been nice. she proceeded to close the area down without saying one word. that was rude.

It took almost an hour to get checked in due to their "system going down." The person at the desk was trying to be helpful but was having a difficult time due to technical difficulties.

Great location just off of the intethere There was no housekeeper on duty during our 2 night stay. Our bed linen was never changed and I had to get clean bath towels from the front desk clerk. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet, clean, and is in a good location just off of the interstate and surrounded by restaurants and shopping centers. Additionally, the free breakfast was delicious!

Nice, safe area. Breakfast was good for a nice start to the day. Close to the highway for easy access to and from the hotel. Walmart and a few dining areas very close, walking distance. Clean room, everything working. Nice, usable gym for a quick workout

The place was clean and the staff helpful. What we didn't like so much were the breakfast times during the week.

This was a very poor stay. We arrived to be told that they only had two room available even with our booking had to choose if we wanted a working tv or a working ac. And were told they could not offer a refund because we booked with Hotels.com. Then found the room to have no water pressure and dirty towels!!! Feel as if a refund should have been offer !!
